Fantastic vendor

So at wedding day diamonds, I love the fact that you can open drawers and just try things on without being bothered so you can take your time and find the prefect ring. They also replace missing stones no questions asked. They soder separates together for no extra fees, clean when you like no extra charge and they give a discount to another if they recommend you to the store. They have beautiful items here. Definitely stop here.

My Husband Has Great Taste

Wedding Day has been wonderful throughout our engagement and we will continue to visit for cleaning and future needs. They did not pressure any purchase but instead provided guidance to help us find the perfect rings. I wanted to have my engagement ring and wedding band sautered before the wedding since we were leaving for our honeymoon 24 hours later and with coronavirus, I was ordered about timing, but they had it done same day for me. Amazing!

Felt like family

My husband worked with Anna In Burnsville right from the get go on designing my engagement ring, if we had a friend mentioning anything about thinking about buying a ring he would tell them to go see Anna. It only felt right when we started looking for our wedding bands to go back to Anna :) as soon as I walked in with my husband she recognized him right away and we felt very welcome in the store. It was a great experience to feel like family coming in. We had a friend even bring our rings in the night before the wedding to get cleaned and she recognized who they belong to!

Beautiful rings!

Melissa at the Roseville location

Melissa was so amazing. We went into Wedding Day to look at engagement rings before we got engaged and Melissa helped us narrow down some options. Then before my husband proposed she helped him pick out the perfect ring and diamond. Once we were engaged Melissa also helped us in picking our wedding bands. She was with us all the way through and I cannot recommend her enough!! She is amazing, never pushy, so helpful and such a nice person!!

Helped in an emergency

My daughter slipped on my wifes wedding ring and it became stuck. It was so tight that her finger swelled up and she was in pain. My wife drove her to the hospital and they would not cut it off due to liability issues. She called several jewelry stores (including the one we purchased it from) and they would not cut it off. Finally she called wedding day and they said yes come as soon as possible. When my family got to wedding day the staff was so great! They calmed everyone down, cut the ring off and repaired the ring and a very low cost. They are incredible and I will spend my money there going forward. Thank you to Chelsea Carstens and the jewelry repair technician. They were lifesavers that day.

We went to the West End Wedding Day two times before deciding on getting my engagement ring from them. They were not pushy at all, and worked with my indecisiveness to help me pick out my perfect ring! Amazing value too, we picked an ECO4 diamond!

Great jeweler. My fiance bought my engagement ring at WDD and they were wonderful to work with for resizing my ring quickly and perfectly. They were so great to work with for our wedding rings too and the rings came much quicker than expected. We also used them to engrave my new husbands wedding band and it was affordable and well done. Love the free ring cleanings and lifetime warranty.

My fiancé chose my ring on all his own but he said that he could never imagine going anywhere else. Charity who now works at the Maplewood store was an amazing help. And even since getting my ring they have stayed in touch and been amazing. Their customer service in unparalleled. My ring is absolutely gorgeous. And their warranty is absolutely impressive. The St. Louis Park location is where my fiancee got my engagement ring, my wedding gift, and both of our wedding bands. The service was great, they are very patient in explaining everything to first time diamond buyers, and the final products were just beautiful. I highly recommend them!

We looked at a couple of other places, before coming to Wedding Day. In addition to finding the perfect rings, we also wanted the perfect jeweler who was welcoming, as we are a same-sex couple. From the moment we walked in Wedding Day felt different than the others. Sean worked with us, and even without an appointment, made it seem like we were the only thing he needed to do that day. There was absolutely no pressure, or hassle. Finding my ring at Wedding Day was like finding my fiancee, I just knew! Kristen and Mikel feel like friends after the process of getting our rings; they made things fun and exciting. They were also really respectful about our budgets and reminding us what our budgets were as we picked out diamonds. They took so much time, for both of us, to help us pick out stones. We felt like we could really trust them to help us make the right decision. We are so excited to go get our ring cleans, just to say hi! Our rings are perfect, and the experience was too.

My fiancé and I worked with Susan at the Wedding Day in Eden Prairie and could not be happier with our experience!!!! She was so nice and easy to work with, always so responsive and quick to reply to our many questions. We felt so assured that she would make sure my ring came out exactly the way we wanted. She genuinely cares about who she's helping and helps to put you at ease for such an important purchase.

As a tip to those considering Wedding Day- go see Susan, and make sure you check out their Eco 3 diamonds!!

Though we didn't end up purchasing our bands from Wedding day, I just wanted to take a moment to say how thankful my husband and I are were with the service they provided. It was absolutely stunning the pieces that we were shown and the infinite possibilities of what they could perform. Though we couldn't agree on a piece and ended up purchasing elsewhere we're happy for their service.

