We loved having our wedding at Schnepf Farms. They were attentive to everything we asked, let us customize the day to what we had in mind and were there for us every step of the way. Our day of coordinator, Rylee was incredible. She was sweet, thoughtful and really allowed me to enjoy the day as a bride and not worry about anything else. The venue is beautiful, but the staff really made the experience for us. -

My husband and I had our wedding in the Farmhouse at Schnepf farms and it was everything we dreamed of and more. I was waiting for all the stress to hit but it never did. Bri, Ashley, and Trayce made the experience extra special. I couldn’t say enough amazing things about the venue and staff. Any worry I had, they came running with solutions. Any mishaps or mistakes I made were easily fixed by them and I couldn’t be more grateful. They are also extremely transparent and really pay attention to detail for your wedding. I will recommend this venue to ANYONE. All pros here and no cons. -

had such a wonderful experience with Schnepf Farm – The Meadow! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and created the perfect backdrop for our day. From start to finish, communication with the staff was timely, clear, and incredibly easy, which made the whole planning process feel much less stressful.
Everyone we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely supportive, which made a huge difference. The bridal and groom suites were spacious and comfortable, giving us a great place to get ready and relax before everything began.
We also really enjoyed the food tasting experience—it was fun, well-organized, and made the decision process simple and enjoyable
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience and would absolutely recommend Schnepf Farm – The Meadow to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with a great team behind it. -

I recently got married here in November 2024 using the Farmhouse venue and it was absolutely PERFECT!!! They were so easy to work with and you get the most bang for your buck. My husband and I toured 8 other venues and the clear winner was Schnepf. They ran everything so smoothly and really made my vision come to life! I could not encourage people to use this place more than I already do. -

The BEST wedding day ever.
I cannot recommend Schnepf Farms wedding venues enough! They made our wedding day stress free and PERFECT. From sitting down with us and planning out every detail, to decorating and setting up the perfect day. Their chefs are incredible and provided the most delicious meal ever. The coordinators made sure everything ran smoothly. It was so nice to not have to be stressed about the small things! I knew I could trust them 100% with our special day. they went above and beyond. They answered my thousand questions quickly and made sure I was happy with everything. They even offer a list of vendors for flowers, photographs etc if you need help with that! -

So thankful!
We are so thankful for Bri, Mikayla, and Brooklyn over at Schnepf Farms! They made our day truly incredible! The Meadow venue was stunning - it is straight out of a fairytale. We opted for a January date and while it was a bit cold, Schnepf had plenty of heaters for us to rent which made it perfect. The food was AMAZING, we had the Lemon Rosemary Herb Chicken and our guests are still talking about their meal till this day. Mikayla tended to us the entire night and made sure everything stayed right on schedule - she truly made everything so beyond easy for us. Brooklyn made set up a breeze + kept me calm and cool throughout the whole day! We are thankful that we were able to have our wedding at Schnepf Farms - such an amazing experience! -

Holland wedding 2023
My husband and I had our wedding in December of last year and it was an amazing experience the venue was so beautiful and our dream location, when we toured the venue we knew it was the one. From the planning process to the day of the wedding Schnepf Farms service was incredible. They helped bring our entire wedding to life, so thankful we came across this special family farm. Wouldn’t have wanted to have our special day anywhere else, this is the venue to go with.

Beautiful wedding venue with the best staff!
I cannot express how great this venue was! Been coming here for the October chili festival since I was a kid and KNEW this would be a beautiful wedding venue. The staff was also amazing, super responsive and sweet. The food was delicious and everyone had a ton of fun! Our ceremony was held at the Meadow and our reception was held in the barn, 10/10 would recommend that! -

Amazing wedding venue
We had our wedding at Schnepf Farm this past June and it was absolutely everything I could have dreamed of. The staff was amazing and communicated so well from the day we booked to even after the wedding! They made the whole process so easy and boy did they bring my vision to life. The day of the wedding was magical, I honestly can say that nothing went wrong! Our venue was the farmhouse and everyone was there and on time, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was everything we wanted. Best Day Ever
This was my second venue I had looked it. Bri was super helpful when answering my questions about what it included and each location on the property. I ended up picking this venue and did The Meadow. The team made it easy and less stressful to plan the wedding. The day of went so smoothly. They took care of everything and the cabin that the girls stayed in had everything we needed! I highly recommend this venue for everyone. I am so pleased that I chose this and I had the most beautiful wedding day❤️ -

