I was trying to have sparklers for my wedding, but my partner was a little torn on how big the sparklers were to be so I needed to request a return. The CS team was great here, understanding and knowledgeable....but then we didn't use the sparklers. Back to the CS team for the refund policy, which they facilitated flawlessly. Received my sparklers within days of placing my order. 200 sparklers arrive well packaged in a single box. Inside the box was 50 packages of four sparklers each. The sparklers were perfect and came with extra mini sparklers which made getting everyone's big sparklers lit a breeze! The sparklers lasted a LONG TIME - I'm talking... me and my husband went through the tunnel 4 times and then we had guests running through the tunnel as well! We had a last minute issue with the sparklers that were supposed to be at the wedding. We ordered these two days before the event and they got here in time. The staff was helpful and the product competitively priced. The sparklers lasted the entire run through, including the bride and groom running through them again for photos. One suggestion I have is to make sure you have good lighters.

The sparklers added the perfect touch to my wedding! They were long enough for my photographer to take as many pictures as needed to get the perfect picture for us. The heart sparklers were so cute and romantic. It rained all day so we were nervous that the humidity in the air was gonna prevent the sparklers from lighting. But the lit up beautifully! It’s worth it to have these if you are getting married and wanted a sweet sparkler send off shaped like hearts. The team helped us out with very quick turnaround at reasonable rates. My favorite wedding photo is of the couple leaving under the sparklers and the groom leaning the bride down for one last romantic kiss... wouldn't have been the same without the sparklers. Awesome Wedding "Send-Off" Sparklers
We ordered the 3-foot long sparklers for our wedding, and they were a HUGE hit!. The long length made it so they didn't run out before the bride and groom had a chance to go through the send-off line! Highly recommend these!

No issues, great sparklers, quick delivery.
I ordered some sparklers around the 22nd (saturday) of december for my NYE wedding, I chose the expedited shipping because I wasn’t sure what their hours were like Christmas week. To my surprise, they were delivered first thing monday morning. I am relatively close to their location in Houston but i was still surprised with how quick they got them out to me. The sparklers themselves were great, burned well, lit easy, lasted long, great price for them. Would recommend!

I would definitely use them again --- I needed the sparklers by a specific date (which was basically 3 days away from when I ordered them) and they called me personally to ask about the delivery and to let me know that due to the volatile nature of the product that it had to be shipped by ground and might not arrive in time - I ordered them anyway and they came at 5pm the day I needed them - which was perfect timing because the reception started at 6:30pm - Thanks so much!

First order didn't arrive, second order free of charge
I ordered sparklers for my wedding, but FedEx never delivered them. I contacted Wedding Sparklers Outlet about a week before my wedding, and they sent me my order again free of charge.
