My husband and I live in Kansas. My family is from MA and his is from PA. From the start we knew that planning a destination wedding was going to be stressful for us. Little did we know that Lindsey and Kathryn would be helping us every step of the way and would help make our planning process absolutely flawless! The venue and catering was actually the least stressful part of it all thanks to this amazing venue!
The accommodations they made for us to have a tour and food tasting whenever we came to town to visit family made us feel like they truly cared about us as people and not just another couple getting married at the venue. And it didn't stop there. Lindsey and Kathryn are true pros when it comes to planning a wedding. Lindsey was always able to answer any questions I had no matter how far out or how close the wedding was. Whether it was about what time guests should be picked up, to what kind of signs I needed, to where to have our rehearsal dinner, she always had input for us and always responded in a timely manner. She is absolutely amazing when it comes to helping you plan for a wedding and the best part is that her and Kathryn are also there on your wedding day!! From day one from our tour all the way to our wedding day, they were there through it all. I remember I didn't get any of the appetizers during cocktail hour because we were busy taking pictures and Kathryn ran off and brought me back my own plate. It probably didn't seem like that big of a gesture but to me that meant so much. Kathryn even helped my Dad fold his pocket square and put on his cuff links that I got him as a gift. She truly does it all!
Oh and they don't stop there! Lindsey, Katherine and their staff set up and break down all your decorations for you on wedding day!! How amazing is that?! One less thing to worry about! And they do an amazing job at it! I had candles that I wanted to use but didn't know exactly where to put them and they were totally okay with that and said they would find places to use them. They are just so amazing at what they do and some of the nicest people I have ever met.
We have received nothing but wonderful reviews from our friends and family saying how beautiful our wedding was. Some went as far to say it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to and several asked how we found this hidden gem of a venue. A big part of that goes to this venue and its staff. It is drop dead gorgeous and the people working there are truly amazing.
Our guests have also been raving about the food. SO SO GOOD! And the amount of choices you have is almost overwhelming!
Kathryn also helps you and your photographers find places to take pictures for golden hour around the course so you aren't wasting time. You even get to ride in a golf cart with a Just Married sign on it. How cute is that?! Also not to mention just how beautiful the venue is in general, there are so many places for beautiful photos.

Waverly Oaks is incredible; between the venue, personnel, food, details, etc. Lindsey was beyond helpful every step of the way. She is extremely organized, responsive, always had answers to our numerous questions, and had all the ideas to make our day absolutely perfect. The best decision you can make!
My husband and I got married on July 11, 2025 at Waverly Oaks! From the moment we went and toured in January 2024, we knew Waverly was where we wanted to get married. Lindsey is PHENOMENAL - incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and didn't miss one single detail. We expected some hiccups along the way and on the actual wedding day, but to be honest, there was NOT one thing that went wrong. Everything was PERFECT. We cannot recommend Waverly enough!!! The space, aesthetic, organization, food, attentiveness - Waverly is the best!

The best venue ever!!!
When touring wedding venues, we felt that many were just a wedding factory and you were just another couple passing through. The second we stepped on sight at Waverly Oaks, we knew that we were more than just a # to them. Lindsey and Mary were a huge selling point in booking our wedding at Waverly Oaks, on top of the stunning grounds and reception area.
Leading up to our wedding, Lindsey made everything SO easy - she is so organized and quick to respond (she made me feel like I was the only bride they had though I know there were MANY others!!). She answered every question I had and is the most calm coordinator ever.
On the day of the wedding, every staff member went above and beyond to ensure the day was perfect (ESPECIALLY MARY), and the space was absolutely stunning from every angle. The grounds were flawless. The food was delicious - everyone is still raving. The drinks were perfect. The staff was awesome. We honestly wouldn’t change a thing about our wedding!!
Lindsey & Mary, thank you again for everything you did to make our wedding day so amazing. We are forever grateful for you both and cannot wait to come back to visit 🩷

The Waverly Oaks team was absolutely incredible! They made sure our day went seamlessly and the staff brought the best vibes leading up to the event and day of. The coordinator team was able to move our timeline, facilitate all vendors, and address all our specific requests (they even got us special ice cubes for our signature drink!). The food was delicious, the venue was clean and beautiful, and we felt so taken care of. I truly wouldn’t change a thing and would recommend this venue to anyone!

