Outstanding Product and Customer Service
The quality of my wedding album was breathtaking. I'm so glad I paid a little more than cheaper options out there because this is a superior product and you absolutely get your money's worth - my album is on par with the quality of an expensive coffee book from the bookstore. Customer service is outstanding, staff is very quick to respond and goes above and beyond to provide assistance. I will not be going anywhere else for my future albums. -

Countless moments of a lifetime memory caught in one book
I can not even begin to express how thrilled we were working with PikPerfect and receiving the final copy of our wedding album. The photographer we hired for our wedding oddly didn’t provide us with option for purchasing a wedding album. He provided us with images we had to print elsewhere. Well that was a blessing in disguise because cost wise, coupled with creating and being a part of having a say on look and feel of wedding album captured our special day incredibly by creating a photo story of a lifetime memory for us to share. It was super convenient to upload photos and boy did we have plenty of them over 900 yet their software was high tech in weeding out similar images and look a like shots that helps them arrange and create a unique design based on your layout taste and style. We only had to tweak things to our style re layout and pic selection which they quickly picked up on to collectively create a beautiful photo story of our special day. I highly recommend PikPerfect. The value service and quality are all top notch. It’s super easy and convenient as well as they are responsive to feedback and any comments you may have. PikPerfect really helped us design a timeless photo album that is simply beautiful with quality print that will stand up in time. -

Wedding Album
I worked with PikPerfect to create my beautiful wedding album. I uploaded all my digital wedding pics to them, and they came up with a suggested album. Then we went back and forth with edits and changes until I was happy with the outcome. Renee was very professional and patient with me, and took as long as I needed to get it right . Great experience and very happy!! -

Highly recommended!
Highly recommend pikperfect for wedding albums! I bought an 8x11 lay flat album and I could not be happier with it. They helped design it from start to finish and were extremely helpful and responsive through the whole process. I was able to get nearly 300 photos in my album for a fraction of the cost it would have been with my photographers. The quality is outstanding! -

I would so highly recommend using this company for a wedding album. They designed and created the most special album. They far exceeded any expectations I could have possibly had. I sent them the photos and they basically did the rest. it was such an easy process. I was honestly shocked at how easy it was. Excellent!
I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with PikPerfect.
After countless attempts to design my wedding album myself, I gave up. I sent all of my favorite photos to pikperfect and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.
First, they took my pictures and made them tell a story- the entire day flowed effortlessly using only pictures and it took me back to my special day- a day that felt like it was over in the blink of an eye.
The design team was very easy to work with- I could send small tweaks (move this picture here, make this picture a full page focus) and they would take my notes and send a new design within 2-3 days.
The quality is worth every penny. My album lays flat so my pictures can extend to the very edge of the center binding without worrying I will lose details. The pages are also super thick and the colors are incredible. We love it and will cherish it always. -

Great experience
Our wedding album came in a timely manner, a little sooner than expected which was a pleasant surprise. It came out exactly how I envisioned it. We chose to do flush mount and leatherette cover, which was well worth it. Timeless and beautiful. Our designer was very helpful, very flexible, and patient with us with our questions and help make edits and adjustments which we didn't initially anticipate. We also got parent copies as well which will turn out great presents which we know they will enjoy. Highly recommend them with their design service to help make a cohesive storytelling photo album. -

PikPerfect is simply AMAZING
I am blown away by the experience I had with PikPerfect and the work they did. I wanted a really nice wedding album to remember my day but I didn’t want to spend hours doing it. I uploaded my wedding photos and they did the rest! They do an amazing job of laying out the photos and telling the story of the day and you get a personal designer who sends you drafts, you make edits, and they send back again until you are satisfied. Vincent was extremely responsive and I am so so happy with the result- my album is absolutely beautiful! Thank you PikPerfect, I will recommend you to everyone I know. -

Stunningly beautiful wedding album
I used PikPerfect to create a lay-flat wedding album for my daughter. It turned out stunningly beautiful. Better than I expected or could have hoped for. It was easy to use the PikPerfect online system to upload pictures and provide feedback on the layouts. I appreciated the unlimited revisions offered, and the designs provided were truly beautiful. But what impressed me the most was the quality of the printing. I have done many albums myself on other platforms. Though the pictures always looked good on the computer screen, the printed quality was always a bit of a disappointment. With PikPerfect the photos were crisp and clear – high end professional at a very reasonable cost. I could not have been happier with the end product. I highly recommend PikPerfect. -

Quick Response time and so easy to work with!
I picked PikPerfect after researching tons of companies and they had amazing reviews. I have a very busy schedule so time is valuable. I tried to make my own book at first with another company but it took almost an hour to do 1 page and that is when I decided there is no way I had the time to do an entire book myself. The website is so easy to use. I just picked the layout and type of book I wanted, uploaded my photos and within 3 business days I had my first draft. You can write notes on every page and give them edits and they did everything I wanted. I had my wedding album at my door within 2 weeks of ordering and I couldn't be happier. I can't stop looking at it. Highly recommend PikPerfect! Great team to work with. -

