I had no idea what to expect when I chose to get married through MGM Resorts specifically at Mandalay Bay. It was most seamless process from start to finish. My Wedding Planner Josephine was outstanding and guided me every step of the way. Throughout the entire process Josephine went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect. There were so many options to choose from and I was able to create the dream wedding and reception. Our ceremony was at The Cove and our dinner at Tender Steakhouse. The Cove is breathtaking with high ceilings and fountain in the back drop. The food at Tender was the best I have ever had and our guest could not stop talking about the food and service. If I had to do my wedding and reception over, I would choose Mandalay Weddings over and over. I highly recommend Mandalay Weddings, you will not be disappointed!

When we were looking for a wedding venue we relied heavily on reviews from other couples. Having a destination wedding isn’t as hard as it seems when you have an amazing team of people that go above and beyond to make this a memorable experience.

With so many options to choose from in Las Vegas, we had narrowed down our choices to three different venues. Ultimately we ended up choosing Mandalay Bay because of their customer service. Unlike many other places in Las Vegas, Mandalay Bay was prompt in answering any questions that we had and made us feel valued.

Having our wedding at Mandalay Bay Las Vegas was one of the best experiences ever. Our wedding planner, Emily Thomas, was extremely helpful in turning our vision into reality. We basically just explained to her what we wanted and she made it happen. Emily was easy to communicate with and was always available to answer any of our questions whether it be via phone call or email. She was quick to respond to any and all questions we had, and let us know ahead of time when she would be out of the office or unavailable.

Mandalay Bay Weddings made it easy for us to have our own minister. Although our minister was not licensed in the State of Nevada, Mandalay Bay was very accommodating and had their minister sign the paperwork and allowed our minister to perform the ceremony. Because we had our own minister, we did have to pay for a rehearsal. However, the rehearsal is extremely important so that everyone knows the cues and make sure the actual wedding day flows smoothly.

Photographs and videos last a lifetime. When planning our wedding, we knew from the beginning that we wanted to spend the extra money on a photographer and videographer to capture our special day. Cashman Photo works with Mandalay Bay Weddings. We were nervous that we were not able to choose our own photographer and videographer for the wedding but Cashman Photo did not disappoint. Karolynn McMurray from Cashman Photo communicated well with us from setting up our photo viewing appointment to purchasing our photos.

On the day of our wedding, our photographer, Ken, and our videographer, Ariel, from Cashman Photo were so fun to work with! Ken was an amazing photographer. He made sure to capture our true essence and not make us feel like we were posing uncomfortably. Ken is a really creative photographer and really utilized the scenery to capture amazing photos. He was also very accommodating to the types of photos that we wanted; for example: we wanted first look photos, photos with our parents, and even a big group photo with all of our guests.

During our appointment to view our photos, Karolynn McMurray was awesome. She allowed us to view a slideshow of all of our photos, thoroughly explained all the package options, and informed us of any discounts that were available at that time.

Overall, Mandalay Bay Weddings has many options and upgrades to choose from which makes it a great choice for any budget. For couples like us that aren’t from Las Vegas, the website that Mandalay Bay Wedding creates for you, allows you to choose everything from the color of your flowers, to choosing music for your wedding, and even upgrading the aisle runner and arch. We are happy to have chose Mandalay Bay. They listen to your wants and needs and turn your vision into reality while making sure that you feel valued. We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to have their wedding in Las Vegas.

Jena was easy to work with and honestly took all the worry away. The venue was perfect and the ceremony exactly the way I wanted it.

We got married in the platinum chapel which is the biggest chapel the Mandalay Bay has to offer. Everything turned out beautifully from the flowers to the pianist playing music to the person that married us, we loved it all! The venue is beautiful and classy. Jami worked so hard To make everything perfect for us and was excellent about communication and detail.

We got married in the shark reef aquarium. It was a bigger space than I had originally imagined. Standing room for 15 people easily, in a wide open area surrounded by tropical fish, rays, sharks, turtles. Shark Tunnel is adjacent to ceremony where everyone stands.

We were overwhelmed with the amount of locations you can get married at in Vegas. Originally we were looking at the Beach at Mandalay Bay until we saw pictures for Valley of the Falls. It is GORGEOUS!!!! We knew we found the perfect location. We could not have asked for anything better and Jen was SO GREAT at answering every question (no matter how ridiculous) and made the whole process so easy. Everyone enjoyed the wedding and commented how beautiful it was. If you are looking for something less flashy check out Valley of the Falls at Mandalay Bay!! Planned daughters destination wedding in Vegas from South Texas using reviews and phone conversations. Weddings by Mandalay Bay made this easy work. Brianna Holland our coordinator was amazing, she knew all the right questions and listened to what we were looking for and made it happen. We sent numerous emails over the months and when we finally met in July for a quick tour I was totally confident this was going to be great. Brianna ran through the list and made sure we were aware of the items that still needed to be addressed and walked us through the ceremony that day which gave everyone some piece of mind as we got to see it first hand and it brought the sheer size of Mandalay Bay down to a manageable size in our minds as everything we were planning was all relatively close to one area of the resort.
As the day drew close Brianna transferred to another area of the resort but Jenna stepped in and she never missed a step. picked up right where Brianna left off.
The day of the ceremony was as stress free as possible, all the details were taken care of. The Valley of the Falls looked amazing. Our officiant was an incredible man, his words and his kindness made the day even more special. The floral they provide looked fantastic. The photographer they provided was an amazing talent. We got some great pictures of everyone at the ceremony.
The whole experience was fantastic and our guests are still complimenting us on how nice and classy the ceremony was.