June 07 2025 wedding!
We just had our wedding at Waverly Oaks Golf Club in June 2025, and we truly can’t say enough amazing things about our experience. From the moment we first visited over a year ago, the team welcomed us like family. We instantly fell in love—not just with the stunning venue (both inside and out), but with the warmth, professionalism, and dedication of everyone on staff.
Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Waverly’s team made everything easy, organized, and genuinely enjoyable. They went above and beyond every step of the way, offering flexibility, guidance, and so many personal touches that made us feel incredibly special.
The food was phenomenal—from the tasting to the wedding day, everything was delicious. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the incredible dinner and dessert, and we received so many compliments about how kind and helpful the staff were throughout the evening.
When it rained on our wedding day, we were initially disappointed, but it ended up not mattering at all. The indoor ceremony space is just as beautiful as the outdoor setting, and the team added cozy, aesthetic touches. One of our favorite personal details was they even had our bridal party’s preferred drinks ready right after the ceremony—a small touch that meant so much.
We would relive our wedding day 100 times over if we could, and that’s thanks to Waverly Oaks making us feel so cared for, supported, and celebrated. We can’t wait to return in a year for our anniversary and visit a place that now holds such a special spot in our hearts.

More than I could have ever asked for!
Waverly Oaks was absolutely the easiest and best decision we made when planning our wedding!! The venue is stunning - beautiful outdoor and indoor ceremony space, a huge an inviting cocktail hour/bar area, and a lovely reception room to keep the party going. The food was the best we’ve ever had at a wedding and our guests still tell us the same a month later!!
Beyond the venue itself being amazing, the people there are even better. Lindsey, Kathryn, and Mary were so fantastic from the first time we met them for a tour through our wedding day. They are so great at answering questions, providing ideas, and really just being there to make dreams come true. They made the experience the best I could’ve ever imagined as a bride and am so grateful for them and their support!! They were even so great on our wedding day making sure we had drinks, got cocktail hour snacks, and generally just had a great time.
If you are considering Waverly, you absolutely should book. I wish I could go to weddings there over and over again!

Beyond Perfect!!!!
"Perfect" is the only way to describe our wedding at Waverly Oaks. From the initial tour, to the planning meetings, to the tastings, and especially on our wedding day, the team at Waverly Oaks was helpful, supportive, kind, thoughtful, and made everything so stress-free. Katherine, Mary, and Lindsey are an amazing team who all clearly love what they do. I will never stop telling people about how amazing our wedding was and recommending that they consider it as a venue. The food was awesome, service was amazing, and every single person working there went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding day was perfect. Katherine and Mary set EVERYTHING up for us (so helpful) and made it look even better than I could have imagined. I enjoyed working with them so much that I will actually miss emailing them about wedding things!! We could not have made a better choice for our wedding.

Must book venue
Our June 2024 wedding was a DREAM. We cannot thank Lindsey, Mary and Catherine for making our day truly perfect. From the moment we met this team at Waverly Oaks we knew they were special. The venue is updated and has a beautiful neutral feel so any decor suits it well and you have to ability to really make it your own. The landscape outside is well kept and perfect for spring pictures. The wedding team listened to every request and executed way above any expectations. We requested alcohol and special drinks not typically at their bar but they made sure to have it for our wedding. The food was to DIE FOR. Our guests continuously tell us several months later how much they enjoyed all courses and that it was the best wedding food they have every had. Do not hesitate, book this venue for your wedding, you will not regret it. Waverly Oaks, thank you so much. You will always have a special place in our hearts. Waverly Oaks is the best Wedding Venue location!
I can’t say enough about how incredible our wedding at Waverly Oaks Golf Club was! The venue is absolutely stunning—high ceilings, an amazing cocktail hour space, and a lovely bar area that our guests loved. But it wasn't just the beautiful space that made our day so perfect—the food was delicious, and everyone raved about their meals!
The real stars of the day were our coordinators, Mary and Kathryn. They were beyond amazing! Mary was so attentive and patient with all of my emails and questions, helping to bring my vision to life. Kathryn was an absolute rockstar on the day of the wedding—she anticipated our every need before we even realized what we needed! They handled every detail with such care and expertise that I was astonished. They truly made the day seamless and stress-free, allowing us to enjoy every moment.
I can't express how grateful we are to Mary, Kathryn, and the entire Waverly Oaks staff for making our wedding day everything we dreamed of. Perfect Wedding Day
My husband and I got married at Waverly Oaks over Memorial Day weekend! From start to finish, the event coordinators were so friendly! They are so organized and made sure that all of my questions were answered and that everything went smoothly on the big day! I got so many compliments from guests about how beautiful the grounds were and how delicious their dinner was! I cannot recommend this venue enough!