Thank you to Rylee, Bri, and all of the Schnepf Farms crew for going above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we dreamed of! The first time we visited the Meadow we knew we had found the perfect place to say "I do". I was so impressed with how easy it was to stay in contact and up to date with our coordinators and I LOVED watching all of my visions become a reality on our big day. Even though they were busy with back-to-back weddings, I never felt anything less than a top priority. It was absolute magic we will cherish this day forever! -

My husband and I got married almost a year ago at the Farmhouse at Schnepf Farms. The entire experience was everything I've ever dreamed of plus some. The staff was so helpful and it honestly took the stress of planning a wedding and turned it into a fun and easy experience. We paid $50 and picked decor they had from their decor room. We had so many compliments from our guests about how fun our wedding was, how beautiful the venue and everyone was talking about delicious the food was. I would recommend Schnepf Farms for weddings to any bride. It was honestly just breathtakingly perfect. -

Honestly can’t say enough of how blessed we were to choose Schnepf. We visited all of their venues and they were all awesome, and we went with the farmhouse! The standing rooms were amazing, ceremony and reception area were AWESOME ! And the service was top notch. Mikayla answered all of my questions fast and responsively, as well as being a super helpful day of wedding host. She served us our food ourselves and made us feel super important. It was difficult to find my perfect outdoor venue in Arizona; I didn't want a golf course or desert... so glad I found the farmhouse at Schnepf Farms! We have zero complaints about Schnepf Farms. From the day we toured, to the day of our wedding, Bri and others were responsive, nice, and accommodating! Their pricing was up front and easy to schedule a tour.
The venue is beautiful in April... we felt so lucky to have such amazing scenery and all our guests commented what a beautiful day it was. Our photos turned out amazing thanks to the lovely grounds and they let our dog come for our ceremony! The live action pasta bar and alcohol bar were good (some guests towards the end of the line shared that one of the burners had gone out under a skillet so some food was cold, but overall positive reviews of the food). We opted to bring our own dessert, which was nice to have the option. Plenty of parking for guests, nice bridal and groom suites for getting ready, and lots of space for guests to hang out at the wedding.
I would recommend Schnepf to anyone! -

I am a wedding officiant in both IL and AZ. I have officiated weddings at numerous venues in both states. For me, I have not found a better venue than Schnepf Farms. Mutiple beautiful outdoor wedding sites and a staff that is amazing to work with. From my perspective and from my observations with their clients there is none better than Schnepf Farms. I highly recommend them.

Rylee and Bri were fantastic to work with! They were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire year of planning. Emailing back in a timely manner, and reaching out for scheduling tastings, walk-throughs, rehearsal, etc. They made planning the wedding myself MUCH less stressful.
The venue provided the bar and catering for dinner too so we didn't need to look all over for those vendors for the event and that was great! We even had a hot coco and coffee bar at our reception! The dinner was great, everyone had amazing things to say about the food, and even some picky eaters were gushing about how great the food tasted! They had the option to have dessert through them, or we could figure dessert out ourselves, we chose that and did a dessert bar with brownies, cookies, and a macaron tower. All done DIY and all the guests LOVED the options.
Rylee was an amazing coordinator on the day of and everything went so smooth, no hiccups. Even the rain stopped in time for our ceremony! The only hiccup was rescheduled rehearsal and that was due to the weather conditions. It was for the best though since having our rehearsal just before the actual ceremony worked out best for everyone since it was fresh in our minds.
They have a decor room that you can opt to use and I HIGHLY recommend that. All the items in the decor room really made the place look complete and helped add those last "what's it need" touches to the decor we had brought with us. It's definitely worth the little bit extra.
We went with the Farmhouse for our Handfasting Ceremony and the scenery and atmosphere were perfect cottage-core vibes the rain on the day was welcomed for our ceremony and we felt so blessed and showered by the heavens.🙏🏻
Getting ready was so dreamlike too. With a whole ensuite to get ready in with your bridal party. And a Grooms suite for the guys too! (They have a TV in there's lol) It's one of the most beautiful places and definitely a perfect location for photos and weddings.

