Out of all the vendors we chose for our wedding, the one that totally exceeded our expectations was Sam. He really made our ceremony personal and was very open to including our time capsule ceremony as well. He had so many great ideas and even folded my groom's pocket square when no one else knew how. Sam combines a formula for bringing out your story with a genuine personal caring that made our wedding day special and intimate. He took the time to get to know us through conversation and questions about our personal love story like no other pastor I've witnessed. He used our own quotes and storylines in the ceremony and wove them together into a beautiful tale that reminded me, once again, why we are so in love with each other.
Sam has a very calm demeanor and a unique skill of making you feel as if you are the most important people in the world. This really helped to keep us calm in the Florida heat before and during our ceremony. Ever the consummate professional, he even seamlessly reached into his coat pocket and handed my wife a handkerchief to wipe her brow without ever breaking stride in his charming narrative.

Sam was nothing short of amazing! He was so easy to work with and really helped us to understand his plan and vision. Sam added a touch of personality, intimacy and love to our ceremony. There were times where we worried people would be bored waiting and Sam really managed to keep everyone engaged. For the ceremony we didn’t want anything too religious and we didn’t want something too short. His words were so loved by the wedding party, friends and family have asked me for printouts! Best Addition to ANY Wedding
When we first started looking for officiants, we were not super picky - after all, most of the weddings we had gone to, it just seemed that the officiant was reading a beautiful (but generic) script, and putting all the attention onto the couple. This being our expectation, we were blown away by the services that Sam provided for our extremely special day. We had two phone calls with Sam, and it was immediately apparent in the first one that he was the one who had to lead our marriage, no exceptions. On the second call, he got to know us more, and it felt more like an hour of "hanging out" with a friend than discussing details for the most stressful day of your coming months. On the day of the wedding, we, and all our guests, were awestruck with the completely personalized, funny-yet-sweet, bridal-party-comments-included, ceremony that Sam had written up. If there was any vendor we previously under-appreciated and received way more than we deserved, it was because we booked Sam to be our officiant on the best day of our lives. Sam was our officiant for my wedding last weekend and all I can say is wow!! My husband and I were blown away with the clear time and dedication that Sam put towards what he said during our ceremony. He asked us questions through a google form before the wedding, and then wove our answers into a beautiful tale that portrayed our story so well! The ceremony was the absolute perfect length of time too. Sam grabbed the attention of the audience and spoke so well that it took all the nerves of the ceremony away for me, which was a big deal. He was also totally accepting of our two live owls that were the ring bearers for our wedding, lol!
Sam is professional, fun, a great communicator, and extremely helpful answering any and all questions we had regarding our marrige license application process. I could not recommend him highly enough!!

Personalized and Perfect
Having Sam as our officiant was by far one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire marriage process. Sam not only helps you to feel completely at ease, but really works with you to get the feel of the ceremony that you want. We wanted a simple ceremony that didn't have our guests sitting for too long listening to our proclamations of our undying love and affection for each other, that just isn't us. Sam spent time before our wedding day talking and meeting with us to learn more about who we are individually and as a couple. He then crafted what he learned into the ceremony that was perfect for us. It was a perfect length, had equal parts humor and seriousness as was fitting, and really helped make our day all the more special. I don't think, knowing what I know now about Sam, that I would feel "as married" if someone else did our ceremony. Sounds silly, but Sam made it so personalized and special that I wouldn't ever have wanted anyone else to be the one to proclaim us husband and wife. If you are looking for someone who will listen to you, and craft a wonderful ceremony that completely encapsulates who you are together, and not just read from a standard script, then Sam is an obvious choice.

Sam was one of the best parts of our wedding
We loved Sam. My favorite part of the wedding was forsure the ceremony and honestly, it was made to be so because of Sam. He was so personal and really listened to everything we told him. At first when he sent us the questionnaire with all of those questions I felt like it was going to be too much, but when Sam started reading what my husband and I said to each other, without knowing what the other one wrote, I was so beautiful and personal. It really made it special. Sam was so kind and you can honestly tell he loves what he does and he’s good at it. Thank you Sam for making our day perfect and JUST as we pictured. We will NEVER forgot how personal and heart warming our ceremony was and for that, thank you will never be enough. XOXO The Souza’s.

