Beautiful Ceremony and Wonderful Experience!

We are so thankful to have had Indy Wedding Pastors as part of our wedding day! The ceremony was absolutely beautiful and felt so personal to us. Dennie made everything feel calm, meaningful, and perfectly suited to who we are as a couple. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend them to any couple wanting a heartfelt and memorable ceremony.

Awesome Wedding Officiant!

I cannot even put into words how thrilled my husband & I are that we decided to book with Indy Wedding Pastors for our wedding officiant. We had the honor of working with Dennie, who was a phenomenal wedding officiant! Dennie is not only an amazing person overall, but he really made sure to personalize our ceremony to exactly what both my husband and I wanted. All of our meetings with him were so helpful and it was so beneficial to be able to get to know him prior to our wedding. We both felt as if Dennie really took the time to not only get to know us as a couple but both of us individually as well. His communication and professionalism were excellent throughout the entire wedding planning process. I highly recommend any future brides/grooms to book with Indy Wedding Pastors- you will not regret it!

I recently had the pleasure of having my wedding ceremony officiated by Dennie Mitchel. From the moment he stepped onto the stage, it was evident that he possessed an unparalleled passion for his role and a genuine love for uniting couples in marriage.

Exceptional experience

Dennie helped my husband and I have the perfect ceremony. He was helpful, gave us lots of options, and was supportive of our ideas for the ceremony. The premarital counseling sessions ended up being very informative and Dennie was never judgmental in his deliverance of his opinions. Dennie also took charge during the rehearsal and made it a successful and informative event. I left feeling confident that everything would go as planned at the wedding the next day. The actual wedding day ceremony went off without a problem and Dennie once again was extremely helpful the day of. Dennie was always on time and dressed professionally.

We couldn't be happier with Dennie with Indy Wedding Pastors

Dennie was extremely relatable, helpful and approachable through the entire wedding planning process. We enjoyed our marriage prep session with him, as it gave us great topics to talk about and he was able to share some of his advice and perspective on various topics as well. Dennie was transparent and up front with how the flow of the ceremony would go, and was extremely accommodating when we wanted to make small adjustments and changes. The day of the ceremony and rehearsal he did a phenomenal job! We could not be happier with with our decision to use him as our officiant!

My husband and I were getting married in Indiana, but lived out of state. It was important that we did premarital counseling, so when we found out that Dennie could meet with us via Skype, we knew he'd be the perfect fit! Dennie goes above and beyond

We had such a great experience with Dennie. From the ceremony planning to the pre-marriage meetings, he is personable, down to earth and a great mentor. We will cherish his advice. I am so thankful for his willingness to direct the group during our rehearsal and ceremony. His guidance and willingness to help us create a personal ceremony and his flexibility with changes - all so much appreciated. With my family being more religious and the grooms not as much, we were able to find the perfect mix in order to honor ours and our family’s wishes. I’d highly recommend working with him.

My husband and I cannot recommend Indy Wedding Pastors enough! 10/10. Dennie was our wedding officiant. He was great to work with and made our ceremony so special. Dennie was excellent! When we started looking for an officiant we found a lot simply wanted to plan a ceremony via phone/email. We wanted to make sure we had a good connection with the person who would be marrying us. Immediately with Dennie we felt comfortable. The conversation flowed easily and we knew he’d be charismatic, personable, without sacrificing the serious nature of the commitment we were making.

We loved that he worked towards setting up our marriage for success, not just our ceremony. After the ceremony we received so many wonderful comments about how beautiful it was and how great Dennie was.

If you are just looking for someone to recite some words to make it official, go elsewhere. If you want someone who makes you feel like they have a vested interest in making your marriage last, give Dennie a call!

We loved working with Dennie! He made the whole process so easy from the initial phone call to hear more about his services all the way to our actual wedding day. He was very flexible with our premarital counseling and even drove half way between Indy and Fort Wayne (where we live) for each of our sessions so that we didn't have to drive 2.5 hours to Indy. We felt like he really cared about us as a couple and wanted to make sure we felt fully prepared for our wedding ceremony. On our wedding day he was professional, kind to all of our family, friends, and guests, and just gets along with everyone! We were so happy to have him there and we are thankful he was our officiant. We HIGHLY recommend Indy Wedding Pastors!

