I highly recommend Hawaii Pono Weddings. My husband and I hired them to capture our wedding in July of 2019 at the Halekulani in Waikiki. The team’s attention to detail was excellent. They really took the time to listen to what we wanted and went over a few times to edit everything exactly to what we were hoping for. If you are considering getting a video done, Hawaii Pono is worth every penny. They were also very kind people and easy to interact with on the Wedding day; this is so important because if you do not have a connection and feel comfortable with your photographer/videographer, you may be disappointed with the results. They are very patient and professional. I would give them more stars if I could! -

We worked with Hawaii Pono Weddings to capture footage on our wedding day and they were fantastic! We had a unique request, as we only wanted footage captured so that a dear friend could edit the video for us. It was hard to find a videographer who was willing to do this, as most do prefer to deliver the final edited product. We are so grateful to Jorge and Hawaii Pono Weddings for working with us on this. Throughout the day of the wedding, Jorge was wonderful at ensuring he captured all the important footage, and was great when working with our photographer to ensure they both got the shots they needed. We are so thankful for his positivity and dilligance throughout the entire day, and can't wait to look back on this footage for the rest of our lives. We highly recommend Hawaii Pono Weddings! -

Jorge and Jannis are special! We are so grateful that we found this couple to capture our wedding in Hawaii. We live in California so planning our wedding took a lot more than just effort. We had to choose vendors from a far without being able to meet with them in person. We interviewed so many videographers over the phone and finally found this great couple whose work caught our attention. Communication with them prior to the wedding was easier than most of our other vendors. They were interested in everything we wanted capture and moments that were special to us. They were professional to all our guests and even our large family noticed how hard they worked. They covered our entire wedding of 200+ guests, with our ceremony and reception on two opposite sides of the island. It is a comforting feeling when another couple puts in so much effort into our wedding.
We had our expectations of what may have been captured in the video but……we are telling you the truth….. nothing could have prepared us for the tears when we watched it for the first time. They literally captured the essence of each moment. When we heard our soundtrack, we realized that it was the actual live vocals from the wedding, something we had no idea was even possible. A surprise that makes them one of a kind.

Jannis and Jorge are amazing people to get to know. We were just business clients but now we are friends. Finding the right person to capture moments out of our Hindu wedding was challenge but with Hawaii Pono it was not only best fit our needs but was blown away with their Bollywood style cinematography. Our wedding videos turned out amazing and so did our photos in highest quality and very artistic. I would recommend anyone to have their wedding moments captured that would be viewed for years and years to come with equal excitement and love.

My husband and I love our wedding video. Jorge and his wife did such an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them to our friends and family. They worked so hard during our wedding trying to capture each and every detail.
I posted our video on my Facebook and had 1K views. I don’t have 1K friends, but I’m assuming all my friends on Facebook watches the video over and over again.

Once my sister decided she wanted to have a destination wedding in Hawaii, I started searching for wedding Videographers in Honolulu. It's a big decision and there seem to be endless options! They were extremely responsive to emails and texts, and accommodated our last min requests. We were totally blown away by the video, I can't recommend them highly enough! -