Absolutely fantastic
Sam was such an amazing officiant! Both my husband and I were nervous about the idea of hiring a stranger to marry us- we didn't want our ceremony to feel impersonal. We were very lucky to find Sam- he took the time to really get to know us and personalize our ceremony; it was like being married by a friend! He was always incredibly prompt in responding to questions/concerns. On the day of he arrived early to make sure everything was in place for the ceremony and was very personable. I would gladly work with him again any day!

Perfect Wedding
The ceremony was perfect. Sam has a wonderful way with words. He got there early to set up music and chairs. Our experience was better than I could have imagined and I would strongly recommend Sam to anyone who wants to have a beautiful wedding.

Wonderful Officiant
Sam was kind, responsive and helpful from our first interaction with him. He offered advice on how to write our own personal vows if we wished to and he made sure to get all of the details to make our ceremony perfect. We are thrilled with how our ceremony turned out and got many compliment and positive remarks about Sam. We wouldn’t have had it any other way!

Everyone LOVED Sam! We were very pleased during the planning process, and Sam was very thorough in getting to know us via email. When the day came, Sam came to us and introduced himself and gave us a final rundown. Once we got down the aisle Sam was the absolute perfect fit and everyone knew it. We still have people telling us how his ceremony words were so meaningful and nice. He even shared the written version with us!

Sam officiated our wedding in Orlando, Florida this June 2018. He was amazing, not only did he provide such a personal ceremony but he was also very relaxed and authentic throughout. It seemed like we had met before or our family knew him. We received so many compliments on our ceremony and how it was the perfect amount of tradition and personalization. In all of our ceremony photos we (bride and groom) and the audience is either genuinely smiling, laughing, or crying sweet tears. We can't thank you enough Sam :)

WOW! is all I can say. It does not get any better than this! Sam is beyond gifted as an officiant and a speaker his voice is incredible and his words are breathtaking, he truly made our big day romantic, funny and special! Our guest are still complimenting Sam and how beautiful our ceremony was they are saying that his ceremony was exciting, romantic and they could hear him talk forever because his voice and choice of words were mesmerizing! I did not have phone service in our venue so I could not communicate with Sam and I was nervous about this but Sam arrived before the time he was scheduled and got the ball rolling. He knew just what to do without ever talking to or seeing me. He was reliable, efficient, very sweet, talented and more than we could have hoped for! Sam really completed our day. He is easy to work with, responsive, and truly cares about his work. He created the most beautiful ceremony for my husband and me. It was beyond our expectations and truly added a new level of emotion to our wedding day. We went with a slightly more religious ceremony and Sam did a wonderful job incorporating prayer and biblical references. We have had multiple guests ask how we know Sam and communicate how wonderful and personal the ceremony was. They're all very surprised to learn that we never met Sam face to face before the wedding, but that he know seems like a close friend. His questionnaire asks if you want a copy of the ceremony script, trust me, you do.

We can not even express how PERFECT our ceremony with Sam was. Sam was absolutely amazing and all of our guests were raving about him and how beautifully worded the ceremony was. Sam made everything so easy and personal with his questionnaires he sent for both of us to complete. This helped him form a customized ceremony for just us. Our amazing wedding planner introduced us to Sam. All we knew was that we did not want a traditional or boring wedding ceremony and Sam made our ceremony so special and more amazing than we could ever have imagined. I can't even begin to talk about how wonderful Sam is. He took the time to learn about us, both as individuals, our relationship, and how we feel towards each other. He wrote one of the most beautiful, personal, touching ceremonies I have ever heard. We were all in tears.
He accommodated our very quirky, laid back, non-religious ceremony elegantly. He captured our history and feelings for each other so well. It was honestly like being married by a friend. I can't recommend him enough. He was the hit of our wedding and my new sister-in-law will be using him too!

