I am so happy I picked this venue. Aleah and her team go above and beyond for their brides and grooms! I wish I could relive the day all over again. I received so many compliments on the venue ,food and how much fun everyone had. On my wedding day everyone was very observant to make sure nothing went wrong. I wanted to change my shoes they were right there helping me. When you pick this venue know your picking a family that will go above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect! I chose to do a smaller 40 person all-inclusive wedding at this venue and I cannot speak enough to how personal everything was and how wonderful they made me, my husband, and each guest feel for this event! Their hard work and dedication shows in every detail! During the planning process, there were times my husband and I felt like we were doing something wrong because we had always heard that wedding planning was supposed to be stressful, but we hadn't been stressed by the planning or anything at all! Each time we met with a vendor, we kept feeling better and more confident about how the actual day would turn out. If you choose this venue, you are in good hands! This is the relationship every married or soon-to-be married couples should have with their wedding. I was able to relax and take a breather and know that they understood what I wanted. As the wedding day approached, a sense of calm is all we felt and that feeling never went away!!! Everything about this venue is an 11/10 from the prices, flexibility, staff, vendor partnerships, and the routine of conducting weddings. We were able to get everything we wanted and more out of this experience and we weren't left with ANY regrets about the day. Also, Alicia, the coordinator --- IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST-- if you are not to book the venue because of the other features mentioned above... I would book again solely because of our experience with her. She is the best coordinator you will find not only in Arizona, but probably the entire world! She thought of every detail, communicated perfectly and without pressure, and genuinely cared about US having the best wedding. This is not just a job for her, you can tell she puts love and effort into each couple's story and day because she cares, not because it is on her job title or duties. This was proven in every single aspect of the event, each time she had an opportunity to go above and beyond, she did. like I said, we only had a 40 person wedding, but she treated it like it was a 250 person wedding with the amount of effort and care she put into each detail. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU TO THE VENUE AT CHILLEENS FOR TRULY GIVING US A DAY WE ARE HAPPY TO LOOK BACK AND REMEMBER FOREVER! Thank you for being a part of our story and allowing us to create a new chapter in our book with you. In a lot of ways, you did not have to make our day as eventful and memorable as you did... there are a lot of experiences we received that were not stated in a contract or because of the money we paid for the wedding... The Venue at Chilleens was the perfect choice for our wedding day. From the moment we first reached out, their communication was prompt, clear, friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. The venue itself is incredibly romantic, photogenic, and has a wonderful rustic charm. On the day of our wedding, the staff was so kind and welcoming, and they made everything seamless and smooth - from the custom letter board with our wedding date and new last name, to the set up and breakdown. The all-inclusive package was great value, with amazing vendors and delicious food. I have nothing but the best things to say about The Venue at Chilleens, and would highly recommend them to any couple planning their special day. -

Hands down the most amazing experience.
Alisha and her team were unbelievable in executing the wedding of our dreams. Took our vision and made it come to life. They all were game for the surprises included in our wedding. Vendors were a breeze to work with and The party was amazing. the guests raved about the aesthetic of the venue to the way the staff felt like part of the family. It was magical and everything we could have ever wanted for our special day. -

Where do i even start…our wedding was this past Saturday, October 19th and it was truly a dream come true I feel like every woman dreams of a perfect wedding and I feel like I truly had the most perfect wedding and I honestly have to give all the credit to all the staff ESPECIALLY alisha we had the most seem less day ever, everything went as planned and now I just wish I could relive that day over and over again!! From the flowers to the music to the photos it all was perfect and now I wish I could get remarried everyday just to have that perfect seem less day happen all over again! We LOVE Chilleens
Its taken us a full four weeks from our wedding day on 9/27 to actually sit down and put to words how wonderful Chilleens is. From the moment we booked with them Alisha and her whole team were truly our partners in making our big day absolutely perfect. There wasn’t a single text or call that went unanswered and there was always solution on the other line. People told us for 18 months no matter how much you plan, things will go wrong on your wedding day, and they were right. All the inevitable hiccups (like a car on fire on the i17 creating three hours of traffic) seemed like they weren’t even a problem. The whole staff made our day absolutely amazing. We were struck with a heat wave that weekend and even Tracey the DJ was above and beyond by placing ice packs on our necks and putting fans under the sweetheart table. When I tell you this team does it all, THEY DO IT ALL. We forever love the Chilleens team! If you’re debating on booking, let this be your sign that Chilleens will make your day perfect.The Venue at Chilleens's reply:

If I could give a million stars to this venue and the amazing people that help make it run, I would. Everyone looking for a venue for their special day needs to come to Chilleens! I have dreamed so long for my dream wedding so my expectations were very high. Not only did they meet every need or desire with ease, they excelled in every way possible. On the day of my wedding after the ceremony was over, a HUGE monsoon storm rushed in and I was in pure shock and disappointment. Not only did Alisha and her team work together to take care of me & my husband, they made sure all my guests were happy and taking care of to the point that it seemed like they knew the storm was coming. They went above and beyond making our day magical even in the pure chaos that the weather entailed. The entire schedule was so different that what was planned and they helped to make it flow so effortlessly and with ease. We felt so supported and loved by Alisha and her crew at every step of the way. Even before our big day, Alisha was amazing at answering any and all of my questions! You can seriously tell they are doing what they are passionate about, and that they are one big family. I am so grateful for them for making all my fairytale wedding dreams come true. The Venue at Chilleen’s was Perfect
I have been racking my brain the last few months about what I wanted to say in my review and nothing I could think of gave this venue the justice it deserves. I want to first say, that I spent a few years planning and then not planning for our wedding due to getting overwhelmed and never quite finding what I wanted. When I saw this venue in person I knew this was the place, but was concerned that I would get overwhelmed and stop planning again. Little did I know the team at Chilleens would take all of my stress and worries away with their All Inclusive package (Literally all I had to do was book a package and they handled the rest or the other vendors reached out to me to get everything coordinated). The ladies at Chilleen’s were wonderful and so helpful, they answered any and all of my questions and checked in on me to ensure I didn’t need anything. It was the perfect wedding for us!
The last thing I want to say is how absolutely amazing Alisha was. I could not have asked for a better coordinator! She handled all of my concerns perfectly, she was there with me throughout the entire wedding, and even took pictures and videos of moments I might not have wanted to miss. This venue was so amazing! Aleah and Alisha were so awesome! They go above and beyond for the entire bridal party and everything else. I keep hearing from my friends and family how awesome and fun Alisha was. Everything ran so smoothly and we didn’t have any issues at all. Not only was Alisha super awesome but the DJ, photographer, and the florists were as well! I couldn’t have picked a better venue. Thank you for such a fun wedding! Literally the best venue ever!
I wish I could relive my wedding day because it happened so fast a lot was a blur, but they were so accommodating and took great care of all of us and made sure the children were safe and saved my niece's life thanks to my coordinator's attention to detail! Alisha is the best coordinator a girl could ask for! If you have her for your coordinator be happy because she does her job well and goes above and beyond for her couples! -

Best wedding ever
Just had our wedding this past Friday, and it was better than anything we could have ever imagined. During the whole planning process, responses to questions were responded to within a few hours and never longer than a day, which was super helpful when trying to make decisions. We did the all inclusive package (food, DJ, photographer, florist, baker, coordinator) and let me tell you, each one of them were amazing and truly experts at what they do. Leslie with leapin lillys made the most beautiful bouquet I’ve ever seen, we received so many compliments. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. The desserts by silver rose bakery were to die for. Our DJ Scott Keo was so energetic and friendly and tailored our music interests throughout the wedding. Our photographer Patrick Julian was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and made us feel so comfortable throughout all the pictures and kept our timeline intact. Alisha was our day of coordinator and she was just amazing. Our guests and entire wedding party commented several times about how great and helpful she was throughout the rehearsal and the wedding itself. I didn’t worry about a single thing throughout the entire wedding and always had a drink and food ready for us. They also arranged all of our decor and packed up all of our stuff at the end of the night so I didn’t have to do a single thing. Truly the most beautiful and smoothly run wedding. The venue is also gorgeous and all of our out of town guests were amazed. I would do this day over a million times if I could! Truly indescribable.The Venue at Chilleens's reply:

On September 1, 2021 my fiancé and I picked The Venue at Chilleens for our wedding. From that day forward, despite our wedding being over a year away, the venue staff was AMAZING. Communicating with Aleah and Alicia about my wedding was never stressful and they were always quick to respond. We were able to go to multiple open house even after booking so we could meet vendors and decide on where we wanted décor to go.
On the day of my wedding, my day of Coordinator, Cabriegh, ensured that everything ran smoothly and she quickly handled the few hiccups that occurred (at no fault of the venues). I truly didn't have to think about anything that day and was able to fully live in the moment. The venue staff and the vendors communicate very well together so the timeline we created with our photographer allowed for things to run smoothly. If I was able to do it all over, I would pick The Venue at Chilleens every time!! They work to make their couples happy and they do an outstanding job!The Venue at Chilleens's reply:

We got married here 4/29/2022 with the all inclusive package and everything was perfect. All the vendors were amazing. Alisha was awesome. Everyone was so nice. Everything went so smooth. An absolute dream come true
Alisha and Aleah are absolutely amazing to work with. They listen, understand and absolutely make your day a fairytale. Everything I said and asked for was taken care of EXACTLY the way I wanted it. Call me a suck-up, but the truth is I’ve worked at too many venues to count and Chilleens is my favorite.
Their staff works really hard to make the day run smoothly for their couples and outside vendors (like me). I also really enjoy that they’ve mastered having enough room for large weddings while keeping every location very close and easy to get to. It makes my job a lot less stressful.
Last thing I’ll say is every client who has hired me to film their wedding here has been nothing shy of amazing. Chilleens seems to attract the best people all around.

Absolutely awesome!
Everything about this venue was amazing! The coordinator Alisha is the BOMB! All of the people they provide for the venues all inclusive package are amazing!!! I highly recommend Patrick Julian the photographer as he by far is one of my favorite vendors we used! He does discounts for engagement shoots as well if you book with the venue! The food was great! The atmosphere was great! The venue was so responsive and I could text both Alisha and Aleah with questions anytime and they were so helpful! Beautiful rustic wedding
The venue at Chilleens was absolutely stunning. Beautiful wood accents and fountains, personalized touches, gorgeous views, great food and the staff was amazing- friendly and very attentive. Alisha, the wedding coordinator, was immensely helpful and there for us every step of the way during the rehearsal and on the wedding day. It rained and they were on top of everything to keep us dry and still dancing the night away!! I highly recommend this venue for your wedding!! -

If you want the best venue with the best team, you want to get married here!!
We just got married here about 2 weeks ago. The venue itself is breath taking!! Amazing views, all of the details Aleah has put into this venue is incredible. The LOVE sign was probably a crowd favorite, everyone wanted a pic there. The green wall is perfect for photo ops too. Alisha, the coordinator is amazing! The day of the wedding she had everything under control and we literally had a perfect day!! The DJ, Tracy, is the only way to go. She worked with us on our song list, made sure the timeline was perfect AND she kept making sure my wife and I had full drinks. Leslie, the florist was incredible. She put together amazing center pieces and bouquets. The cake through the vendor was very good! The taste trial was fun, you got to choose which cake and icing you wanted. We chose a smaller cake and mini desserts too which was fun. All I can say is this team not only was a part of our special day but they have all literally become friends. You truly feel like you’re home when you are at Chilleen’s!! What we paid includes the dj, flowers, cake and the venue!The Venue at Chilleens's reply:

We had the best time at our wedding! We decided on the all inclusive package with the venue and have zero regrets. All of the vendors contracted with the venue we’re absolutely amazing! Aleah, Alisha, and their team were extremely supportive in answering all of our questions and making the day of our wedding an event we will never forget. They took care of everything for us so we didn’t have to think about anything the day of our wedding. Everyone was checking in on us during the wedding making sure we had everything we needed - food, a drink, anything! I don’t think you can find a better venue at such an affordable price! -

