From day one, Lila was nothing short of exceptional. We genuinely cannot praise her enough. Her professionalism, organisation, attention to detail, and genuine care were evident in everything she did. Planning a wedding abroad from the UK can feel daunting, but she made the entire process effortless and stress-free, always making us feel supported, reassured, and excited for our big day.
Lila went above and beyond in every possible way to ensure our wedding was absolutely perfect. Every detail was taken care of, everything ran seamlessly, and we were able to fully relax and enjoy every moment knowing she had everything under control. What impressed us most was how much she truly cared about making our day special. She even went out of her way to arrange additional décor touches that weren't included with our venue package, adding beautiful personal touches that exceeded our expectations and made our wedding even more memorable.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for Lila. She was always responsive, thoughtful, accommodating, and willing to help in any way she could. Her dedication and hard work were incredible, and it was clear that she genuinely wanted our wedding day to be as perfect as possible.
Lila was an absolute joy to work with and played a huge role in creating the most amazing day of our lives. We feel incredibly lucky to have had her as our wedding planner and cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us. Lila at Heliotopos was a lifesaver--we had booked a wedding planner over a year before our wedding date in Santorini who left us frazzled and stressed. We reached out to Lila at the recommendation of our DJ thinking it would be impossible that she be available only a few short months before our wedding--surely a sign that it was meant to be because she was available and ready to jump in...Our wedding was the experience of a lifetime and that is wholly a result of Lila stepping in and running the show at a moments notice. I don’t know what we’d have done without her. Not only did she do an amazing job on our wedding day but she helped coordinate a prewedding dinner that our 50 guests cannot stop talking about. We truly feel like it was meant to be that we found her. I was just sitting here looking at pictures and wanted to write a review to thank her so very much—she truly was amazing. We used Heliotopos to plan our wedding in Santorini. They were so kind and helpful from start to finish. They showed great attention to detail to make sure our wedding day went smoothly from start to finish. I showed them inspiration for how I wanted the day to look and they contacted the appropriate vendors and organized everything to ensure the day was exactly how we had hoped. We wouldn't change a thing!
The were really responsive to emails and so friendly which put my mind at ease as I knew they had it all in hand.

We could not have asked for a better wedding planning experience than the one we had with Lila from Heliotopos. From start to finish, she was an absolute dream to work with. Her communication was clear, timely, and always thoughtful. She provided us with curated vendor lists tailored to our style and budget, giving us a range of excellent options at different price points without ever overwhelming us. Whenever we had questions (and we had a lot), she was there to answer, and always with patience.
Lila took the time to truly understand our vision and preferences, and then seamlessly communicated with vendors on our behalf. It felt like she was always five steps ahead and putting in her best efforts in any situation. There were even time where she would provide feedback on steps she took to resolve issues before coming back to us with the situation the vendors presented her with. Lila truly helped move the whole process along and took a big chunk of the effort out of our hands even when there was still so much to do. Without her help, we don't think our wedding would have been possible.
What we can say stood out most was how professional and organized she was while still making us feel like we were working with a friend. Her calm, confident presence gave us a sense of security throughout the planning process and especially on the wedding day. We were able to fully enjoy every moment knowing Lila and her team had everything under control.
The value she brought to our experience cannot be overstated. We wholeheartedly recommend Lila and Heliotopos to anyone planning a wedding, especially if you are looking for someone who is not only exceptional at what they do but also genuinely cares about making your day everything you dreamed of and more. -

Our Wedding Story 22.08.24
We were first introduced to Lila back in 2022 where Lila gave us fantastic information needed to be able to plan our perfect wedding day! Lila is very knowledgeable and knows everything there is to know about weddings in Santorini. We told her our budget and she worked her magic to make it happen! Me and my husband were lucky enough to fly out the Santorini in 2023 to meet Lila and we were introduced to Eleni. We were blown away by our venues and I formed a strong relationship with Eleni. She became my best friend in such a short space of time. She has the purest heart and did everything she could for me! We added each other on WhatsApp and for the next 12 months she was my biggest support system. I cannot explain how amazing, kind, funny and support she is! We cried together, we laughed together and she made sure our wedding day ran like clock work! She was there from the very start of the day setting everything up for me, making sure everything was looking good, she was there when we arrived at the venue, she looked after everyone and everything from the start to the end! She was superwomen! Nothing was ever too much to ask, she would’ve done anything for me and when we had to say our final goodbyes we sobbed 😭😭 I miss her so much & anyone who be lucky to enough to have Eleni and Lila be part of anyones wedding journey. My experience with Heliotopos was second to none, they made our wedding day so special putting into place all of the little details that I didn’t even think off, my beautiful bouquet of white roses was absolutely stunning, the decor and views at Venetsanos winey was absolutely breath taking.
I then had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Eleni in Santorini she really is one of the most beautiful and kind hearted souls we ever had the pleasure of meeting.
With out her my wedding day wouldn’t have been the same, she even pushed my infant nephew in his push chair so we could focus on our wedding pictures.
Thank you so much for our amazing service and I will definitely be back to the beautiful island of Santorini and hopefully catch up with Eleni 🩷

