Amazing Welcome Party Catering

The WBG menu offers so many delicious options, it was hard to choose! We worked with KC for our welcome party at the North Beach Clubhouse in Narragansett. KC was extremely helpful in talking through different menu options, and what would work best for our event and taste preferences. She guided us towards the most delicious selections that fit our beach location perfectly: the summer in RI station (field greens with local strawberries, New England clam chowder, and miniature lobster rolls) and the mixed grill station (flat iron steaks, grilled chicken, potato salad, orzo with cucumber, tomatoes and feta, and grilled seasonal vegetables). KC and her staff were extremely patient and made sure all our guests were taken care of. Thank you KC and the WBG staff for an unforgettable evening!

KC and her team rock!!!

From our first meeting with KC to our wedding date, my husband and I could not have been happier with West Bay Gourmet! KC was very flexible with meeting times and answered all of our questions leaving us both feeling at ease while planning our wedding! She can take a few days to respond to emails, but trust me when I say she knows how to execute a wedding with very little room for error!

We were married at the Kinney Bungalow on September 14th and opted for the fall menu options – Filet with horseradish-tarragon crème, chicken with a lemon, white wine, caper & oil sauce AND pumpkin tortelloni with a sage crème sauce, along with passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. My husband and I had one of each dish served to the sweetheart table and we could not decide which was our favorite – I literally cut the filet with a butter knife and could not stop eating the pumpkin tortelloni! All of our guests seemed very happy with their entrees, judging by all of the empty plates, and I have never seen so many people at a wedding sharing plates in order to taste everything… Seriously, the best wedding food ever!

KC and her team also set-up our wedding beyond what we could have ever imagined! Our venue allowed for us to be very creative as all décor needed to be provided by the bride & groom, and KC’s team absolutely killed it with the set-up! Between the U-Haul full of flowers and specific look we were going for, they were able to place everything perfectly and did not damage a single item – not to mention they were able to pack everything back up in our U-Haul for easy transport the next day!

We could not have been happier with KC and her team and hope to attend another wedding where she is the caterer – yes, the pumpkin tortellonis are what dreams are made of!

Phenomenal Catering!

KC and Team were phenomenal! KC is a wealth of knowledge and with her help we were able to narrow down the large list of food options to come up with the perfect menu for our big day. All of our guests raved about how delicious the food was and how beautifully it was presented. We highly recommend WBG for all catering needs!

KC and team were absolutely phenomenal for our wedding at the Towers! The food was amazing (we received tons of compliments from our guests) but what was truly incredible was the care and attention KC and her team dedicated to our day. They set up all of the decor which looked amazing, and regularly checked in with us to see what we needed. KC was there as we stepped out of the limo, asking us what we wanted to drink, getting it from the bar, and handing it to us as we stepped out of the elevator into the reception area. We truly felt like royalty. I highly recommend West Bay Gourmet!

We loved working with KC and her team at WBG. I was planning a wedding in RI from WA which I thought would be tricky but KC made it pretty easy. She was accommodating of our dietary restrictions (gluten, dairy and my husband's other allergies) and was quickly able to offer substitutions on her original menu. While the planning experience was good the food was even better! Everyone was blown away by dinner and the brunch the next morning. We could not have asked for better service!

Very professional! There are so many details and decisions to be made the day of the wedding its daunting! KC and Haley knew what I wanted and made the decisions for me so I could just enjoy the day and make memories with my family.

KC and the whole crew at West Bay Gourmet made my daughter’s wedding a sublime event- they took care of every detail - the food was amazing-fresh-all cooked and grilled on site- and looked beautiful- creative, original and artisanal display of appetizer stations- and the service was fantastic all night from passed hors d’oeuvres to the buffet dinner, bar tending service, to the dessert table for 150 guests. West Bay gourmet went out of their way to let us know they were on our schedule -even though we were 45 minutes behind schedule in starting the ceremony- KC made us feel totally at ease and was incredibly flexible. From the first meeting with KC through the actual wedding day- the whole experience was joyful and fun to plan with KC- totally professional and clearly loves helping people create magic!

From the time I met with Casey at WBG I was sold! Honestly I am easily impressed and am not a demanding person at all and they just keep referring to what ever I wanted. And honestly it was really nice! The day of they executed perfectly. Casey was sooooo attentive and would ask me questions just to make sure I was happy. The food was awesome!!! And the bar was great as well! I think I got way more service then what I paid for and they executed perfectly. We had buffet style and it was soooooo good! And all their staff was perfect! Very nice and accommodating and to the poor bartender who had to put up with my young cousins questions about thank you! You gave him a night to remember! Please consider these guys they really aim to please!

