  Kate is the Best!

  Kate was a dream to work with. From planning our ceremony to keeping the groomsmen in line, she does it all! My husband and I had no idea where to begin with what we wanted, but she gave us many options to personalize to make it perfect. We felt so comfortable working with Kate and recommend to everyone!

  Hire Kate, you'll have no regrets

  Kate was so amazing to work with. We literally built our reception piece by piece with her. She has such great experience and advice about all things wedding not just officiating. Kate always responded to emails or text quickly, our monthly meetings were so smooth and productive. We made our ceremony perfect for us because of her. Thank you Kate!

  Update From Kate

  Happy New Years to you all! I want to thank you for continuing to follow my business and support me in my passionate endeavors. 2023 was a hard time for me personally. My family lost a baby this year, weddings needed to be canceled, and the stress of being a business owner took the best of me. As I come back today stronger, healthier, and determined, I extend my deepest apologies to those couples impacted, and thank you to the couples who cared, were supportive, and reached out. 2024 is going to be a blessed year for the Weddings by Kate family, all the couples who celebrate love this year, and to each and everyone of you!

  I love Kate! I would recommend her again and again. She is down to earth, flexible, professional, funny, knowledgeable...and like a friend. Not to mention the connection I felt right away! She is open-minded...non-traditional (me) or traditional for anyone else! Everything a bride would need in her officiant, Kate provides. Happy, satisfied, and love her:)

  Kate was AMAZING under pressure! I honestly can say I picked the perfect officiant! Our whole wedding was so well catered to us and she really listened to the ceremony we wanted performed. She was a last minute addition because our previous plans fell through and I am so glad they did! She was the best officiant we could have asked for!

  I love Kate! Kate is funny, kind and yet strong enough to run an effective rehearsal with a large number of people! Then, she performed our ceremony in such a way that captured "us" perfectly! She helped us stay calm but allowed us the time we needed to gather our emotions. I couldn't have had chosen a better officiant.

  Kate officiated our 6/29/13 wedding and we couldn't be more pleased. From the start, Kate was genuinely interested in getting to know us and learning our love story. She crafted a beautifully written and personal set of vows that perfectly captured our journey. We were deeply moved. Our guests even commented that our wedding was the most touching, beautiful ceremony they've ever attended. We highly recommend Weddings by Kate!

  Terrible. Cancelled less than 3 weeks before

  After being mixed up twice and asked for payment. She cancelled on me less than 3 weeks from my wedding. With no explanation other than she no longer felt comfortable performing the ceremony.
  After we had already gotten marriage license application with her name on it.
  
  I believe she double booked and didn't want to admit her mistake.
  
  And tried to refuse a refund. Glad venmo did me right and refunded me.
  
  Blocks anyone who tries to write negative posts on Facebook. Which is why she has a 5 star review in there.
