  Wonderful!!

  Kim was a dream to work with. From the start, she listened to our story and just seemed to “get” us and our hopes for a gorgeous, elegant, but intimate celebration. She was responsive, enthusiastic, supportive, and had such beautiful ideas for my wedding design that she brought to life better than I ever could have imagined. She had great recommendations for all my other vendors which took the guesswork out. Then I had zero stress the week of my wedding because of her- she coordinated perfectly with all the vendors, the venue, and my family and I got to just be present and enjoy. I started crying on the day of the ceremony when I walked into the space and saw how perfect her design was- the perfect blend of romantic, elegant, classic, and magical . I am so grateful to have worked with her- best decision of the whole wedding planning process!

  Best experience imaginable

  Kimberly completely exceeded our expectations. She was great to work with, easy to communicate with and always had everything together on time leading up to the wedding. I never once worried that something was forgotten & she gave frequent recaps to keep us in the loop.
  I don’t know how many brides can say their wedding day went completely off without one single mishap or overlook but I truly don’t know of any. Everything was on time, in place and never felt rushed or stressful. She was always available and worked extremely hard from morning to late night. 1000% recommend her if you want the best wedding experience!!

  We loved working with Kimberly!

  We were on the fence about having a month of coordinator but we are so happy we decided to book with Kimberly! She did a great job helping us make sure the day went smooth, and it really took a lot of work off our shoulders in the final few weeks leading up to the wedding.

  A thoughtful planner with great judgment

  My wife and I hired Kimberly as our month-of coordinator for our non-trad, queer wedding. It was one of the best vendor decisions we made!
  
  Kimberly is collected, thoughtful, intuitive, and has great judgement. She will also help you remember all the little touches (like a ring light for our photo station duh!) to help bring your vision to life.

  Highly recommend Weddings by Kimberly

  I can not sing enough praises of Kimberly! We hired her about a year before our wedding for full-service planning. When I first talked with her, all I had was a Pinterest board and the location we wanted for our wedding. Kimberly created our timeline, helped us make sense of all our ideas and put together an awesome team of vendors. Our wedding location was on a family property completely off the grid and Kimberly pulled off a dreamy country tent wedding for 200 with no cell service and no electricity! With her experience she considered so many details that I never would have thought of and the whole wedding went off without a hitch. Kimberly took care of so much stress leading up to the wedding, we truly couldn’t have done it without her. She made all our wedding dreams come to life. I can’t recommend her enough.

  Kimberly made our wedding PERFECT! She was attentive, listened to every request and detail, and executed to perfection. Our day was so stress-free because she took care of every little thing. I'd hire her to help with any event, she is the best! Easy to communicate with, knowledgable, helpful, and the perfect balance of hands on and hands off.

  We had so much fun planning our wedding with Kimberly! We can't imagine having done it without her. She was always available and made the entire process incredibly stress free. She is very organized, detail oriented, professional, and friendly. She knew exactly what needed to be done in advance of the wedding, and scheduled check in meetings that allowed for the smoothest planning process. On the day of the wedding, we were able to focus on the wedding itself and on the moment rather than having to concern ourselves with any of the logistics. Choosing Kimberly was the best decision we made in preparation for our big day!

  Kimberly was fantastic. The money I spent for her services was a bargain when I realized how much stress she took off my shoulders. Not only was she able to fit my small wedding into her schedule, she had all the vendors, locations and DJs, etcetera at her fingertips.
  
  Kimberly was prompt, organized, and efficient. She also cared about helping me create the wedding I wanted. The result was a lovely, intimate wedding.
  
  Kimberly is also friendly and fun. She was delightful to work with. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

This day was absolutely flawless and I didn’t worry or lift a finger to do anything on my wedding day. There are SO many behind the scenes tasks and things to do for a wedding that you wouldn’t even think of, but Kim does, and she did it all!💯 For one of the most important days of your life you want someone to help you plan that’s detail oriented, organized, and a good communicator. Kim is absolutely all of the above and I 10/10 recommend.

  Cultural Wedding

  We had a fusion wedding of Hindu and American traditions. This was Kim’s first time experiencing that and she did an amazing job. She attended meetings with an Indian priest to understand the traditions and also, did her own research to understand the meaning behind certain rituals. It ended up raining on ceremony day, but she had prepared for that and the day was still beautiful. The vendors we used were so great and I still remain in contact with them because they became friends. Everything went so well and I would highly recommend Kim for anyone planning a wedding.

