We would like to sincerely thank Georgia and Giannis for making our wedding everything we dreamed of. From the beginning, we felt an instant connection with them, and were confident that they could help us plan our dream wedding on Paros island. In all honesty, we were probably really difficult customers with our unique quirks, our challenging requests, and our goal of having a 3 day wedding with over 170 people, but Georgia, Giannis and the team really made the entire process a joy from start to end. They are true locals on the island, they have strong connections with suppliers/vendors, but above all, they have an incredible amount of care for people. They are super passionate about what they do, about Greek hospitality, about doing the right thing at all times for all parties involved, and we were certainly blown away by their passion and dedication. From Dimitri and Joanna, thank you again Georgia, Giannis, and the team, we are eternally grateful, and we definitely feel like we are family. Paros will always be like a second or a third home for us. Good luck with the next summer. -

I would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could. Wedding Paros is phonemal - Georgia and Yiannis could not have been better to us during the entire process. Their responsiveness, diligence, flexibility and true care they put into everything made the entire wedding planning process much easier for us, especially considering we were planning the wedding from 8K miles away and had never visited any of the venues beforehand. I had full confidence in the entire process, and the results of the day speak for themselves. We could not have imagined a better wedding day, and it's all thanks to Wedding Paros. As a Greek American mother of the groom, I always dreamt of having a wedding for my child in Greece. Yiannis and Georgina exceeded all my expectations and made dreams come true. We had the pleasure working with Wedding Paros over the past year and I can't recommend them enough! From our first meeting, it was clear that they truly understood our vision and brought it to life with stunning attention to detail.
Yiannis and Georgina were incredibly organized and kept everything on track which is not an easy task when you have 5 days of events and 100+ people attending from around the world. Their creativity & organizational capabilities relieved so much stress during the planning process. Georgina's creativity shone through in every aspect, from the decor (which was stunning), to the unique events, to the organized timeline, and they worked seamlessly with all vendors making sure all of our crazy request were met with ease.
On the day of the wedding, they were a calming presence, ensuring everything ran smoothly while we enjoyed every moment. Our guests were raving about how beautiful everything looked and how stress free and love filled the wedding and reception turned out to be...just stunning.

From the very beginning Georgia and Yiannis were responsive, professional and most importantly kind. We experienced quite a lot of setbacks (death of family members, emergencies, last minute cancelations) and they guided us through every step with ease. Our wedding was a dream and planning all the way from NYC was made as easy as possible with them. I cannot believe how magical everything turned out and how by the end of it all I felt that Georgia and Yiannis were our friends. I cannot recommend them enough, if you had any doubt do it! Our wedding exceeded our expectations! -

From the day we've met Georgia and Yiannis to the D-day, we could not have dreamt about a better team!
They are real professionals, with great ideas and a lot of patience and kindness.
They helped us organize an unforgettable day (even week!) with our families and friends that came to our wedding in Paros.
They know all the great vendors in Paros (venues, catering, DJ, florist, makeup artist...) and were always offering the best ideas and best quotes.
During 9 months, we exchanged a lot of emails and phone calls to organize the perfect day. Communication was very easy.
A few days before the wedding, Georgia and Yiannis took a look at everything with us, to be sure everything was ready and perfect.
On the day of the wedding, we were able to enjoy ourselves and did not think at a single detail because they were both here, with their staff, and everything was going super smoothly.
We couldn't recommend more this amazing couple that we don't know how to thank again for everything they've done for us and that now feels a little bit like family -

Our Wedding in Paros
Georgia and Yiannis of Wedding Paros were wonderful to work with. We were a couple traveling from United States for our small destination wedding in Paros so wedding planning from afar had the potential to be stressful but they managed every detail. From the first message Georgia and Yiannis were wonderful. We are so thankful to them both, they removed as much stress as possible and listened to everything we wanted, tailoring our wedding day to our style and taste and quirky requests. Nothing was ever too much or off limits. They created the most memorable experience, a truly wonderful day that lived up to all of our expectations.
We had to cancel our first day due to Covid, and WeddingParos could not have been more accommodating in what must have been an exceptionally difficult year for them. In the two or so years we were communicating, Hannah and I have come to think of Georgia and Yiannis as friends. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering getting married on the beautiful island of Paros. Absolutely wonderful!
Georgia and Yiannis are the BEST. From the day we first communicated with them, they made everything so easy and stress free. Planning a wedding in another country seems like it will be so difficult, but it really wasn’t. They would provide information and advice every time a decision needed making, and acted on our behalf with all of the vendors we used. There service was second to none.
On top of the great service, Georgia and Yiannis are just wonderful people. They live each and every wedding like it’s their own, and put their heart and soul into making your day so special. They become part of your family during one of the most important times in your life.

