WedClean exceeded my expectations. It was my one dream to wear my grandmother's 60 year old, hand made wedding dress to my own wedding. After years of damage, the fabric was almost burlap brown. It seemed impossible to return it to the original white color. I provided my dress not knowing what the outcome would be, but hoping for the best. I got a speedy phone call stating that the dress was ready, and...it was like new. I almost cried on the spot. All the stains were removed and the dress was completely returned to white. When my grandmother gave me the dress originally, she said it could never be worn again. I'm going to keep it a secret until my wedding and surprise her on my big day with the dress she made all those years ago. A big thanks to WedClean for their professionalism and quality service. They made my dream come true.

I just got my dress back today from wedclean. My wedding was May last year and I delayed quite a while to send my dress off. I hadn't really even looked at it since my wedding day and when I got it out to mail it to Wedclean I was doubtful they could even get most of it clean. My dress is polyester with a delicate lace overlay. Both layers were badly stained and the bottom of the dress was black from being dragged on the floor and grass. I contacted them also about repairing 3 large rips in the lace from where the train was bustled. They got back to me right away with a resonable qoute of $79 to fix the tears. When I opened the box today I was shocked at how incredible my dress looked. First of all EVERY single stain is gone. The incredibly dirty lace is now white and I can't find one stain on my dress. The rips in the lace look great. Only one repair is really noticable, which is amazing considering that it is really thin lace and they were huge holes. The only thing that makes my dress look differently then the day I bought it is the color. The lace and under layer were both ivory. To get the lace clean they lightened it pretty noticeably. Now its more an ivory base with a white lace overlayer instead of ivory on ivory. Now this doesn't bother me at all because I would rather have white lace then black or grey. I am very happy with the result and especially for the cost. I have read online people having issues with using them with silk dresses. For lace and polyester I can't recommend them enough!

Exceptional! We used WedClean to clean and preserve my daughter's wedding gown as well as my vintage 37 year old gown. The quality of work was excellent in every way. My gown was badly yellowed and stained - it has been refreshed to nearly-new condition; just a few of the stains would not come out completely (but are now much less noticeable.) Bonnie, WedClean's dress technician, had my gown pressed at no extra charge to make it appear as beautiful as possible.

My daughter needed to have her gown shipped to a different location, which was no problem at all for WedClean. And - amazingly - when she received the UPS tracking notification from WedClean, she realized that no one would be home to sign for the package. She called Bonnie at WedClean, who cheerfully said "no problem." Bonnie contacted UPS, and arranged for the delivery to be redirected to my daughter's office. It was delivered without a hitch - and without any extra charge. Thanks to WedClean and Bonnie in particular for outstanding customer service!

Great experience. WedClean doesn't actually do the cleaning ... they send you a box, which you put your dress in and then send to the Wedding Gown Preservation Co. in Endicott, N.Y. This is the same facility used by many bridal shops that offer preservation services ... but it costs much less to do it through WedClean.

In addition to the WedClean cost for cleaning ($149), Wedding Gown Preservation charged me $29 to fix three button loops. I'm not a fan of the window box the dress is returned in (very cheesy looking), so I plan to buy a solid acid-free (and plain) box in the future. The important thing right now is that my dress is clean and packed up, and WedClean and Wedding Gown Preservation accomplished that.