We used the location in Maplewood and worked with Revea Baker. She was phenomenal! We had a horrible experience with another jewelry store, short version we had to return the ring. Revea worked with us until we found what we liked, and then waited patiently until our return was complete and we could purchase the new ring. I would highly recommend this store!!

Michelle at the Bloomington branch worked with me remotely to find the perfect ring. They walked me through the entire process, stayed within my budget and delivered perfection. They even worked with my (future) mother-in-law, who was just as impressed as me. If/when we upgrade, adjust or need a cleaning, we will continue working with them in the future. I really could not be any happier with my engagement ring from Wedding Day Diamonds. After an unfortunate incident with an online company, we decided to try the Eco3 diamond from Wedding Day. Not only are the staff incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, the price is incredibly. And the warranty? After dealing with one engagement ring fiasco and having to buy a new one, it is so reassuring to know that if anything happens to my ring, Wedding Day will fix it for me. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Charity was very professional but personable and took the time to find the perfect diamond for our budget and ring setting. The lab grown diamond is awesome and she was on the ball the whole time. Michelle from the Bloomington location was extremely patient and helpful! After a bad experience buying, and returning, an engagement ring through a different online vendor, we decided to try out Wedding Day. Michelle was able to quickly help us narrow down what I thought would be a very complicated experience. She asked just the right questions that it was much like filtering to what you want when purchasing online. She found out what we were looking for and brought us great options of diamonds and bands to inspect. I never felt that she was pushing me to buy or to upgrade and she genuinely wanted us to take our time and find what we wanted. It was worth the drive to the Bloomington location!

My fiance and I had the best experience at the Wedding Day Diamonds in St. Louis Park with Marie and Charlie. When my fiance needed to rush-order the ring with a custom center stone, they went and personally delivered it to the store to make sure it arrived on time. They're always friendly faces when we come in to get my ring cleaned, and we've been nothing short of thrilled with the service we've gotten there!

I have recently become engaged to the man of my dreams and I couldn’t be any happier. Not only am I so in love with my new fiancé, but I am beyond obsessed and in love with my ring! It is perfect in every single way and I wouldn’t have been able to do a better job if I picked it out myself!
We had gone to Wedding Day several months ago to look around and see what different styles and options they had to offer. We worked with Charity Palmer at the Maplewood location and would absolutely recommend her to anyone! She is AMAZING, so nice, fun, energetic, and an absolute expert when it comes to diamonds! She was able to help me decide what styles/shapes/sizes I liked and gage a really good idea and understanding of what my perfect ring would be.
After the proposal, I learned that my fiancé had gone back in to Charity and the process of choosing a ring (which he had originally dreaded) was so easy and stress free. Charity was such a huge help to him and respected his budget and concerns. She was able to take my wants and his needs into consideration and find me the absolute perfect ring! We couldn’t thank Charity and Wedding Day enough and would HIGHLY recommend her/them to anyone out there looking!

The Wedding Day in Maple Grove has the nicest, and most helpful staff. I have actually gotten to know them all pretty well with the engagement party, visits, and purchases. Awesome People. Not too mention Sara's ability to wrap the gift boxes!! She is the best around!! Go buy a gift for a loved one and make sure to request to have Sara wrap it for you!!

The best place to buy jewelry. Their warranty literally covers everything except completely losing your ring and it's a free lifetime warranty. Not to mention my ring is SO beautiful and unique! We will be buying our wedding bands here also.

Wedding Day in Bloomington was very helpful and accommodating. My now fiance and I did not know anything about diamonds and they educated us on everything. The were not pushy and genuinely wanted us to get the diamond we wanted instead of the most expensive. They also have GIA certified diamonds, or at least someone who was trained by GIA to grade them, and that was important to me.

In short, Natalie was fantastic. But just to point her out would be a crime, as all the staff at the Maple Grove store were extremely understanding of what I was looking for for my proposal, they listened to what I thought I wanted, gave a few suggestions, and there it was... the best ring I could imagine for my (now) bride to be!

I actually drove away so I could compare pricing and policies only to realize how good I had it at Wedding Day. Twenty minutes later, I was back and purchased the ring.

Natalie also helped us pick out our wedding rings which included creating a custom Irish design for me that turned out, in the words of MasterCard... priceless!

We went to the Eden Prairie, MN store and had a great experience. Liza was a huge help there. She was professional, knowledgeable, and best of all she made it even more fun to pick out the ring. We had issues with the sizing of the ring (or maybe it was the sizing of my hubby's finger), but Liza had taken care of this by ordering another ring in the next size and allowing us to swap out the rings with no hassle. The service is great. The selection is great. And the warranty is great too. I'd recommend the Eden Prairie shop and Liza to everyone.

