I have attended a few events that had Wayne as the DJ and knew that he was the DJ I wanted to have at my wedding. He was phenomenal and everyone loved him. I would highly recommend!!
We originally thought we would just create a playlist on our phone and make do for the wedding reception music, but as the date approached, we realized we wanted a professional DJ to keep the flow of the evening, make announcements, open the floor for toasts, and start the bouquet and garter toss, in addition to playing the music. We are so glad we made the decision to hire Wayne's World Entertainment as it took a huge weight off of our shoulders during the reception. The consultation was thorough and helpful, and he asked questions we hadn't even considered. Plus, he was one of the most affordable DJs we looked into, and we can't imagine what more expensive DJs could possibly provide that he didn't. He exceeded our expectations and then some!

We had Mr. Wayne perform for our wedding reception. Everything went very smoothly and on time. It was an amazing time with the songs he had available and catered to our requests for certain songs and even spanish music/salsa which was requested. We feel so incredibly lucky to have had Wayne apart of our big day! He did a fabulous job from the very beginning to the happily ever after. He made our ceremony, reception, and private dance absolutely perfect. He is incredibly flexible and truly cares about making sure your music is just right for your bid day. We had an issue where our venue lost power (not there fault in the slightest) and Wayne was able to get things up and running very quickly as soon as the power finally came back on. We planned our Florida wedding from across the country, and Wayne was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Wayne was so amazing and very good at reading the vibe of the party! I gave him my song list for the general songs we’d like played and he filled in the gaps perfectly! I also told him I didn’t want any group dances played and he dutifully honored my request which I was so grateful for! He was so responsive prior to the wedding and made the whole process incredibly easy.
He did the music at our cocktail hour and also the reception itself (they were 2 separate buildings). We had 12 uplights included in the package which he brought and setup with the color I specified. He also brought a smoke machine which was not in the original package but certainly added an extra hype element to the party.
We highly recommend Wayne for your big day!! He made our day extra special, and we are so grateful for him!

Perfect Wedding DJ
Every guest (age 6mo-94 YO) at our daughter’s wedding enjoyed the evening thanks to Wayne & a spectacular selection of songs, great light & fog/smoke show with perfectly orchestrated announcements! Wayne came highly recommended & when I suggested we consider his service my daughter realized he had DJd a wedding she attended the week before & KNEW he was her DJ.

Fun and professional!
Loved having Wayne as our DJ, made our wedding fun and run smoothly. Made the night lively! Hired him last minute and he created the perfect playlist for both ceremony, games and dances. So glad we hired him, it changed the atmosphere for our special day.

Wayne was the absolute best DJ. I received so many compliments about how nicely he made everything flow, handled all the curve balls thrown at him, and his professionalism. Some DJs at events I’ve been too seemed like they wanted to “steal the show”. Wayne was NOT like that! He kept our wedding guests who aren’t big dancers on the dance floor all night!!! Wayne was able to handle song changes the morning of the wedding with no complaints! I spoke with Wayne on the phone a little over a week prior to my wedding and he said that this would be the easiest part of all the wedding planning I had done. HE WAS RIGHT!! I told him the genre and few musicians my husband and I didn’t like and he did great. I can’t recommend him enough! I am so thankful I was referred to Wayne!

A huge thank you to Wayne of Wayne's World Entertainment for being an amazing DJ for our special day! Joel and I could not have been happier!! It made it even more special to have a fellow Gainesville native and a former coach of mine as a kid be a part of my day 😊. All of your services were incredible! The actual outdoor wedding ceremony music was done flawlessly, which was equally if not more important than the party music to me. Then you certainly made our reception the absolute best time ever! You executed every single detail we requested perfectly. And while I didn’t provide a full play list with all the other chaotic wedding planning activities, your selections were perfect and everyone continues to say what an awesome time they had! It was a perfect fit for this family friendly crowd and you did such a great job incorporating wonderful and fun personal tidbits for various songs that I had also requested. Great to work with!
When we hired Wayne, it was my husband who spoke with him over the phone (I got held over at work). My husband assured me that Wayne was awesome to speak to and that I would love him. When I got the chance to speak with him before the wedding I truly cannot stress how stress free my process was. Our wedding was on Halloween and we were aiming for a more Victorian gothic theme and Wayne assured me that everything would be fine even when I admitted I had no idea what I was doing with music and only had a handful of stuff picked out. He managed to find hauntingly great music for people to listen to at the reception and he also did the music for my ceremony. He was a delight to work with and he even laughed at my bad jokes (And no matter if it was genuine laughter or not that pretty good customer service from my standpoint as a receptionist. Lol).
For my reception, I will admit my group wasn’t very large on dancing, but that was because most of the people I invited much rather drink and talk all night. He managed to get quite a few of them up and dancing though and I even got up and danced a bit (Horribly though, I am sure he can attest since he had front row seats to that show). I had a few people compliment him and said he was great.
Thank you Wayne for the wonderful night! I would recommend him anytime and would hands down work with him again. He made it so easy and I had no worries about my music going into my wedding day.

