Belinda was great to work with. She remained professional, organized, and communicative throughout the entire day. Her attentiveness never wavered! She consistently checked in, supported the bride, and collaborated seamlessly with our team. She stayed on top of every detail and kept the bride’s vision clear, which made our job easier and ensured a smooth, well-coordinated event as we built our vendor relationship. Backyard wedding? This is your girl!
10000000/10 recommend!! Belinda was literally the reason our day was so smooth and perfect. We had a backyard wedding and she was truly the calm in the chaos making sure every little detail came together exactly how I wanted.
There were mannnny little things she helped us figure out from how many chairs we could actually fit in our living room, to making sure we chose a memorial chair for tyler’s grandparents that everyone walking into the ceremony could see, to creating our layout and timeline, giving us advice on how much to tip all of our vendors, to recommending plastic cups at the bar so all of the nice wine glasses we wanted to get wouldn’t break on the dance floor, to being flexible that we wanted our family dog to be our flour girl since our real ones couldn’t make it, to making sure we had time to eat and drink, to bustling my dress and unbustling it and re bustling it for pictures, to making sure our family and bridal party were where they needed to be at all times, to making sure our ceremony got recorded, to ensuring that all of our tables and chairs were straight, to texting our uber driver off of my phone- putting our luggage in the back of the uber before we exited- AND recording our bubble exit on my camera and giving me my phone back before we hopped into the uber to leave. And SO MUCH MORE!!!! She even made sure to find my handkerchief gifted from tyler’s mom. It was her great grandmothers and I had tied it around my bouquet. She made sure to find it and put it in my wedding trunk!
She was behind the scenes coordinating everything and everyone but somehow still right by my side the whole time with the biggest smile making sure I had everything I needed. She thought of so many things I never would have considered. With a backyard wedding you seriously don’t know what you don’t know and she was the perfect person to guide us through all of it.
The day of the wedding she didn’t ask me a single question she just handled everything and it was all exactly how I pictured it. I didn’t have to think about a single thing and fully trusted her to handle anything that could have possibly gone wrong. It made the whole day feel so stress free. My goal going into the day was to be completely present and soak in every moment and she truly is the reason I was able to do that!!
She is also just the sweetest most genuine joyful kind and fun person to have by your side on such a special day. If we could do it all over again we would choose her 10000% without hesitation.
Her team set everything up coordinated it all and cleaned and organized every little thing. Our bridal party and family kept saying everything is going to be okay because Belinda is here. Our rehearsal was amazing too she gave us so many helpful pointers that made such a difference.
She recommended most of our vendors and every single one of them was incredible. We seriously could not speak more highly of her and are so so grateful we had her for the best day of our lives.
Simply if you’re having a backyard wedding and want someone to handle everything so your family doesn’t have to THIS IS YOUR GIRL!! I told her to ensure my parents didn’t do any work the day of and she seriously was the reason they got to be present and enjoy our day with us in their home. Best decision we made hands down!!!! -

Highly regarded for your big day
Belinda and her team were amazing! She was so helpful throughout the entire process, as we worked with them for approximately ten months. We had only been in contact with Belinda via phone up until the day before the wedding for rehearsal, and she made it feel like we had all been long time friends! What a special gift, for such a stressful time 🩷
Belinda brought our wedding vision to life, and I could not have done it without her and her team!

When i first did my consultation with belinda, we instantly clicked and I felt such a wave of relief. I hadn't really felt that with other planners I met and since my venue required a coordinator, I was getting stressed. I was never the type of girl who had a dream wedding and im the kind of person who feels completely clueless until someone tells me what needs to be done. Belinda did just that and more. She had checklists and timelines that helped me with planning and she asked such detailed questions about my vision and different parts of the wedding that I could finally start to see my dream wedding.
Throughout the process she was available over email and text. We toured the venue and she answered all my questions before I had a chance to ask. She also clicked well with my mom and nana who were going to be playing a huge rule in prepping everything which was great.
The day of the wedding went off without a hitch. I get caught up in details and was worried I'd miss my wedding worrying. Thanks to Belinda and her team, I didn't worry about a thing and I found out after that a few things didn't go quite to plan. I got to be fully immersed in just enjoying my wedding and I truly believe I have belindas expertise, care, diligence, and excitement for throwing weddings to thank for that. I highly recommend Belinda to anyone who wants to see their dream wedding come true and wants to spend the day enjoying it to the fullest! 💖💖 -

Belinda was fantastic! She was super helpful, fun to work with, organized, and attentive with the wedding planning process, ensuring we had everything ready for our big day.

The best of the best - truly made our day a dream come true.
Belinda was absolutely amazing!! She went so above and beyond leading up to the wedding – she truly kept me sane throughout the whole process! She understood my vision right away and she came to every vendor meeting so we knew we could relax on our wedding day because she had everything handled. Our timeline for the day of was so detailed and organized – it was a dream for a type A bride like myself. Belinda made sure everyone was where they should be the day of the wedding, made sure everything was getting set up correctly, and made sure I had everything I needed from start to finish. It’s very rare when you get a meet someone who is truly gifted at what they are intended to do life but also have the most kind heart and truly and genuinely care.
We could not be more grateful for Belinda – she truly helped to make our wedding day perfect! We cannot recommend Wedding Bel enough!

Belinda was everything I could have asked for and more! From the moment we met it truly felt like we were friends just getting together to plan the wedding. On the day of she was my absolute go to gal and she rocked every bit of it! She managed every bit of crazy and chaos and to this day if something went wrong I have no clue about it because Belinda made sure that I didn’t worry about anything! I cannot recommend her more! Belinda was recommended to us by our friends who used her services at their wedding a few months prior. Belinda was amazing since the moment we first spoke with her over the phone. She is very attentive, genuine, and knowledgeable. She recommend various vendors for us which were amazing. Communication was easy with her, she met or spoke with us whenever we had doubts. Our wedding day was so easy and we were able to have so much fun! All thanks to Belinda! She also saved our wedding day by tracking down our cake vendor who was almost a no-show! She is also bilingual (spanish) which was a tremendous help with our Mexican family. Our guests really appreciated how kind and helpful Belinda was. Thank you Belinda! -

Dedicated, Charismatic and Professional! Highly Recommend!
Belinda went beyond my expectations. She is amazing! The whole day went smoothly, on time, beautifully and best of all stress free for both my now husband and myself. She was there for me throughout the whole wedding process, start to finish. All the set up was done by her and it looked so beautiful, and exactly what we wanted! She did far more me than she signed up for to ensure the day went perfectly. Belinda was so fantastic to work with every minute was enjoyable even through the hard decisions and planning.
And she is bilingual!!

Belinda’s AMAZING!
Belinda was truly amazing! She made my husband and I very comfortable from the start! She treated us like family! She’s very professional and nice and is very detailed.