We had the BEST experience working with Georgia and Yiannis, it is hard to even put into words!!
When my (now) husband and I first discussed the idea of planning a wedding in Greece, it seemed more like a dream than a reality. We live in California and thought the idea of Greece sounded wonderful but we weren’t sure where to start or how to begin. That changed as soon as we had our first Skype meeting with these two amazing humans!!
We instantly felt a connection when talking; they are so kind, thoughtful, professional and genuine!! After talking to them, we knew Paros was 100% where we wanted to get married.
Over the course of the next year or so, we regularly Skyped/emailed with them and were able to plan the wedding of our dreams!! They were always available to answer any and all of our questions, gave us travel tips from help all of our guests and helped us plan an amazing rehearsal dinner the night before. There is also a quite a time difference between Greece and CA, and they were always super flexible in finding times to talk with us!
As a bride, I was very intimidated at the idea of wedding planning; I am felt clueless trying to navigate through Pinterest looking for ideas. Georgia made it SO EASY by giving me ideas and understanding what I wanted without me even having to put it into words. She has an AMAZING gift!! I had so many friends ask me how I wasn’t so stressed planning out all of the small details for the wedding from so far away and I would always just tell them, "Once you meet Georgia, you will understand!!" All of the flowers, details, and decorations looked more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!
The wedding day itself was the most beautiful, magical, stress free day ever! Georgia and Yiannis had every detail of the day planned, kept everything running on schedule and smoothly, and made it possible for us to truly just enjoy all of the special little moments.
We would recommend working these two to anybody who asks!!!! They were a joy to work with, and we hope to be able to return to visit Paros again soon and be able to spend more time with them!!! We are so thankful for everything you two have done for us! :) -

I cannot recommend Wedding Paros enough! They supported us almost daily through postponing our wedding in 2020 during the whole covid uncertainty. They also work with amazing people that definitely made our wedding day unique: the photographer, the florist with his amazing flower synthesis ideas, the hair & make up team. The decoration concept was fantastic and really tailor made to our taste. Thank you Georgia & Yannis for everything - a destination wedding with guests from the UK & France during covid is not easy but you made it happen! -

I cannot say enough good things about Georgia & Yiannis of Wedding Paros. When my now-husband and I took the jump and decided to have a destination wedding in Paros, we had no idea where to begin. How do you coordinate this? How do we plan a venue, flowers, a dinner, etc. without actually being there? We were SO LUCKY when we came across Wedding Paros. Wedding Paros did an incredible job of planning our dream Paros wedding! In uncertain circumstances (Autumn 2020!) Georgia and Yiannis made everything so smooth and easy for us. Their extensive local knowledge was so useful for us as foreigners. They hired the services of the best people, including their photographer, florist and ceremony officiant, who all did wonderful jobs and made sure that it was exactly as we had envisioned. We also found it to be great value for money. We felt really looked after and the thoughtful touches they added made it an extra special day. We would HIGHLY recommend Wedding Paros as wedding planners, we only wish that we could do it all over again!! -

Where to begin.. what a year, what a wedding.
Against all odds we decided to go forward with our wedding at the end of August 2020. My husband and I live in UK so we had to plan everything via messenger calls and photoz. Wedding Paros - Georgia and Giannis were amazing. First of all they did everything they could to lift our spirit and make the wedding planning process as fun, dreamy and relaxing as possible. During the lockdown where everything seemed lost and i had lost faith they were there to encourage us and support us. When restrictions relaxed and we decided to go ahead with the wedding we had only 3 months.. to organise everything! Georgia was on top of everything and i never felt that we will not going to make it. Her taste in decoration is so amazing that after a point i just let her choose the decor and felt sure that the outcome was going to be great. On the day we had to adjust a lot like decor and venue location (moved the ceremony outside the church etc) due to covid regulations. Georgia and Giannis took care of everything, didnt stress me at all and delivered an exceptional wedding.
In general I couldn’t wish for a better wedding planner - without Georgia and Giannis our wedding wouldnt be the same.
We definitely recommend them - 100%!! Hands off!!