The reason we chose Vegas for our wedding venue is because we liked how they had wedding packages for smaller groups. Additionally, these packages made wedding planning so easy - we didn't want to have to coordinate an officiant, vendors, locations, etc. We wanted to focus on what our wedding day meant to us and spending time celebrating with our family and friends. That's exactly what we got.
We chose the Premium upgrade with an In-Suite reception. The ceremony is 15 minutes long and I was concerned that it wasn't enough time to inject meaning into our ceremony. We even wrote our own vows to personalize. The officiant forgot that we had our own vows but we weren't even mad because he did such a beautiful job. One of my guests said that she didn't even cry at her own wedding but she cried at mine. He said the most beautiful, honest words about commitment and love. It was so perfect, even if we didn't get to say our personal vows.
The reception was held in a fabulous suite that we stayed in for 2 nights. It was AMAZING. The food was so good! We weren't sure what to expect for the cake, but it was moist and absolutely delicious!! They even left all the food and bottles of wine, beer, and water for us afterwards. It was also great for entertaining people while we were there.
I made a big fuss about good photography and I had some ideas of poses and perspectives that I sent ahead of time to Cashman. Our photographer, Rich, just absolutely exceeded all our expectations. We were absolutely blown away by the photos and in the end we purchased the Master CD with all the digital images because we loved all of them.
Despite the fact that the tragic shooting had occurred there only a few days before, the hotel was on their game but also extremely respectful. There was no safer place to be.
Our Wedding Coordinator Jenna was so sweet and super responsive to all my emails!! The entire process was painless and so professionally done.

We worked with Jenna, who is simply the best! She answered every single email quickly and professionally, including all of my random questions and last minute worries! It is hard planning a destination wedding and she made it easy. She also handled booking our room and there were a lot of nice personal touches that just meant so much! She even met with us the day prior to walk us through the events and locations, which helped a lot.

We had the ceremony at The Valley of the Falls and the cocktail reception with tray passed hors d'oeuvres at The Border Grill. The Valley of the Falls was the perfect background for the pictures! We had a live pianist for the music and it was a really nice touch! The photographers that are part of the package know the good spots to take numerous pictures, so the lighting was excellent both outside and inside, and there was no squinting or anything! The food at the Border Grill was delicious, and we got an additional sweets table to accompany the cake, which was very good (I recommend the carrot cake!). They were so accommodating and held the top tier of the cake for me and I was able to go and pick it up before I left to bring home with us (and yes, I was able to go through airport security with my cake :) ).

Also part of our package was the DVD of the ceremony, and we haven't watched it yet. We've only been home for 2 weeks!

I went to Robert Cromeans salon in the Mandalay and got my hair (shampoo blow dry and up do) done by Amy and makeup done by Vanya and they did a great job! My hair and makeup held up all afternoon and night, through the tears and the heat, and they even offered a touch up between pictures, which I took them up on as my lipstick was all kissed off! Everyone (including people in the casino later that night) commented on how awesome my hair and makeup looked!

I am overjoyed with the Mandalay wedding services and resort, and we will definitely be going back there to renew our vows.

If you are looking for a one stop shop... look no further. I tried planning my wedding on my own and was getting frustrated and sad... Then I found Weddings at Mandalay Bay Las Vegas and met my AMAZING wedding coordinator, Elizabeth Ibarra (Liz). I LOVED the package deal… it really helped to have such an inclusive package and made sticking to our budget so much easier than trying to manage costs from several different vendors (i.e. photographer, florist, musicians, glam squad, etc.).

We chose Valley of the Falls for our wedding ceremony and Border Grill for our reception… It was truly the BEST day of my life! My husband and I enjoyed all of the extras the day after our wedding.. we had a couples massage at Spa Mandalay, visited the Shark Reef, and had a romantic dinner for two at STRIPSTEAK.

Liz took care of all of the details and truly simplified the whole planning process for me. She was always available for phone calls, very responsive on email, and took care of any request I had to bring the wedding of my dreams to fruition.

I wholeheartedly recommend Mandalay Bay Weddings and specifically Elizabeth Ibarra… she feels more like a friend than a wedding coordinator… She truly understood my vision, made it happen, and was fun and down to Earth at the same time. We got married at valley of the falls. I loved everything about it. We paid extra for the upgraded decor and it was worth every penny. We had Jami and Ashley as our coordinators. Both ladies were very helpful and very sweet. The ceremony was perfect!

Rosanna was my wedding coordinator, but all of the staff at the wedding chapel were there to help. Destination weddings are rough, but these people were fabulous at calming my nerves and took all the pressure off me and my groom. We were truly blown away by the end result, everything came out better than expected. I couldn't be happier!

Jamileth and everyone else at the wedding chapel made our ceremony planning a breeze and our big day without a hitch! We could not be happier! We chose valley of the falls as our location and it was amazing, beautiful photos, and a nice breeze!

My wife and I got married at Mandalay Bay in the Valley of the Falls on August 3, 2014. everything was beyond perfect! There were NO flaws with the ceremony. All of our guests complimented us on the venue, decorations, and set up. We let the guests know that Amanda (our wedding planner) and her team were behind all of the magic. We didn’t have to lift a finger with organizing anything. The ceremony exceeded our expectations. The only stress with the wedding was simply MY nervousness, however, Amanda and her team had a way of making me feel at ease. Amanda even went out of her way to find me a snack and water during rehearsal when I felt like passing out from nervousness. Leading up to the wedding, e-mail and phone responses from Amanda were very prompt. We didn’t have to wait around for answers. We had a million questions and she never failed to answer a single one. Although I don’t want to post exact details on the cost of the wedding, I can say that it was very affordable for us. You can pick and choose what you want in a wedding package. For what we paid, it was well with it. I highly recommend purchasing the rehearsal package to ease your mind. It’s nice being able to meet with your Minister/JP ahead of time so you know what’s going to happen. The gentleman (our JP) who married us was fantastic. He listened to all our wished at the rehearsal and carried them out throughout the ceremony. The photographer was also great. He was very professional and captured fantastic poses and scenery. I can’t stress enough how perfect our special day was. THEwedding Chapel will always hold a special place in our heart. We look forward to going back to visit the team to say hello. We haven't gotten married yet, our date is a few months from now, however the coordinator that has been helping us Rosanne is very helpful, returns calls right away and answers all of our questions. We are looking forward to our big day and are certain it will be an amazing event!

Amanda was my wedding coordinator. She did an excellent job helping to plan my wedding out of state. Anytime I had questions I'd email her and within 24-48 hous I would get a response. The day of went perfect!

Wow- I was married here 6/26/14 and it was the best day of my life thanks to The Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas!! I have not one regret. Everything was flawless and beautiful.

I worked with Ashley Brillman and she was on top of everything. She allowed me to have whatever I wanted- I sent in photos of the flowers I wanted (after changing my mind three times) and she did everything in her power to make sure they came out perfect!!