KC and her team at WBG were amazing! We had over 200 people at our wedding, and everything went so perfectly! People are still raving about the food and the quality of service! Dinner was served on time and everything was hot and delicious! The presentation was beautiful, too! I definitely recommend using WBG!

Simply Incredible! WBG accommodated all my wants and needs in an organized and patient manner. They were the only caterer that offered an in person meeting to answer any questions prior to signing a contract.
And they offered a private tasting of the food that would be served at the wedding, whereas most only offer a tasting in a group setting with a pre-set menu.
My husband loved that guacamole was no extra charge in the taco bar!

WBG is a fabulous choice! KC Bishop goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. KC helped guide us with our menu options providing expert advice and stellar recommendations. She was also willing to work within our budget and make appropriate suggestions. The night of our wedding KC helped make sure everything went smoothly, she was attentive to every detail and I was so appreciative. The food was amazing and people were talking about it for weeks after the wedding. Thank you so much to the entire WBG team especially KC!

KC and West Bay Gourmet catered our son and daughter-in-law's wedding at Kinney Bungalow on May 28th. I can't say enough about how incredible they were in making Alex and John's day so special. From the very beginning KC was patient and supportive in guiding their choices and answering all of our many questions. Planning the wedding from Philadelphia was challenging, but West Bay Gourmet made it enjoyable and the most wonderful wedding they could have hoped for. The tasting at the WBG store was awesome and a really fun event in itself. For the reception, everything from setting up and decorating, cocktail reception, fabulous dinner, bar tending, and clean up was managed professionally and beautifully by WBG. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for any catering in the future. 5 stars plus!

We recently got married, on May 6th, and West Bay Gourmet was our caterer. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about KC and her team. From the start, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. West Bay Gourmet was incredible! From the beginning, KC was so helpful. She always patiently answered all of my questions and and provided great suggestions. As many couples know planning this part of the wedding can be very stressful, but KC made this so easy for us. She even helped me come up with a floor plan for our reception since we weren't using a vendor and we needed to figure this out ourselves. Her and her staff set up all our center pieces and decorations..they even set up the candy buffet we wanted for our favors. Everything was perfect! I can't say enough good things about this company. Many of our guests came up to us to tell us how delicious the food was and we received compliments on the set up. Thank You KC and your staff for helping to makie our wedding reception a truly memorable experience.

From the very first email from KC, I knew this was going to be a great fit. They had an amazing attention to detail, exceed every and all expectations for our day and all the planning that went into it. We were so excited about out catering for the wedding that they were hired to cater our rehearsal dinner as well. By the end of the weekend, we felt like they were a part of the celebration. We couldn't have asked for a better team for both events, everything was delicious and all our guests were raving about the dinner and apps!

Couldn't have asked for a better caterer and WBG will definitely be on our list for future events and parties!

We are so glad that we chose West Bay Gourmet!!! KC was such a pleasure to work with. She was always available to help with our every need. West Bay took care of everything, from start to finish. They knew our venue (the Towers in Narragansett) like the back of their hand. The staff made the room look absolutely beautiful. All of our tables and decorations were set up perfectly. And the food...was amazing!! My guests couldn't get over how delicious everything was!! For the price, you simply cannot beat the quality and service that West Bay Gourmet has to offer. KC and company truly made our wedding happen - the food was amazing, the servers friendly and professional, and they took my jumbled notes and turned my venue into the perfect vision. My only regret is that I did not get to eat more of the food!
KC from our first meeting was able to help us come up with the perfect menu and also help out with some special requests such as a special meal for my father who not too long ago finished with chemo treatments. That meant a lot to me and KC totally understood and worked with me.
If you choose WBG for your event you will not be disappointed. From setup to take down they were perfection.

We can't say enough positive things about West Bay Gourmet. They were our first choice and we knew from the moment we finished our tasting that our wedding menu would be amazing. KC was friendly and so easy to work with. She alleviated so much of the stress and worry of the day so we were just able to enjoy ourselves. She and the staff were attentive to all of our guests and even made us new meals when ours got cold as we were called off for sunset pictures by our photographer during dinner. Thank you KC and WBG for making our wedding a day to remember!