Lila and Eleni from Heliotopos were an incredible support in arranging our wedding. Lila was super clear from the start on all the possibilities (and costs!), gave us great advice, and guided us from start to finish through the paperwork, legalities, and whole process. She was able to connect us to wonderful local suppliers - a wonderful caterer, cake maker, photographer, make up artists, masseuse - everything you could imagine. She also took care of loads of aspects of our experience while on the island. We met Eleni on the island and she took us to our townhall marriage. She was the perfect, supportive, romantic witness and companion to that quiet ceremony. And then she and Lila gave us both super attentive, caring support all the way through the amazing wedding. (This was also held at the Heliotopos venue, which is stunning and I can highly recommend for small weddings!). Lila and Eleni are both very special people, with tons of local knowledge and experience. They are both passionate about making your wedding the best it can possibly be, and I recommend them unreservedly! -

I don’t know where to start… we cannot thank Lila and Eleni enough for making our dream wedding come true. From our first meeting with Lila back in 2022, she was amazing - she helped with our venue, menu choices, lighting, florist and so much more, it felt like we had known her for years!
The whole planning process was made so easy for us, especially as we were getting married abroad - Lila was always there to help whether that was over emails or texts, no matter the day of the week or what time it was we could always count on her. As we were getting married abroad Lila sent us a list of all the legal documents and certificates we needed and checked throughout each stage to ensure everything was done correct and in time which made us feel so at ease and confident with her services.
When we arrived in Santorini for our wedding this year, we had the absolute pleasure of meeting Eleni who was going to run our wedding on the day, and I cannot express how amazing she is! So friendly, professional, kind and a pleasure to be around… I felt so at ease and confident our wedding was going to be so special.
The day of the wedding - better than I ever dreamed of! I don’t think there was any issues on the day but if there were they were sorted behind the scenes without having to worry or be concerned over anything. I cannot fault any services on the day - the wedding service, food, entertainment, etc. everything was perfect!
If you are looking for a wedding in Santorini I cannot recommend Lila and Eleni enough, they will make you feel like family, help you, laugh with you, be friends with you and make your dream wedding a reality. They will always hold a special place in our hearts and we now think of them as family.

We were so fortunate to have had the amazing Eleni as our wedding planner for our August 23 wedding. She helped us to feel at ease from the moment we got in touch via email. Eleni was always friendly, efficient and accommodating helping us to plan the day of our dreams and cater to our every need. As the wedding day grew closer Eleni ensured that she would respond quickly to any questions we had which helped us to ease our nerves. We were so indecisive on final details and Eleni did not rush us and helped to guide our decisions leading to the day of our dreams being a reality. Eleni met with us ahead of our wedding day and went through exactly what would happen on our wedding day including timings for everything, any final alterations and questions so that we could relax on the wedding day. When the day arrived Eleni was there from early on to set up our own decorations to the moment we all went home, she is the reason why the wedding ran so smoothly and why we could relax for the best day of our lives! -

