Omg!! Ray is literally a ray of sunshine! I could of not asked for a better photographer to capture us a special day. He is the real MVP. Ray was so easy to work with, down to earth and kept everyone laughing and comfortable throughout the whole day. I would recommend him to every and anyone getting married! Whenever I had a question he answered immediately. I just received back my photos and I am still crying viewing them . Such amazing work! -

Ray was absolutely amazing! He is so professional, personable, and kind. Throughout the whole process, he communicated with me in a timely process. The day of my wedding he was in the area early to scout out the locations and become familiar with the area. My husband and I are awkward at taking pictures but he has some tricks up his sleeve to get some great candid shots of us. I could not be happier with his service and work. He has a more creative and artistic eye with photographer than I think most wedding photographers do. I highly recommend Ray without reservation. -

Ray was nothing short of great from our first meeting. Never hesitated to travel to us for our engagement shoot. Made us feel very comfortable with taking pics. Prompt with getting back great quality results. Ray was also soooo good on our wedding day making sure we got EVERY shot we wanted for our big day and more. We had Ray do the photography for our wedding and we couldn’t be more pleased!! From the start he was always very responsive and easy to work with. I didn’t get a chance to meet him until our wedding day but from the second he showed up I just knew we had made the right decision. He was very professional yet fun! He fit right in with my family and friends. My husband and I aren’t big “posed” picture people and Ray was able to capture some amazing portraits without keeping us from our cocktail hour for too long (our reception immediately followed our ceremony and we didn’t want to do a “first look”). After our wedding, Ray was able to get our pictures back to us in about a month and when we got to look at them, we felt like we were reliving our day all over again. They were amazing! From the time we were getting ready to the crazy moves on the dance floor and sunset photos, I think Ray captured our day beautifully! I would highly recommend Ray! -

Our engagement session with Ray did not disappoint! Everything ran so smoothly and Ray made the whole experience so enjoyable for both my fiancé and I. Ray is so organized and punctual. He returned our photos to us earlier than I had expected. I love every single photo and have absolutely no idea how I am going to chose for our save the dates! Ray's photos are unlike any I have seen. He has such an artistic eye for the perfect photo opportunity and captures sweet, unique photos. Gabrielle Sent on 10/04/2018First off, let me just start this review with, you MUST have Ray photograph your wedding. He is honestly the best in the business!
My husband and I both knew we wanted to have amazing photos for our wedding. We planned a DIY wedding, not the most elaborated wedding by any means but the photos I received were jaw dropping. My wedding photos look so wonderful! The ceremony and reception looks gorgeous! I know if anyone else had taken the photos, we would not have had such great results.
Not only were the wedding photos to die for, Ray was on-site early to scope the venue for photo ops, extremely professional with my other vendors, really understanding during the chaos of the wedding beforehand and he even helped relax my nervous husband! He is such a valued friend and I could not be more grateful and honored to have had him photograph our special day.

Jackie Sent on 09/01/2018It's so hard to put our experience with Ray into words...there are so many wonderful feelings that we have felt just since working with him. I guess I should explain a little bit more: My husband and I are not the 'typical' bride and groom or newly engaged, but already married with no children. Every year, to celebrate another year of marriage, we have a little photo session. Being that I am a photographer and my husband, my second, it's rare to get in front of a camera, let alone, to be COMFORTABLE in front of a camera. In the past, my husband has been so nervous, that it typically shows in the photos. This year was different. So different. This year we were completely comfortable with what we were doing and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Ray took a photo session and turned it into a story. Yes, a couple of photos were posed, but a majority of the photos were completely US doing, well, us! From a trip to the park with the girls (no....we typically don't dress up to do that, but hey, we have to clean up sometimes!!) to walking around Wegmans doing what we do all the time, and at home, just being us. I love that Ray took the time to ask us questions, make us do fun/crazy things, and just be so personable throughout the experience. Plus, he is so patient! We weren't sure what we wanted to do, but he helped guide us to the perfect place for us and it turned out so perfect for us as a couple. Not only that, but HE HAS SUCH A CREATIVE EYE! He saw so many moments that he could frame PERFECTLY! So, he gets all kinds of points for person-ability, creativity, motivational speaking, and just overall professionalism. Not to mention, we took the photos Thursday night and had them back the next day!! I mean, you CANNOT get better than that. He's ABSOLUTELY incredible and we will definitely use him again and again, as long as we are in NY. He truly loves what he does and it shows. I could not brag on him enough! Worth everything!