Lori and KC were both amazing to work with. We went to Lori with a unique menu request for a daytime wedding and she provided a great variety of choices. On the day of the wedding KC and her crew totally rocked! They had not worked out of our venue in a number of years, but everything was flawless. We received nothing but compliments from our guests! We would highly recommend West Bay Gourmet to any couple looking for a wedding or any group needing professional catering.

KC was amazing! Not only was the food great, but the service was impeccable. She made sure my husband and I had our own tray of hors d'oeuvres at the cocktail hour and the wait staff brought us drinks personally throughout the night. KC also set up all of our decor for us (we had no florist) and she facilitated us purchasing our own alcohol for the bar to save money. KC took on so many roles for us and made the day fun and easy.

I had the most fantastic experience with West Bay Gourmet for my wedding. KC was amazing, extremely responsive, extremely helpful, and very flexible. She served multiple roles at the wedding and worked well with our other caterers. The food was fantastic, all of our guests commented on it, plus she went as far to make sure that I had a plate the day of my wedding and could actually sit down an eat!! Her staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful.

The experience could not have gone better, they worked with all of our needs and were very helpful throughout our wedding experience.

I do not know where to start in expressing Rory and my gratitude for WBG's tremendous work. Their team did a fantastic job with the catering for our wedding at Glen Manor. I cannot say that I was surprised as it was so easy working with Donna and KC from the very beginning. My husband and I were never stressed or worried about the catering -- and trust me when I say that I was stressed about many wedding related things. :-)

Donna and KC were always warm, professional, enthusiastic, and patient in their exchanges with us. They answered all of our questions and reassured us every step of the way. They made our vision a reality.

I cannot tell you how many compliments we received on the appetizers, meals, drinks, and service. Everything was absolutely DELICIOUS and the atmosphere they helped create was breathtaking! From the way they warmly greeted us when we finally met in-person to the perfect color of the napkins on the tables -- everything was perfect. I spotted some of the staff at the end of the night and gave them a few high fives but that does not do them justice. They were all superb, friendly, and accommodating!!! I could go on forever about them. They were remarkable!

They are angels. West Bay Gourmet is the epitome of what catering companies should aspire to be. We hope that we will one day be able to work with them again for another event.

West Bay did an amazing job at our wedding! The weather was iffy and they were able to make adjustments on a moment's notice to make sure that we could have as much of our reception outdoors as possible. They even moved the bar into the pool shed to keep it out of the rain when the drizzle started, and moved the cake indoors. The food is fantastic--very fresh and delicious, no heavy sauces. The staff was lovely and flexible. We were delighted.

KC!!! You guys were terrific. From start to finish, you made the process simply put....EASY. You and your staff were a pleasure to work with and our wedding was perfection, with a large part of that due to you and your staff. I can not say enough good things about KC and the team at West Bay Gourmet. They were awesome from the day we first contacted them all the way through the wedding. They did a beautiful set up and the food was amazing. We opted for a little less traditional cocktail style reception with a "new england" station, pasta station and late night sliders and tater tots and everything was perfect. They were great all around. I would recommend them to anyone!

Everything was outstanding! The West Bay Gourmet team did such a great job making everything from the food to the decor look wonderful. The food was exquisite. Our guests said it was the best food they ever had at a wedding . KC was very accommodating to us (the bride and groom) and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. West Bay did a phenomenal job catering to our wedding. The attention to detail and our guests' needs was top notch! Friendliest waitstaff!! The execution was flawless and the food, of course, was amazing!! They have catered many friends' weddings so this was a no brainer when we decided to tie the knot!

KC and her team at West Bay Gourmet were awesome! We decided to go with carving stations and all the planning we did months before the wedding really helped in the fantastic final menu and set up on the big day! I had countless emails with KC during months before the day with menu changes from cocktail hour options to the dessert. Our guests loved the options and the freedom to walk around and select their dinner. The bar set up was great as well, we were able to save by KC's suggestion to supply our own alcohol. And we also bought our own linens, her suggestion as well.... HUGE savings!!! Not only in the food preparation and service, but KC and team did an amazing job setting up the venue with all tables, chairs and place-settings. They arrived early to set up and KC managed the order of events for the day, coordinating our ceremony set up and procession and guided guests through cocktail hour, dinner and dessert. The hands-on approach really put me at ease and she came in to check on timing with us throughout the night. So many guests commented on how delicious the food was and how great the service was too. It really all came together that day thanks in big part to KC and her team!!!