I had an amazing experience working with the Heliotopos wedding organizer. I should not have worried about the suppliers, communication, and organizational things. All these were done by a great team of people. I'm very thankful for the amazing job that they've done. I had a dreamy wedding, much better than I expected. And Athens Riviera is an absolutely adorable place. I am a complete perfectionist and a micromanager. Things rarely meet my expectations, and I am an absolute devil for detail but I can honestly say Heliotopos exceeded my expectations. Without a doubt, Lila and Eleni were the best part of our wedding planning experience. Fiercely loyal, patient, knowledgeable and fun, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They took all of the stress and worry out of the equation for us, at every point. We can’t imagine what planning a wedding must be like without them. Especially during a pandemic! not exaggerating when we say that we had no issues. Not one! Yes, there were changes, but Lila and Eleni took care of it all. Eleni and Lila did a fantastic job with planning and organising our wedding in Santorini Greece on 23/10/2019. They were brilliant at getting in contact with us to organise all of our wedding plans a few months before the wedding (we only booked the wedding in July 2019 so we only had 3 and a half months to plan it). I would really recommend going straight to them to organise everything, and to not bother with a UK wedding agency (just make sure to book your holiday ATOL protected). On the day of our wedding Eleni arrived before all of our guests and left after we all left the venue after midnight. She was absolutely great and so friendly, we immediately felt relaxed when meeting her! Our wedding was perfect and our guests had the best time and we have Eleni and Lila to thank for this! This was my dream come true wedding thanks to LILA and all the wonderful staff! As we all know planning a wedding can be very stressful especially a destination wedding. Lila made this experience so easy and the whole event far exceeded our expectations! From our first email to final minute of our reception we could not of asked for better communication. This hotel is amazing! The location, the staff, the food, hospitality, clean, beautiful inside and out. Lila works with different vendors so you have many choices and are very professional. We brought our own music for the reception and the sound system was awesome! The breath taking views at our ceremony, sunset pictures, and an intimate reception in the cave. Perfect day
What can I say, Lila and Eleni are such friendly, genuine and professional people. Obviously getting married in a foreign country comes with another set of concerns. All of which we were made to feel at ease from our initial contact with Eleni by email which she responded very quickly to right up to formally meeting, where upon we felt at ease and got the feeling that everything on the wedding day is in hand and already taken care of, all of which it was to a very high standard.
On the day everything was timed perfectly, everything was taken into consideration from the time of our ceremony to being taken away for photos,wedding breakfast,drinks,cutting of the cake as the sun is starting to set to the sun setting over the horizon for some amazing pictures for the photographer to take.
Also our 3 year old son got a blister from his loafers before the sit down meal this did not over shadow our day as Lila came to the rescue and took the best man back to our hotel to collect a pair of suitable footwear from our accommodation.
All in all I would happily recommend Heliotopos weddings to any couple considering getting married on the beautiful island of Santorini.
Lila and Eleni thank you so so much for everything you did for us and making our special day perfect in every way.

Lila and Eleni, I cannot put into words how amazing you have been, you made our fairytale wedding a reality and we will never be able to find the words to thank you enough. Alan & I got engaged in December 2017 and had our wedding booked by January 2018. From the very first email with Lila enquiring on their services, we knew it was going to be the best decision we would ever make. Eleni is such an amazing lady, very attentive to our every need and very quick with her email replies. I never saw myself getting married. This was a conclusion I had come to long ago, and so I had never put any real thought in to what sort of wedding I would want to have. As you can imagine, this made the planning process somewhat difficult as I had no vision of what I wanted our wedding to be. All we knew is that we wanted a wedding abroad. This decision came from a lack of trust in the British weather and our want of a smaller, more intimate wedding.
My mother had never had a white wedding herself and so was unable to advise on many things as, just as I was, she was learning it all for the first time. We were completely clueless, and had no idea about the first thing to do with wedding planning… never mind planning a wedding abroad.
Enter Lila and Eleni.
I can honestly say the wedding wouldn’t have happened as it did if it wasn’t for them. I was studying for my masters at the time of planning the wedding, and if it hadn’t been for their patience, understanding and advice, there is no way I could have done both in the time frame I had.
Lila and Eleni are so passionate about what they do, they truly want the best for their couples and go to every length they can to ensure that the process is enjoyable and stress free.
I was a very nervous bride, always second guessing every decision I made, worrying that I had made the wrong choice. Lila and Eleni’s expertise and professionalism really helped build my confidence and my vision for the wedding, before making it a perfect reality.
No matter what questions I asked, or what time I asked them (sometimes even past midnight) I always received a quick, kind and understanding response offering me advice or simply reassuring me that everything was going ok. When I finally met them face to face, my first question was “do you two ever sleep?”, because they always seemed to be up and working so hard to ensure that everything was perfect for our wedding day.
Our wedding turned out to be more than I ever dreamed it could be. The most perfect way to say “I do”. It was simply magical.
Thank you so much Lila and Eleni, you not only made our wedding happen, but you made it absolutely perfect in every way. We can’t thank you enough for giving us the most amazing, unforgettable wedding day. We will treasure memories of that day for the rest of our lives.

