I picked up my order
Wedding is weeks away and instead of shipping it to me, I called them and asked if I can pick it up because I'm afraid it won't arrive in time, thankful to the staff that assisted me, I was able to easily locate their address. Beautiful Sparklers!
They made my wedding photos and videos so beautiful, capturing us in a shower of sparks. They are fun to use in an interactive way to involve guests in the celebration. The shop really delivered my order very quickly. -

Arrived after the wedding
I paid for rushed 3 day delivery and the sparklers arrived several days late and ultimately arrived after our wedding. I now have to deal with shipping them back along with all the other post wedding chaos -

Double the "Guaranteed" shipping time and shitty refund policy.
Ordered Monday, paid for their "Guaranteed 3 Day Shipping" for a Saturday wedding. Didn't get them til Sunday. When I complained they say " we are not responsible for poor planning and we always advise customers to order ahead of time to avoid delivery delays"
They tell me to ship it back and they'll refund short a restocking fee, but shipping is almost the price of the items.
Their guarantees mean nothing, and their condescending attitude earned them this review. -
