Toh was incredible and made our unique beach honeymoon photo shoot a dream come true! We love his way of capturing us as a couple along with the beauty of our surroundings. We were able to spend over two hours, just the two of us, with a photographer who was devoted to share our love story. We had a fantastic time and it was a highlight of our trip to Costa Rica! Once we saw all of the photos we were ecstatic! They are so romantic and vibrant—the vibe we fell in love with when we first saw Toh’s artistic portfolio. We are very happy we chose Toh to photograph our wedding at Reserva Conchal! From start to finish, he and his team were incredibly professional, and the pictures are absolutely stunning. We’re so glad we opted for a second shooter too— it really helped capture every special moment throughout the day.
Even our guests commented on how great the photographer and his crew were throughout the day. The shots from the pre-ceremony preparations were beautiful, and every little moment of the ceremony was captured perfectly. After the ceremony, the photos of us on the beach turned out amazing!
Toh set up a drone to capture some post-wedding photos of us and the family at the beach, which were really great. He really went above and beyond to capture our day in the most stunning way possible. Even the reception photos turned out fantastic!
We cannot recommend Toh enough. He's truly made our wedding memories last for forever. Thank you, Hayley + Matt. -

Impressive professional team
We were recently married in Costa Rica and reached out to Toh to after seeing his portfolio online and we were quickly taken with his professionalism and friendliness as he helped us to plan for our big day. We could not have been more impressed with their work on the day of the wedding. Multiple of our guests commented that Toh was the best that they had ever seen at managing groups of guests and keeping everyone engaged. Then, finally, we got to see the results of his work and we are absolutely in love with the photos and videos. We strongly recommend working with Toh! -

Toh and his team were absolutely amazing!! The communication was only topped by their knowledge of Costa Rica, using the elements to get the shot and creating one of kind photos. Our intended location (the beach) got really over crowded with the holiday so their team jumped into action and recreated a different spot on the beach, without the crowd. You would never know the beach was crowded by any of our photos. We highly recommend if you need a photographer for any occasion in Costa Rica. Thank you guys so much and we look forward to our next gathering of family n friends in CR. -

You will regret it if you do not book Toh as your photographer. We did not want boring, average wedding pictures so we put more effort into finding a photographer than a venue. Your wedding photos are essential to capturing the memory and feeling of your day. As soon as we found Toh and looked through his gallery we were sold. We had no idea how much we would be blown away by his artistry. We are not over selling. He is a true artist. He saw and captured moments we couldn't have imagined and he WORKS for every shot. I give him (and so does everyone of my wedding guests) the highest praise and endorsement we possibly can. Trust me this is where the extra money in your budget should go. He is worth every bit of it!! -

We hired Toh as the photographer for our wedding and also hired him for a creative photo session the day after our wedding. Toh and his team are phenomenal to work with! He has this way of making you feel comfortable and at ease in all your pictures, as if you have known him all along. He is always in search of the perfect lighting to capture your best angles. You can tell he is passionate about his work because he frequently asks for you to hold the pose for just “one more” picture. On the day of the creative photo session he and his team climbed over very slippery rocks and rough terrain at the La Fortuna waterfall, all to capture the best shots of me and my husband. My husband and I searched through many photographers and immediately fell in love with Toh’s work because his creativity and passion for photography shine through every single image that he captures. You will have the most stunning pictures of your wedding if you hire Toh! -

Toh was wonderful to work with. He was so professional and truly did his best to make us look our best. At times we felt like we were the stars of a movie.
We were warned Toh's famous catch phrase is "I want just one more."- that was definitely true. Make sure to plan in plenty of time for first look and getting ready pictures if you hire Toh. It'll be well worth it! Our wedding pictures are truly breathtaking. We look like the most glamours, regal versions of ourselves. We are going to cherish images forever. 10/10 recommend. -

