We’ve been using WeddingWindow for just under a year now and it’s been going very well overall. We paid $79 for the upgraded version and it unlocked more features than we could have wanted for our wedding website. Our website came out great and is very user friendly for our visitors…we absolutely love it!

The fact that we could easily add personalized slideshows for each page’s background and could choose from many pre-configured pages was fantastic for us! We didn’t know where to start but the website made it super easy to pick and choose what we wanted; if we changed our minds later, it was super easy to reconfigure.

Configuring the website can be a little frustrating for some, but it is well worth taking the time to work on it. We wanted everything uniform and the settings made a ton of sense for that - it is set up so you choose what you want and it applies it to all your pages. This is something that we found super valuable for creating a professional looking webpage in minutes.

We truly love our desktop site, our mobile site and the customer service. I highly recommend this site because it is super flexible, very well priced and very easy. We have been getting many compliments for our site and I’m sure you will too!!

My fiancé and I were looking for a wedding website that would showcase our unique style. There are so many websites to choose from. After a couple of months of searching (public and private sites) we came across Wedding Window. We did the 10 day trial and were super excited how things progressed. Even during the trial period, we received great support from Chris and the design team. They were professional and responsive. We could not be happier with our wedding website choice. We are super excited to open our site to our family and friends.

We loved using the Wedding Window. We wanted a website that had a little more than the typical website as we sent out electronic invitations and wanted a site that could handle electronic RSVPs. We did our research and found Wedding Window. We received many compliments on our website for our guests. Not only was it easy to use but it was very customize-able which made it fun for our wedding! Great website and reasonably priced.

We used Wedding Window to make our wedding website. Everyone loved it and commented on it constantly. We were able to customize colors and edit all the pages to no limit. I must have changed my custom colors 25 times over the course of 6 months. The templates are attractive and the interface is very easy to use. Anyone can build a beautiful site with Wedding Window. The best part was that we bought a unique domain through them so the url was easy for people to remember and it felt more personal.

This seems to be the best wedding website server out there. Such great designs, beautiful colors and the flexibility to do whatever you want on them. Well worth the money.

WeddingWire wasn't around when I got married in 2006 so we used WeddingWindow for our wedding website and it was great. It's not a free one but it pays for itself in savings. You can have people RSVP on the site which saves in postage. When people RSVP you can have them select their dinner and collect any other info you need. Plus there is no limit on the number of photos you post so after the wedding you can post all your wedding and honeymoon photos. You can even pick the name of your website, for example, www.joeandjane.com. If you have alot of out of town guests you can make a special page for things to do with links, weather links, links to the hotel, etc. We received tons of compliments on our website because it looked so professional but it was super easy to use and put together. I would 100% use this site again and I recommend it to all my friends when they get engaged. Oh, and at the end you can purchase a cd that has your entire site on it.

Wonderful support during our time working with the company and the site - it has been a fantastic experience and has been a very easy process. Your website design components covered everything we needed, was a seamless experience for us and our guests and we were very happy with the end product. A few challenges along the way, but with a little initiative and some trial and error, these were solved. Our guests were very impressed and we sent the url out a few months later with lots of photos and a video uploaded so they could relive the event! Thank you for contributing to our amazing wedding!

I looked at many wedding website companies and I decided that weddingwindow.com offered the best in the business in terms of designs, options, and pricing. Their platform is very user-friendly made it easy for me to create the website. If I had a question, I got an email back from their support team almost immediately. My mother (and the rest of the families) absolutely loved the website I created. It made organizing RSVPs SO much easier! If you're a bride and not exactly sure which company to choose, let me tell you that I did quite a bit of research and Wedding Window is the best.

Wedding Window is a service that provides wedding websites. You can choose your own layout design, music, photos, videos, and more to add. I LOVED this vendor. It costs a little to get a yearly subscription, but it really keeps everyone well informed. I loved it because with my mother many states away, she could log in at any time and make updates to the website or the other planning tools. OH! I almost forgot how PRICELESS the planning tools are. I loved keeping everything easly accessible and organized through wedding window. From my guest list to the gift tracker - I was always on top of things! I even had all of my vendor information stored in one place!! An AMAZING site!!

This is my second daughter’s wedding where we chose weddingwindow.com for our wedding website provider after reviewing all the others. It met all of our requirements:
• No advertisements to hassle our guests
• Affordable price
• Ability to try it out for a week or so to make sure it met our needs before purchasing
• Good customer support, tutorials, etc. (they have consistently responded to me in a day on weekends and within minutes and hours on weekdays – even Thanksgiving week)
• Looks and navigates well on a computer or mobile phone or tablet (responsive design)
• Support for importing attendee list from a spreadsheet to populate your RSVP list
• Support for RSVPs for multiple events
• Able to support music playing if you desire it
• Able to point to your own domain if you already own it
And even had other niceties like the ability to add your own icon on the website tab (favicon)

We had a little trouble choosing between all the themes but the tutorials helped and having so many options was really appreciated.