Simply Amazing
My husband and I knew before we even got engaged that we wanted to get married at Schnepf - and we were pleasantly surprised when we found out they had THREE venues to choose from. We settled on the meadow (so dreamy) and snagged a March evening for the event. It was super easy organization & communication with Bri & the other gals that helped, and we could not beat the price for everything included. We were even allowed to rent some decor from the farm at no extra cost. The whole staff was super accommodating- there was a little mix up in the morning with the tables but they were so on top of it I didn’t even know until afterwards that there was any issue. Also - we were able to sneak away from the wedding after the ceremony to get THE most beautiful carnival wedding photos that I will cherish forever. We already loved the farm for many years and now it holds and even more special place in our hearts. 💕Caley + Tate -

Spring wedding at the farmhouse
We had our wedding at the farmhouse venue at Schnepf Farms and is was beyond perfect! It was a cute little house the Schnepf family use to live in. So cozy and beautiful! Lauren was our coordinator and she was amazing! Everyone was very helpful throughout the whole process and made it less stressful on me. They provide the food and drinks which was also very helpful! The food we picked was the taco bar and they were so delicious! I seriously couldn’t imagine having my wedding anywhere else. Plus my guests still rave about it! Almost 6 months after our wedding and we are still receiving compliments about how amazing the venue, the food, and the staff at Schnepf farms.
We cannot recommend this venue enough. We had our wedding earlier this year and this venue was absolutely perfect. I had always wanted an intimate, casual, and outdoor wedding. This venue checked all those boxes and more. We had a tight budget for our wedding and I was worried that we couldn’t get our dream wedding due to the high costs of everything wedding related. Their custom, all inclusive planning is amazing and really does take the stress out of planning the day.
Planning a wedding during COIVD was incredibly stressful but the staff at this venue were amazing and helped me feel comfortable about it from day one. Bri and staff were able to walk us through the whole process, including assisting day of the wedding. They helped us relax so we could actually enjoy the day and talk with our guests. -

We had a wonderful experience with Schnepf Farms Farmhouse in Queen Creek. The girls we worked with (Bri & Lauren) were incredibly responsible, creative, and literally walked us through the entire process. The Farmhouse venue was absolutely stunning and the girls decorated everything for us. Our guests were able to enjoy indoor and outdoor settings and we were even blessed with our own brides' and grooms' suites. Not to mention DJ Munition was FANTASTIC! The wedding planners even took our bridal party out on the ferris wheel after the ceremony. I love the family owned feel and how much detail the planners put into everything. Delicious food, service, and setting. -

Couldn't be happier with our choice of Venues!
Schnepf farms made our wedding weekend the event we never thought we could afford and so much more fun than we ever thought we would have! We got married in the meadow and if you are looking for a wispy forest wedding with twinkle lights in the 5-10 degree cooler temps of a shaded meadow all while being in the greater phoenix valley - you have found your venue! Not only was the meadow the venue we always wanted but never thought we'd find, the fact that they do all the food and drink for you, along with tables chairs etc - for someone planning their wedding from Philly, and only seeing the venue 3 months before the big day (long after it was booked) it could not have been easier. Bri our onsite wedding coordinator was so communicative and absolutely wonderful to work with. Our food tasting was DELICIOUS and when I say the guests RAVED about the dinner meal (especially the short ribs) I mean RAVED! They also have an onsite bakery and Mrs. Schnepf herself does all the food and good lord does that women know how to cook! In lieu of cake we had pies from the bakery and i normally prefer apple pie over pumpkin, but that was THE BEST pumpkin pie i've EVER had!! They also have a fully renovated airstream trailer park called the cozy peach, we decided to book the whole trailer park for the saturday and sunday nights of our wedding weekend (wedding on sunday) and had all of our wedding party stay in the trailers with us and then had some extended family bring their RVs and book spots in the RV park (with hookups) and proceeded to have campfire hangouts the night before the wedding and even brought the after party back to the trailer park after the wedding. Being that all guests were from out-of-town, it made it so much fun to have everyone stay together so that we got to see more of our closest family and friends and spend more quality time with them. So instead of just a wedding it was a mini vacation with all of our favorite people - talk about the best weekend ever! We even got a tractor ride from the cozy peach to the meadow for the rehearsal and did our rehearsal dinner in the cozy peach trailer park, with Mrs. Schnepf grilling table-side with twinkle lights to set the mood, along with the beautiful stars. Lastly, we had a brunch the morning after in the cozy peach with pastries ordered from the bakery on-site. I can't say enough that the farm and the staff MADE our wedding weekend everything I always hoped it would be, thank you SOOOO SOOO MUCH Schnepf farms!!!! We even hope to visit and rent a trailer in the cozy peach for a future vacation, to keep the memories alive! 20millon/10 would recommend, best venue ever! -