We found Sam on wedding wire. He was absolutely amazing and everyone at the wedding could not stop talking about the ceremony. Sam really took the time to get to know us during our initial phone conversation and then again when we met in person closer to the wedding. He made our ceremony so special and unique. Sam was fantastic! Lots of guests commented on how great he was also!Very easy to work with! I do suggest talking live once right before the ceremony! Maybe review script and pronunciation....so glad we chose him!

Words cannot describe how "AMAZING" Sam was!!! My husband and I are a unique couple, as we didn't find each other in life until we were in our early 40's. With that being said, my husband AKA... "My Prince" made me a promise to say "I DO" each and every year to one another and in a different location, which we just celebrated our 9th Vow Renewal and 10th Wedding!!! <3 <3 Sam is the "REAL DEAL" hands down and we would seriously love to have him as our Officient each and every year!!! He was extremely caring, he listened to our requests and truly takes pride in his job and making sure his clients are happy no matter what!!! My wife and I needed a wedding officiant who could be professional and provide with a ceremony for a very intimate setting with just a few guests. I researched Sam and all his reviews were great. However the reviews did not do his service justice. Sam listened to what we were looking for, made simple suggestions that truly enhanced our ceremony and made us feel as if we knew him forever and that our wedding was as important to him as it was to each of us. If you are looking for a wedding officiant believe me Sam is the man for the job!!!

Pastor Sam was very Professional and gracious. We felt very comfortable with him. We had a Sunrise Wedding and he was very much early. Gave us Communion and had a Mic so people could hear everything above the waves. I would recommend him to anyone getting married in or around the Orlando, Fl area.

Sam is truly a blessing. He made our wedding on the beach an unforgettable life event. On our wedding day, we gathered on Ormond Beach at sunset with great anticipation. Unfortunately, a strong storm kicked up and nearly blew us away. Wisely, we skipped ahead and quickly proceeded to the vows. After pronouncing us "man and wife," we had to rush back to ours cars. Although we were prepared to live happily ever after, Sam was not satisfied. He invited us back that very Saturday for a re-do. At first we were reluctant. However, Sam persisted. So, 3 days later, we dressed up again and went back the beach at sunset. This time the weather cooperated. In fact, it was absolutely beautiful. But more importantly, the ceremony was perfect. His interest in us as individuals and his remarkably validating attention to personal details culminated in a sincerely intimate ceremony. We are eternally grateful to Sam. He is clearly not doing this merely for the money. This is his calling.

Sam was both professional and accommodating in officiating our second wedding. He was sensitive to both our spiritual priorities and the fact we were bringing together a blended family for the first time. It is a rare to find a wedding officiant who is serious about his faith while maintaining a spirit of compassion and grace to those who have been broken. Our ceremony lasted 15 minutes, on the beach, and was perfect.

My husband and I flew from Michigan to Florida for our special day. Our ceremony was coordinated through a vendor Knotical Weddings.
At the last minute something happened with our officiant and Donna from Knotical Weddings advised that Sam was going to perform our ceremony. They assured that he was was highly recommended and were actually surprised that he was available with such short notice. I spoke with Sam that afternoon briefly over the phone. He confirmed that he had all of our information from the other officiant. Sam was so professional yet personable that it didn't feel at all like we "just met". He is truly anointed in what he does because he has a way of making everything very smooth and carefree. I really appreciated him for his words and blessings over our marriage.

Having a destination wedding made it a little difficult to find vendors since we didn't know anyone but Sam was happy to Skype with us so we could get to know each other and decide if he would understand and laugh at our quirky sense of humor. We knew he was the right officiant for us. We worked via email to decide on vows, etc and Sam was very understanding that we couldn't stick to a deadline to save our lives ... we were answering his questions about our relationship in the 11th hour and he still was a pro at putting together our ceremony. I loved everything he said in our ceremony - it was professional but captured our quirky side perfectly. Sam is so very talented and we cannot thank him enough!