Our music could have been louder (most guest said they couldn't hear the pianist), but I was too busy to notice. The photos through Cashman were beautiful!!

Everything was perfect. We search high and low throughout Vegas for the perfect location. We visited EVERY SINGLE casino (on and off strip) and I am 100% sure that Mandalay Bay's THE Wedding Chapel was THE BEST!! They were the cleanest, most stylish, cutest, friendliest and did not look OLD like most of the other chapels we saw. Their prices were also the fairest and came with the most packages of things we ACTUALLY wanted :)

They have the most options for locations and they are the most professional. I am so in love with The Mandalay Bay and they REALLY made sure to go out of their way for us! We even had little gifts sent to our room throughout our wedding week. So Sweet!!

We had a very small ceremony at The Wedding Chapel at Mandalay Bay and I wouldn't change a thing. We were treated so well from our first inquiry to the moments before saying I Do. I never felt stressed and the price was perfect for our budget.

This is a wonderful place to get married. We wanted to get married in Vegas but didn't want anything cheesy. The hotel is beautiful and very classy, as is the chapel. Away from the noise of the casino and lobby, the chapel was in a great location (especially after walking around other hotels and seeing the chapels in the middle of the action.) Our planner, Lorena, was super nice and helpful and the planning process was a breeze. It was a beautiful chapel and the minister did a wonderful job. Honestly, it was everything we had wanted and don't have any complaints. Even the photos by Cashman were great, which I was a bit worried about after reading other reviews. Just a perfect day :)

My husband and I booked the Valley of the Falls at Mandalay Bay based almost entirely on pictures. When we stopped at the site 2 days before the wedding to see it in person for the first time, my jaw dropped. Pictures do not do this location justice, it was beautiful! Our wedding coordinator changed several times over the year between when we booked and when we tied the knot, but nothing was missed and everything went exactly as planned. The flowers were beautiful, the music was wonderful, and our officiant was amazing. Everything exceeded our expectations and we would recommend Mandalay Bay, Valley of the Falls in particular, to anyone looking to get married in Las Vegas!

Amazing chapel, flowers, pictures, coordinators and staff. I would have never thought wedding planning would be this easy! I had the great pleasure to work w/ Danielle Campanella from the moment I called to inquire information about the chapel to saying " I Do" Danielle was was always there. The Wedding Chapel was by far THE best choice I made for my special day!

We stayed her for our wedding week and had our ceremony in one of the suites. There were some bumps in the stay due to a computer conversion problem....but they showed they cared, took care of all our guest and made everything right. If you want to know you will be taken care of...go here!! The rooms are lovely, the service from all the staff was outstanding, food was great and cabana time after the wedding was the best.

Fantastic venue and services... they even let me use the decorations from the previous event at no charge.

Our wedding experience at Mandalay Bay completely exceeded our expectations. Our wedding planner, Samantha, was wonderful. She provided fantastic customer service during the entire planning process. She was such a sweetheart and we really enjoyed getting to know her. The photographers were excellent! They really knew how to do their job well amongst all the family and friend chaos after the ceremony. It took a lot of patience and professionalism on their part, we were very impressed and thought our photos turned out perfect. The next day we were able to view and purchase our photos. Alis, our photographic consultant, made us feel right at home with her kind and gracious personality. She was very helpful and encouraged us to take our time, which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend the wedding services provided at Mandaly Bay to anyone considering getting married in Las Vegas.

On July 5, 2011, we decided to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary by renewing our wedding vows. After careful consideration and lots of research we decided to renew our vows at the Wedding Chapel at Mandalay Bay Waterfall Location. We wanted to have our wedding outside and since it is so beautiful at the waterfall location it was the perfect choice. Since we live in Canada we were not quite sure how planning a destination wedding was going to be. Danielle Campanella was our wedding coordinator and she was wonderful. She handled every aspect of our special day and answered every question that we had with prompt and courteous attention. She and all of the staff at the Wedding Chapel helped to make our day extra special. We chose the staff at Cashman Professional at Manadalay bay to do our video and photography. They were awesome. Natalie Olson was our photo professional and she made our experience wonderful. We also decided to have our reception at The Bayside Buffet at Mandalay Bay. Trisha Neel worked with us to decide what was best for us and everything turned out perfect. We also made a visit to the Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay, which was enjoyed by all of us. We would definitely recommend the professionals at The Wedding Chapel at Mandalay Bay, Cashman Professionals and The Bayside Buffet at Mandalay Bay for all of your wedding needs. They definitely helped make a day that was very special to us even more special.

My wedding was at the Valley of the Falls. I absolutely loved it. The venue was perfect and everything was just as I asked. My WC Kayla was usually very prompt with responding via email. Unfortunately, I didn't get to meet her and she was not there on the wedding day, but everything went as I wanted. Samantha was there and she was very helpful. The day of the wedding there was some issue with getting my party favors to the reception site at the Four Seasons, but Samantha took very good care of me in Kayla's absence. All in all I have no complaints. I too, did not get my garter until after the wedding but I will just add that to my scrapbook! I didn't even remember that being a part of the package.

My wedding was PERFECTION! My WC Haben was very professional, responsive, and full of suggestions (which i love because they do this all the time - me only once!). We choose the Opal Shores/Valley of the Falls package with upgraded limo ride to get the lisence and photo's. I noticed a lot of negative reviews while I was doing my research on where to have the ceremony...I can not imagine why because Mandalay Bay was great! Wish i could do it all over again!

Chapel was pricey but well worth every penny! Alyssa was wonderful and made sure everything went smoothly!! Day went off without a bang except for our marriage certificate getting tossed. It wasnt the official one so we let it slide, but was a problem at the time. Would do it all over again, thats how much I loved this place!!

I couldn't have asked for a more stress free and beautiful wedding. We chose the Valley of the Falls package and although it was a scorching 104 degrees on our wedding it was nice and cool out amongst the water falls. It was so nice not to have to worry about the flowers, chairs, music etc. You pick it and they coordinate everything for you. It gave me more time to enjoy my special day with family and friends than worrying about all the little details.

The Wedding Chapel was perfect.

The staff there was very helpful and kind. My husband and I couldn't have asked for more. Everyone commented how lovely our ceremony was and it's because of the people who work there.