Schnepf Farms brought every vision that we had about our wedding day to reality. The Meadow was exactly what we wanted for our wedding venue (the greenery is amazing and like nothing else you will find in Arizona), but the true stars were the Schnepf Farms staff. Bri, our day-of-coordinator, is simply AMAZING at her job. As part of the all-inclusive package, she doubled as a wedding planner and helped our vision come to life, including reaching out to rental companies for furniture/rugs, and BUILDING a triangle wooden arch just for our wedding (at no extra charge). She was very patient and attentive throughout the entire planning process, and she incorporated every last detail into our wedding. When I walked down the aisle, I was shocked at how similar the decorations looked compared to our "inspiration" photos. Bri and the staff seriously knocked it out of the park. We are both full-time PhD students, so having someone to help us with the planning process was invaluable - we really recommend this [all-inclusive] package to couples who are in similar situations. In addition, we loved the farm venues and staff so much that we also hosted our rehearsal dinner here (at the Gazebo near the Big Barn), which was a huge help to guests who flew in. On that note - if you have guests from out-of-town, Schnepf Farms is also a great choice as there is a hotel nearby (5 minutes) that provides shuttles to and from the venue. This was huge for us, as at least half of our guests were from outside of Arizona. We really cannot say enough nice things about Schnepf Farms and the service that they provide. Thank you Bri and the rest of the staff for making our big day exactly what we envisioned, if not better. We had our wedding at The Meadow at Schnepf Farm in October 2021. We had to change the date a few times due to it being the time of Covid and they were so accommodating. I had a vision board that I provided to Bri and her team and they exceeded my expectations. They made our wedding day even more beautiful than I could have imagined it to be. All of the staff was so warm and caring and treated my guests so well. My family and I go to all of the seasonal events on the grounds and I will see one of them and they still remember us by name and stop to say hi. The team at Schnepf Farms really can't be beat and their venues are just amazing. I will recommend them to everyone! -

Dream October Wedding at Schnepf Farms
Our venue was The Meadow at Schnepf Farms. The staff was amazing! Venue was perfect! Food was great! Rented out the Cozy Peach for our after party and stay for the night, that was amazing! Cannot say enough amazing things about the place. From the staff organizing the vendors and flow of the evening, to them making your dinner plate for the bride and groom to make sure you eat… it was as stress free as it can possible get! Would love to do it all over again… but let’s not hope for that haha. -

Dream wedding venue!!
My husband and I got married here in April and it was so amazing! The perfect place to feel like you’re getting out of town without the long drive! We got married in the meadow and it is such a beautiful venue surrounded in pines! There’s a cool grooms tent and a cute bridal cottage to get ready in, both amazing for pictures, and the bartenders were so fun and did a great job! -

We had a great experience having our wedding at Schnepf Farms! They were quick to respond to all of my questions. A big perk- there’s a decoration room that you can pick a bunch of decorations from for your own wedding for no charge! Our original wedding date happened to fall during covid and they were very flexible with our need to change the date. Then, we needed to change the ceremony spot a few days before and again, they were so accommodating and understanding. We had a great wedding at schnepf farms and the awesome staff was a big reason why! We would highly recommend having a wedding at Schnepf Farms! The staff and beautiful farm make it so worth it! -

Super friendly staff and amazing wedding venue for AZ!
Living in AZ, I knew I wanted my wedding to escape the usual desert cacti and tan browns that I'm used to. Having my wedding at The Meadow venue at Schnepf Farms was the perfect fit for us to feel like we are out of the desert but still close enough to town where family could travel easily. The staff was very kind and made sure that we were able to receive the most detailed attention for all of our requests and concerns. Definitely recommend Schnepf Farms for your wedding venue! -