Breathtaking!
We loved every second of our experience with Wedding Paros. They are the most amazing people with hearts of gold. Our wedding was planned during Covid and Georgia and Yiannis could not have been better! When everything was uncertain they were so caring and we kept in touch online via Skype and emails. They were always so reassuring and so positive. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was a day to remember. Everything we picked was better than we imagined and their help and ideas were outstanding. There is not one thing I would change about the whole process and would recommend Wedding Paros to everyone and anyone! They truly care about your special as much as you do and clearly adore their job.
Our wedding was very intimate and extremely safe. The staff wore masks but this did not change how we felt about our experience. It was perfect. We cannot stop looking at our photos! We feel honored to have shared our wedding with such a fab team and we will definitely stay in touch! We cannot wait to get back to such a beautiful island.

Wedding Paros were the best wedding planner we could have asked for. The whole team was very professional but also very personal, caring about our wishes & vision. Georgia went above & beyond in many occasions. She lived and breathed our wedding and was so focused on making us happy :) She understood our vision very early on, was very proactive and managed to anticipate our comments & concerns and be fully prepared for them. We spent 2 years preparing for our wedding with Georgia and her team. The result was beautiful, perfectly in line with what we wanted. We got married on June 27th 2019 and Georgia, Yiannis and all the team not only succeeded in their work but they made our dream come true and even more. We completely trusted them from A to Z and only came to Paros once, a year before our wedding, sometimes being far away and abroad can cause stress as you never know what to expect but with them everything went stress free and smooth. They gave us a large choice of options, always being honest, fair and straightforward. First of all, if you’ve decided to get married in Greece, good for you! Speaking for my (new) wife, I think we’d agree that this is one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. It’s something we’d talked about for a long time (way before we were ever engaged) and once we committed to it, everything fell into place. At the risk of sounding bubbly and/or cliché, it was everything we’d imagined and more. Planning a wedding overseas has its challenges, of course, but if you’re willing to embrace these, go with the flow of Greek life and culture (and possibly deal with last minute changes) I promise you, it will be entirely worth it.
If you’re not familiar with Greece or planning a major life event overseas, you will certainly need guidance, and we would highly recommend Georgia and Yannis to be your guides. Georgia and Yannis are beautiful people who absolutely love what they do. Every interaction my wife and I had with them (mostly over Skype and then eventually in person) was filled with positivity and warmth. It was a pleasure to plan with them the whole way.
We began by having half hour Skype sessions with Georgia and Yannis every few weeks or so while also emailing in between. We had decided to get married on their home island of Paros, a place which is nothing short of magical. My wife had been there a few years before, and she knew if we got married in Greece, Paros would be the place. As locals, Georgia and Yannis are obviously very familiar with all of the offerings of Paros and they always presented us with several options and price ranges for whatever we needed: hotels, wedding venues, photographers, DJs, and wedding decorations, just to name a few. Greece is a relatively small place so Georgia and Yannis knew all of the wedding vendors we worked with very well, and this made us comfortable with their suggestions. We especially liked working with Thanos, our photographer, and Christos, our DJ from Wedding Republic.
I will say that about a month before the wedding we had an issue with our venue, but Georgia and Yannis were right on top of it and presented us with new options as soon as this happened. I can’t stress enough how on top of it they were. The place we wound having our wedding at was absolutely perfect, but just to be sure, when we first arrived in Paros, Georgia and Yannis picked us up and took us to the venue to make sure we were okay with everything.
It’s been about 3 months since we got married and, sometimes, we still can’t believe it happened. If you can embrace the process, stay positive and trust Georgia and Yannis, you will be very happy that you did. They are wonderful people and their love for planning weddings and working with couples shines all throughout the weddings they produce.

Georgia and Yianni made our vision come true and helped plan the most amazing wedding. We had a three-day event on the beautiful island of Paros and as many have told us since, it was as if each event was a wedding on its own. Statements like these exemplify how meticulously planned and wonderful executed each event was thanks to Georgia, Yianni and their team.
Despite the fact that we live in Boston and Georgia and Yianni live in Paros, it never felt like we were too far apart. Throughout the year long process of planning, Georgia and Yianna were always available whenever it was convenient for us regardless of if it was late in Greece due to the time change. They were extremely professional and constantly communicated to keep us updated throughout process whether it be through Skype, phone calls or text messages.
Georgia and Yianni were extremely organized and resourceful. There were several obstacles that we faced in planning the wedding and each time they came through with a well thought out solution that worked out perfectly. They had plenty of beautiful options when it came to decorations and if there was something that we wanted and they didn't have it in their inventory, they went out of their way to make sure they got it for us.
Not only were Georgia and Yianni the most amazing wedding planners, but they were also wonderful, kind hearted people with a beautiful family. They made us feel as if they had known us their entire life. We will never forget this and we will always stay in touch with them and consider them great friends.
From the bottom of hearts we want to thank you both of you for everything you did for us in planning our wedding. We cannot wait to come back to Paros and see you all again soon! -