The chapel was beautiful. The look and feel of the room was lush and elegant. It isn't what you would expect getting married in Las Vegas. In fact, you wouldn't even know you were there at all.

I can't say enough about THEwedding chapel at Mandalay Bay!!! Aleena, our wedding coordinator was fabulous! Everything form planning to the actual event went smoothly. There are packages to fit all budgets. This is the best looking chapel on the strip - simple yet elegant!

Everyone I knew cautioned me on the stresses of planning a wedding. The biggest stress I had was narrowing down my final choices. THE Chapel and Catering Staff at Mandalay Bay were so accommodating & helpful. We feel that our wedding was perfect & flawless. They helped me bring in a Foosball table to surprise my Groom, the linens were gorgeous & the food was fantastic! We had the Palm Foyer for our reception which had a unique view of the strip.

I, the Groom, decided to have a wedding as a surprise without the knowledge of my now wife. For 9 months the staff at THE Wedding Chapel assisted me with picking our flowers, music, and vendors for photography and the reception to make our wedding magical!! The Chapel can hold about 100 guests and the decor is stunning. The Officiant made our ceremony and vows seem special and unique without any assistance. Anyone looking for a special venue that brings it all together in one place this is it. You have to really believe they were on their game for a guy to want to come back and write a review.

They were excellent and the chapel was really nice. Their big chapel can hold up to 90 guests - not many chapels can hold that many in Vegas. They were helpful when planning my wedding long distance. They provided everything you need for a gorgeous wedding.

Great spot for a Vegas wedding - would HIGHLY recommend having your Vegas wedding at the Mandalay Bay Chapel. We just love this casnio/hotel and had a great 2 bedroom suite on this particular stay. It was excellent.

When we began looking for a location for our ceremony, we wanted something unique, private and indoors. The Foundation Room exceeded our expectations. There were private elevators that took you to the Foundation Room at the top of Mandalay Bay and the room had the most amazing views and gorgeous décor. The Foundation Room is closed during the day so we had the whole area to ourselves. My coordinator was Erica and she did a good job and responded to all my emails within a reasonable time. Highly recommend the Foundation Room for a ceremony.

Ate brunch here the day after our wedding. This place is so good--for a buffet. Kinda pricey, but worth it if you like to eat allot of different things.

Our wedding coordinator, Nichole Salinas, made planning a destination wedding a breeze. While the coordinators are not in the office every weekday, she was great about responding to my emails in a timely manner when she was in the office. Our ceremony was held at the Valley of the Falls, the water fall area in front of the hotel on the strip. I fell in love with this area, because to me, it has everything I love about Vegas; it's over-the-top and has the "cheese factor" that I love about Vegas, but is still classy and incredibly impressive. One word of advice though, if possible, personally show your guests the way to the area the day or morning before. It's not easy to find. Our reception / catering contact person was Jaimie Zimmerman. She is delighful, and as a former banquet server, I confidently say the her banquet staff is the best I've ever seen.
Our DJ, Night Sounds, made our reception especially fun. There were times when all 50 of our guests were on the dance floor!
The photographers at Mandalay Bay, Cashman Photography, would be the only thing I wasn't thoroughly impressed with. When you have your appointment to review the photos, they WILL try very hard to convince you to purchase the $5,000 photo CD. The person that met with us was obviously uninterested in us the moment I said we weren't purchasing the CD. As I went through 250 photos and put them into piles regarding which I wanted as 4x6s, 5x7s, etc. she quickly picked them up and put them away. I was so disappointed to receive some very random photos that I know I wouldn't have wasted my enlarged photos on, so I KNOW the stacks must have gotten mixed up. When I contacted Cashman, I was told "this is what you ordered," which, after the fact, how could I prove it wasn't? Overall, we were thrilled with our "decadence" package with Mandalay Bay. While it certainly isn't inexpensive, I plan on doing this ONCE in my lifetime and it was well worth every penny.

The wedding chapel at Mandalay Bay provided a seamless day for our wedding and the process was a breeze -- we planned the entire day in 3 weeks over a couple hours. It was definitely stress free planning and a piece of cake!

This is a great venue. Beautiful and very easy to work with! The only thing that went wrong was the wedding before mine went long and I missed out on most of my ready room time, my guests were seated a few minutes late and my wedding started about 10 minutes late. I was very unhappy about this but my coordinator put the bridal party in the media room and brought my girls and I free champagne. They also refunded a portion of the chapel fees so I was saitsfied with their restitution.

I would recommend working with Brandon Rowe. He was exceptional to work with and fights for his brides - very responsive and very professional!

This was by far the best way to have a wedding! So stress free! My wedding coordinator Kaylan took care of everything and made it so stress-free. Even though we had not seen the chapel, I knew exactly how it was going to be because she sent me pictures and descriptions. Would highly recommend this. We were able to have the wedding we wanted without starting our married lives in debt!

My husband (ack, husband! Still getting used to that) and I got married here this past Saturday, and I can say that Mandalay Bay gave us a wedding ceremony beyond any we could have ever imagined. We had about 75 guests and got married in one of their outdoor venues, Valley of the Falls,with reception following in the Palm Foyer space indoors.

Overall, this was absolutely wonderful--I really don't have any complaints. Our floral was stunning, our officiant (Rev. Adam Duckro) was so amicable and nailed our ceremony (there were a lot of little detail things--no pronouncing us "Mr and Mrs X" since I'm keeping my last name, no "Love is patient love is kind" because I can't stand it, having him work in a reading from my mother-in-law and a ring warming ceremony from my mom) and all of the little details within. The A/V for our ceremony was solid and they played the music I gave them perfectly (I provided a CD and skipped the pianist), and the two wedding coordinators that helped us on the day of were very sweet and one even recognized me the next day and came over to say hi and greet me by name. The space looked stunning and I think my guests were pleased, despite the heat (it was about 92 degrees). My Mandalay Bay wedding coordinator, Jaimie, wasn't there on the day of, but she was REALLY patient in going back and forth with my external wedding coordinator over all the details.

