Weddings by Kimberly Nicole was recommended to us by our photographer who has worked with her and her team in past weddings, and words can't express how thankful we are to have had Kimberly and Melanie help us plan and execute our wedding. We chose her month-of wedding coordinator package and it was 1000% worth every penny. They provided tools and resources to help make planning decisions, took their time to really understand what we needed and wanted, and made everything come together seamlessly leading up to and on the day of our wedding. About one month before our wedding, we had a meeting with Kimberly and Melanie to discuss every detail of the wedding from vendors, to party favors, to song choices that really helped us to be sure we had everything covered. Melanie contacted all of our vendors in advance to discuss any final plans and scheduling which made the month leading up to the wedding as low stress as possible. There was a last minute change with our reception location wihch could have made for a very stressful wedding day, however Melanie was able to coordinate all the necessary changes with Snowbird as well as all of our vendors with minimal required effort on our part. Most brides talk about how stressful wedding day can be, however I honestly felt relaxed and confident knowing everything was in Menalie's more than capable hands. Every time someone asked me a question I responded with, I'm not sure but I bet Melanie knows - and she did. The day after our wedding all of our gifts and DIY items were neatly put together and available for us to take home without any stress of lost items. Again, can't thank them enough for giving us the gift of enjoying our wedding stress-free. We would definitely recommend Weddings by Kimberly Nicole to anyone planning a wedding! -

We had so much fun planning our wedding with Kimberly! We can't imagine having done it without her. She was always available and made the entire process incredibly stress free. She is very organized, detail oriented, professional, and friendly. She knew exactly what needed to be done in advance of the wedding, and scheduled check in meetings that allowed for the smoothest planning process. On the day of the wedding, we were able to focus on the wedding itself and on the moment rather than having to concern ourselves with any of the logistics. Choosing Kimberly was the best decision we made in preparation for our big day! -

My wife and I hired Kimberly as our month-of coordinator for our non-trad, queer wedding. It was one of the best vendor decisions we made!
Kimberly is collected, thoughtful, intuitive, and has great judgement. She will also help you remember all the little touches (like a ring light for our photo station duh!) to help bring your vision to life. -

Kimberly was fantastic. The money I spent for her services was a bargain when I realized how much stress she took off my shoulders. Not only was she able to fit my small wedding into her schedule, she had all the vendors, locations and DJs, etcetera at her fingertips.
Kimberly was prompt, organized, and efficient. She also cared about helping me create the wedding I wanted. The result was a lovely, intimate wedding.
Kimberly is also friendly and fun. She was delightful to work with. I cannot recommend her highly enough. -

I worked with Kim for about 8 months prior to our wedding in September 2022. Let me just say, she is absolutely amazing. She’s very knowledgeable and guided us every step of the way. This day was absolutely flawless and I didn’t worry or lift a finger to do anything on my wedding day. There are SO many behind the scenes tasks and things to do for a wedding that you wouldn’t even think of, but Kim does, and she did it all!💯 For one of the most important days of your life you want someone to help you plan that’s detail oriented, organized, and a good communicator. Kim is absolutely all of the above and I 10/10 recommend. -

We loved working with her to plan our wedding and couldn't have asked for a better coordinator. I had no idea what I was doing but she decorated our venue beautifully and was able to pull everything together for us to make our wedding perfect! We had to move everything inside at the last minute but we barely even noticed because she was on top of it immediately.
If you're looking for a wedding coordinator you can stop now - you won't find anyone better than Kimberly! -

I have only good things to share about Kim and her services. From the start of planning all the way to the end, Kim helped to make our dream wedding come true. Kim was very organized and was ready to answer any questions we had. When it came to our wedding day, Kim was there for everything we needed. My husband even spilt wine on his light grey tux before the wedding started and she was able to redirect out timeline in order to take care of the situation without us running behind. Her flexibility to make immediate decisions helped the day run smooth and seamless. Your wedding day goes by so fast, it's really important to have someone to keep the day on track and to make sure you aren't focused on the logistics but enjoying your day. After our wedding day, we had so many friends and family tell us that our wedding was the best wedding that they have gone to in such a long time. Our guests were never confused on where to go or what was going on, never thirsty or hungry, always had a place to sit, our dance floor was popping, and no one wanted to leave. Kim is to thank for that, she is phenomenal! I am so thankful I had her for our wedding day! Every anniversary I cry wanting to experience my wedding day again and again! Best Day Ever! -

I wasn't sure about using a wedding coordinator at first, but I decided to in the end and was SO happy and thankful that I did, I highly recommend using Kim as your coordinator! She made the entire process smooth and painless. She was readily available and helped to make our dream wedding come true, it exceeded all our expectations thanks to Kim helping to organize everything and making the process and the wedding day go by seamlessly! I was in the middle of my first year of teaching so life got a little crazy and thanks to her help and coordination I was not overwhelmed with preparing for the wedding and we got so many compliments on how well the wedding flowed with no hiccups and was absolutely beautiful! -

Incredible!
Kim made absolute magic happen, and our day was so perfect because of her. All our other vendors adored working with her as well! They couldn’t stop complimenting her on how communicative and organized she was. She took all our dreams and made them reality, but stayed within our means and was extremely realistic and practical while still pulling off the best day EVER. At every turn she exceeded our expectations, always had a plan of action for the unexpected, and made us feel so heard and seen and relieved (which is exactly what we needed throughout our planning process.) Kim will work to understand your wishes and find the best ways to make them happen. I can’t even tell you the amount of things that almost went wrong but didn’t because she saved the day, that I had NO idea about until well after the wedding - she’s that kind of good. Putting out fires you didn’t even know existed. Also, she’s just fun and a joy to be around altogether. -

Salt flats elopement
Kimberly organized our small salt flats destination elopement from start to finish and it was incredible! She made great suggestions and hired some of the most incredible vendors who made our day perfect! Kimberly was responsive, creative, and definitely went above and beyond to make our wedding amazing! -

Highly recommend Weddings by Kimberly
I can not sing enough praises of Kimberly! We hired her about a year before our wedding for full-service planning. When I first talked with her, all I had was a Pinterest board and the location we wanted for our wedding. Kimberly created our timeline, helped us make sense of all our ideas and put together an awesome team of vendors. Our wedding location was on a family property completely off the grid and Kimberly pulled off a dreamy country tent wedding for 200 with no cell service and no electricity! With her experience she considered so many details that I never would have thought of and the whole wedding went off without a hitch. Kimberly took care of so much stress leading up to the wedding, we truly couldn’t have done it without her. She made all our wedding dreams come to life. I can’t recommend her enough. -