Eleni Sent on 09/19/2018Georgia and Yiannis and the team at Wedding Paros were amazing from day one! They responded to our countless emails and requests for Skype calls in great time. Yiannis guided us through the documents collection process, always going above and beyond to help us. The location they picked for the ceremony was perfect, and although we had found the reception venue before we found Wedding Paros, they quickly and efficiently took over the management of that also. We loved the decoration concept that they came up with - it was exactly what we envisaged, simple and elegant and they worked well within our budget. They are lovely people who cannot do enough for you - during our wedding they even helped guests who had car issues! I would highly recommend Wedding Paros - our wedding was more than we could have dreamed and we couldn't have done it without Georgia & Yiannis!

Lebard Sent on 09/10/2018Georgia and Yiannis planned our 300 guests, 3 day-long wedding on the island of Antiparos in August 2018. We relied on them for everything and it was all perfect.
Food, drinks, logistics, the church, finding a catholic priest... and of course the party ! (parties...) with great music, sound system and DJ. Their team was absolutely dedicated to us, we loved working with their decorator Zana who COMPLETELY understood everything we wanted, their florist Nikitas who was sensitive, creative and extremely delicate in his proposals and realisations for the wedding, and of course Christos who handled all music, DJ, sound and lights. The baker Mr Aliprantis made a beautiful wedding cake, my mom even drove over to him before she left the island to thank him as it was exactly what we wanted and it was delicious.
From my first phone call with Georgia, I knew we were a match that would work - she is sweet, hospitable, dedicated to her work and one can see she loves what she does ! She always says what she thinks and even when we have ideas that are not feasable, she finds a way to do it. For example, we absolutely wanted a catholic wedding on Antiparos where there are no Catholic churches. So she found a way to rent a ferry boat to pick up all the guests in Antiparos, bring them to the chuch in Paros and take them back to Antiparos ! All the logistics of the wedding were done in time, and especially the whole event fit in our budget per guest.
Georgia spent one year liaising with us by email, whatsapp and skype, and we never, ever felt alone. She would answer my craziest questions on whatsapp at 2 in the morning the week before the wedding when I was freaking out, and made everything seem perfectly smooth for me on the wedding day.
Thanks to Georgia, Yiannis and their team, our dream wedding came true, and Georgia will stay in my heart forever as a good friend !
PS - most of our guests told us honestly that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended -

Effie Sent on 08/07/2018On June 30, 2018, my dream wedding took place in Naousa, Paros. The religious wedding ceremony took place at the church of Agio Nikolao, and the dinner, reception, and party took place at Sigi Ikthios/Salty Bar. That dream wedding was made possible because of WeddingParos, and I will be forever grateful to them for organizing and planning such an amazing event. Words cannot express what a truly remarkable job they did. I worked with Georgia and Yianni and their team for about 8 months to plan every detail of our wedding day, and the communication was flawless. In those 8 months, Georgia managed to both understand my personality and style preferences as well as anticipate and know exactly what I would like in terms of food, decor, and overall style. I admit that going into the wedding planning process, I was incredibly concerned about pulling off my dream wedding since I would have to plan everything from abroad (I live in Boston). I realized that I would need to have help from a wedding/event planner, so I started doing some research. My husband and I already knew we wanted to get married in Paros because it's our favorite island in Greece, and it's also where my husband proposed to me in September 2017, so it holds a special place in our hearts. After researching wedding and event planners in Paros and after reading countless reviews and looking through many blogs, I decided to reach out to WeddingParos. After an initial conversation with Georgia and Yianni, I knew that I had to hire them. They were so friendly and professional that I was immediately drawn to them. Maria Sent on 09/26/2017Wedding Paros, what can we say?! We never considered getting married abroad, it just never crossed our minds. Until we went on holiday to Paros in 2016. We fell in love with the island. We started playing with the idea and felt this would be a perfect location for the intimate wedding we both wanted. But we were worried about the logistics and knowing we didn't have time to go back and forth to plan the wedding abroad. We got introduced to a few wedding planners but we had an instant connection with Georgia and Giannis. Our idea was now becoming a reality. We can't thank wedding Paros enough for all the hand holding throughout the past year of planning our magical and fairy tale wedding, from my donkey entrance to helping a greek children's charity when we chose our Favors (bombonnaires)..they helped us achieve a chic, romantic, classy wedding steeped in tradition. It was just perfect. We look back at the memories we made every day. Having the team behind us made the day stress free. Wedding Paros rocked in bringing everything together, patience, care and their professional attitude shone!
