We had a fantastic experience working with Dan for our wedding. From start to finish, he was professional, attentive, and communicative. Dan took the time to call us several times before the big day to understand our expectations and to ensure everything was perfectly planned. His experience really made a difference, helping to make our day completely stress-free. Dr. Dan contacted us immediately after our inquiry was placed. From our first conversation, he was very straight forward with pricing and explained what all was included with her services and his layout before we paid. We knew the moment we met with Dr. Dan on our rehearsal day that we made the right desicion. He calmed any nerves we had. Meeting him was like seeing a friend after many years. He had a fatherly calmness and sincerity about him that made everything seem like it would be okay. He is charismatic and genuine and made our day splendid! Our wedding ceremony was perfect because of Dr. Dan! The ceremony was heartfelt, with moments of laughter and an overwhelming peace. We consider Dr. Dan as a part of our new family! His guidance, patience, heartfelt words, great attitude and true love for what he does definately attributed to our marriage starting the right way! If you want a perfect officiant for a perfect day, Dr. Dan is the best man for the job! -

Dr. Dan was everything we wanted and needed in an officiant
! The ceremony was the part of the wedding that my then fiancé and I were most nervous about. Dr. Dan walked us through the process and provided guidance as we selected each portion of the ceremony. He was extremely responsive to text and email throughout our long engagement.
We first met via telephone call consult and later met in person (per our request) to have coffee & chat about final details closer to our wedding date to help ease our nerves.
Dr. Dan was also present for our rehearsal. He was even kind enough to stay for our reception and provide a blessing over the food.
Not only will Dr. Dan be your officiant, but he will help remind you to follow your wants/desires to ensure big day be about you as a couple. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for an officiant! -

Dr. Dan became part of our family in the short time we got to know him before our wedding. We met remotely but he devoted at lot of time and attention chatting with us via email, video meetings, and text that we felt completely at ease knowing he'd make our ceremony special. He helped us picture how our ceremony would go, recommended unique ideas, and I felt like we even had mini counseling sessions with his kind encouragement and affirmation. Dr. Dan even acted as a ceremony coordinator, guiding the wedding party and vendors though the most important part of the day, led our rehearsal (thankful we didn't try to do that ourselves), asked our religious/non preferences, and knew to hop out of the way for our first kiss photos! He quoted us a more than fair price for his services. Highly recommend Dan as a gregarious, warm, outgoing, funny, engaging speaker and friend to marry you. We were so happy he accepted our invitation to stay and celebrate with us at the reception, and look forward to keeping in touch. -

Dr Dan was an amazing officiate. He genuinely loves people and weddings and it shows in the quality of the ceremony, choice of words and personableness. The best officiant
What to say about Dr. Dan... He made our wedding ceremony so meaningful and impactful, speaking to the guests before anyone walked down the aisle. His words and genuinoty weighed heavy on all of our friends and family during our ceremony. Everyone asked, where did you find him.. what a beautiful ceremony.. the list goes on and on. You would never regret choosing Dr. Dan as your officiant. He will give you a beautiful and meaningful ceremony to make it memorable. -

Byrd Wedding
We asked for a short simple biblical ceremony on the beach and Dr. Dan delivered exactly what we were hoping for. We were battling a little chilly weather but Dr. Dan has such a warm and loving spirit that we hardly noticed the chill at all. He made the ceremony special and we truly felt like we've know him all our lives. We plan to go back to the Jacksonville area each year on our anniversary and have dinner with Dr. Dan if he is available. He's a great officiant and loves meeting new people and being a part of their special day.

Our special day
Dr Dan was amazing. He really made our day amazing and seamless. We are from a different state so we didn’t meet him until the day of the wedding. We were so pleased with his effort. He called us beforehand and took the time to get to know us to make our ceremony personalized. His beautiful words and insight on marriage was perfection.

So Happy with our decision!
At first, we were going to use one of our college friends to do the officiating at the ceremony but then later decided against it and hired Dr. Dan to be our officiant. So happy we! We didn’t know him at all, but met him out for dinner and had a great time! We told him that we were looking for a short and sweet ceremony with a brief prayer and that’s exactly what he did! I would highly recommend Dr. Dan as an officiant for your wedding. -