KC Bishop and West Bay Gourmet were scheduled to cater both our wedding and our rehearsal dinner. Along came Hurricane Irene, and we were forced to cancel the rehearsal dinner and bump the wedding up by a day. KC did an AMAZING job of pulling off this major change in plans, and she did it all with humor and grace. All our guests commented on how wonderful the food was, and how beautifully presented. My only regret is that, as the bride, I was so busy chatting with people that I didn't get to eat as much as I would have liked! We will have to have KC cater an anniversary dinner for us in the future.

West Bay Gourmet did an AMAZING job for my wedding. We are still receiving compliments on their delicious food and amazing staff. We couldn't have done it without them. They made the day completely worry free. West Bay is trustworthy, accommodating, and friendly with hardworking and fun staff! We could not ask for a better caterer and I would recommend them to any couple!

KC at West Bay made my entire planning experience so much easier! She was always available to answer any questions we had (which was often) and had some great input and ideas whenever we were stuck on something. The food was PERFECT and the crew was super friendly and helpful. If you are getting married in So. RI, West Bay is unbeatable!

KC at West Bay Gourmet was EXCELLENT! We looked at several catering companies and really liked West Bay due to their flexibility with menu and alcohol choices. At our tasting I was blown away. I am not much of a food person and the food was amazing! We recieved compliments all night about how great the food was and we are still recieving compliments. We had a sit down dinner and the service was fast and efficient and the food was fantastic! We did station and passed hor d'ouvres and all of our food was gone at the end of cocktail hour! The staff was thoughtful enough to set aside some appetizers for us at our table for the reception, they also brought us food and drinks during the photos at cocktail hour. Same thing with our chocolate fountain, it was gone in minutes. Everyone really loved the food and the staff is amazing!

West Bay was the first and *last* caterer we visited to taste their food. We knew we wanted to have Mexican-inspired cuisine and pie instead of cake. KC at West Bay was delighted to make something out of the ordinary while other caterers I had called shied away from our menu ideas.

KC's incredible professionalism and efficient business manner made me feel at ease during the process of planning right through to the wedding itself.

We purchased our own liquor to save a bit of money and West Bay took the time to go over our inventory to ensure we had covered our bases. Much appreciated.

We had dozens of compliments on the dinner, appetizers, and friendly wait staff. Some guests had even asked if West Bay served lunch and dinner at their Narragansett location! We highly recommend West Bay Gourmet, if we had to do it all over again, we wouldn't change a thing!

I cannot recommend West Bay Gourmet more highly. I chose KC because she received rave reviews from other brides with whom I spoke, and now I know why. KC and her staff did everything to make my wedding reception smooth, flawless and delicious! While we were planning the menu, KC was extremely responsive and very flexible. She took a lot of time to speak with me about the menu and order of events, and I really appreciated her input. Our guests are still raving about our delicious apps, the entrees and desserts. In all it was a perfect day, due in large part to the hard work of WBG.

West Bay created a great menu, and everyone loved the food. They did a great job setting up the Narragansett Towers to look gorgeous. The vegetable and cheese table for the cocktail hour was beautifully decorated. They took great care of us on our wedding day, bringing us appetizers and drinks because they knew we'd be busy with all of our guests. They also helped organize the events at the reception, so we didn't forget any of the traditions. It was fantastic working with KC and Donna and we'd recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer. We also hired them to cater a day after brunch at my parent's house, and they brought delicious food and made it hassle free for us.

West Bay Gourmet made what we both feared would be a crazy and chaotic day feel seamless and effortless. KC is fantastic--quick to respond with all your questions, and whenever I looked up on the actual day she was already there, ready to guide us to the next part of the day. Her staff was also fantastic, cheerful, professional, and again, there anticipating our needs well before we did! I'm happy to say at our wedding we got ample time to eat both dinner and cake (which was very important as it was all SCRUMPTIOUS), as well as visit with all our guests. Folks couldn't stop commenting on how delicious the food was, and memorable. The other wonderful part of working with WB, was that there were no hidden costs--EVERYTHING was covered, and the total was what you paid, including tip, taxes, vendor meals (which were free). I highly recommend working with WB--they made our entire event, from start to finish, flawless, and better than we had ever imagined it would be!!