As for the Mandalay Bay Catering department that did our reception--these guys were just a joy to work with. Everything about our reception in the Palm Foyer was beautiful and the food was fantastic. My Catering contacts even had some sweet treats delivered to our suite in THEhotel when we got there as a little congratulatory gift, which I thought was a really nice. The actual Palm Foyer space was stunning, especially when it got dark-- it overlooks the MB tower and the entire Strip and the view was killer. The bartenders were great and kept the booze (shots especially) flowing efficiently, which is exactly what we wanted. We had our own waiter who was assigned to just the two of us-- he kept checking on us at our sweetheart table every 5 minutes (no joke) to make sure we had everything we needed-- our glasses never got even halfway empty, and he even reserved a bunch of appetizers for us in case we were too busy mingling at cocktail hour to get any. The appetizers, in particular, were awesome, and there was a TON of food left over. The best part, though, was our cake-- the cake was the one thing I gave them free license with. Every other detail of my wedding was planned but for the cake, I kind of said "surprise me", and boy, did they ever. It was stunning, and they totally nailed it. Overall, an amazing reception experience and I couldn't have imagined anything better.

Initially I was nervous that a wedding factory like MB wouldn't work with us on the details to get the day exactly how I wanted it, but they totally did. Can't wait to come back someday and do a vow renewal. ;)

We loved e chapel. It was modern and doesnt feel cheesy. I was assign a planner but she was promoted and i was assigned to Brittany. She is awesome. She helped me with my floral and always did her best to respond to my emails. I didnt work with her on the day of the wedding but i loved how the flowers turned out.

My wedding planner, Angela, was great! She answered all of my questions, arranged everything and eased my fears. Very sweet! The ceremony was brief and to-the-point (just the way I wanted). It was really nice not to have to worry about any of the details of the ceremony. That way, I had a lot more time and energy to dedicate to other things! I would highly recommend this route for the no-frills, simple type.

My ceremony was absolutely stunning. They were amazing to work with and offered a great product. The one and only issue I had is that they wouldn't have someone run the bouquets and bouts up to my room, I had to have one of my photogs go across the casino and hotel to pick them up while I finished getting ready. Other than that A+++

I live in the San Fernando Valley, my fiance was from Oxnard...and we decided to get married in Las Vegas. We had to find a venue for our wedding and our reception that was going to be different from what we felt was the cliche elopement. It is really hard when you come from a family where everyone gets married by the church. (Yes, I'm a rebel. :-D) I checked the reviews on this website along with Yelp and other wedding websites for this venue (and others), watched online videos, printed out the information provided online and showed my fiance. We were super impressed by the pictures and the videos. I decided to send an email asking for a tour. I believe a received an email within 24 hours.

Our coordinator was Jamileth...the sweetest, most professional woman ever. She was always courteous, always prompt with meetings and with her email responses and phone calls. Even though the Mandalay was on the pricier side for our budget, and my (then) fiance would have a heart attack every time I told him I made a payment, seriously, it was all worth it. You get what you pay for. We got married at the Valley of the Falls. In our package, the officiant, the wedding coordinator, photographers, videographer, pianist, outside decor, limo ride to and from City Hall, and honeymoon suite were all included.

The day of, while meeting with the Officiant for the first time, he talked to me in such a calm matter as I was freaking out because I forgot the marriage license in the room and I could NOT remember where I put it. Never once did he look frustrated. (Thank you for that. I needed it.)

All in all, my husband and I received so many compliments on how beautiful our ceremony and our venue were. We even got to broadcast our wedding over the internet so our family and friends that were not able to make could view us exchanging vows...and boy did we get so many props and compliments on that as well! Thank you so much, Jamileth, for always being so professional with Will & I.

My wife and I went to Vegas in April of this year, planning for our October wedding. We met with Rosanna, the wedding planner, who was WONDERFUL! She went through all our options, giving us time to think about each one. Since we live in Phoenix, our main communication was through email. Rosanna was prompt in her responses to my questions, quick to send me the forms we needed to sign and checked in with us numerous times, between when we made the initial arrangements and the date of our ceremony. She was flexible in the time we needed, staying late to ensure that our ceremony went off without a hitch. We could not be happier with our experience!

Our Wedding Coordinator, Danielle, was fantastic. Although most of our contact was via email, she was very responsive and put us at ease that the wedding would be what we wanted. We wanted a stress free day that allowed us to focus on each other and that is what we got. The staff at Thewedding chapel were professional and courteous. They were flexible to some last minute changes and the wedding attendees were none the wiser. Highly recommended.

I just got married here on Sept 19th, 2009 and everything went perfectly. My wedding planner (Arriel) was delightful to work with and responded promptly to all my emails. I didn't have to do anything over the phone during the entire planning process. They definitely know what they are doing and have everything organized to a T so everything went super smoothly the day of. The chapel is beautiful and the webcasting was so fantastic for those that couldn't make it to the wedding.

To start, let me say that planning a wedding from several states over is difficult in itself. The whole ordeal was very anxiety-inducing. With that being said, Alexa with Mandalay Bay Weddings made the process so much easier and helped to alleviate many of my concerns. The wedding website made selecting everything relatively straight forward, and Alexa was always just an email away for my questions. The venue itself was simple, but elegant, and the planners went above and beyond by upgrading our decor for free. All in all, for the price we paid, we had a beautiful wedding, just as simple and elegant as we'd hoped for. If I were to change one thing, the photography was entirely over priced and because of this, we sadly did not end up with as many photos of our day as we would have preferred. But such is Vegas, I suppose.

We had our wedding here on the beach of the hotel at 9PM. It was magical!!! The decor is perfect and we barely needed any extras. I just can't say enough about the attentive and NICE staff. The Wedding Event, Rosanna, made the entire process easy and pleasant.