My husband and I wanted to get married in a “forrest” venue. After looking at many places in northern AZ. We saw Schnepf Farms had the meadow venue. We absolutely loved it. Bri and Hannah were out coordinators and were absolutely amazing. Hannah was fairly new at the time but she did such an amazing job you wouldn’t have even known. Bri sat down with us multiple times to help answer any questions and help create a timeline for our big day. They also have a decor room where you can borrow anything in there for no extra charge which definitely saved us a lot of money. -

a fantasy come true
Schnepf Farms offers three venues, my fiancé and I chose The Farmhouse as its cozy backyard provides a picture perfect venue. Bri & the rest of the Schnepf team were absolutely amazing. I truly was able to have the wedding of my dreams all thanks to them!
We chose a Saturday evening ceremony but wanted something a little different for our reception and decided on Breakfast for Dinner and they were able to exceed the expectations of that idea. The food was delicious, our guest enjoyed an omelet bar, pancakes and other breakfast staples.
The venue package they provide is such a great value. I have received countless compliments on what a lovely venue it is.
I highly recommend this venue to any couple considering it!! -

Amazing!! Best venue ever!
Schnepf was amazing!! We loved every detail of our big day. Bri and Hannah were amazing. Hannah was right there ready to help with anything and everything. It was nice to know we had amazing people to help. We had our ceremony in the meadow, which was seriously magical. It doesn’t even feel like you are in queen creek! So amazing and pretty. Our reception was at the barn and it was perfect for our guests who loved to dance. We had the best day ever and wouldn’t have changed a thing! -

The most beautiful venue in all of the valley! So many different places/background types for pictures. McCall was so helpful and responsive to all of our questions, wants and needs! With COVID we were originally planning for April wedding and had to postpone to September, the entire team at Schnepf made it as smooth and stress free as I could have possibly imagined. Every detail from food to decor was taken care of perfectly, allowing us simply to enjoy our day with our family. We can not say enough good things about this venue or the amazing and kind staff here! -

My husband and I were in search of a unique outdoor venue for our wedding reception. After months of searching the valley, we were so excited and relieved to find the Meadow at Schnepf Farms. The outdoor environment at the Meadow is breathtaking and we knew it would wow our guests. Our experience was made even more perfect working with the Schnepf Farm staff. The wedding coordinators were always answering my questions whether I sent an email in the morning, at night, or on weekends. They accommodated all of our many requests, and were very flexible and sensitive to what we wanted on our big day. I would recommend Schnepf Farms for weddings one hundred times over!!! Our wedding day (even during Covid) turned out flawless thanks to the highly attentive staff and gorgeous venue. -

We got married right before the quarantine and it was up in the air if the wedding was even going to be able to happen. The staff at Schnepf Farm made sure the proper guidelines were followed and we were able to have our wedding as planned! Super friendly staff that are flexible and patient and they worked super hard to make sure our day was amazing! Can't thank them enough for all their help! Also we got married at the Farmhouse to have an indoor and outdoor setting, and the whole space is beautiful. -

Choosing Schnepf Farms for our wedding was the best choice we could have made. The venue is beautiful, the staff is very helpful, responsive, and thoughtful. Bri was the best coordinator - never got annoyed with my 6 million questions, was super flexible, and helped us through all the complications of wedding planning. I am so glad we chose Schnepf Farms for our big day. I have absolutely no complaints! Great staff, great atmosphere, great value (one of the most affordable venues I reviewed in all of AZ), great food, just everything you could ask for!!! -

We had our wedding here at the Meadows. It was absolutely beautiful!!!! Our wedding day was everything we imagined and more! Our coordinator bri worked with us for all our needs. I wanted my wedding to be whimsical and enchanting and they Def delivered! We also wanted to have breakfast for our dinner and they went above and beyond to make sure we had it! It was delicious and our guests talked about it for months afterwards. I highly recommend this venue for your wedding. Any of the locations they offer are beautiful! But the Meadows is the best!!!! -

Stunning venue and wonderful people!
My husband and I had looked at a lengthy amount of venues before this wonderful location caught our eyes. As soon as we toured The Meadow during one of Schnepf Farm's open houses, we knew it was the one. We pictured ourselves walking down the aisle with pine trees surrounding the field and green grass under our feet, our friends and family gathered beneath sparkling lights during our first meal as husband and wife, and dancing with the moon and stars above us. What we pictured became reality in May of 2019. It was everything we dreamed of and SO much more! Bri Jarvis was our wedding coordinator throughout the whole process. Bri and the rest of the crew at Schnepf Farms exemplified phenomenal service and did a wonderful job with helping make our big day as magical and memorable as it was. We strongly recommend choosing The Meadow (or any of their other two venues) as your wedding venue! -