Key figure in our wonderful reception
Wayne was the perfect DJ/emcee for my wedding reception this month. Super friendly, easy to communicate with, and very respectful of our requests. I didn’t have to stress about the music or timeline of events for the reception - he knows what he’s doing. Our guests also loved the music throughout the night! Wayne did an absolutely phenomenal job at my wedding receptions. The music selection was great, and he integrated song requests seamlessly. I really appreciate the effort Wayne went through to locate some of the songs my guests requested, many of which had Spanish titles that aren't the easiest to find. Wayne has a great personality, and was a highly flexible MC the day of.
During planning, Wayne was easy to get in contact with and was very invested in making sure he got all the details down for my big day. I highly recommend his services.

We loved Wayne!
Wayne was an amazing DJ. He was so, so, so kind to us in every interaction. He was responsive, flexible, and attentive to our needs. His music was amazing and he played some great mixes. When you hire Wayne's World Entertainment, you get the owner, Wayne! He's so personable and makes you feel like family and that's so important on your special day! My wife and I communicated with Wayne via phone initially and then followed up with eMails detailing songs we wanted played at our wedding. We also met with Wayne to do a final overview and runthrough of the music prior to the big event. At the event, he played music for the ceremony as well as the reception. We had people of all ages and his music selections at the reception were spot on. Older music to start and then, as the older attendees trickled out, Wayne played amazing dance music that had everyone out of thier seats and on the dance floor. Highly recommend! Thanks, Wayne! :)

Waynes World Entertainment were the DJ's for both of my children's weddings in 2012 and 2018. Working with this company was the easiest and funniest part of the planning for the 2012 wedding. I then recommened them for my future daughter and law to use. They are so professional and accommodating. Every request and set up is followed to a tee! I was a coordinator for a friend's wedding. After changing the original wedding TWO DAYS prior, Wayne showed up at the new location early, set up and was ready prior to the first guests showing up. He was the upmost professional, spinned the songs that everyone requested and took direction like a boss! The guest had so much fun dancing the night away. He was polite, funny and went above and beyond for this wedding with all the changes thrown at him at the last minute. His title is like the SNL song: "Wayne's World. Wayne's World. Party time. Excellent!" - admit it, you just sang it too!!

DJ Wayne is INCREDIBLE! He surpassed any and all expectations I had for a wedding DJ. There were numerous guests at our wedding that “don't dance”, yet spent the entire night on the dance floor because of Wayne. Not only is he an amazing DJ, but he also emceed the whole night and kept the groom and I at ease by finding us and telling us what to expect during each part of the reception (first dances are next, cake cutting in 15 mins, etc). DJ Wayne said a beautiful blessing before our meal too! He also provided a mic and speaker last minute for our officiant to use at the ceremony.
On top of all of this, DJ Wayne is a wonderful person to be around. My mom and I met him briefly before hiring him and we fell in love with his bright, warm and lovely personality. I absolutely adore him! Both of my parents were elated with everything he did. There isn't one single thing I would change about our reception and it's all thanks to Wayne. I cannot say enough positive things about him. Thank you, DJ Wayne! It was important for me to find vendors for my wedding that I genuinely enjoyed being around, and you fit that bill perfectly. You are marvelous and it was a pleasure to have you at our wedding. If I EVER need a DJ again for any type of event, I will be contacting you first to check your schedule and plan the event around YOUR availability because you are the BEST! :) Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Wayne COMPLETELY exceeded our expectations. He kept up with us and eased all our questions and concerns on our ceremony (which was out doors) and reception (which was in doors). Wayne was genuine and bent over backwards to ensure that my husband and I had the wedding of our dreams! I am so lucky that I trusted my instincts and trusted Wayne to bring the party to my ceremony!

Wayne was awesome!! We chatted on the phone only one time and I described what I wanted then sent a list of my ceremony music and it was on time and perfect. The reception was a blast and he had everyone dancing and usually our gym guests don't dance!

Our friend used Waynesworld Entertainment at her wedding, and highly recommended him to us. Wayne made the planning process easy and low stress. He took our requests seriously, was friendly about last minute changes on our end, and helped make the whole event run smoothly - not to mention created a great dance party.

Wayne was our DJ 4 years ago. My grandpa passed away the morning of my wedding and he managed to keep 125 guest happy on this day that was somewhat of an emotional mess. He made the day amazing, and to this day I'm so thankful for that. He is really wonderful at what he does!

Wayne was our top choice for DJ after a friend highly recommended him. I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and communication, and the music he provided was exactly what we wanted. OK you can stop searching for the perfect DJ, cause you just found him! Wayne is amazing and a blast to work with. My wedding reception was a total blast. Wayne had people in my family that I never have seen even sway to music out on the dance floor totally taking over! I could not of asked for a better selection of music, and loved the fact that he kept the music pumping. There were times when I was thinking OK time to take a seat, then another dance worthy song came on and I was "man this is another great song" here i go back to the dance floor. He is just so fantastic, can't sing his praises enough. So do your self a favor and book him and do it fast!

Wayne is everything we wanted in a DJ. Professional, experienced, fun. He made our wedding better than we could have imagined. Everyone was dancing and having fun for hours. Wayne was the DJ for my wedding and he did an awesome job! He was very professional and met with my husband and me before our wedding to go over song lists, order of events, and more. He played the music for our guests arrival, the music for our ceremony, and our reception. He really created a great atmosphere that everyone enjoyed. Throughout our entire reception Wayne played a perfect mix that kept people on the dance floor having fun! I would highly recomend Wayne as a DJ for any wedding or party!