She was supportive of our ideas, helped us get everything planned and then made wedding day no stress at all - even when it decided to downpour right before our outdoor ceremony. Her quick thinking once the rain stopped got everything dried and we walked down the aisle with no delays - our guests didn’t even know! It was the perfect night.

  Dream Wedding Coordinator

  Kimberly was a phenomenal wedding coordinator. She knew the details of our wedding (which we had prepared) better than we knew them ourselves for an unbeatable price. In the months before our wedding, Kimberly took the time to get know us and our vision. She asked the right questions to ensure we had everything that we wanted the day of our wedding. She has established an organizational system that ensures every detail is addressed prior to the wedding and is ready to go on the day of our wedding. During our wedding Kimberly was always present and available but was never intrusive or overbearing. She handled last minute changes seamlessly. She ensured everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there, which is a huge accomplishment given our family dynamics. She ensured that we were able to enjoy all of our food during our wedding. Most importantly, Kimberly treated us with patience, understanding, and kindness every step of the way. Our wedding day was perfect largely due to her, and we recommend all to Weddings by Kimberly Nicole. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  If you want the perfect wedding hire Kimberly!

  We loved working with her to plan our wedding and couldn't have asked for a better coordinator. I had no idea what I was doing but she decorated our venue beautifully and was able to pull everything together for us to make our wedding perfect! We had to move everything inside at the last minute but we barely even noticed because she was on top of it immediately.

  Kimberly helped create our Fairytale Wedding at the Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah

  You took care of us like royalty. We can never thank you enough for your guidance and professionalism and now friendship. We’re still basking in the glory of it all. It was the greatest most perfect wedding we could have ever hoped for. All because of you and your know how! Planning a destination wedding at the Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah was always a dream but it would never have been as elegant without Kimberly's guidance- she went above and beyond to make our dream come true. We live in Florida and Kimberly scheduled calls with us regularly, provided us timelines and even did multiple site visits at the Stein Eriksen Lodge. She provided excellent recommendations on vendors and they all worked super well together. She recommended her own wedding photographer - Stephanie Smith and the pictures are a true fairytale! DJ Pauly D kept all our guest on the dancefloor the entire wedding! Marylin from Silver Cricket Florist created a magical tablescape. THANK YOU so much for doing all the hard work to make our weekend spectacular. You were immensely helpful in making sure everything was coordinated and ready to go down to each detail. I was totally stress free on Sunday knowing that you had everything under control. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you did to make our dream wedding come true. I had so much fun planning with you over the last year( and I am so sad this process is over) . Thank you for looking out for us, always being so positive + reassuring, and for hooking us up with the best vendors and professionals around. We are so grateful.

  I wasn't sure about using a wedding coordinator at first, but I decided to in the end and was SO happy and thankful that I did, I highly recommend using Kim as your coordinator! She made the entire process smooth and painless. She was readily available and helped to make our dream wedding come true, it exceeded all our expectations thanks to Kim helping to organize everything and making the process and the wedding day go by seamlessly! I was in the middle of my first year of teaching so life got a little crazy and thanks to her help and coordination I was not overwhelmed with preparing for the wedding and we got so many compliments on how well the wedding flowed with no hiccups and was absolutely beautiful!

Kim was very organized and was ready to answer any questions we had. When it came to our wedding day, Kim was there for everything we needed. My husband even spilt wine on his light grey tux before the wedding started and she was able to redirect out timeline in order to take care of the situation without us running behind. Her flexibility to make immediate decisions helped the day run smooth and seamless. Your wedding day goes by so fast, it's really important to have someone to keep the day on track and to make sure you aren't focused on the logistics but enjoying your day. After our wedding day, we had so many friends and family tell us that our wedding was the best wedding that they have gone to in such a long time. Our guests were never confused on where to go or what was going on, never thirsty or hungry, always had a place to sit, our dance floor was popping, and no one wanted to leave. Kim is to thank for that, she is phenomenal! I am so thankful I had her for our wedding day! Every anniversary I cry wanting to experience my wedding day again and again! Best Day Ever!