Our Wedding planner Nichole Salinas was very good and very quick to respond, although we never met with her at all. (we r from Canada and she wasn't around for our wedding)
The girl we did have (Ashley) once we got to the chapel, she was very good…very pleasant!
The bridal and grooms suites were very HOT and small, not much for seating.
The photographer we got was just ok…. I wish she would have gotten a picture of my hubby as i walked down the isle bc everyone wants that picture! It would have been a great moment to capture. Once she found out we were getting more photos taken after we were done with her she seemed to spend a little more than 15 minutes of our allotted time photographing us. Although i don't think he photos were the best (a lot were the same in the cpl hundred she took) There were however a cpl pictures we are glad she captured. Another thing I didn't really like was that she handed me her business card moments before i was to walk down the aisle with her name and my appointment time to review our pictures the next day (now where did she expect me to put that? it would have been better off handed to the groom with POCKETS)
The next day we met with a lady at the photo studio to review our pictures taken during the ceremony (you only get 12pictures included in the Crystal Waters pkg $1200 value for the whole pkg, in the Silver Chapel) So they showed us a slide show and it was great but like i said above…a lot of the same pics. To buy everything, the video, the bride book for 12 pics and have the rights to all the pictures was $2,999 or something silly like that. Definitely NOT worth that. As well $13 per pic extra for edited high resolution 4x6's or $10 per pic extra for just reg pics also 4x6. To me that is a little outrageous, thank god there weren't many we wanted and that we hired an outside photographer for pictures after our ceremony that for that crazy price of almost $3000 we could have had shoot our wedding for like 20 hrs.

I had a wonderful experience having my big day at The Wedding Chapel at Mandalay Bay. The chapels are beautiful and the staff makes everything run so smoothly. Come the day of my wedding, I was at ease and was able to enjoy every minute of my big day. I would highly recommend getting married at The Wedding Chapel at Mandalay Bay!!

We could not have been happier with Mandalay Bay. They took care of EVERYTHING and it all went off without a hitch. We had the ceremony outside at the Vally of the Falls with was amazing. Everything was perfect!

I just got married at THE Chapel at Mandalay Bay in July and it was amazing. We booked the wedding 3 weeks ahead of time and they were able to accommodate our every whim! There were a couple of hiccups with reserving an extra night at the hotel and the professionalism of the photography service provided but overall the chapel service was exceptional and amazing. We were assigned a wedding coordinator who was on top of everything and got responses to us right away. She arranged everything perfectly except for the small hiccup with the second night reservation. The only thing that could have been special is if our wedding coordinator was there the day of our ceremony. She didn't tell us she wasn't going to be there but the coordinator who took care of us the day of the ceremony turned out to be an even bigger sweetheart so it all turned out fabulous in the end! Highly recommended.

Being a working Mom, I didn't have a lot of spare time or energy to plan my wedding. The wedding coordinators at Mandalay Bay did a great job. I picked my flowers and my music, and they did the rest! The photographer had very little time to get the job done, and she took amazing pictures, both during and after the ceremony. The chapel at Mandalay is really beautiful, with satin covered chairs and ebony wood accents. The officiant was very professional, but still warm and didn't make it feel like we were an "assembly line wedding" - even though there were over 10 weddings at the chapel that day. The flowers were beautiful, even though the selection was limited for the package we chose. The only thing I have any complaints about was that for and extra $100 I provided the accompanist with a copy of a song, and they didn't play it very well - but it didn't put a damper on the ceremony in the least. Probably the best value was we did a webcast of our wedding online so our friends and family who were unable to attend could watch - and it was great! They had so many cameras, they were able to get some really nice angles. I highly recommend Mandalay Bay.

We had our wedding at The Valley of The Falls venue at Mandalay Bay. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful site. Everything went perfect from the rehearsal all the way to the end of the ceremony. My director Jaimie Zimmerman was amazing. She had everything taken care of and it was perfect. She was calm, so that helped too. Everyone I met at The Chapel was amazing. From our officiant to our musicians, everything was perfect.

Only thing I would have asked to change is for the staff to be more responsive in their communication. It took a long time to get emailed back or called back when I had questions during the planning process. This obviously wasn't that big of a deal since everything turned out as I wanted.

We very much enjoyed getting married at THEWeddingChapel at Mandalay Bay. The food, the cake, the service- great! Our families still talk about it!

My only qualm was the responsiveness from when we were first looking. I had to physically call to get information. I had made an inquiry through their website.

Overall, Aleena (the wedding coordinator) was very helpful. We chose the "Viva Las Vegas" package which included Elvis in the wedding and a picture at the Las Vegas sign. Essentially, these were the two most important things for me.

I couldn't have gotten a better view in our Vista Suite reception either. It was fantastic! I would do it again in a heart beat!

I met with Jami and she was amazing. She answer every question we asked plus providing additional information. I love the location. We haven’t had our wedding yet but Mandalay is definitely at the top

My husband and I got married at the valley of the falls. I highly recommend this location on the property. Everything turned out beautiful.

We got married in the Silver Chapel of Mandalay Bay. The Chapel was lovley, the service was short and to the point (which we liked). The cost for the amount of time we were there seemed to be a bit too much. The ceremony was under 10 minutes, pictures probably took another 20 minutes. We weren't super thrilled with the pictures either. We did purchase the aisle runner/candles which in hindsight I wouldn't have done again. It appeared the flowers were reused which kind of upset me since it was costly. I would still reccommend a Mandalay Bay wedding, it was the best day!

This was my second marriage and I loved how easy it was doing everything via email. We paid about $7000 (with the upgrades we chose for the wedding and the reception). There were 25 of us total and had the wedding in the Silver Chapel with the reception following in the Vista Suite.

The Wedding: The flowers were absolutely gorgeous! The bouquets were so much bigger and prettier than I could have imagined! The package came with a medium bouquet and I couldn't believe how much bigger it was than I expected. They literally almost took my breath away when they were brought into the room. The dressing room was a fun place to hang out in while were nervously waiting to walk the aisle. The coordinators even let us open our complementary bottle of champagne and brought us glasses. The minister was a pro and made quick changes to our personalized vows and orchestrated them (almost) perfectly. The wedding coordinators were attentive and very professional. The chapel was really pretty on it's own but we added the runner with rose petals with floating candles option. It was $250 extra but it was beautiful.

Bonuses: They let us check in early to The Vista Suite so that we could move everything in and I could get ready there with my girls.

The day before the wedding, a limo takes you to get your marriage license (even though our package didn't mention a limo or even transportation on the website). When we returned to the limo from the courthouse, there was a complementary rose and a chilled bottle of champagne waiting. Very nice touch!

Danielle recommended OneLuvAgency (oneluvbridal.com) for hair and make-up. They came right to the Suite and did an excellent job.