Amazing wedding venue
My husband and I got married at Chilleens in March of 2021 and it was the absolute best day I could have imagined, and not because of who I married. Aleah and her team at chilleens has weddings down to a science. Everything was perfect and better than I imagined. I didn't have the time or desire to plan every little detail and shop tons of different vendors. I also didn't want to risk having vendors not show up or them not being as great as promised but with chilleens their all inclusive package was more than I could have wanted. Everyone was so easy to work with and communication was perfect. We still have our friends and family talking about how magical the night was and how smooth everything ran. 2020 has been quite a year for us all. And planning a wedding during COVID could have been a challenge. But thanks to Aleah and Donna Chilleen they made it a breeze! They are amazing at what they do! I did the all inclusive package and the vendors were also amazing to work with. My wedding was everything I wanted it to be and more. I am so thankful! They all went above and beyond and made everyone feel welcome. The food and drinks with the venue were delicious! I recommend this place for a wedding or eloping. It’s the all in one. Great venue and great views! If I had to redo my wedding. I would pick Wedding at Chilleen’s again! Made my day so amazing!
My wedding day was better than expected we had a little hiccup with the way the tables were setup but it was fixed super quick. The only other thing I would say is I wished I would have talked to the DJ a little more about songs and how we wanted them played during the reception. Everything else was amazing and stress free. Aleah was the best thing that ever happened to me during wedding planning! Planning a wedding is stressful and planning during a pandemic is a whole other ballpark. She was so amazing about answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. She never made me feel crazy even though I felt like I was, lol. Our wedding day came and went so fast but we loved every second of it, and the staff at Chilleen’s made it completely stress free. Aleah and staff were so accommodating and helpful! The ceremony and reception were beyond perfect!!! The venue is gorgeous at night!! I never had to stress about anything! Absolutely Perfect!
I cannot imagine getting married anywhere else after having our event here and working with the truly ridiculously amazing Aleah.
From our first quotes that were customized for us and were straight forward with no attempts to price gouge to the first tour when we fell in love with the place and they cooked us dinner to try the options. We booked on the spot after having talked to every other venue in the state and touring several. The pride shown in the renovations here over the last few years says it all, this isn't just a business this is her passion.
From that moment on Aleah was immediately available any time I had a question or concern by phone, text or email.
We did our rehearsal here and had a blast getting to enjoy our venue for awhile before the chaos, playing pool and having a few drinks over dinner.
The day of they could not have gone out of their way to make things more perfect. We were both watching the weather nonstop for weeks and unfortunately a storm was going to hit right in the middle of our wedding.
They still made sure we had back up accommodations inside but the whole team worked tirelessly to make sure we could pull off the outdoor wedding of our dreams. From wiping chairs, setting up decor, clearing off puddles, holding umbrellas, giving me the jacket off their backs quite literally, making sure I always had a drink to stay calm haha and even finding my lost deceased father's cuff-link in the desert at moments notice.
We were so lucky this was the place we got to create our special memories. A million thank yous to Aleah and her team!
Also this is a local family run business and like many people they will be hit hard by outbreak. Please come see this location and meet the team, you won't regret it. If this isn't the venue for you come in and have a great meal to support this wonderful family. -