A fantastic album design team laid out our wedding photo's brilliantly, helping to tell the story of the wedding as it happened. Their aftercare was great. Getting in touch with me at every stage asking my opinion on design and even that one of my pictures was slightly out of focus and if I wanted to keep it in the book. When the finished product arrived I was blown away at the quality and look of the book. Absolutely brilliant! For the money you won't find a better service out there! -

Delighted with the professional wedding album they made for me. I was naturally sceptically about doing this online but my designer kept in great contact with me, making changes and suggestions with ease. The end product is lovely and at a fraction of what our wedding photographer wanted to charge. These guys are AMAZING!!! They deserve way more stars to show how they stand out from the rest. I have ordered 2 albums through them and each experience has been fantastic! They have the best customer service I have encountered in years. They are very professional and communicative. Be sure to give then 24 hours to respond if you are ordering from the U.S. I had a hard time uploading pics on my second album and Rushad personally took care of it. Dennis designed my wedding album and Angela designed my baby album. The designs were great and they were both very good at accommodating requests for changes. The final product for both books were fantastic!! The price truly can't be beat and the final product is very high end. I recommend these guys to anybody wanting a keepsake album. I will be back! -

Love love love our album! We had a 44 page lay flare A3 album with printed cover. Pik perfect were fast at responding to my editing requests and was printed and delivered promptly. Photos look brilliant and it's excellent that each of my family members and design their own from scratch with photos they want too. Would highly recommend!! -

We are so pleased we found pikperfect.com. It was such a straightforward process from start to finish and a truly professional, top quality service.
We uploaded our pictures and the pikperfect team did the hard work of creating a bespoke album which was highly creative and more than we could have hoped for.
There was excellent communication from the designer and nothing was a problem. Like us, they wanted to ensure it was something that we could admire forever. The designer checked we were happy with everything and gave us a variety of options to choose from which really made us feel like we had control over our album. We really like how the backgrounds emphasie the day.

I searched for a long time to find a vendor to create our wedding album. PikPerfect was truly amazing. They are so easy to work with and they exceeded my expectations when creating our wedding album. The process is very easy and my designer was excellent and quick. We received our album this week and the quality is SO nice. The pictures are very clear and the cover and inside pages are very nice. PikPerfect AG composed a wedding album from a selection of wedding pictures which I sent to them by email. The site was easy to use and offered a number of options to choose from. I let their designers do all of the layout and they then sent me draft by email which I could comment on for them to alter. The initial designs were excellent with many ideas for layout which I would not have thought of and with some tweeks and additions I agreed a final design which was sent promptly to me by courier. -

I was very overwhelmed by all of my wedding pictures, so I selected my favorites and sent them to PikPerfect. They organized everything and created a beautiful wedding book for us! I would have never had the time, or creativity, to make such a great book to show all of our friends and family. They were a wonderful company to work with, allowed me to edit the book several times before it was printed and we are really impressed with the quality of the pages. I highly recommend them (as does my husband, it was much less stressful to finish the wedding process this way!). -

I would recommend PikPerfect to everyone! I only invested 30min and in less than a week I had the loveliest Wedding photobooks. The software is so easy to use and I also enjoyed working with their creative design team, they understood what I wanted, they selected the best pictures and made any edits in just a couple hours. Its's hassle free and high quality...anything similar would cost thousands of dollars or days of work.
Thanks PikPerfect for creating a memory for a life time.

Honestly amazing! Faultless service. Very very easy to use. The service from the beginning was so easy, you are able to design the photo album exactly how you want it to look. When the album arrives I was genuinely blown away. It was even better than I could have imagined. All of our friends and family have absolutely loved looking through. Our wedding album came out so much better than we could have ever expected! The experience was so easy and straight forward. I uploaded our photos and only made one tiny change to the first draft of the design. It was more beautiful than i expected and the album arrived alot quicker than i thought. Sandra did a really great job with the design and backgrounds. The communication from the team is excellent. We may come back to order some smaller versions for family. 5 Star service, thank you! -

This company really do deliver! Whilst many would be hesitant to use an online service rather than go with their photographer, we cannot recommend them more highly. The quality of our album is top notch, and the process of designing and ordering was really simple. -

PikPerfect were absolutely brilliant! I sent them my photos with my instructions and they designed the most amazing wedding album. As a professional wedding photographer I take pride in how my photos are displays and Pikperfect's wedding albums show off my work very well.
The design process is very straight forward and they will give you several options to select from be fore deciding on the final album design.
They are responsive when asked questions and always happy to help.
Print quality is good with an acceptable colour replication. The bounding and padded cover give a quality feel to the product. -