Two downfalls: First, the wedding coordinator, Danielle, that I had emailed with for months ahead of time did not contact us once after our arrival at the hotel and was not available for our wedding. We never met her or spoke with her. This surprised me and disappointed me but the other girls did a great job of making sure we were taken care of. Don't expect to have your coordinator at your wedding...but Danielle did do a wonderful job making sure it was all exactly what I wanted. She was also very good at returning emails, answering questions, and making changes.

Second, The pictures were good, but definitely not great. The pictures you get seem more like proofs. One was so off center that I ordered it again when I got home and they sent it off center again. Odd. They really try to push you to buy more pictures the day after the wedding, but I'd wait and order them online after you've had time to think about what you really want. You get about 2 months to view and order...but the shipping and handling fees are kind of outrageous.

The In Suite Reception: EXCELLENT!! The food was excellent, the bartender was awesome, and the room was gorgeous. They say 2 hours but we didn't realize when we booked the reception that we actually got to keep the Suite for the whole night! The bartender just leaves after 2 hours and they clean up the food. We got to keep partying!! They were so nice and left us beer and wine because they could see that we weren't ready to stop. They also started to clear food and then asked if we wanted it left because there was still so much left. It was a really good time!

One downfall: I wanted to add appetizer's to my food choice and had to go through Group Dining. 50 small appetizer pieces was $300 extra. Sound crazy, I know but I was willing to pay that. Then they tried to add $150 handling fee. Ummm...what? I managed to get them to drop that to $50 but still thought $350 for 25 spring rolls and 25 little crackers with some crab salad (yummy crab salad, btw) was crazy.

Oh yeah...The cake was SOOO pretty and it was the best tasting cake I've ever had! White cake with chocolate mousse filling and butter cream frosting. Yum. They cover all of that with fondant to make it spectacular, but it comes off really easy for those that don't like it.

I can't imagine a Vegas Wedding being more perfect for what we had in mind...beautiful, elegant, organized, and frickin fun!!

We just got married a few weeks ago at The Valley of the Falls location at Mandalay Bay. It was gorgeous! Working with Angela and Danielle was easy. They were very flexible and accomodating. I would recommend to anyone to get married at Mandalay Bay. We had a great time, as did our friends and family. Dinner was at the Bayside Buffett at MB also. Great service there also.

Everything went absolutely perfectly. I was nervous going into it because we had a coordinator who seemed unorganized and we ordered the cake from hospitality and never got a confirmation number. But the cake showed up right on time and was gorgeous! I did everything custom- the cake, the flowers, etc. because I had a vision and didn't like their choices, and they'll do almost anything for you......but you have to be willing to pay extra. I upgraded the flowers and worked a long time with the coordinator, but they turned out beautifully. I was also nervous about the photographer, since you can't pick it out, you get assigned someone. But he was great- and the pictures were amazing. I had a total of 3 hours of photography time (also an upgrade), which I recommend if photos are important to you. The video and officiant came with our package and both were great as well......the only complaints I have is that we were supposed to have a violinist and an aisle runner as part of our package and instead we had a piano. We did have petals down the aisle, and it was exceptionally windy that day and we had our ceremony outside at Valley of the Falls, so maybe they thought it wouldn't stay put? But otherwise, I got everything I wanted. It was still the perfect day for us! I highly recommend it as a ceremony site.

My first WC was not very responsive, and I only heard from her when something needed to be paid. I also made a special appointment to go to Vegas to meet with her and make some arrangements, and she didn't show up. And I never heard from her again.

I asked to change WC and was very easily accommodated by another WC in the department who was fantastic! Very classy and very non-Vegas.

I had planned a pricier wedding a year before and we decided to wait a little longer for the right day. That was the best decision I ever made! You can basically show up for the nuptuals it was that simple! It was so elegant and nothing what you would think a "Vegas" wedding would be! My guests still comment how beautiful it was!

Our ceremony went beautifully as planned in the Silver Chapel. I was a little nervous because the wedding coordinator we had been working with since March was promoted to a different department two weeks before our wedding, so we never met our day-of coordinator until right before the wedding. The day prior, my then-fiance and I set up a meeting with yet another coordinator to go over our ceremony details, and I am so glad we did. Between both coordinators, they nailed it.

This is a bit nit-picky, but the coordinators could have stood to be a bit "warmer" especially considering the emotional occasion. There was a kind of business-like chilliness that I experienced with all three that we dealt with, but I guess they were nice enough and got things done.

We had Reverand Adam, and he was great. Very friendly, personable guy who conducted a quick (but not rushed) and still lovely, meaningful ceremony.

Mandalay bay is a nice place to get married...a little pricey and u have to use their floral and photographer...etc....but i loved it!!!

I was pleased with my ceremony. My wedding coordinator Danielle was very helpful and answered all of my questions via email reguarding the ceremony (believe me I asked a TON). She was always pretty quick to respond. I was disappointed on my wedding day I did not get to meet her, and the one who was helping out got me stressed out bc she didnt know we had payed extra for custom songs on the piano, didnt even know if the pianist had the songs, so 5 min before it was time to walk out she had me freaking out thinking that the songs we paid an extra $160 weren't available... in the end the pianist did have the songs, but it just didnt feel organized!!
The platinum chapel was beautiful, our photographer (provided for by the chapel) took some really nice photos (I was pleasantly surprised!) All in all once I got past the stress of the music it went beautifully. My wedding flowers provided for by the chapel were also perfect (I had them do custom arrangements) and I was so happy with how they turned out.
I would say for a low stress bride this is a perfect venue. If you tend to stress if you aren't in control of situations, you might not have a good experience here. I loved the minister they provided, he did a great job!

The ceremony took maybe all of ten minutes, but they were wonderful minutes! We used the Opal Shores package, which included flowers and photography. Our coordinators were very helpful and everything went smoothly. We definitely recommend the Mandalay Bay for those looking to get married in Las Vegas.

The ceremony was beautiful! I was able to customize the ceremony towards me and my likes. The package had everything thing I wanted and more!!!!!

I am very happy that we chose to get married at this casino/resort! The casino/resort was a little more upscale and did a great job attending to our needs to make our "big day" flawless.

I was assigned a wedding coordinator named, Richelle and she was very helpful during the whole booking process. From the flowers to the officiant and the chapel we were married in, everything was perfect and beautiful. I only wished that the ceremony lasted a little bit longer as it was only 15 minutes long.

