Exactly what we wanted!

Veronica was professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and a lovely person to work with. The ceremony felt intimate and Veronica is a talented and passionate officiant, her wording for the ceremony was beautiful and fit us perfectly. To summarize our experience - it was exactly what we wanted!

Incredible, Genuine, Wonderful Officiant!

We absolutely loved having Veronica as our officiant! She was kind, friendly, funny and positive-- a big part of taking something that can be very stressful and making it fun. We also really loved that she gave us lots of options to choose from for our vows and readings. Looking through that together and discussing what we wanted to say to each other on our wedding day was maybe the most meaningful part of the whole process, and we could never have done it alone. Every minute of the ceremony was deeply meaningful to both of us, because we chose it together and knew what it meant to us both. Veronica is so genuine and brought a lot of joy with her to our wedding! We can never thank her enough.

Amazing officiant

Veronica wedded my husbands brother back in 2017. We got married this month in Indiana also and decided we wanted to hire her as our officiant also—- boy we are sooooo glad we did. Not only was she so professional and responsive. Her script was seamless and we got to customize it to a certain extent as well. She was so easy to work with. The ceremony was sooooo beautiful with her contribution. I can’t tell you how many compliments we got from our guests about our ceremony. I would highly recommend Veronica as an officiant and I would have her wed us all over again. :) she was so great!!!

The BEST There Is!

Veronica was just what we needed! We knew we wanted her to be our officiant after the first few minutes of our initial call. She was so kind and helpful in helping us understand how hiring a officiant worked and the different things she would help support us with. Hiring Veronica is your easiest wedding decision!

Veronica was so helpful, kind, and easy to work with through our planning process. We knew from our first meeting she'd be a perfect fit for our day! She made our ceremony feel so special and personal to us and everyone commented about how wonderful it was afterwards. We had some unusual circumstances due to things being rescheduled with COVID, and she was so flexible and willing to go above and beyond during that time. We highly recommend her!

Veronica Maximo is the best wedding officiant a couple could ever find

Me and my former fiance, now my husband are from Chicago and already filed for marriage license application online the same week the the stay at home order was implemented back in March. When it seemed like the stay at home order will not end anytime soon, we decided to go to Indiana which is one of the first states to open. After 10 sites and countless marriage officiants found online, I chanced upom Veronica Maximo's website. I immediately called the number and Veroica was very accomodating and gave us all the information we need. Next day we drove to Indiana expecting a drive-thru wedding until she suggested a magical and amazing venue which is Coxhall Garden. She's very polished and well versed when she officiated our wedding and my husband and I are moved and got emotional because she was very warm and sincere. Not to mention she took amazing photos while on it! The photos are exeptional and clearly was taken by a pro! My husband and I could not have wished for any other wedding officiant to celebrate our marriage. Veronica is a blessing to all couples who wanted to get married. We will never forget our special day because of Veronica.

Elopement ceremony

Veronica was very polite and professional. On time on the dot. Personal professional, the whole thing felt as if she has been planning our wedding for months even tho we gave short notice. We couldn't have been more lucky to have such a good time. She Took care of all the paper work so we could just focus on us and our day. When we renew our vows we are definitely are going to ask for her service's again.

Best. Officiant. Ever.

From our very first interaction with Veronica, we knew that she was perfect to officiate our ceremony. She is kind, genuine, and has the most beautiful way with her words. She was professional from the beginning and communicated clearly and regularly. My husband and I loved that we were able to play a part in creating the script, which made the ceremony romantic and personable. We had many guests approach us after the ceremony was over, asking if we knew Veronica. They were shocked when we told them that we only communicated with her over the phone or via email. Many guests also mentioned that it was the best ceremony they ever experienced. We cannot thank Veronica enough for helping create the perfect ceremony, and a night we will never forget!

Highly Recommended

I called Veronica a couple of weeks before my wedding in a panic, as the officiant I had was not able to make it. Veronica was extremely helpful helping me tie up loose ends and gave us some wonderful ideas that we added to our ceremony and reception. The scripts that she sent for our edit and review were perfect-everyone thought that she'd known us for years! She was such a calming presence when she arrived at our venue. I would recommend Veronica a million times over!

The best officiant we could have asked for!

Amazing! Veronica worked with us every step of the way and helped us everytime we changed our script for the wedding and then changed it back! On the day of our wedding she was on time and met with me and my husband to ensure that we knew everything going on and that everything went smoothly! Couldn't recommend more!!!