Our experience with Pastor Dennie was exceptional. His expertise allows for great insights into marriage that he articulates very well leading up to the date. He is fun and personable and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pastor, not only to conduct the nuptials but to lead you in your relationship journey.

My husband and I couldn't have made a better choice in choosing Dennie of Indy Wedding Pastors to officiate our wedding. We met with him several times in advance of the big day and we really loved all the discussion topics, conflict resolution we discussed, and the insight our relationship assessment provided. Dennie was great at giving us direction, sharing examples from his own life, and being an upbeat force that could continue to be there for us later on down the road. He was a great resource in planning the ceremony, which was a huge help to me! I truly believe Dennie helped everything go smoothly. It was great to have him at the rehearsal dinner as well. My husband and I are so glad we selected Indy Pastors to officiate our ceremony! We met with Dennie 4 times for pre marital counseling prior to our wedding and each session was on a relevant, helpful topic. The meetings we had led to great discussions between my husband and I. Dennie was prepared and listened to our needs as far as our ceremony went. We selected to do a unique unity ceremony which included blending light and dark beers. Dennie researched the history of celebrating with beer and we both loved the end result. Dennie made the rehearsal go smoothly which translated into a great ceremony. I do not enjoy being the center of attention and was worried about how I would handle the ceremony but he put all of our worries to ease and made it a wonderful experience. My husband and I have received so many compliments on Dennie's message and how unique our ceremony was. We could not be happier with the service we received! We hired Indy Wedding Pastors to officiate our wedding this past August. Dennie was our pastor that worked with us from the beginning through our wedding day. He's even since followed up to meet again now that we are married. The sessions before the wedding were good and during the last couple sessions Dennie helped us plan our ceremony. He has the experience and ideas needed to ensure you remember everything. He did am amazing job and we are very happy we hired this company.

Dennie officiated our wedding last month and he was great! My husband and I had a great deal of input regarding scripture use and verbage selection during the ceremony. That, combined with his humor and pre-martial counseling made this portion of planning fun and a great value!

Dennie was the officiant for my brother's wedding 3 years ago and did such a great job we automatically chose him for our wedding. We enjoyed our pre-marital sessions with him; they a great way to get to know Dennie on a more personal level and we thought he offered some great guidance for handling multiple situations in our marriage. He made sure to make our ceremony unique and exactly what we wanted. 110% recommend.

We used Indy Wedding Pastors via the Sanctuary on Penn. Eric is the one that married us and could not have asked for a better person to get married by. We had the counseling as part of the package which gave us some insight on what to expect and we were able to work out a few differences we had and vent over some small family issues. Eric and Veronica (his wife) were just so great to have with us on our day. We will always be truly thankful.

If you are on the fence about Indy Wedding Pastors, or are in need of an officiant, this group is amazing! My husband and I were in need of an officiant and our concern was, we wanted a Christian officiant to marry us, as we are both Christians. If you don't grow up with a pastor, or are in-between church homes, that can be a difficult task. Dennie was such a light in a stressful moment for us. We were getting close to the wedding and had no officiant . As soon as we met Dennie, we knew we wanted him to marry us! It was such a relief for us. Another concern of ours was, we wanted premarital counseling. We were concerned about finding someone, who even offered that and who we felt comfortable in having sessions with. Dennie was perfect! The premarital counseling really helped us to see what areas we needed to talk about and even how to talk about them. The sessions are held wherever is most convenient! You don't have to drive across town to some office. We met a local Starbucks and sipped coffee while we discussed our ceremony plans! It was so relaxing and helpful. He emailed us regularly and was easy to contact when we had questions. His response time to emails was extremely prompt! Dennie will always be a resource for us and that is so comforting. We will never forget how awesome he made this process for us and how encouraging he was for us! He gave us sincere, honest and extremely helpful marital advice and counseling. (keyword on sincere) The ceremony was so beautiful, he was witty and fun, but yet serious. He took what he learned about us through the premarital sessions and incorporated those things into the wedding service. It was very personable and touching. All in all, I wouldn't have changed a thing. Dennie was a blessing to us and we are so thankful! :-)

I was a little nervous booking a preacher that I didn't know, but I am so happy we chose Indy Wedding Pastors. Our preacher was Wes Coker and he was phenomenal. We decided to do the pre-marital counseling before our wedding and we both really liked it and felt like it brought us even closer during a stressful time. Wes was extremely personable and tailored our ceremony to us. Definitely recommend!

