  Wayne and his team are extremely professional! From walking us through the timeline days in advance to nailing everything the day of the wedding. Even though it was below freezing outside and lots snow on the ground, they were able to capture so many pictures of my wife and I. At times he even got down on one knee in the snow to get the perfect shot. He worked with us to capture the photos that we wanted along with keeping us on schedule. Everything ran so smoothly and now we can't wait to see the finished product. We highly recommend Wayne and his team to capture your special moment on your special day. You will NOT regret it!

  Wayne and his team were an absolute pleasure. We initially met Wayne at our engagement shoot. He immediately made my now husband and me feel at ease. We were so pleased with our engagement photos, we were confident that our wedding day would go smoothly. Wayne worked closely with us and our other vendors to develop a detailed timeline to assist any "day of" events. In addition, Wayne collaborated with our vendors (videographer, DJ, caterers, etc.) to provide us with the best possible experience. We would choose Wayne Charles Photography again to provide lasting memories of our special day. We give him our highest recommendation.

  Wayne and his assistant were fantastic on my wedding day! They were very professional but fun and compassionate. They made sure to capture all of the shots we wanted and were very accommodating. We did not feel like we were rushed around to take pictures. Wayne and his assistant truly captured all the magically moments of the night! I would definitely recommend Wayne Charles photography to anyone who is having an event and wants incredible pictures!

It was well organized and it showed he was doing the best job possible. On the day of the wedding he arrived on time to all locations. He then followed my bride and myself to Broad Street to take pictures. We then went to the reception and took more pictures. He interacted well with the parents, bridal party, and flower girls. My bride then passed out (due to heat, we think) and Wayne was calm, compassionate and helpful. He encouraged us to take a break from pictures and relax. He then offered to stay after the original time to ensure we had enough pictures for our package. His kindness and understanding during this time spoke volumes to us! Wayne is simply a great man with a wonderful heart and an absolutely incredible photographer. We highly recommend him!!!

  This review is much appreciated Jerome! You both looked so happy together and I will never forget your emotional ceremony (although hot) in the church. We did have a Bride-down on the day due to the heat but everyone stayed calm and by the end of the night had an amazing time! Our favorite moments were in the church as Bride and Groom saw each other for the first time. Did I mention this family can dance?? Wow, what a showing on that dance floor! This was another John-Wayne team event (Happy Tears Productions and Wayne Charles Photography) leading up the photo/video creation. A big part of the successful planning was thanks to the couple's timely responses and conference call the John-Wayne team conducts at each co-produced wedding. Jerome, what an amazing shot we created with the Rolls Royce on Broad Street, we love working with First Class Rolls Royce for their elegance and ability to help us capture timeless images.   Wayne was amazing to work with throughout the entire wedding process. The first time we met with Wayne we instantly clicked with him and knew he would be the perfect person to shoot our wedding day. Throughout the months leading up to the wedding Wayne was incredibly responsive and answered all of my many many questions about the flow of the day. On the day of, Wayne and his assistant were amazing to work with. They laughed and joked around with us and kept us at ease the whole day. They also did a phenomenal job keeping our almost 2 year old ring bearer smiling too! I was very nervous about time but Wayne kept assuring me we would have plenty of time for pictures and would not have to sacrifice time at our reception and he definitely followed through. I would highly recommend Wayne for any wedding.

  My husband and I are so happy that we chose Wayne! He and his assistant were professional as well as fun to work with. Before the wedding, he took the time to create a detailed timeline of the day and let me and my husband go over the plans and make any changes if necessary. None were needed, and throughout the day, Wayne was relaxed and kept checking in with us to make sure we were doing OK and if we needed anything. I was so thankful for his calm demeanor and the way he kept the day flowing. During the ceremony and reception, they were so discreet! And the quality of pictures we received were absolutely stunning. Choosing Wayne Charles photography was one of the best decisions we could have made for our wedding.