We decided to change our traditional wedding plans that included 100 guests to getting married in Costa Rica with 20 of our closest friends and family. A place we felt grounded and knew we'd be surrounded by joy and love. We wanted to make every last detail personalized to us...little tidbits that expressed who we are as individuals and who we have become as a family. We searched high and low for just the right caterer...just the right band...just the right florist...just the right photographer. We found Toh via Instagram and instantly fell in love with his artistic ability to capture just the right movement and light in a photo. We were certain this was the style we were looking for to capture all the beauty a beach wedding had to offer. We instantly clicked when we video chatted all the way from New Jersey. Shortly after, the world was on lockdown due to Covid-19. Toh was very understanding with having to postpone until the following year and even took care in wishing our family the best in health and safety. He was flexible and fair throughout the whole replanning process. When the day finally came to walk down the aisle....he was right there to capture all of those little details that made us, US! He has an uncanny ability to not only capture the movement, the light, the delicate wedding ensemble, the pristine landscape...but the whole moment. Every photo speaks a thousand words...and then some. You can feel the joy and love and excitement in every snapshot he took. Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life. You don't want anyone less than extraordinary to be able to bottle that day up for you. Toh will capture you in all of your love and help you glow on the best day of your life! Oh, and don't forget the creative shoot! Don't even second guess that or the drone options. DO IT! You won't regret having the best moments and photos out of all of your friends! -

We are completely blown away with our photos from Toh! They are so beautiful, magical, surreal, and exactly why we chose him. In our search for photographers, he stood out the most because we found his work cinematic, dramatic, and romantic.
He has a unique vision and artistic voice that perfectly captured our love. Our friends and family constantly react saying our photos look like paintings, or like they're straight out of a fairy tale!
He went above and beyond on our special day, driving extremely far to get to our location with his family. And he made us feel comfortable, relaxed, playful and was a joy to work with during the shoot. We loved his excitement and passion for his craft.
We also received our highlights faster than expected, which was such a fun surprise! And he was gracious about the couple requests we had after receiving all our photos.

Toh was amazing! My husband and I are both uncomfortable having our photos taken and Toh was so patient and they turned out amazing! Our daughters were with us and we all had so much fun playing in the ocean in our dresses! Toh was amazing from start to finish! He and his team are very responsive to all of your questions before, during, and after the big day! I looked at many portfolios of photographers in Costa Rica, and none compared to Toh's artistic visions and creative editing. His bold colors, beautiful black and white compositions, and dramatic capture of scenery were jaw dropping. After a few emails back and forth, we were able to set up a Skype meeting so that we could speak with Toh one-on-one, even from thousands of miles away. When the big day came, he was on time (although he travelled a few hours to get to us) and ready to go. He managed to see every moment, notice every detail; all of our memories are beautifully reflected in our albums. We also booked a Trash the Dress shoot with drone images a few days after the wedding. He picked us up from our resort and even spent extra time with us to be sure we got every shot we had requested. About a month after the wedding we received preview photos, and after 6 weeks all of the photos were ready for download. Getting our photos was simple through an email and a couple clicks, and the quality of the images could not be better. We can't pick which photos to enlarge for canvas, because they're ALL our favorites! Money well spent, we will cherish our photos forever because of Toh!!Wedding by Toh's reply:

We got married in Guanacaste, Costa Rica and while we contacted many wedding photographers in the area, our experience with Toh and his team has been professional and welcoming from the very beginning. Toh was prompt in replying, understanding, knowledgeable and creative in answering our questions and providing ideas about the wedding photography.
On the day of the photo shoot, he made us feel very comfortable. He was fun, funny and very easy-going - it felt like we were taking photos with an old friend! He has a rare gift that he uses to create and capture beautiful moments effortlessly.
His photography style is dramatic with a personalized artistic flair. Toh has a great eye for working with the environmental surroundings to create a photographic style that will suit your personality and preferences. Toh's prices were only slightly more expensive than many photographers in the area but his finished photos are unique, stunning and personalized.
Toh clearly has an abundance of natural talent and passion for photography that shines through in his finished products. I have already bragged about him to many of my friends and colleagues here in Canada, and I am sure you will be blown away too if you choose Toh.

I couldn’t recommend Toh and his team enough, we was quite demanding in how we wanted our photos to look, and he totally accommodated us.