If I could give West Bay Gourmet more stars, I would! I don't have a single negative thing to say about my experience with them. My guests are still raving about how incredible the food was and several people said it was the best meal they'd ever had at a wedding. The staff was fun and courteous and did a wonderful job of making sure the execution was flawless. KC made planning so easy and was incredibly helpful with answering questions and giving expert advice. Hiring West Bay Gourmet was easily one of the best decisions I made in the wedding planning process.

We received countless compliments from our guests on the quality of the food and service we received after the wedding. So often, people attend weddings and just assume the food will be average (cold piece of stuffed chicken...a tablespoon of potatoes, maybe a carrot garnish...at my seat for 3 hours...waiting). West Bay far exceeded the expectations of our guests (not ours of course, we knew it would be great!). From the appetizers and drinks to the dessert, everyone was very pleased and we really appreciate the fact they made our wedding such a memorable one.

I don't think anyone felt restricted or felt that there wasn't enough selection. The sundae bar was a huge hit and we ate the rest of the cupcakes at the hotel after the reception! I consider myself a cake snob and they were out of this world!! The coconut one was my favorite.

Donna and KC did such an outstanding job-I am speechless. Since my husband is in Sales, he is certainly a hard one to please and he was floored by the service that Donna provided onsite that day.

I would recommend West Bay to absolutely anyone!

From the beginning phases of planning to last second details, KC and the her crew at West Bay Gourmet were there every step of the way! KC goes far beyond catering and is there to assist you with all concerns and details.

The food was sooo good! Everyone was talking about how delicious the dishes were. And the vegetarians were delighted that they could be accommodated. KC made us a delicious Sangria as our theme drink; not only was the Sangria a hit, but the color matched our bridesmaid dresses, as did the napkins KC specially picked out! Every detail was planned out superbly!

I don't know what we would have done without KC and her magnificent crew!

I highly recommend West Bay Gourmet to any couple who wants superb dining, unbeatable service and who doesn't want to worry about a thing. And trust me, with West Bay Gourmet, you won't be worrying about a thing!

KC was so professional and helpful with scheduling, food, and style, and works so well with the towers location we felt we were in very able hands. The tasting was so delicious and her personable style impressed my husband-to-be and mother so much we were completely taken. The actual event was handled with such elegance and expertise we were waited on hand and foot and the guests were left satisfied and blissful. The way they work with Joy from flowerthyme is quite exquisite and I would recommend them paired together for any occasion.

Early Summer Wedding

KC and her catering team did a wonderful job at our wedding. Throughout the planning process, KC was always available to answer any questions or concerns in a timely manner. KC and her team made us and all of wedding guests very happy! We were responsible for all of the set up, food and logistics at our venue, and KC's team made the whole process very easy. She coordinated with the rental company (and even ran out to get soup bowls the day of the wedding after they were accidentally left off).

We used WBG for passed hors d'oeuvres and stations, including a carving station and Autumn in New England. We had a few guests with dietary restrictions, including vegetarian and gluten free, and KC was very accommodating. KC and her staff made sure my husband and I were well fed throughout the reception, bringing us special plates of hor d'oeuvres.

We also hired a bartender through WBG, and bought our own alcohol, which helped cut costs. We served beer, wine and a signature cocktail, and they kept the guests happy.

I highly recommend KC and her West Bay Gourmet team. They went above and beyond my (very high) expectations for my wedding in September at the Towers in Narragansett. The food was outstanding and we have received so many requests for their squash soup. Staff was extremely attentive at the wedding, and the bartenders were friendly, efficient and professional. KC answered my numerous questions, promptly responded to emails (99% of the time), coordinated with my other vendors seamlessly behind the scenes (she is like a wedding coordinator on the day-of!), handled my rentals, managed any day of issues (and there were a couple with our facility that I never knew about!) and gave me peace of mind. Food was really important to my husband and me, and our appetizers, four course tapas dinner, and dessert buffet were just delicious! I can't say enough positives things about West Bay Gourmet-- for personal, local service and outstanding, high quality food, go with West Bay Gourmet.

