  Cake topper

  I thought I could make my own wedding topper, but when I went to purchase the items, none were available. My fiancé wasn’t too jazzed about my idea. So with less than 2 weeks before the wedding…I went searching. We found the perfect, fun cake topper that we both agreed on. I ordered it, praying it would get here on time. It arrived within a few days, perfectly packed and is just what we were looking for! Wedding Collectibles did an amazing job! Highly recommend them!

  Excellent!

  Did a JOP wedding with a small get together of family after. Decided at the last minute to get a cake. On whom looked for Mickey and Minnie toppers. Not only was it personalized but arrived well packed in a 5 days just in time for wedding. Very pleased with result.

  The people at Wedding Collectibles are SO helpful. They returned my call within 24 hours and answered all of my questions! Since they were customizing my wedding cake topper by painting the hair color of the bride and groom, I asked if they would paint the groom's tie and pants to match what my fiance would be wearing on our wedding day. They were able to accommodate my request & the cake topper looks PERFECT! It is going to be a wonderful addition to our wedding day!

  Perfect for the unconventional

  I wanted to have a beautiful custom cake topper for my wedding and I found this lovely piece! They made my husband look like my husband so well and I could even have my hair color. It was such a gorgeous piece to add to my cupcake stand and I would suggest it for anyone who wants something truly personal for their big day.

  Wrong product and response is non-existent

  I am shocked at how poor this company is at righting a wrong. We ordered sparklers for my daughters wedding and they sent half correct and the other half too short (and not even listed on their website). I have pictures to prove it and have sent them message after message after message. They responded once after a great deal of time, and when I sent pictures and other messages, they have gone on neglected. I would be very careful dealing with this business and read all reviews carefully!

  Wrong date put on topper.

  I ordered a cake topper from their website. It said to put in the 8 character numeric date. So I put in 10102020 for October 10th 2020. When I received it it has 10.20.20. I emailed and called that same date. And I called and left message ones a day for three days. I finally got an email for an offer for $5 off if I wanted to reorder. This is crazy. Please read all reviews before you order. Even if you do what they ask they they want take responsibility when they mess up. They should have reached out to me to ask if they were unclear on the date. And I don’t know why they wouldn’t have just pick the first 6 numbers anyway. Why did they pick 10.20.20. Very poor customer service

  Wrong item sent, 5 days to respond, and 3 weeks later still no refund

  I ordered a wedding topper but received the wrong item. It took about 5 business days for the company to respond (with our wedding date just 10 days away), only to be told that the item we ordered was not in stock. Although the company denied this, I suspect they attempted to substitute a wedding topper we did not order and hope it would be "good enough." I was sent a prepaid return postmark to return the unwanted item, and told I would receive a refund as soon as the topper was returned. The topper was received by them on 5/11, but as of 6/1 I have not received a refund.

  Defective item

  This company has horrible customer service. I received my item which was defective. I tried several times to call the phone number..never to could reach a live person. Always had to leave a message with no call back...ever. I sent an email with no response. You might want to shop elsewhere. Once again the customer service of this company is non existent!!!!!!

  Horrible customer service

  We ordered a custom wooden photo print cake topper, we provided a photo as per their exact specifications, they informed us they needed to crop the photo, we asked how, they refused to communicate how the photo would be cropped and instead offered us to pay an additional 20$ to receive a printed proof. they then proceeded to literately crop out over 50% of the original photo and they completely refused any refund reprint or other compensation for their terrible craftsman ship!