I don't know where to start.. and I mean that in the best way possible! I wish I could give Chilleens and all their vendors more then 5 stars. As soon as we stepped into this venue, we knew it was the one. Once we saved the date, everything just fell into place. All I can say is trust the process, trust Aleah (the wedding coordinator) and trust the vendors, they all know what they are doing!
Aleah was there every step of the way to answer our questions. If I sent her a text I would get an immediate answer or within the hour. I couldn't believe how easy going everything was. We ended up bringing decorations and little knickknacks to put on the table, with some directions of how to display them, but they really put everything together and placed things where it would look best.
The whole night my guests were saying how beautiful the venue was with the lights and the mountain view, how good the steak and potatoes were (they have amazing ranch dressing too), and how friendly the staff and bartender were. Side note: The bartender did not skimp with the drinks. They were strong and kept me warm the whole night lol!
I used all the vendors that came with the venue. Silver Rose Bakery, Leslie Davis Flowers (not sure the offical name), AZ Wed Pics LLC (April Barker), Keo Entertainment as the DJ and used their officiant Donna Chilleen.
Silver Rose Bakery did an amazing job accommodating what we wanted. Since there was only 50 guests we didn't want a huge cake for it to go to waste, so we were able to get mini desserts. We got cannolis, which were fantastic and chocolate mouse cups. They were also able to accommodate us with a cake topper and a cookie for guests to take home. The flowers from Leslie were so beautiful and fragrant. Pictures did them no justice. I had a mixture of roses, buttercups, lillies and more. The photographer (April) is very personable, funny, and made my husband and I feel comfortable. She gave us a sneak peak the day after the wedding. I cannot wait for the rest to come back. All in all, the vendors work together so they are all on the same page to make your day special.
I highly suggest Chilleens! I'll be going back anyway to have a nice steak dinner :) -

Best Decision Ever!
We could not have imagined a better wedding day! The team of experts made our planning process a breeze and made the actually day beyond our wildest dreams! I HIGHLY recommend Weddings at Chilleen’s not only for the ease and how amazing they made our vision come to life, but also for the price!!! This is the perfect venue and if you want an all inclusive package for a steal and know that your day will go without a hitch and still be spectacular, I would recommend them twenty times over!!!!! -

My fiance and I found this venue randomly online. We booked a year in advance. They accommodated our wedding day which was outside of their normal schedule. The vendors contacted us plenty of time in advance and made our dreams come to life.
They were incredibly responsive and flexible as changes occurred. We truly feel like we had the wedding of our dreams and all we had to do was show up with our outfits and party favors. -

We are so happy with how our wedding turned out. Their all inclusive package is the way to go!! Their vendors that they have put together are so experienced in working together as a team and making dreams come true! They pay attention to detail and nail exactly what you want. Our original venue messed up our date and we had to find a new spot last minute. We stumbled open Weddings at Chilleen’s on 17 and Aleah was so quick to respond and set up our initial meeting. The venue itself is just absolutely beautiful, perfect for rustic/chic style wedding. They’ve done so many restorations and fine tuning and continue to keep their spot looking up to date with the trends and look absolutely stunning! Food was AMAZING as well!! Pricing is killer too, couldn’t have asked for a better deal. Our all inclusive package was half the price we would have spent putting it all together ourselves (having separate vendors etc.) and was worry/stress free. I was confident that everything was being taken care of and in good hands. We just felt like we could really just enjoy this process and day, instead of running around like chickens with or heads cut off! Also really appreciate how open and accepting they are for LGBTQ weddings, it can be hard to find vendors/venues that are kind and so easy to work with. If I could give them a thousand stars I would! Highly highly recommend to any Arizonans getting married soon! -

My Fiancé and I were at a BBQ when someone casually mentioned Weddings at Chilleen's. We had not heard of this venue. The next day, I called and made an appointment to view the venue. When my Mother and I walked into the venue, I knew it was the perfect place for me and my Fiancé to get married. It had the rustic, outdoor, and simple feeling that we had been looking for. Aleah and her team were amazing! We booked about 18 months before our wedding day and during that time incredible renovations and additions were made to the venue that only added to my excitement. Aleah was so accommodating. She answered all of my texts, calls, and emails quickly and efficiently. We used the majority of the preferred vendors including: floral, cake, videographer, food (Chilleen's), and DJ. All of the vendors were incredible and although we didn't use their photographer, I can honestly say that she is amazing. The day of the wedding, everything was set up beautifully. Aleah and her team took care of EVERYTHING. Aleah even bustled my dress (18 point bustle) in ten minutes after we finished taking photos. The food was incredible. We got so many compliments on the venue and the food. My fiancé and I still talk about it being literally the most perfect day and that nothing went wrong or wasn't exactly how we wanted it...and if something did go wrong, we didn't know about it which is exactly what I wanted to experience on my wedding day. I highly recommend this venue, their vendors, Aleah and her team. Without a doubt, I had my DREAM WEDDING all thanks to Wedding's at Chilleen's and Aleah. Married 10.20.18. -