  We absolutely loved having Wayne as our photographer for our wedding! Even before the big day, Wayne was a pleasure to work with—he promptly answered emails and ALL of my questions, was very professional and informative, and helped me create a great photo timeline for the big day. On the wedding day, Wayne and his assistant were on time (even though we were not!) and assured me that we would have PLENTY of time for pictures, which we did. He was put my bridal party at ease and joked around with everyone, which made us much more relaxed in pictures. It was over 90 degrees outside when we were taking pictures. Wayne and his assistant made sure that we were able to take our pictures quickly and get everyone back into the air conditioning. He wasn’t afraid to get sweaty or step in mud to get a great picture! He was very aware of what pictures we had asked him to take, which was much appreciated on such a busy day. Wayne was an absolute pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him to any couple looking for a talented, friendly and thoughtful photographer.

He didn't hesitate when it came to walking in mud or sitting in a puddle if it meant getting a good picture. On the day of our wedding, he was even better!   My husband and I absolutely loved working with Wayne for our wedding photography! He was calm, cool, and collected day-of, and really helped set my mind at ease leading up to the big day. He is professional, timely, responsive, and helpful. He lent his opinion to the timeline of the day, and I'm so glad he did. I don't think it would have run as smoothly as it did without his expertise. It was a lot of fun to work with him, and he was very flexible day-of to accommodate us and what we needed that day. It really was about us, and he did everything he could to make it special for us. I would recommend him to anyone!

  Working with Wayne was amazing. He made the wedding day perfect. From his professionalism to continuously telling me (the bride) how beautiful I looked, I couldn't imagine choosing another photographer. His work is absolutely beautiful.

I loved that I could just go about my day knowing that everything that I wanted to be on camera..was already on camera. He was 10 steps ahead of my thinking and really made us all feel comfortable. I loved how he would help us all out and guided us on what to do to get the perfect shots during our photo shoot after the ceremony. The pictures came out absolutely amazing and I am going to have such a hard time choosing which one will be in my album / a canvas photo. Wayne truly exceeded our expectations and would always be there if we had any questions for him. I would recommend him to anyone for anything!! He is worth every penny. I am so happy he was apart of our special day to make everything perfect

Our wedding photography was unique in that we were actually married on September 27th, but due to a family emergency that day we forgot to get quite a few shots - we even forgot to get the shot of just the bride and groom at the altar.
  
  What began with just needing that one pose and it turned into a full fledged photo shoot. Wayne's quote included up to 2 hours, but my husband was not as excited as I was to spend 2 hours taking pictures. My husband said "30 minutes tops" before the shoot, but enjoyed working with Wayne and his wife so much that we were able to get almost an hour of posing out of him.
  
  I cannot stress enough how enjoyable the experience was. Wayne was very thorough, yet quick to move on when he knew he got the perfect photo. If you want gorgeous wedding photography, I whole-heartedly recommend Wayne Charles Photography. You will not regret it.

We took pictures at Elfreth's Alley, on the Ben Franklin Bridge, and in Franklin Square Park. They all came out so wonderful and we were able to create a signing book for our wedding!   Thank you for your review, Brittney. I had the pleasure of speaking with your husband and father through the post-wedding process and both had wonderful things to say of our work, but unfortunately did not have the opportunity to speak directly with you and discuss your concerns. The album production process was longer than normal due to a backordered custom album cover material which was selected. Because of the delay, the parent albums were upgraded at our cost as an appreciation for your patience. We utilize professional album and printing companies to produce all photo products. We like to think of ourselves as masters of photography, but with album and print production. That production is best left to professional labs where everything is custom made using premium materials and they can deliver on quality. Unfortunately, once product orders leave our studio we have to rely on the lab’s availability and service, in this case they did not have the requested material and experienced delays. It would be fair to note that within the 18-month duration since your event; the album selections were submitted to us after 10 months, and print selections received 13 months post-wedding. One advantage to using our studio is we do not pressure your selections and issue deadlines because we understand life gets in the way and looking through 1,650 images is no easy task. The parent and main albums are very different in both size and material which is why they ship separately. I understand the albums and photo products were received and are in great quality. Since your wedding, the printing company which had the delay is no longer used by our studio; a fantastic new album company is delivering exceptional leather creations for our couples. Brides should look out…we will treat you well and work with you every step of the way even should things not go our way; we want you to be happy not just now, but 30+ years from now when you view the beautiful images with family!
