Where do I even begin? Charmaine was an absolute last-minute hero who completely transformed our wedding planning experience into something truly magical. As a bride with a million different ideas (and not always a clear vision!), I was overwhelmed by the process—especially planning a wedding abroad from London. But from the moment Charmaine stepped in, everything changed.
We had our wedding in a gorgeous villa in Montego Bay, and planning from afar was daunting. Not being able to physically source things or check details in person could have been stressful, but Charmaine handled everything with such expertise, grace, and dedication. She was not just a planner; she was our quality assurer, negotiator, and creative mastermind, making sure every single detail was flawless.
From securing the most breathtaking floral arrangements to organizing an incredible lineup of musicians—violinist, saxophonist, pianist, and an amazing DJ—she made the impossible possible. Every single guest commented on how stunning the aesthetic was and how seamlessly everything flowed. She not only sourced the best vendors but also negotiated fantastic deals on our behalf, ensuring we had the wedding of our dreams without unnecessary stress.
Beyond her immense talent, Charmaine was an absolute pleasure to work with—kind, patient, and always one step ahead. The only sad part of our wedding is that we won’t get to see her again! She was a true blessing, and I cannot recommend her enough to any couple looking for a planner who genuinely cares, delivers beyond expectations, and makes the journey as joyful as the day itself.

We are beyond thankful, and words cannot explain how grateful we are for Charmaine and her team! I’m a Nigerian/ Canadian bride and my husband is Jamaican. At first we were a bit worried of who trust with such a grand task but rest assured we were in a most helpful hands of Charmaine and her team. Our theme was 50 shades of purple! We celebrated our wedding at the Ocean Coral Spring Resort in Trelawny Jamaica just a few days ago. We brought our 45 of our closest family and friends together to celebrate with us too! The Day was so special Charmaine nailed the decor of Gold, Purple and Lavender to a T!! The Flowers mounted on the gazebo, the floral arrangements on the pedestals were stunning for our ceremony. The isle décor also amazing thank you for coming through with the pampas grass in purple ! The touch of Lavender drapes to added to the ceremony beautifully. Gold butterfly chairs to match our royal theme and were most comfortable for the guests💜Gold, purple and lavender accents for everything was our mission and she exceeded our expectations!! We loved the decor so much from the dance floor with our names in Gold to the gold plates and gold cutlery!! But let us not forget to mention Charmaine is the sweetest and easiest to work with as a bride and groom! She was easily flexible to meet our needs! She is very easy to reach and we could always get in touch with her! We felt the process was smooth and easy! Thank you for the lifetime of memories once again! Our wedding day went off without a hiccup and we only have you and your team to thank for that. -

Charmaine is amazing, a true blessing! So much more than a planner or coordinator, she was a huge part of our destination wedding at the Hammerstein Highland House. She went above and beyond in visiting the estate, setting us up with a photographer, hair and make up, and even found us the most amazing Rabbi so we could fulfill our mitzvah. The decor was exactly what I had envisioned (with little help from us) and she researched every step of the wedding and planned and executed everything perfectly. From the Chuppah, to the flowers, bouquets, music, and the table she had everything covered and kept us on track. During the big day, she made sure everything was perfect and she and her team made it amazing! I can’t imagine a more beautiful soul helping us, encouraging us, and sharing the day with us, she was truly the best wedding gift! She made our dreams come true, absolutely magical. Charmaine was my mom for the day and we will keep in touch forever… -

Everything we wanted and more!
Charmaine did a fantastic job with our wedding, she ensured we had everything we asked for and then some! We’re so pleased and grateful to her for helping us make our dream wedding a reality. When we saw the reception decor, we were blowed away, it was sooo beautiful. It’s exactly what we wanted; simple, elegant and beautiful!!She was also great at dealing with my (wife lol) last minute additions and changes. She really prioritized us and ensure we had her undivided attention. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing wedding planner.

Thank you for your service and for the most beautiful wedding. The venue was well dressed, and it looked amazing. I couldn't have asked for anything more. The decor, the food, they were the talk for everyone. The day went well, and we enjoyed every moment of it. There was no cliche, and everything went smoothly. The decor was really beautiful and it truly helped bring our wedding day celebration to life. We are grateful and happy we chose and trusted you with our big day. My husband and I had the wonderful experience of working with Weddings By Charmaine for our wedding. She and her team created the wedding of our dreams. It was a pleasure working with Charmaine, from the first phone call it was clear she was very different from other wedding planners in Jamaica. In the first phone call she was warm, polite and professional. Most wedding planners when called immediately direct you to their website and won’t even speak to you until their form is filled out. Charmaine was quite the opposite. She asked poignant questions to get an idea about the kind of wedding we wanted. She was also always available to answer our questions and assured us that she and her team had everything under control. We would gladly recommend Weddings by Charmaine to anyone wanting a first class wedding planner! -

I was trying to plan a small destination wedding by myself and once Charmaine came on board I left everything in her hands, she respected my budget, she recommended reliable accommodations, hair and make up, the wedding cake was delicious, the decor was elegant, the pastor was entertaining and kept the focus on God, and I had nothing to be concerned about.
My guests (both at the wedding and virtually) along with myself were well pleased. -

The Best Wedding Ever
When I first spoke to Ms. Charmaine, there was a charming quality to her voice; and all at once, I knew that I had found my wedding planner. She was there to listen and give suggestions, and guidance. She was the maestro of matrimony. Not only did she plan our wedding, but she also went above and beyond in helping us select our hotel and transportation. We had the best wedding ever. The venue was breathtaking, the food was delicious, and the staff was friendly and professional. Weddings by Charmaine is a class act led by a classy, personal, and professional individual.

I discussed decor services for our wedding in Jamaica with Charmaine and explained about the pandemic and how that would it may impact our day. As a result of this I did not sign her contract but paid the deposit. We had to cancel as there were new covid restrictions in Jamaica and well as for international travel that impacted our wedding plans. We had no choice but to get married in the USA instead. Since telling her that she has blocked me and is not returning my texts or emails. Even after agreeing to pay be back 50% and then has been missing. -