I got Married here November 12,2016 the most Amazing Day ! Absolutely everything was handled by Aleah and her Team to a TEE! It was hard not to cry going up the isle at the shear perfection of the entire set up. She has worked hard to creat the ultimate Rustic Wedding Venue and Never Dissapoints. It’s absolutely beautiful there and the view makes for Amazing photos by April Barker. Food was Delicious too. My guest raved about everything for a year! 💜💜 -

We were married here in February 2018. The venue was beautiful.
Highlights of the venue/ package/ event:
- Florist was amazing, she is sweet and listened to exactly what I wanted and worked with my budget.
- Beautiful sights at sunset
- Chapel to get ready in was beautiful and fun for my bridesmaids. Pro-Tip- bring a jacket during winter month's as there is no heater.
-Aleyah was great, she responded promptly and worked around our budget. A family member told me after the fact, Chilleen's went out of their way to purchase and provide additional "space heaters" to ensure my guests were not miserable in 40 degree weather. Great customer service for sure!
- Food was great as well.
- Keep in mind: it is a package deal so you'll be restricted on design/styles of the cake and flowers. Both vendors will work with your budget and are willing to customize for an additional rate, which is great for anyone that wants something specific.
Some negatives from my experience that may be specific to our circumstances:
- Bakery miscommunication regarding what was the "package size/costs," this was resolved and may have been improved since. Just sharing as this was stressful news at the time. Cake turned out beautiful!
- Photographer, was great and lord help her she was patient with our wild bunch. My only disappointment was our family photos, afterwards I realized we had awkward spacing between people, and a bit of disorganization, like more people on one side of photo vs the other and people's heads blocking others. It was not what I envisioned these photos being and take the responsibility for not expressing the concern. Please talk these things out with your photographer in advance!
- There was a tip bucket and our family and friends were tipping all night. The bartender even made a comment that it was their best night they've ever had on tips. We were a little upset by this because we did pay a gratuity as a part of the package, but my guests were unaware and I just hope they were not feeling pressured to leave tips as we had a full service bar.
Overall, our experience was great, we received mixed feedback from our guest and some of the items were more personal concerns than as a whole. Our guests still talk about our wedding, and one person even referred to it as "the best wedding he's ever been to." Aleyah and Chilleen's are continuing to make improvements to the venue and their packages and I have no doubt they'll only get better. I will refer the venue to friends/ family looking for a beautiful and reasonably priced venue, that literally DOES it all for you! If I could have relaxed and not been controlling/ high strung, this day would have been the easiest day for me. Brides, you can basically just show up, everything is handled besides the minor decision making on you and your spouse's end. Who really wants to make the decisions any how!
Word of advice, Smile like your face is broken, because you'll realize how many photos you were not smiling in, make time to eat and lastly enjoy your day!! Aleyah will handle your stress, worries and concerns from day one to the big day and if you're still stressed out minutes before the ceremony, she'll hook you up with a shot of liquid courage! -

Every step of the way from planning to the night of Aleah was super helpful, she made our wedding stress free for us which is priceless. Don’t be fooled by the saloon in front because when you go around back you have a gorgeous outdoor space to have your wedding. You can be as country as you want or go vintage, be fancy or just casual. They make it so easy with the customizable packages. We went all out and used all of their vendors who are just as fantastic. The real joy to having your wedding here is having Aleah as you own personal wedding coordinator. She made it so easy people would ask how wedding planning was going and ask if I was stressed but I would get to brag and tell them it was actually going smooth and stress free. I have so much love for the whole team at Chilleen’s. -