Kristine is very personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable! I came in to resize a bracelet, and was able to get it back just a few days later, for an event that weekend. My fiance said he had a fantastic experience at Wedding Day Diamonds. I had a picture of my dream ring - an antique ring from 1912 - and he was able to give the picture to them and they made an exact replica, including the buttery patina color I was so in love with. Plus, their policy allows you to bring in your piece and have it cleaned, detailed, and sized at no extra cost. I couldn't be happier. It's absolutely gorgeous.

I visited this location with my fiance Mark and we had Susan Medina as our sales rep. She was fantastic!! She was so kind and made us feel like we were exactly where we were suppose to be. She walked me through all the details of all the brands, she had special rings brought in just for me to see all the while treating us with respect and love.I had an issue with the company that designed my ring. Wedding Day and Susan stood by there guarantee and the whole issue was resolved with the other company for me. I ended up with a gorgeous ring and went back to buy the diamond later which was another lovely experience with Susan Medina. I will never visit a different jewelry store. Susan made our experience so great we will be customers for life!

We go to the Wedding Day in Burnsville and everyone is so helpful there. They have had the same staff for a long time so it's nice to see familiar faces. They even know to call my husband when we have an event coming up or if I put something in my wish list. Also, whenever I stop in to get my jewelry cleaned they greet me like we've been friends for years. I can't imagine there's another jeweler out there that compares in the customer service department. 5 stars!

We loved working with Wedding Day to pick out our engagement ring. Actually, we worked with their team to design ours custom which ended up being much cheaper than finding what we wanted at competing vendors. Andrea was incredible and she had patience as we learned this process and all the new vocabulary. I highly recommend going the custom route to get exactly what you want - we got to view and approve blueprints and work with a designer from New York. They were very responsive and turned the project around faster than I would have expected. I'm thrilled with the craftsmanship and we will be going back for wedding bands! Thank you Wedding Day!

My ring was originally purchased at the Eden Prarie store, the service was satisfactory. But when I purchased my wedding band I went to the Wedding Day in Southtown, and i had an AMAZING experience. Mackenzie L. was the best, she was patient and understanding as I changed my mind very often. There was not one time where I felt pressured to buy from her. I have gone back and had a custom diamond pendant made, my mother went in and had a custom earring setting, my personal attendant has gone to her, and my sister. I would not recommend anywhere else for purchasing jewelry, and you can't beat wedding day's warranty!

Wedding Day Diamonds not only provides quality in their product, but outstanding service as well. About a mont ago I stopped into the Eden Prairie location to pick up an anniversary band after work, only to find out that their doors had just closed for the day. I completely understood as I was late getting out from work myself, and I therefore turned around to head back to my car. Diamontologist, Jeremy Pinck, acknowledged my attempt to stop in, and even though they had just closed for the day, he came out to the parking lot to greet me and invite me back inside so that I could pick up my band. It was not only this small act of kindness that as a customer made me feel valuable, but even in my visits before & after at this location (we were also interested in a new wedding band for my husband) proved to me that Jeremy, along with the other staff members, really take the time with each customer to educate them and to give them honest, genuine, & exceptional service.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from the Wedding Day Diamonds location in Maplewood, MN. The staff was very helpful and helped me pick out the exact ring that I wanted. The ring I purchased was fairly unique because it is a three stone ring and the main stone is an aquamarine instead of a diamond. I went to several other stores before stopping at Wedding Day and tried to explain to the salesperson why I wanted an aquamarine only to be repeatedly told that a diamond was the only way to go. But a diamond doesn’t fit my finance’s style or personality. My sales consultant at Wedding Day, Mary Glasow, only seemed concerned with helping me find the exact ring I had envisioned. She met with me once a week for 4 weeks to help me select the perfect ring and stones. She provided me with a variety of different ring styles and helped me choose a high quality aquamarine stone for my ring. The ring I purchased also had two side diamonds,and she walked me through a “diamond buying guide” to explain how diamonds are characterized and priced. The entire staff was very friendly which made my ring buying experience quite fun. They were even able to get my ring to me 2 weeks sooner than originally anticipated. Overall, Mary and the rest of the staff did a great job and I look forward to working with them again in the future when shopping for a wedding band or for other jewelry.

I could not be happier with my experience at Wedding Day Diamonds in Maplewood. I had a custom ring made with a 1.5 carat center stone, 6 diamonds going down each side of the band. I thought I wanted a low setting, so that's what I got. I got the ring and thought it was very pretty. I wore it for a few weeks and realized I liked it, but I didn't LOVE it. So, my fiancé and I went back and I had a second custom ring done with the same center stone. My 2nd ring also has 6 diamonds on either side, but the band is thinner and the stone sits higher. It's PERFECT. I cried when I saw it. This was all done at no additional cost to us. Our sales rep was Charity Palmer and she was absolutely fantastic through the whole process. Highly recommend!