Just Gorgeous
This is the wedding album you need. The quality is far superior to all others. We wanted a premium album that would lay flat with thick, luxurious pages, and that’s exactly what we got. The design process was really turnkey and seamless. We couldn’t be happier. -

They are the best in the business!
After our wedding, i was so excited to put together our album, but i had such an expectation for what i wanted it to be. We stumbled upon PIKPERFECT and honestly thank god we did. not only were reviews amazing on wedding sites, the customer service we received was INCREDIBLE. the designer's layout of the photo's was just perfection. the transitions between pages was flawless. honestly i cannot say enough good things. even in reviewing, they were so meticulous to ensure all photo's were exactly what we wanted. the linen book and box is incredible. it is worth every penny. i cannot wait to look back at this album in years to come. -

I loved their aesthetic, backgrounds and layouts, as well as their attention to the detail and ability to adjust images where they were indicated as potentially being blurry when printed. Unlimited feedback on design was great, and loved how the designer pulled together the images to make for a great lay flat wedding album which arrived in a beautiful presentation hard box, another added touch that sets them apart from what everyone else is doing. Thank you! I would highly recommend this company and service.

They were really much more than very good. The whole process was great. This was a wedding album for my daughter and her new husband. Since I couldn't decide which pictures to choose, I sent them all and had PikPerfect choose for me. I also had them do the design. Each step of the process was quick and easy. After each step, a draft was sent back to me for review and approval. The customer rep I worked with, Sophia, was very responsive and knowledgable. The finished product was beautiful. I would not hesitate to use PikPerfect again and wholeheartedly recommend them. -

Our layflat wedding album is absolutely perfect! We weren't sure what service to use for our wedding photos, chose PikPerfect based off of a web search but they also turned out to be our photographer's recommendation. The quality was spectacular and it truly captured our magical day perfectly. We showed all our friends & family and everyone loves it! Great company to work with, they were very responsive and very detailed with each and every picture I sent them (I sent in more than 1000 photos!) . Pikperfect provided the most wonderful album for me following my son's wedding. I sent the photos to them online and Pikperfect made them into a beautiful album. At all stages of the process I was able to make the changes I required and the designer's suggestions for the album were great! I think that Pikperfect's prices were very reasonable for the service I received and the final product. I recommend them wholeheartedly. -

Beautiful Albums
Our wedding album and our parents' albums came out beautiful. I was skeptical ordering online, but I was in constant communication with Raphael and he was very thorough and answered all of my questions. The only negative (I assume due to the time difference) was you cannot speak with someone on the phone. However, you have unlimited revisions with no pressure until your final product is exactly what you want. We decided to do parent albums that weren't duplicates of ours which was a nice option. I would definitely recommend pikperfect! -

We are so happy with our wedding albums. It took the headache out of selecting the photos we thought were the best ones for an album, and we were involved with every process of the design. I would recommend this company of anyone looking for a special album for their professional wedding photos. The value for money is exceptional. My only bit of feedback would be to make it easy for people to be able to buy smaller albums (ie for family and friends) after the initial order has gone through. I would've also liked to have more of a say on size and paper quality (especially for our second album) -

The pictures themselves are beautiful and the printing high quality. The design team will work with you to get a design you like. However, you have to wait at least a day for each revision, and sometimes have to explain what you want several times before they get it right, and there is not way to make modifications yourself, or talk to them in real time. Additionally, while I ordered the premium flush-mount album that was supposed to have extra-thick, rigid pages, the pages were not as thick as most other wedding albums and still a bit bendable, so I am a bit disappointed with that. They really should not call that extra-thick and rigid. Moderately thick and semi-rigid at best. -

I chose Pikperfect because I didn't have the time or the skills to nicely lay out a wedding album myself. I thought the designer at Pikperfect did a good job with the design and they let me do several rounds of revisions. One downside, as others have mentioned, is that you have to wait 24-48 hours for each revision and there is no option to talk to anyone in real-time. This makes the process last at least a week or two.
I have 2 reasons for the low review:
- The quality of the pages in the book was very disappointing. I ordered a layflat album which was supposed to have thick, rigid pages. These pages were only slightly thick, still bend, and definitely don't lay flat. Definitely the worst quality I've seen in any album company.
- They put a very noticeable logo of their company on the last page of the book! Definitely not something we want to see when we are trying to relive our wedding -

I ordering my wedding photo book through this company and the quality. The quality of the printed images was very poor and the quality of the overall book was average. I contacted them to inform them that my wedding photos were pixelated and poorly printed, but they offered me no resolution to this matter. I have since printed a photo book with photo box at half the price of pikperfect and the quality of this is 10 times better so I would definitely recommend photo box -
