We married on 9/8/23, and had the pleasure of having Webster as our officiant. He was detailed, personable, and we lived every single detail of our ceremony. We chose to have a tasting of the four elements and Webster did NOT disappoint. I have had so many people tell me how much they loved our ceremony and Webster. I highly recommend him!! My husband and I got married on April 24th, 2025 and when we were looking for an officiant a year prior we came across Webster. From the second that we connected with Webster over the phone we felt his passion for what he does and his desire to get to know us as a couple. He was also very communicative and organized in the planning process. Each ceremony that Webster does is unique to that couple and makes it flexible to add your personal touch. Because of Webster our ceremony was more beautiful than we could have imagined through his insightful words and ability to keep an audiences attention. All of our guests were touched by Webster and said that it was one of the most memorable ceremonies that they have experienced. We would recommend Webster to any couples in search of an officiant for their wedding! -

I had the pleasure of connecting with Webster Thomas several months before my wedding day. I was looking for an officiant who could guide my fiancé and me on how to approach our ceremony to make it our own and share spiritual wisdom along the way. Webster's passion for this sacramental profession, attention to detail, enthusiasm, creativity, and patience set him apart from many others we looked into for the role. Webster made it so that my fiancé and I had enough time to meet and share our love story with him.
A few weeks before our wedding day, Webster also agreed to step in at the last minute to be our Emcee when ours could not attend. Our wedding ceremony didn't go without a hitch, as something is bound to happen with many events. In our case, a portion of our family was absent due to a highway accident. Webster was our right hand and made it so that our guests in attendance received updates and infused calm excitement while we worked on the situation behind the scenes.
During our pre-wedding meetings with Webster, we also wanted to include our beloved four-legged companion as our ring bearer. He was not only charmed by the idea but also shared suggestions on how he could enter to make the moment memorable for our guests. With practice, even after the long wait, our dog performed well when it came time for the presentation of rings.
Webster's organization of the ceremony was beautiful. He infused a balance of holy scriptures, prayers, and humor that made the moment truly special for our guests, religious or not. We are beyond grateful to Webster for taking great care of us and making our ceremony memorable. So many of our guests raved about Webster after the ceremony and months later.
The party set off after we'd had a moment to giggle with loved ones and stand in for portraits. Webster prepared, as always, transformed himself from Officiant to Emcee as suave as ever. He was our AD, keeping us on time with all the party points we wanted to tap into and surprising us with fun activities that brought our guests together in unique ways we couldn't have planned without him. He also guided us on what to expect when signing our legal documents and submitting them to the city.
If you are planning your wedding in or around Connecticut and need an officiant or Emcee, look no further because Webster is an excellent choice. You can rely on him to help you stay on task, provide you with support in any stage of the wedding planning process, and have good laughs along the way. -

Words cannot describe how amazing Webster is. He was so attentive and thoughtful through our entire wedding process really listen to every single word we spoke and relay them to our family and friends I could not be more appreciative of everything he had done for us for our wedding dayknows how to put amazing words together. It really made everyone cry. I cannot recommend him to anyone else. He has one of the kind of soul you ever meet. You will be really impressed with how is so professional Webster deserves all the rave he truly is an amazing person and I am so lucky to have him as part of my wedding memories forever. -

Webster was the best. We met him at the CT wedding expo and his friendly and caring attitude made us feel like he was the right choice for our ceremony. We had two calls where he learned more about us so he could create a ceremony tailored to us and our story. He showed up on time, and his ceremony was very touching. So many of my guests came up to us after the wedding to say how great they thought his ceremony way. I’m so happy with our decision to go with Webster and I highly recommend him. -

Webster is a wonderful officiant
Webster officiated our wedding this past weekend. From the very beginning, Webster was professional, responsive and kind. From our first video call, we knew that Webster would be a good fit. He did an amazing job officiating our ceremony, it felt like he was someone who has known us for much longer than he did. I had many guests ask me throughout the night if he was someone from my childhood! Guests were raving about the ceremony. Webster did a great job making us feel comfortable and making the ceremony meaningful while also light and fun. I couldn’t recommend him more. Webster is meant to do this. Thank you so much Webster! Genuinely heartfelt
Mr. Thomas replied within the hour and met all our expectations. He took to time to clarify names and pronunciations. His words were captivating and moving. His energy was calm, uplifting and infectious. A number of guests asked for his information after the ceremony. I would recommend him over and over. -

Absolutely incredible!
My husband and I decided to have a small intimate wedding in CT and we were looking for the right person to marry us. When I searched on wedding wire there were a couple options that stood out because of the many reviews but when I read Webster’s introduction, even though he didn’t have as many reviews as the others, he spoke to me spiritually. I set up an appointment with 2 of our choices of officiants and can I just say that the moment we spoke to Webster we made our decision within 20 seconds! His composure and calmness was exactly what we needed especially because we were planning a wedding in less than 3 months. Can I also add that a higher rated officiant that we spoke to was very pushy and shall I say…not the vibe! Webster stayed in touch with us throughout the 2 month process and when I say he stole the show…EVERYONE was talking about how amazing the ceremony was! It’s not about how many ratings someone has…it’s about giving people a chance to receive the ratings! Give Webster a chance because he should be the highest rated officiant in CT! Hands down! We love you!!! -

MC Webster had my guest engaged and in stitches of laughter during our 4 hour reception. I would not have it any other way.
I highly recommend Webster.