Amazing day!
Lila and Eleni, WOW!! You ladies are amazing. Having a busy life at home with a 8 month old child and running a business isn’t enough already but planning a wedding!! Lila and Eleni made our guest comment that ‘it was best wedding they have been to in a long while’.
Having never visited the venue let alone Santorini these amazing ladies made sure our day was the best for us. When my new husband and I met Lila and Eleni, it was like we had known them for a while. They certainly helped me forget any nerves I had and enjoyed the day.
I feel sad writing this, to think that it’s all over but we will be back on our first anniversary for sure. -

Thanks to you both you made our dream wedding a reality, I feel so emotional writing this thinking back to everything we did...from the moment we landed in Santorini I had nothing to worry about, you left me to enjoy the company of my guests arriving and chilling by the pool while you organised our 3 day Wedding! Our boat trip was planned so perfectly, what a way to allow our guests to meet each other, music was flowing, drinks were pouring people were singing smiling and swimming.
Day 2 - Our Wedding Day. Wow. Just wow. You understood my vision, you made my fairy tale wedding a reality. I met you almost 2 years before and we spoke every week until the day. You were not just our wedding planners but you became family. Your attention to detail was magnificent and you went over and beyond to make sure everything was just perfect. I couldn't have done any of it with out you! Everyone is still reminiscing about it now! We all just want to do it all over again!
Day 3 - Our White Party. Theros Wave Bar from your suggestion...it was just amazing...what a way to end our 3 day event! Everyone had an amazing time.
Daniel and I are so grateful for you both. If anyone wants the perfect Wedding to exceed their expectations then Heliotopos is the only place to go! You made our dreams come true. We have so much love for you. Thank you for making not only our Wedding day, but our whole 2 weeks stay in Santorini absolutey amazing! xxx -

I was emailing Eleni back and forth with all of my ideas and she listened, followed them and made the day perfect and a truly magical experience! Eleni really is a little ray of sunshine and put me at ease from the beginning. I had never been to Greece, let alone Santorini so as you can imagine it was scary putting my important day in the hands of someone else but it truly was worth it! Would definatly recommend Heliotopos. I could not have dreamed of anything better! And they worked with my lower budget and ensured the day was truly magical. All of my guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been too and it was perfect throughout! We got married at Santorini Gem and then moved onto Pyrgos Restaurant to the Aghia Fotini hall. These were the best choices and both venues were extremly accomadating and were such amazing venues with the most spectacular views!
Huge thank you to the Heliotopos team and Eleni in particular who i worked with the most to organise my big day. She has such a passion for her job and listens to all of your wishes. -

Dylan Sent on 07/28/2018What can I say. We found out about Lila via a recommendation from a gay couple, married in Santorini whose wedding trailer we found online. The trailer was so absolutely beautiful it took our breath away and we had to find out who had been involved in the wedding. This is where we first heard of Lila and her company Heliotopos Weddings in Greece. The more we researched, the more we heard of Lila’s reputation as one of Greece’s best wedding planners.
Once we contacted Lila, we knew immediately that she was the one to help us plan our wedding abroad. She was enthusiastic and seemed genuinely excited from the offset. Before booking a lot of footwork was placed into our proposal and package options, and everything just fell into place. Lila stayed with us every step of the way and was regularly in touch, a lot of the times even with just a message of well wishes for the day ahead which really made us feel valued and in safe hands.
It’s quite daunting to have to organise a wedding without meeting your vendors or seeing your venue in advance, however it all fell into place so easy. It really is a blessing to have such a dedicated person piece everything together while you are 2000 miles away.
Lila met us two days before the wedding with genuine excitement for our arrival on the Island. She had organised for us to meet with all of our suppliers and talk through the plan of the day itself. Lila also introduced us to Eleni a couple of days before the wedding, also from Heliotopos and she would be helping co-ordinate on the day. Eleni is a true blessing and such a glowing light of enthusiasm and energy, as is Lila. We felt truly blessed to have them on our team and there was not one bit of stress involved in the whole process.
Arriving to the wedding day, everything just felt like a dream and it ran so seamlessly. It was like something from a movie. Endless thank you and recommendations to everyone reading this!

We knew the day would be amazing but I never thought it would be as fantastic as it was. Lila and Eleni steered us to the relevant vendors to pick our flowers and photographer with. The day ran so smoothly and was a great day which they both joined in on. We could not of done it without them and we thank them so much for everything they did. I honestly cannot recommend them enough and I do frequently when brides ask me about getting married in Santorini! We love you guys!!!