I am an incredibly loyal customer of Wedding Day. My spouse and I both got our our wedding bands from Wedding day, I also got my engagement ring from them as well. They have the best customer service. They were not pushy with anything, ever. They clearly know their diamonds and are incredibly passionate about what they do.

The reason my spouse and I went to Wedding Day to look at engagement rings was because I had previously gone to them to get a watch fitted. They were the only people who could figure out how to size my watch, for whatever reason a lot of others couldn't do it. Not only were they able to size my watch, but they did it for free. I couldn't believe it! So when it was time to look for my engagement ring, they were the first place I thought of.

Since then, we have also purchased several other items from them and will continue to do so!

We purchased our engagement rings and both bands from Wedding Day Diamonds in Burnsville. My girlfriend (now wife) found a ring online that she loved (not on Wedding Day website) and when I went to the store, they had a ring that looked exactly like the one she found. One issue that we ran into was because of the unusual swirl design of the ring, no one made a wedding band that sat well with the ring. We ultimately decided to have Wedding Day send the ring to one of their custom vendors to make us a custom band. They did an amazing job and it fit perfect with the ring. Since buying our rings, we have gone back numerous times to get them cleaned, sized, polished, and we never have any issues. They always do a great job and never charge us for maintenance.

After quite a roller coaster ride with an independent "jeweler" we found ourselves at Wedding Day 4 months before the wedding needing a new engagement ring. Brock worked with us and was amazing. We were able to find the perfect ring/band combo and the new diamond continues to amaze me everyday. Their warranty is the best part! They guarantee your stone and all diamonds if you ever lose them or if they fall out. You don't have to go in every 6 months either. Such a relief and they are so easy to deal with. AND you can go to any location to get your ring cleaned.

Jon at the Burnsville location was the most helpful and fun sales person we worked with. My husband and I went to 8 different places, and had overly pushy sales people help us at all of them. I felt obligated to like whatever they showed me, even though I hated the rings. I noticed at other jewelers, my husband and I were easily ignored due to our young age, and how it was perceived to me as "lack of income." Wedding Day didn't assume what we could or couldn't afford and our rings couldn't be more beautiful!

Jon at the maple grove location was very friendly and helped me and my fiancee pick out the ring she loves and was able to fit it into our budget. I would definitely recommend Jon as a salesperson as he is very knowledgeable in the jewelry business and can answer any questions regarding diamonds.

AMAZING! The only word I can use to describe Wedding Day Diamonds. Jeremy in Eden Prairie was who helped us and every time he remembered who we were. He was fantastic, never pressured us to purchase, helped us get our financing, and even when my husband went in 2 weeks before our wedding to purchase a 2nd wedding band that I wanted, Jeremy made sure we had it before we left for our wedding. Simply Amazing. Wedding Days lifetime gaurentee is the best value around, and their prices were exactly where we needed them to be. The satering for my wedding bands is included in our lifetime, and all the free cleanings a girl with a shiny diamond could ask for! Love this place!

After buying my engagement ring at a different store and being unhappy with how it looked with every band we liked, we decided to go to wedding day where they educated us and showed us things with in our budget. The whole staff was so helpful and even told us hat in two weeks they would be having a promotion so we could wait and save money if we wanted to, no one there was pushy like all the other stores we had been too and they still know our names when we walk into the store to get them cleaned Not only did they help us find an beautiful band for my husband and I but a new engagement ring which my husband is in love with just as much as I am, they even helped me fix my diamond necklace for free! Anytime we need a diamond we will be heading to them no matter what!

I love them, amazing serivice and not pushy at all. I have had my ring almost a year and half now. They are amazing even today. They check it when I get it cleaned and are always happy to see me.

Wedding Day is the most helpful jewelry store around. They work great with consultations and also have done a great job making sure everything we ordered worked for us. I had an issue with one of my stones and they didn't miss a beat and jumped up to fix it right away with no questions asked. I couldn't ask for a better retailer!

We stopped at Wedding Day to check out prices before going to the "mall" jewelers, but we never left! Jeremy and the Eden Prairie store was amazing! He listened to what I was looking for, showed me some beautiful rings and was extremely friendly and helpful the whole time! He is still the one we go to when we stop in for other jewelry or just to have my ring cleaned. It was such personal service and I couldnt be happier with my rings!

We had such a fabulous experience with Wedding Day in St. Louis Park. We visited several other jewelers that were "top rated" in Mpls and found only bad customer service. We walked into wedding day and instantly it felt different. They cared about us, and who we were. It was very refreshing. We loved our experience!