Veronica was so very sweet, sort of like a friend that you already knew from the past. She did not at any time make us feel uncomfortable or as if we were strangers to her. Veronica Was Amazing!

We worked with really exceptional vendors for our New Year's Eve wedding, and Veronica was no exception. She was warm but professional from the moment we started working with her over a year ago. She has hundreds of rave reviews online, and for good reason.

We planned our wedding from out of state, and Veronica was always responsive and communicative whether it was over email or on the phone. She made everything extremely clear, and dealt with my countless questions like a pro. She also worked seamlessly with our wedding coordinator on all logistics.

Most importantly, Veronica delivered the best wedding ceremony we could have ever asked for. Everyone commented on how wonderful the ceremony was, and we couldn't have done it without her. I would never hesitate to recommend Veronica.

Best desicion

Initially, my husband and I were just looking for an officiant available for our wedding date since we got a bit of a late start on looking. Veronica was one of very few available. I can definitely say we made the right decision by choosing her! She communicated with us as often as we needed, she was very helpful, very professional, and very nice! She was awesome! She even accommodated our request for a more religious ceremony and helped us make changes as needed to our vows so we weren't repetitive in what we said. We chose to not have her at the rehearsal and she still knew exactly what to do the day of. If you are in need of a wedding officiant, I highly recommend Veronica.

Veronica was great! Very quick to answer questions, reasonable prices, great attitude and bilingual! If you need help figuring things out she is very knowledgeable but if you want to make changes to your script you can do that too. We had a bilingual wedding and it was really nice; short and sweet how we wanted it. When we met her before the ceremony she was very sweet, professional and excited! I loved her and 100% recommended her services! She was recommended to me by some friends whom she married as well

When I began to think about what I wanted in a wedding officiate, I knew I wanted someone that would be open minded to my off the beaten path thoughts and ideas and for a minute I thought this might be quite a task. We are not a religious couple and the thought of a religious ceremony made me uncomfortable. I did not want my guests to sit through the same ceremony that they have probably heard several times before. I wanted the whole experience to be a breath of fresh air, something that would be a new experience for everyone involved.
I ran across Veronica through a Google search and I'm not going to lie, I was a little afraid of what I was getting myself into at first. A wedding officiate from the internet!!?? What??!! Kinda scary. But I still just had a feeling about her for some reason so we set up a meeting and I'm SO glad we did! I think I knew upon the first hug I received from her that this was going to work out perfectly! She took the time to get to know my husband and I, our backgrounds and our story. She worked with us in the weeks leading up to our wedding to make sure our ceremony was exactly what WE wanted it to be. We were able to incorporate our own vows and our kids were a part of the whole thing, just like we wanted. The vibe was chill and relaxed, not stuffy and uncomfortable like I was worried about in the beginning. Everything about our ceremony was perfect.
We could not recommend Veronica enough! She is one of the nicest people I think I have ever met. She has such a cheery spirit and she will strive to give you exactly what you want in your wedding ceremony. We promise you will not be disappointed!

If you're looking for a wedding officiant, I highly recommend Veronica! She offers a variety of packages that could fit any budget or need. At our first meeting, she greeted us with a hug. When we met her again at our rehearsal, we were both looking forward to another one of her hugs! (We started referring to them as, "Veronica hugs"!) Veronica was great to work with for our wedding. It's nice that she has an idea of things to say or readings to provide, and building a script was easy from her suggestions. She seamlessly added the things we knew we wanted and helped fill in what we were unsure about! We appreciated her use of a google doc to review our wedding script ahead of time. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Veronica! Our very first time meeting her we connected and talked for hours about anything and everything. The whole process she was very helpful and responded quickly. For writing the ceremony she uses Google Docs which makes it very easy and everyone can be on the same page. Veronica's personality is very bubbly & professional, and I would highly recommend her services.

Veronica was the perfect organizer and a delight to work with. When we lost the groom's ring 10 minutes before the start of ceremonies, Veronica said 'we'll find it later, and got us a substitute ring'.... As we were taking post-wedding photos, Veronica came running through the snow to say.. "we found the ring"... it was a great celebration!!

