    Quality Velvet Linens

    I just recently made a purchase for their velvet linens that just went on sale this last week. received them today and they were very very luxurious. Compared to other vendors, the attention to detail on these are superb!

    Beautiful Linens!

    Scuba linens are truly wrinkle free!! Had some issues at first but I was told all I had to do was give them a quick wash and dry!

    I love this company’s merchandise! They have the best prices for the best quality of linens, and the colors exactly matched the pictures online and the colors I am already using at my event. The shipping was super fast! I will continue using this company for all my future events!

    I decided to buy linens (table overlays and napkins) instead of renting and this company has great variety, a low price (less than renting) and very fast shipping. It was a great decision.

    My order consisted of their table runners...I don't know what type of flimsy satin they used but it looks as though if any one of our guests were to look at it too long it would snag. The material is very cheap looking (I know good sturdy satin and this wasn't it!). And my main reason for ordering from this site was the fact they had my accent color, which was hard to find oasis table runners. I don't know what oasis color shade they have in mind but it looked board line hunter green, and their navy blue has a purple sheen to the satin. I was so disappointed, and the fact that months before I reached out to see if I could receive a sample swatch of the fabric and that wasn't an option. Funny all the other sites I contacted willingly sent me samples so that I didn't have to go through this debacle I'm facing with returning these table runners. Thank goodness Your Chair Covers have saved the day and this Bride isn't going crazy over these horrendous table runners from Wedding Linens Direct.....smdh

    Received plumbing supplies instead of linens

    My clients received plumbing supplies instead of their full order of linens. I can't make this up... we opened the box to find about 1/3 of their order and a box of elbow pipes within the linen box. The company now will not take responsibility for their error and are still trying to charge my clients over $600 in linen costs. I had to find linens elsewhere for their event- the DAY OF the event. Horrible company, shameful customer service and poor quality product.

    I have tried twice to get them to send me a Return Authorization Form and have received no response. DO NOT order from this company unless you are VERY sure you will not want to return this item.

    Missing package, rude manager

    I ordered $500 worth of stuff from here when I check the status of my package it was nowhere to be found, I called obviously concerned and was put on the phone with a woman who told me she would call UPS after doing so she claimed that they didn’t receive the package or if they did it was missing and would be eight days before they even know whether they have it or not at this point I’m a little worried so I asked to speak to a manager to see if there’s anyway we can get this rectified. I was put on the phone with Brianna, who told me that in the few minutes that I was on hold UPS had gotten in contact with her and they had my package and would be sending it out either that night or the next morning, I was appreciative it was found and got off the phone knowing that my package would be here at the very latest by next Monday. The next afternoon I checked to see the status of my package and it still said that the package had not been found so I contacted UPS and they told me that my package had not been found and that they were still in the process of looking for it. Upset I called back and asked to speak to a manager and once again got Brianna, who told me that they actually did have the package and when I told her I had called them and they didn’t have it she told me again “they have it they just haven’t scanned it in yet” however the woman I spoke to at UPS said that if they did have it it would have been scanned in immediately. From the moment I had started speaking to Brianna she was speaking over me and relatively rude she wouldn’t even let me get the concerns out without talking over me I felt very unheard. I told her I was frustrated that I wasn’t getting the package when I was told I would and she tried to argue that it’s because I ordered it at night which I didn’t I ordered it at three in the afternoon and then she claimed it was because were in different time zones so it’s later there when I mentioned that I ordered it at three however Dallas is an hour behind me not a head so she was claiming it was 5 o’clock there when it was 3 o’clock here but that would be backwards also Dallas is only an hour behind Michigan (where I am) when I tried to explain this to her she got very hostile. Along the line I got frustrated enough that I told her I just wanted a refund and they could keep the packages which at this point she informed me they would have to find the package and get it back before they could give me any sort of refund. So at this point I’m missing out on some what I’m sure we’re beautiful linens and I’m out $500 till they find the package that they lost in the first place... if they even find it. This was a complete disaster would not recommend to anyone!

    Worst Buying Experience

    Called the company before making a purchase to make sure it was the correct fit for my chairs, they told me it will fit, once I received item they were short about an inch, after contacting them back they sent me a return paper which I filled and paid for shipping back to the warehouse, I was expecting a full return just to find out that they had not returned the shipping. After contacting the manager about this issue, he was rude and was not willing to help me, after I explained to him that I called before I made the order to make sure it will fit, his response was there is nothing he could do and he had more important things to do. I will never recommend this company to anyone, If you can stay away, very unprofessional service.

    I purchased linens that were sold as new. They had stains. Customer Service when I called was rude and unhelpful.

    If customer service is what you prefer to experience when you are purchasing from a vendor... then DO NOT GO TO WEDDING LINENS,INC/ WEDDING LINENS DIRECT.COM!! Not friendly in showroom, no loyalty to customers and Howard, the manager was who the rep's must have learned from! Was in a bind, needing three more tablecloths and they weren't interested in helping, very rude and care nothing about the people that keep their doors open....us, the customer! Way too many options out there to purchase from, will never give them another dime of my company's money, or a moment of my time! Please buy with caution!

    Manager was very rude, argumentative, he deceived us in regards purchasing additional items and signing up for an in store account. He was very misleading by signing us up for a service that we did not need in order to purchase products. He refused to resolve the matter. He (Howard) later admitted his sales approach was misleading and false but made no effort to resolve dispute. It was a low-down approach to gain customers business. We took the high road on this one, in hopes that those who prey on others will not get far in business.

    Very Bad experience, when you want to cancel an order they dont let you and charge you shipping fees and restocking fees.

    I ordered my napkins with the hope that they would match my table runners that I had but they did not match AT all. My first mind was to send them back seeming that I have no use for them now. That was until to my dismay I took a look at the return policy. It is anything but helpful. There is a 15 percent restocking fee and the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. I am not a happy camper about this. I guess this goes to show you have to be careful who you purchase from.

    I will NEVER give Wedding Linens an ounce of my time or money ever again. My experience with Wedding Linens Inc. has been terrible. The linens I ordered were falsely described per color. I contacted customer service professionally courteously. I try to use the best manners in business. (I wouldn't want someone being rude to me if I were in their shoes.) Customer service only wanted to argue with me via email and would not budge on agreeing on a return. I feel that I should have the money back that I had prior to shopping with that company. Most of the emails I received were not professional. They were nasty and rude at times. I called twice to speak with a supervisor and was pushed to the side and told I could not speak with one. Each time they could not be bothered in their meeting. They want to return only a portion of my money. I do not want their product and want them to take it back. I had to create a dispute with my bank.
