Couldn’t have asked for more!
George & Bonnie, wow! These two were amazing. From start to finish, they were flexible, funny, and kind. They put us at total ease. George has the best sense of humor, and took everything in stride on the big day. Our wedding was a circus, but George and Bonnie never missed a beat!

Absolutely amazing!
George and his wife Bonnie are incredible! The humor during the ceremony put everyone at ease - and many of our friends asked if they could get him for their wedding! I can’t put into words how much they really added to my day. It was an incredible experience - and he gave great wedding advice. I couldn’t be more happy with our experience. If you’re looking for an officiant - look no further. You won’t be sorry! -

Wonderful & Fun
George and Bonnie did a an amazing job with our elopement at Palmetto Bluff. We were a bit nervous but they are both so warm and kind they put at ease immediately. George had us laughing through the entire ceremony. They even brought treats for our dog who was part of the ceremony!! WOW!!!! I cannot recommend them enough and we feel so very lucky to have them a part of our wedding! - Allie & Austin Pitcairn -

We loved Reverend George!
We found Reverend George after our original wedding plans had fallen through. He stepped in with little notice and made our ceremony everything we had hoped for and more. Bonnie helped our ceremony run smoothly and we felt like we had known them for years! God certainly blessed our wedding with Bonnie and George. -

My husband and I were lucky enough to have Rev. George marry us this past weekend. It was absolutely amazing! Him and Bonnie were great to work with to get the ceremony set and organized. George was the talk of the wedding all night!! Our guests absolutely loved him!! He did an amazing job during the ceremony. He laughed with us, helped my husband calm down when he was nervous and made the ceremony very personal. We were so lucky to have George and Bonnie involved in our wedding! -

George and Bonnie were amazing in every way! We enjoyed our first meeting getting to know them, and knew right away we would love for George to marry us on our special day. They were very helpful every step of the way, and always reaching out to see if there was anything they could help us with. They made the rehearsal and the wedding day perfect for us! They will always hold a special place in our hearts. -

Bonnie and George are amazing!
We were introduced to Bonnie and George through our amazing wedding planner, Kelli Corn. We knew if Kelli recommended them to us that we would be in great hands. We met at the Montage Palmetto Bluff and had the opportunity to get to know them over dinner. I immediately knew they would be the perfect pair to bring my now husband and I together on our special day. I loved their family values and their relationship with the lord. George was amazing, and kept our guests so engaged throughout our ceremony. They made such an effort to get to know our friends and family and be apart of our celebration. We've continuously heard nothing but praise from all our guests on how great they made our day.
Thank you Bonnie and George. We hope to see you again when we visit Bluffton in the future. -

Outstanding
George and Bonnie went out of their way to make our day special, our ceremony was all we could have dreamed of. George made sure to accommodate our wants in the ceremony and went above and beyond , Bonnie captured many special pictures which we have thoroughly enjoyed while we wait for our photographer to send the others. We will never forget the warmth we received from the both of them , we are truly grateful. -

Richie and I can't thank George & Bonnie enough! We knew after just 5 minutes on the phone with them that they would be an amazing fit for our big day. Together, they make the perfect team in planning and executing the most personal and special of wedding services. We couldn't be happier to have chosen to share our special day together!
George - You have NO idea how many people asked how we found you, and how you came up with such a perfect ceremony for us! I almost felt bad telling them that the sincerity, humor, and pure joy wasn't scripted!! You were exactly what we both needed up there - it was light-hearted and fun, yet also so warm, personal, and God-focused. We love you for doing this for us! THANK YOU! Richie & Amanda -
Jason Sent on 07/12/2018We really enjoyed working with George and Bonnie. George has a great sense of humor and because of this it really made the process calming for both Hillary and myself. Bonnie was also fantastic...great Christian family! We both hope to stay in touch with this family and at our next visit to Hilton Head keep them in our plans! 5 stars is not enough for them....if you are considering a wedding officiant look no further and you won't be sorry!!!

Robyn Sent on 04/23/2018George gave the most touching and memorable service for our beach wedding. It was VERY windy on the beach, but he took control and had our guests close in on us. It was so intimate and everyone really felt the love. We wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to perform our special ceremony. Also, his wife, Bonnie played a big part. She gave us all of our recommendations for the photographer, the florist, the bakery and the restaurant for dinner afterwards. Thank you, George and Bonnie!!

Hannah Sent on 04/03/2018My husband and I LOVED George! George and his wife Bonnie ate incredible to work with and did such a phenomenal job for our wedding on March 17th, 2018 at the Oldfield Club. We were so impressed and found so many connections between George and both sides of our family. George and his wife felt like family to us and George performed our ceremony reflecting he same sentiments. Please, please, please, do yourself a favor and give them a call!

James Sent on 01/10/2018What more can we say about the Good Rev. Dr. George Callahan and his wonderful wife, Bonnie, that has not already been said? If you are looking for a stuffy, grumpy traditionalist to officiate your wedding then George is not for you; IF, however, you want a wedding, and a friendship, to truly remember? Hire George. Period.
George is unique in the most perfect way and he kept our guests engaged from beginning to end- and I am not only referring to the ceremony itself. Everyone in attendance loved George and Bonnie! My wife and I are also proud to call them both true friends, a friendship that began when we first met for dinner to go over the "specifics". we never really did get to the specifics that night as the margarita's got the better of us but trust me when I say that George and Bonnie make the planning process an absolute pleasure, as quick and easy as pie.
Do yourself a favor and call George! Unless, of course, you want a wedding that is eerily similar to every other wedding you have ever been to. Then don't call him. The choice is yours.
Did I mention that he wore his Church of England collar and cross for the ceremony? So incredibly cool.
He's the best.

I asked for a catholic-like service , very formal and traditional without any humor of any kind but very light hearted and romantic, he delivered EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR. He took the time to meet us two days before the wedding. We live in Ohio, but we got married in Hilton Head at Palmetto Bluff. I didn't really have a time to meet him because of our crazy schedule, and he is so sweet and flexible that he met me just by me giving him a call and 1 hour time window. During the meeting I told him how we wanted the service and he went thru everything in detail. The next day he met us at the rehearsal, then the day after in our big day. He came dress in catholic attire, his voice resonated in the small chapel and his prayers sounded so sweet. I thank you so much reverent George for being here in our special day and making it perfect for us. YOU ARE AMAZING! -

I was nervous since it was such a departure from a standard ceremony, but it was no problem at all. He was very easy to work with and added humor when appropriate to keep us all smiling. -