We worked with Wes throughout our premarital classes and for the ceremony, he was great. He made us feel at ease and we felt like we had some great discussions. The ceremony was also great, it was important for us to have a Christian ceremony and a Pastor marry us, and not being from Indiana that is hard to find in such a short time. He brought some personal touches to the ceremony which we also appreciated. Our guests all loved our ceremony as did we.

It was very important to me to have a pastor marry us. We did not get married in a church so that was another stress to find a pastor who would marry us not in a church. I came across Indy wedding Pastors and they were exactly what I was looking for. We worked with Wes and went through many counseling sessions with him. He was very easy to talk to and was always very open with us. The ceremony was perfect and impressed all of our guests. I would highly recommend Indy Wedding Pastors to anyone.

We were referred to Eric Reeder after contacting and were very pleased with our decision! He did such a great job keeping our ceremony focused around our faith but also kept it light-hearted. We would definitely recommend!

We found Dennie because my husband's sister had him officiate her wedding the same year ours. We thought he did a great job with theirs and luckily, he was available for our wedding date.

I didn't think we'd end up doing the counseling sessions that are "optional" but I'm so glad we did. It got us talking about things like communication styles and love languages, which we probably wouldn't have discussed on our own.

The ceremony was perfect and really meant a lot to us.

Dennie was an absolutely incredible officiant. From the marriage prep sessions that helped prepare us for the life after the ceremony to the actual ceremony itself, we enjoyed every minute.
We were provided an outline for our ceremony and were able to choose what readings and passages we desired. The ceremony felt very personal.

Dennie was professional and helpful every step of the way. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a wedding officiant.

Dennie is truly a class act. When my fiancé and I first met with him we both knew he was the officiant for us. We met with him several times where we went over all different types of areas of strength and growth. He really took the time to get to know us, and what type of ceremony we were looking for. He is very responsive, dependable, and easy to get along with. He provided us with an outline of the ceremony so there would be no surprises, took control when necessary, and went with the flow at other times. I could not imagine being married by anyone else. Dennie was excellent! We had 2 planning meetings with Dennie and he was very easy to talk to. He took the time to get to know us and make sure we had discussed all the important topics (children, finances, etc.) without pushing his own opinions. He sent us an electonic version of the ceremony we decided upon and then allowed us to make any additional changes we desired. He was very helpful at the rehearsal as well. We would recommend him 100%!

Pastor Dennie was professional, engaging and most of all, genuine. We opted for the counseling sessions (5 total) prior to our wedding day. This was the best part of our entire wedding planning process. My husband and I took an assessment test that raised areas in which we differ. Pastor Dennie took a lot of time going over those differences and how we can work through them in our marriage. He still checks in on us and we consider him a friend now. During the ceremony planning process, Pastor Dennie was very thoughtful in catering our wedding ceremony to how we wanted it to be. We felt it was a unique ceremony that exemplified all the important qualities we wanted our ceremony to have. I would recommend Pastor Dennie to any one of our friends or family members.

Dennie was our pre-marriage counselor and pastor for our wedding at the Indianapolis Children's Museum. He was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. Initially, we didn't think the counseling would be necessary, but we found it to be beneficial. Dennie was consistently friendly, cheerful, and entertaining. The ceremony was well spoken and spiritual. We were glad we chose Dennie to part of our special day!

My husband and I hired Indy wedding Pastors and had a great experience with Pastor Eric. He met with us for pre marital counseling beforehand, made us feel very comfortable and open, and then it felt like we knew him the day of which was really nice! He accommodated our busy schedules the best he could and really cared to know what we wanted the ceremony to be like for our special day. I also have worked with Dennie in the past when I worked for a wedding planning company and he is an absolute joy to work with! I have recommended them to many friends and co workers and Dennie has never let me down! Great choice for your wedding officiant!