When you are planning your wedding, stress is inevitable. If you are lucky enough you have West Bay Gourmet and KC as one of your vendors so that stress is a tad bit reduced! The first time we met with KC she had a sampling of her delicious offerings for us. By then we had tried many different caterers and nothing was sitting with us. Not only was the food delicious, but KC was sweet, knowledgeable, and passionate, the perfect fit for our wedding. She bared with us as we took forever to pick some apps and answered every question on time. We felt comfortable talking to her and knowing she could handle our wedding day like it was hers. The day did not disappoint. She worked tirelessly with our coordinator and her team to give us the most perfect wedding day. She made sure to check in on us during the reception, knowing that we might forget to eat and even drink. People raved about the food, especially our dessert offerings. We didn't get to see cocktail hour because of pictures, but from what I heard, everything was delicious. We had one guest tell us he almost offered to pay for an extra plate of fish. To sum it up, lighten your stress load and pick a caterer that will understand your wants but know what you need even if you don't need it. It's about food but it's also about service. West Bay was wonderful. Like most people i was a really nervous bride. I had a really specific idea of how i wanted everything to look and had quite a bit of stuff i wanted to be used for the reception. I was worried that without being there myself it might not look the way i pictured. When i walked into the reception i was so amazed i almost cried it looked like everything i had hoped for and even more!! They even added some extra details like leaves to go with our fall theme. Everyone told us how beautiful it looked and that was all thanks to the west bay team.

The food was delicious! i wish i had sat down and ate more. They were extremely attentive and checked in with us through out the night to get us anything we needed. It was so wonderful to just get to enjoy the night and have them take care of everything from the timing to loading everything in our car at the end of the night. We would have been lost without them.

We were working with a budget and other caterers I called kept saying we could do a cocktail and dessert reception but not really food. West bay sat down with us and worked with our budget, gave us options and was able to design an amazing autumn feast for our family and friends. Salads with grilled pears and gorgonzola, handmade pumpkin raviolis, apple and sage stuffed pork and more.

Wonderful experience overall. The food was amazing and perfect for late spring. Coordinating with West Bay proved sometimes difficult because I was not local, but nothing that hampered any thing at all. I have a dairy allergy and they were able to accommodate it beautifully. They knew our venue (The Towers) so well, I didn't have to worry about a thing from set up (including the paper lanterns and candy table) to take down. Lovely!

We would highly recommend West Bay Gourmet for wedding/event catering! KC is great to work with and very helpful, especially as we were planning the wedding from out of town. We were able to build the menu that we wanted through bringing parts of different sample menus together. The food was excellent and we had many compliments about the food throughout the night. We decided to offer a sundae bar, which the guests at our wedding loved! KC also helped us incorporate the citrus theme from the reception into the bar with a citrus sangria that was amazing! The only complaint that I heard was that the waitstaff were a little too quick to bus the tables in some cases - some guests were saving cupcakes to eat later in the night and when they came back from the dancefloor their place had been cleared.

Kim, Healy, and their team are amazing!! The food was delicious and the staff was very professional and quick with service. You provide them with diagrams/pictures and they set everything up for you. They made it so easy for us. KC was supportive and kind, she checked in with us every step of the way to make sure we had what he needed. She even got us food from the buffet so we could eat during all the commotion. They even packed up the leftovers so we could take the extra food home.

I will definitely recommend WestBay Gourmet to others. They are very responsive and did a great job helping to decorate the place. The food they provided is very good too. As a side note though, I wish they had more pots or bigger pots to cook the lobsters we provided. They only had two pots to cook 75 lobsters, and it took long time to cook and some of the lobsters are not well cooked. Nobody gets sick or anything, and the whole event went as smooth as one can expect, but advise to others is that, if you want to do something out of the norm, make sure you know what you need to achieve that, and compare the notes with them.

WBG has been great so far. I was a little disappointed that despite choosing our menu well before the tasting, a lot of what we tried at our tasting was not going to be included in the menu we chose. I guess we were just getting a sample of the quality of food, but it would have been nice to get our menu.

WBG was fantastic leading up to my wedding. They answered all of my questions right away. The food was delicous. However , they did run really behind serving dinner. They also wouldn't serve my photographer until after everyone else so I had to wait until really late to do my parent dances, it messed up my schedule alot. Also they ran out of ice several times. The wedding was in the summer so this was a huge problem. KC is fantastic though she is great to work with. The price was also great compared to what I got quoted elsewhere.

West Bay Gourmet seemed like it was going to be great, they were helpful in the planning and assuring me how things would go. However the day of the wedding things fell apart. They did not follow through on things we were promised for the day such as kids meals, a specific vegetarian grill, or a staff member who would bring us food while we were taking pictures so we wouldn't miss out on the tasty cocktail hour food. They also did not set up the food stations the way we had discussed. When I brought this up with our contact a few weeks after the wedding she was not very apologetic about what happened.