Michelle Sent on 08/20/2018I consider myself a picky photograph person, and I definitely didn't want the "plain-Jane" wedding photographs that looked like anyone could take using a "decent camera." I wanted sharp, crisp, color with a little flare and a little attitude, while still getting true to life pictures and colors. After searching through a TON of wedding photographers, I fell in love with Ray's portfolio! Every picture had such creativity and showed true artistic ability and uniqueness. We just got back our engagement photos and he DID NOT disappoint!! My "hubby to be" is typically a hellion in front of a camera. Silly face here, goofy look there, pouty faces all over. Ray helped us capture the true essence of "us" in the best way! Despite it being nearly 100 degrees and as humid as a steam room, he managed to keep us relaxed, smiling, laughing, and having a really good time! All of this showed in the amazing photos we got back! I cannot say enough about how great Ray is behind a camera. On top of that, he is so attentive and responsive when you message him and we got our pictures back so fast! I cannot wait for our wedding to see the amazing moments he catches, because he definitely doesn't miss a beat! (He even caught the split second the man gave me secret bunny ears, probably thinking he'd get away with it.... Nope, Ray captured that and it was one of my favorites!!!)

He made us feel at ease and really heard us when we described what we wanted from the shoot. The results were AMAZING! We felt like he really captured who we are and what our relationship is like in the photos. Ray was also very accommodating when it came to scheduling and location. We could not be more happy with the experience and the outcome, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a unique and professional experience!

Not only was he able to capture all our moments but he was able to make them even more wonderful with his amazing artistry and talent. He truly is an amazing photographer and has an incredible nature that can make even those, like myself and my wife, who are typically extremely nervous and camera shy, feel at ease. Cannot recommend enough.

Elaine Sent on 10/10/2016During the planning process, I was hesitant with whom I would choose to photograph one of the most important days of my life. I looked through various portfolios and Ray's definitely stuck out to me. His mission and perspective were exactly what I was looking for. He exemplifies capturing people in the moment to capture real life emotions. And the price was so right with all that he offers to his clients. Upon contacting him he answered right away. He was always quick to respond to any question or concern I had, and that is important for any stressed bride! He was there via text, phone call, email, even Facebook; any method really. On the day of the wedding, he and his second shooter were available anytime he was requested. He was up for trying any shot I wanted to take and was very open with us. All of my attendees said they didn't even notice Ray taking any photos. They were so inconspicuous that they did not interfere nor bother anyone (which was very important). The pictures came out phenomenally and I couldn't be more pleased. We absolutely loved having Ray. He is an absolute pleasure and I would recommend him to anyone!! -
Megan Sent on 03/19/2018Ray was amazing! We had such a great time with him at our wedding. And he really captured everything we wanted to be able to cherish for years to come. We booked 2 years in advance for our wedding and Ray did a great job of keeping an open line of communication between the time we booked him and the actual date of our wedding. Though we didn't get to work with Ray on an engagement shoot he arrived with an open mind about what we wanted and the shots we wanted to take. Not to mention they were a lot of fun to work with! We spent time joking around and getting to know each other which made the shoot really easy and fun. The day of the wedding was a bit cloudy and we did a lot of outside shots, when we got the pictures back the edits he made brought more light and warmth to the gray December day were wonderful! During the reception Ray and Casey were present and taking pictures but they were hardly noticeable by us and our family, but the pictures they captured made it look like they could have been right in the middle of it. There was a slight delay in getting the pictures, but we understand that these things take time and were happy to wait for perfection. Overall the professionalism and passion for the craft that Ray and Casey gave to our wedding really shows in the pictures that we have, which made it worth everything! Thank you so much for all your efforts for our wedding, we couldn’t have asked for a better photography team!

When we found Ray, we knew he was the right photographer for our wedding. His editing is very true to life and captures exactly how things looked in the moment. His photography style is balanced between formal shots, romantic poses, and beautiful candid's. We have not received our full album yet, but our sneak peek photos are everything we hoped they would be. His team is fantastic, and we are so thankful we went with the video package and second shooter to help capture everything throughout the day. We would highly recommend! -