The Mandalay Bay is a beautiful and classy venue and the Valley of the Falls is gorgeous. Everything included in the package made it so easy to just get dressed and head downstairs to the ceremony. There were two things that bothered me though. The coordinator we were assigned was very hesitant to give us additional information, such as the name of the officiant and script or photography contacts and I had to ask her supervisor about them, as well as other minor things. Secondly, the bouquets are kind of cheesy and I regret not purchasing my own. However, the decorations are elaborate and we loved them.

I had mt reception in one of the suites overlooking the strip! It was awesome and they let me bring in my own booze... WE were on a budget and I was soooo happy with the outcome.

If you are a no frills type of bride who wants to keep things simple without sacrificing class and beauty, this place is for you. For the amount my husband and I paid for this place for our a Sunday afternoon wedding, it was amazing. In addition to helping me with the ceremony, officiant, flowers, photography and videography, their wedding coordinators have tons of resources to provide you with for everything from your wedding cake to getting your dress/tux cleaned and pressed.

If you don't expect the most extravagant wedding but expect them to do everything to the best of their ability and for your wedding to go off without a hitch, then you you will be entirely satisfied.

In my opinion they were excellent, affordable, flexible, and fair.

It was beautiful--if you are a bridezilla, regarding control...give it up.

I had to switch wedding coordinators 2 months before the wedding, the new person in charge of my wedding never returned my emails, I would have to forward the email repeatedly until they responded

This was a BEAUTIFUL place to have a wedding. I didn't have a lot of contact with the personnel before the wedding but everything turned out wonderfully. We had no idea exactly what our vows would be until the pastor had us repeating them but they were perfect. I wouldn't change a thing.

I was happy with the venue but there were some snags which I get comes with every wedding but I feel they are snags that are avoidable! I worked with Erica and she was phenomenal!

We got married at their location on March 31st. We arrived on the 30th, which took us 8 hours. When we got there, they had already given our room away. They gave us a standard room, but with 2 full beds (we were getting married, we wanted to enjoy a large bed together, because who wants to sleep together in a full bed?). We were a little upset, but understood that we got there late. The next night (for our wedding night) we booked their Media Suite. We called down in the morning to see if it was available for early checkin, and were advised that the room was still occupied. We knew that this was not likely, since we checked in at 3:30AM and they offered us to pay extra and go to the suite that night, since it was not yet booked. I immediately went to the front desk where they prompty checked me in. So they lied to us. Then we went to the room, because that is where I was going to get ready for the wedding. It was disgusting. It had obvioulsy been "cleaned" because the bed was made and there were fresh towels. But the carpets had crunched chips all over it, the bathroom and kitchen floors were extremely sticky, it smelled like mildew and there was toothpaste and sneeze residue all over the mirror in the guest bathroom. Not to mention that the bar sink had old food in it, and the ottoman had a used condom and condom box in it. We were horrified and disgusted. We went to the front desk where they sent someone up to clean right away. But still. Then we called down to see if we could get a late checkout where the attendant told us that we couldn't get it, the room was booked already and we needed to leave by 10 am. But standard checkout is 11. We had finally had enough. Planning a wedding is already stressful enough, and they did nothing but make the experience awful. My husband went to the front desk and asked to speak with a manager. They tried to refuse, but he stood his ground. We were compensated more than enough after his complaint, and we do sincerly appreciate that. But a location as nice as Mandalay Bay shouldn't have these problems. I would still recommend them for someone looking for an elegant, beautiful hotel in Vegas, because my family all stayed at that location, and didn't have the problems we did. And, like I said, once we actually got to speak with a manager, we were taken care of well. It's just that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing there, or they just condone lying. Either way, proceed with caution!

The Wedding Chapel at Mandalay Bay is very beautiful and I found their packages to be a great value for the quality of services they offered. However, I was concerned that our wedding coordinator was changed 3 times during the planning process, and on the day of the wedding, we were assisted by people we never communicated with. While everything still turned out well, it did not feel very personal. I was also an 11/11/11 bride, so I know that it was probably the busiest day of the year for them. Despite there being so many weddings that day, I did find my minister and photographer to be very attentive, and the wedding chapel area did not feel like a factory, with one wedding after the other.

The other thing I liked is that I got to pick my music and write my own ceremony. I found The Wedding Chapel to very accommodating of my requests, but they did take a while to get back to me whenever I had questions.

The other thing that I would caution is that this is a really big place, so it takes a while to get to the chapel. My other complaint is that the valets were not helpful to guests. They did not give them appropriate instructions on where to park and sometimes even told guests that they didn't know anything about where the chapel was. Mandalay Bay needs to do a better job at training its staff on how to deal with wedding guests! As the bride, I also did not like that I had to walk through the casinos where people are smoking to get to the chapel. There should be a separate route for bridal parties.

We selected a package that included an in suite reception. The food and set-up was great! There was plenty for all of our guests. The cake was also gorgeous! We had a very attentive server which made it easy for us to enjoy our time with our guests. This was by far the best part & value of our package.

Our package also included photography which turned out phenomenal! The downside of course is that we had to spend close to $2,000 to get all the pictures. Again, the pictures and video will last a lifetime so we got it, but it was expensive.

If I had to do it all over again, I would still choose THE Wedding Chapel at Mandalay Bay. The only thing I would do differently is provide more detailed instructions for guests on where to park and how to get to the chapel. I would have also made arrangements for wheelchair services for our elderly guests because it's a hike!

I loved how the Ceremony turned out. Our officiant Reverend Paul did an amazing job. We had to use the Platinum Chapel since we had about 90 guests, even without the extra decor for an additional cost, I thought the Chapel was nicely decorated.

My only complaint is the level of customer service provided by our assigned wedding coordinator. Throughout the whole planning process, she was just okay. Although our correspondence was mostly through email I still got the vibe that she was just bland. I didn't feel a rapport establish at all.

On the day of our wedding, my husband complained to me that she was even a bit rude. Fortunately, we didn't allow her bad attitude affect one of the most important days of our life.

I still highly recommend the Wedding Chapel at Mandalay. Hopefully, you aren't assigned the wedding coordinator that we received, but if you do, I wouldn't let that get in the way.