We were organising this love wedding ceremony for a year and a half. Arrived in the island of Santorini went to check the venue of our personal choice just to realise that it wasn’t what we were expecting, legal restrictions and many refusals made our first day in the island a very stressful one. But Lila was there! Listening, having control of the situation and on the way out she calmed us down and just said: don’t worry boys I have two other incredible venues to show you. And that was the point when our dreamy fairy tale started. We had friends coming all the way from Argentina, America, Britain, Greece and while Europe and it was three of the best days of our lives.
Lila is extremely organised, she knows the whole island, she has great relationships with all the vendors, she can help you select, negotiate prices, give you her honest opinion.. and that’s what makes a great wedding planner!!!
Lila and her team gave us so much love, care and attention. And that translated into three magical days. She loves what she does and we love her too. From the first moment we met she stopped been just a wedding planner she was instantly a friend. By the end she became one of our very good friends and family. A massive thank you to you Lila, to Foteini, Katerina and the whole team. You are the best. As we said to you before its such a blessing what you do and you give so much happiness to so many people. -

Debbie Sent on 03/04/2018From the minute we made the decision to hold our wedding on the beautiful island of Santorini and were introduced to Lila, our wedding coordinator, we soon realised that we were in very safe and experienced hands. Holding a wedding abroad can be quite daunting and has to rely on good communication and interpretation. From choosing the flowers, to the table decorations, to the food, the wines, the transport to the venue, to the entertainment; our long list of requirements were managed efficiently and professionally by Lila and confirmed back to me in detail with all questions answered. As a result of Lila's years of 'wedding planning' experience and total professionalism my actual wedding day was a dream and went completely to plan. The Heliotopos hotel is positioned high up the volcanic mountain on this beautiful island with the most spectacular view of the blue, blue Aegean Sea. That first view as you walk down the stairs to the wedding terrace is absolutely breathtaking - our guests were truly taken aback by the magnificence of the views below. Lila helped me to arrange a traditional Greek band for the wedding and the reception and we had some brilliant Greek dancers entertain us later on who had the whole wedding party joining in with the dancing. The wedding reception was held in the lava cave, a 'quirky' and cosy room in the Heliotopos which had a really lovely and romantic ambience. The food was very tasty and enjoyed by all. At 8.10pm we all went back onto the terrace to watch the beautiful sunset, it was simply stunning. We were so well looked after by all the staff at the Heliotopos, the service was fantastic, we really couldn't have asked for more. There was honestly not one thing we would change about our wedding, it was truly perfect, we were all still 'buzzing' from it days, no, weeks later! We both want to re-live it all over again! We can't thank Lila and her team enoughfir giving us our most perfect day!

Anneka Sent on 02/25/2018It is almost two years later and our friends and family are still talking about our wedding! They are telling others about the breathtaking venues, the delicious food, the stunning decor and the wild entertainment... and most importantly about the impeccable execution!
A big fat Indian wedding is no mean feat to undertake as it runs over so many days with numerous events and rituals but an even greater challenge is having an Indian wedding as a destination wedding! None of the magical elements would have been possible if it were not for Lila and the Heliotopos team!
Heliotopos had a key role in all the elements of our wedding - from helping with accommodation for our guests, to planning our boat party and even dealing with some more stressful and teary moments.
The entire team was knowledgeable, energetic and approachable. They felt more like our family than our wedding team! And Lila herself is more like our Greek mother!
If we could do it all again we would always choose Heliotopos! Anneka and Amit x -

From day one, Lila was happy with engage with us through emails and understood my anticipation on the run up to the big day.
Despite having some problems with our U.K. Wedding company, Lila always reassured us and made sure that we understood all of the logistics for getting married abroad.
When we arrived in Santorini we were made to feel so welcome and the initial meeting with the venue with organised perfectly.
From handing over our 'finishing touches' to going through the running order of day, it was all so easy and very well supported.
Nothing was too much effort for the team and they worked very hard to ensure our day was beyond perfect.
We had wanted a few changes to our vows and, due to language barriers, this wasn't possible.
However, Lila stepped in and read these during our ceremony which meant so much to us.
I honestly can't recommend her enough. She is the loveliest person you could meet and will make your wedding day magical.
She knows her brides/grooms inside out and this makes the planning of the day so much easier.
