My husband and I were set to be married in early 2020 but postponed because of Covid. I am a super Type A personality so I had almost a year and a half to plan things down to a T and as the day approached I began to realize I could not do everything on my own. Que Heather! She totally saved me and my family and helped us create the wedding of our dreams. She not only came in and immediately grasped where everything was at in the planning process and picked up like it was nothing, but she also added so much value. She came up with solutions to potential problems that I would have never thought of. Honestly, because of her my husband, our families and I were able to enjoy the entire day just focused on the event and not getting everything ready. She allowed us to enjoy our wedding day rather than work on our wedding day. I am so extremely grateful and awed by her talent and skills!! There are very few people in this world that can handle my level of planning and Heather not only understood it but she made it 10X better! So extremely thankful for her and all she did. She is an absolute must-have on your wedding day, hands down! -

Heather was amazing! Finding a planner that was willing to do an a la cart planning package in the unique setting in Flagstaff proved to be difficult. But Heather didn't flinch at the task. She worked with my vision and added valuable insight to the day, never pressuring me to do anything that didn't feel aligned with my fiance and I.
We had unexpected weather move in for the wedding day and my cake company went out of business overnight. Heather found solutions quickly and calmly. I'm forever grateful for all her help. My wedding day was perfect. -

I cannot recommend Heather highly enough! From start to finish, she made our intimate wedding of just 14 people feel as grand and special as any large-scale celebration. Her attention to detail, creativity and problem-solving skills ensured that every moment was beautifully orchestrated.

Heather and her team were absolutely the best to work with. We had dedicated calls to help organize timelines, ease any anxieties, and provided incredible insight throughout the whole process. They were both very detailed-oriented, on and especially leading up to the wedding date. It was a huge weight lifted off of our shoulders knowing that Heather and team had everything covered for us as our coordinator. I highly recommend hiring her! You will have no regrets. It was one of the best decisions for us. -

She was really such a pleasure to work with and was sooo helpful! I had a million questions and she was always so responsive and gave great and insightful advice. What I appreciated the most was her honesty. I always felt comfortable asking her a question or for her opinion knowing she would be honest and steer me in the right direction for our wedding, not just her personal opinion. It was always with us in mind!
As far as the day of, she made it go so smoothly! I honestly don't even know how she did it all herself and made it go smoothly considering ours was a backyard wedding. We owe a lot to Heather for making our wedding day perfect! I couldn't be more thankful that I found her and all of her help and expertise! -

Heather was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! She was so warm, kind, professional, organized, and she always advocated for me and my husband throughout the entire planning process. The night before my wedding, I was in tears, and she provided me with the support and reassurance I needed to pull myself together and enjoy my wedding! All I had to do was be in the moment on the biggest day of my life while I married my best friend! Truly, I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding day, and it was by far the wedding of my dreams!!! Without Heather, I am convinced that my wedding would not have been as successful as it was. My wedding was absolutely flawless and stress free!!! I got married 3 months ago, and my guests are still talking about her beautiful wedding. I would happily use Heather for other events. I promise you will not find a better planner at a better price. She is worth every penny and at least 20 more than what she charges. Bottom line, If you want a loving, professional, hard working planner that feels like family and will always have your back no matter what may get in the way, then Heather is the Wedding Planner for you!!! I cannot give Heather enough praise for the help she provided me on my wedding day. I started to get a little overwhelmed with the planning process about 6 weeks out from my wedding and decided that I needed to have a coordinator/planner to help me tie together everything. I am so lucky Heather was available, and right away she took off running. It was so helpful going through every detail of the wedding with her so we could be sure I wasn’t missing anything. But also all of her tips and advice were so helpful throughout the last few weeks! On my wedding day guests kept telling me how on it Heather was, she was so knowledgeable and professional. She helped create exactly the vision I wanted🤍 Book Heather for your wedding it will be the best thing you do! -

Heather is the best!
There is no way we would have been able to pull the wedding off without Heather! She helped us stay on track while we were in the planning phase, and then ensured everything went smoothly in the run-up to the wedding, and on the day itself. Everything went without a hitch, and it was nice to have that peace of mind on the wedding day while there is so much else going on. Our wedding was out of state (Missoula, MT) and all of our other vendors were saying how much they liked Heather and how organized she was. -

Heather was a wonderful day-of coordinator! Prior to the wedding we had multiple meetings where she helped us stay on track and meet important deadlines. She reached out to our vendors and everything went off without a hitch. She was helpful during our rehearsal and the day of the wedding. She ensured that everyone was at the right place at the right time and there wasn’t a hiccup in sight. She even went above and beyond when my husband forgot his gifts at home (wedding in Colorado Springs and we live in Denver) and she picked them up for him and saved the day! 10/10 recommend -

We hired Heather for day of wedding coordination after stressing about logistics for our day. Heather alleviated all of our stress. She is a true professional who knows exactly how to help couples get the wedding day they envision. She gave great advice when we weren't sure what direction to go in and handled all of the day of coordination and behind the scenes work. We were on the fence about having a wedding coordinator and were so sure we could do it ourselves but we were absolutely wrong. I'm pretty positive our wedding would have been a mess without Heather, ha! I can't say enough good things about her and Weddings by Heather Renee! Thank you, Heather for all of your help! -

Heather was absolutely the best decision I made in addition to saying “I do” to my husband on our wedding day. She was super easy to communicate with and was always responsive to any questions that I had. Our ceremony ran so smoothly and timely! Heather handled all the small setup details and made sure the vendors that I had hired were there on time and setup correctly. She is the most detail-oriented, passionate person I had ever met. She took the time to make sure my visions came to life. If you’re on the fence about whether or not to invest in a Day-of-Coordinator, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT! You will NOT regret Weddings By Heather Renee.Thank you so much Heather, you are truly incredible and I am so happy I invested my trust in you. My wedding took place in VA and consisted of several different locations for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. It had many details and moving parts, as I’m sure most wedding do. During the planning process Heather was located in another state. The unfamiliarity of planning a wedding in a different state might have seemed daunting to some planners, but did not affect Heather’s performance in helping plan and execute the wedding. She was extremely organized and efficient. She was in constant communication with the vendors (i.e florist, DJ, caterer, event rentals, venue coordinator) and myself to make sure the schedule and details were accurate.
I’d like to say that my wedding went according to plan but that wouldn’t be true. The night before the wedding a hurricane swept through Virginia causing flooding, heavy winds and rain. The location of the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all had to be changed in less than 12 hours. Heather took charge and worked with the venue coordinator to come up with different locations. She also organized and helped the catering staff, all while setting up decorations down to the last detail. Most importantly she calmed my nerves and I felt at ease knowing that she would go above and beyond to make my wedding as close to my vision as possible in less than desirable circumstances.
Although nothing went as planned our wedding turned out to be more beautiful and special than I ever could have imagined. There is no doubt that this was due to Heather’s hard work and calm demeanor. Heather has a joyful, outgoing personality that brides are drawn to. She also has a natural ability to think critically, both, I believe make her a successful event planner. I highly recommend Heather’s services! -

Heather was amazing to work with! She always had extremely fast communication and made sure every detail of my vision came to life! She is clearly very well versed in weddings and made all of my stressed go away on my wedding day! I highly recommend her to everyone looking for a wedding planner! She is simply amazing -