Our venue search was a process. My husband and I wanted to make sure it would be the perfect location to exemplify our relationship and vibe, not just a place to hold a party. We went to our first few appointments and while we learned a lot, they weren’t right for us. Once we visited The Meadow at Schnepf Farms our choice was clear. It just felt right. The venue is absolutely beautiful and tucked away on the farm. You truly feel like you’re up in the mountains, surrounded by gorgeously mature pine trees. The existing landscape hardly needs any enhancement, so any décor you choose will just exemplify the natural beauty. A huge bonus of booking with Schnepf Farms is supporting a local family farm, and truly getting a farm to table experience with their in-house catering. Our food was DELICIOUS. They accommodated our brunch wedding, collaborating with us to create a scrumptious, custom menu! They also exhibited phenomenal customer service. All communication was informative and timely; something this planner bride really appreciated. -

Rehearsal Dinner Dream!
We had our rehearsal dinner at the Farm House, it was beyond beautiful! I was getting married out in Gold Canyon and having a hard time finding an outdoor venue close by, Schnepf Farms ended up being our saving grace! The staff was super friendly and way to work with, the food was phenomenal, the ambience was exactly what I wanted it. They have beautiful farm tables and twinkle lights. I highly recommend the Farm House for your event! -

Absolutely stunning
We were married on October 5th at The Farmhouse and it was absolutely perfect. The property is so beautiful and everyone that we worked with throughout the entire process was great. I began planning our wedding over a year in advance and I had looked at several other venues prior to this one. As soon as we looked here we knew it was perfect- there was plenty of stunning outdoor space, a ballroom with a fireplace, and because of the time of year we were married there were fireworks that night on the other side of Schnepf. Our wedding could not have gone any smoother!!! I felt like I didn't have to worry about a thing and the coordinator that day, McCall, checked in on me the entire day and night. When we showed up in the morning they had pastries, water, soda, and a bottle of champagne in the Bridal Suite and I thought this was a lovely touch. Our ceremony took place in front of the peach orchard and our reception was outside, however, we were able to utilize the ballroom for the buffet so that the food was indoors. We did have our catering through Schnepf as well and of the guests raved about how good everything was (our items were from the Italian menu). It was wonderful to have so many options at one venue. The vendors that we used based off of Bri's recommendation were also fantastic. I would absolutely recommend this venue for weddings or any special events!! -

After we toured the venues, we sat down and discussed what we were looking for and our budget. They made our desires work to fit in our budget and never pressured us to upgrade or increase our spending. They opened up their multitude of wedding decorations that they made available for our use as well as tables, chairs, arch, etc. with no extra cost. Not to mention, they have the cutest facilities to get ready in for the day of the wedding and the farm is such an amazing place to take wedding portraits. Our wedding was amazing and more than we could have dreamed it to be. The wedding coordinators are incredibly helpful and very down to earth. They worked well with outside vendors that we brought in and provide excellent service with their own farm-grown catering and drink service. We highly recommend Weddings at Schnepf Farms!

The staff was easy going, quick to respond to any questions we had. We held my daughter's reception at the Barn. The Farmhouse is wonderful too, but the barn could hold a lot more people. We really appreciated how easy they made the entire event. They had a wide variety of decorations so we felt like the reception was very customized to our event.
We had a lot of unexpected hitches come up, and the entire staff jumped in to make sure the reception ran smoothly. We strongly recommend holding your wedding or event at Schnepf Farms!

I will admit, I was unsure of how it was going to go, since a few things were not quite resolved leading up to the actual event, and perhaps I needed to have more faith and worry less about those details because when it was show time, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! My event planner was on top of everything including things I wasn’t aware of. We had a come and go wedding reception, with a full catered dinner buffet, a dance floor and other activities. Unexpectedly, the “come and go” turned into an amazing all-come-at-once event, and guests stayed for the evening to party with us. I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way, but we didn’t anticipate the needs this would create like a crowded hot room (fans were quickly added and the temps dropped quickly). Extra seating for guests to eat (tables where added and decorated to match the chosen decor without causing distraction). This is just two examples of how they went the extra mile to make my daughters wedding reception Memorable and magical.