Excellent service. We were looking for an officiant and Veronica was the only one available on a weekend. We had a small wedding with around 6 people in attendance. Veronica had decorated her house in a very nice way. I had also asked her to take some pictures. The whole process took approximately 35 minutes and I was completely satisfied with the way she arranged everything.
I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to have a wedding. Also, the photos she promptly sent were amazing.

I was a bit hesitant about attempting to book a wedding on Christmas Eve to say the least. Veronica made it so simple and was ABSOULETY the best we could have asked for. She came out on a very, very cold Christmas Eve to do our wedding on the Circle. She is so very sweet and made our simple ceremony very special for us! We are forever greatful Veronica.

Veronica did a wonderful job with officiating our private ceremony for our wedding. She made it feel very special and not like she was there to just sign the marriage license. She has a little set up at her house to perform the ceremonies that makes it feel like your own private little wedding, without the added stress of having to plan an actual wedding with guests and such. She was also very affordable and didn't charge extra for a Saturday ceremony like I had seen other people charge for.

Veronica is purely amazing! She's incredibly helpful and sweet. She worked with us on everything we wanted to make sure our day was perfect. Veronica did an outstanding job as our wedding officiant!! My husband's family is from Spain, therefore we were looking for a personable officiant, who was also bilingual for our ceremony. Veronica met with us months prior to the ceremony to detail the plan for the ceremony program, and she was so positive and fun to work with from the very beginning. Veronica is amazing. We cannot be happier with her services. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and we could not have had without her. She is fun and an absolute joy to work with planning vows. She is available at a spur of the moment to either see you or talk to you. She made our wedding fun and organized our family to get them down the aisle with ease. She thought of everything for us with footing, flower girls, where our dad's needed to be before and during the wedding. Both our mom's passed away from cancer so she incorporated their memory into the ceremony. She let us write our own parts of the wedding that we wanted. She has vows setup and you can either use those or your own. She is a joy to work with and made our wedding day the greatest day ever or us. Our wedding was on Mother's day and she was available. We were so blessed to find her to perform our ceremony. She coordinated with the DJ and photography to get everything just right for our wedding. I LOVED Veronica! She attended my wedding on April 8 and it was a BLAST! From beginning of wedding planning up until the end of the ceremony, she helped me pick out of venue, was flexible with time, was patient with us and most of all was kind and caring. I cannot stress enough how good this experience was, due to unforeseen circumstances it was just myself and my wife attending and she made us feel so good about the day. You can tell Veronica loves her job and it shows 100 percent. We had the service at her house and the venue was lovely. I have been to weddings before and have heard some pretty boring ceremonies but her words and the way Veronica made us feel made our day and made it special, was well worth the money and if you are having doubts I can assure you will not regret booking with her.

Veronica is amazing! I was nervous about working with an officiant until I reached out to her. She made the process very simple, stress free and everything was customizable. She provided a sample/suggested script for the ceremony and then allowed my fiancee and I to edit as we saw fit. I can't say enough about her warm, genuine personality! Veronica helped us out when we came to her just a few days before our wedding! She was so sweet and friendly and helpful. She made our day so special. I couldn't have picked a better person to marry us. I highly recommend her to everyone! You won't find a better officiant in Indianapolis, promise!

Veronica was awesome she was very timely professional and kind when we entered her home it was so we clean and beautiful the perfect music was playing she didn't treat us as if we were customers and she was just doing a service she really enjoys what she does and I would recommend her to anyony

My Wife and I have a lot of appreciation for Veronica. Veronica was responsive to all our texts, emails, and other communications. Veronica was also familiar with our venue Valley Vista, and that made our day easier. Veronica also did a great job doing our Wedding in English and Spanish, which was very important for us. The big surprise for us on our wedding day was our printed vows, and readings. Veronica printed them on professional stationary that made for great pictures and keepsake. Well worth every penny we paid.

Veronica was AMAZING! She met with us before the ceremony and she was SO open and friendly! We could tell that she cared about our journey and wanted to make our wedding day special. She made sure everything ran smoothly and answered all of our questions before, during, and after the wedding :-). We decided to add elements to our ceremony 2 days before the wedding and she was SO flexible! The ceremony ran perfectly even with the last minute changes. I had many compliments from my guests as well. They stated that Veronica, "Made them fell a part of the ceremony." I highly recommend Veronica!

She was really great and very flexible. We called on a short notice, and she was happy to do the ceremony the next day. Her prices are very affordable too! I really recommend her.