We used Wedding Window to create our wedding website, and it was fantastic. We customized much of our site, and added a few pages. Our guests loved it. No complaints :)

Overall, we loved the wedsite we ended up with, but it took lots of work to get to where we wanted. I did a lot of research into features before I went with wedding window... one big feature I wanted was advanced RSVP. Lots of the other features were, at times, not intuitive... but, on the plus side, the email help folks always got back to us quickly.

We are currently using Wedding Window for our destination wedding site. I did a lot of research before choosing a vendor and wanted something that was not cheesy, easy to use, but flexible. Wedding Window fits the bill. Be prepared to dedicate some time to setting things up... but after that, it's a cinch. The best option I have found for someone that doesn't know/want/need to code a site from scratch or futz with a lot of settings.

I highly recommend Wedding Window for they wedding websites. It's a bit expensive, given that you can put together free websites through other companies. But we wanted something unique and Wedding Window helped put us to put together something different for our guests to see on the internet.

No response from customer support

I was very exited about all the opportunities on the the wedding window website and the planning tools. So I got the free 10 Day Trial and went to work. After an intense 10 days of non stop work it finally looked really great and all the guest were in the guest list, the different events created and even the rsvp ecards and so on were wonderful. I really loved my site and all the planning tools. Ready to upgrade and send out the invites immediately.... Still a few important questions remained so I contacted the support. -No response - my trial ended - I received a bunch of adds from the site to not go, and to upgrade (so my spamfilter is not the problem)- but still no response from the support. Now I don't have access to the site anymore. (Either keep free plan and loose all the work I have done to customize the site or upgrade before accessing my site). I even tried to upgrade (even without an answer from support) because I don't want to loose the work of almost two weeks. But then again I can not choose a custom domain (non is available, even if I type in random letters). I tried to contact the support 4 times in 3 different ways and did not get one response in a week. This is not what I was expecting... Is the site still running? I am seriously considering choosing another service although I would loose all the work I have done.

The good - Website worked, was effective at communicating our wedding plans, and looked pretty once we got it up and running.

The bad - Website wasn't very user friendly (it had an ancient interface), it was hard to upload our guest list for RSVPs, the picture interface was AWFUL, and I didn't think we got very good value from the premium features (waste of $$).

Unresponsive

Our family bought us our domain over a year ago. Since we have been engaged for over a year now we renewed our domain only to find our website domain has changed to (.weddingwindow.com) despite paying extra in order to keep it. We have tried emails (No answer) we have tried calling the number provided is suspiciously nondescript and no one ever calls back. We want to get our wedding invites sent with the correct website name, but no one is returning our messages for the past two weeks. I can't help feel we have been scammed since there is no way to talk to a person with this company.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible customer service, I tried contacting via email several times and through the website and I received no response. It's been months. The desktop website can been done very well however the mobile website is horrible. It can be better I imagine if their customer service would respond to help. Also, guests aren't able to search for you just by your names on any search engine, they must type the full address in order to see your site. It's a nuisance. My advice, don't spent your money or time with this company.

Theeeee Worst

I have sent numerous emails for assistance and no one responds. Their security license expired so you can’t even login and their site isn’t secure so your information, passwords is exposed. The non-responsiveness is beyond ridiculous and they have the nerve to keep sending me promo emails. I suggest strongly not to use them because no one will help you if you can’t figure something out or just have a general question. Total waste of money. I now have to use a different site because I can’t login to check the RSVP’s nor can I finish my wedding website.

Stay away from this vendor.
A page that is not made for mobile devices is out of date.
Any kind of translations to another language does not work, even if looks like everything is translateable.
You will pay your money and lose all flexibility.

All planning tools are to complex and evey pen and paper will make your planning more simple. This is a hint to keep the couple stressless

This wedding website produces websites that look like high school projects. They are RIDICULOUSLY bad in terms of UX. For instance, if you want to change a font, you don't just click on the text and change the font. Nope. You have to look up a menu bar on the left panel, find the type of text (eg header, body text, sub header) and then change the font for all text of that type. So what if I want a different font for two different headers? Nope. Can't do it. What if I want to add a little logo on some part. Nope. This is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING and not user friendly in the slightest. So, we reached out to them and pleaded - we've spent a bunch of money on wedding stuff already and paid you nearly $90 for the url and the premium package, but it just isn't working. In fact, it's causing stress and chaos in our relationship right in the middle of one of the most stressful times in our life. Their response: Nah - our policy says we don't do refunds. We can help you change a font or two if you want. I gave them three stars for responsiveness, because they did get back to us the next day to tell us that they were not going to help. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MESS! They will take your money and run and you'll get an extremely amateur MySpace-looking wedding website.