From start to finish, the staff at Waverly Oaks was absolutely amazing. Even starting with the tour of the venue, it was very personal and immediately made me feel connected to the venue. Throughout the whole wedding process, Lindsey was incredible. She was so easy to communicate with and answered all of my crazy questions. She just made the process enjoyable, even in some of the more stressful times. On the day of the wedding we were lucky enough to have Kathryn, Lindsey, and Mary supporting us. All three of them were so incredibly attentive. Our day went SO smoothly, and was even pointed out to me by members of the bridal party. As a vegetarian, I didn't expect to have a ton to eat at the wedding, but I was so wrong! Kathryn had a whole tray of vegetarian apps for me as soon as the ceremony was over. I felt so spoiled! A week later, we still have guests commenting on how amazing the food was (which people don't often expect at a wedding) and how great the space was. The separate cocktail hour space allowed some of the older guests to sit and relax away from the dance floor, which I hadn't even thought of when choosing a venue! The team at Waverly really goes above and beyond to cater to your every need. I will be forever grateful for them and all they did for us on our wedding day. I would HIGHLY recommend them to any future brides/grooms!!

Best of the best!
Our April 2024 wedding at Waverly Oaks was a DREAM! When I first toured Waverly back in the fall of 2022, I was drawn to the modern but classic elements of the clubhouse, the kindness and professionalism of Lindsey and Kathryn, and the beautiful grounds. This was all later confirmed after several more interactions, visits, and exchanges as we planned our wedding. Lindsey helped us from start to finish: planning the menu, advising on guest count and table array, decor layout, and anything that came through my creative process!
Our guests were so impressed with the venue itself, the food, and the staff. The drinks and food flowed all night. Our cake from Montilio's (included in the wedding package) was a huge hit as well. The weather worked in our favor and we were able to have our ceremony outside, but Waverly offers beautiful options for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies, which is something that was important to me. There is also ample space to take indoor and outdoor portraits if needed. Our guests also loved the proximity to Plymouth, and we enjoyed a rehearsal dinner and after-party down by the waterfront.
I would highly recommend considering Waverly Oaks for your wedding venue. It was perfect for a couple like us, who wanted most of the work "done" for them, leaving only selections like menu, vendors, and decor. Without Lindsey and Kathryn, I would not have enjoyed the wedding planning process as much as I did.

Highly Recommend Waverly Oaks!!!
My wife and I couldn't be happier with our wedding day at Waverly Oaks. The venue and grounds are beautiful, the food is excellent and the space is very accommodating to a large wedding (180 people). On top of all that, the service we received from Lindsey and Katherine throughout the planning process was unmatched. They were able to answer all of our questions and address any concerns we had, though we had very few. I would highly recommend Waverly Oaks to anyone looking for a wonderful, stress free wedding experience from the start of the planning process through the night of the wedding.

We just got married here and I can't recommend it enough! The views are amazing, and everything is so well kept and taken care of. It makes for amazing pictures! The wait staff and everyone involved were absolutely amazing and working with Lindsey and Kathryn everything was so seamless and easy. They did EVERYTHING! everything was exactly where it was supposed to be and set up exactly how I visioned all of it. We haven't stopped hearing reviews about all of the food and plated meals either, everything was perfect and my husband and I would recommend Waverly Oaks Golf Club to anybody looking at wedding venues. We can't thank the staff and Waverly Oaks enough for making our big day so amazing and perfect!!

The team at Waverly Oaks is unmatched. Kathryn and Lindsey are AMAZING! Lindsey was our wedding coordinator, she helped us with absolutely everything which definitely helped reduce the amount of stress we had. The night of the wedding my husband really wanted a broom to dance with (don’t ask) but they fulfilled every request we had!
In addition to the amazing staff, the grounds are beautiful! They have a stunning outdoor pergola for outdoor ceremonies & an indoor space dedicated for a rain backup plan! Plus hardwood floors, no ugly carpet 😉
All of the food was delicious. Our guests LOVED the mini chicken quesadillas and beef Wellington during cocktail hour. I still have people messaging me about our espresso martini wedding cake provided by Montilios. They’re simply the best!

Waverly Oaks was absolutely FANTASTIC!! From the service to the food, we couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to get married! Lindsey, Katherine, and all of the Waverly Oaks staff did an unbelievable job in making our day go so smoothly. They were attentive through out the planning process and very well prepared for the wedding day, it was clear that they knew exactly what to do. They listened to our vision while planning and the only thing we had to do on our wedding day was show up. The ceremony options of inside and outside made for a stress free morning because we had options (though our wedding day weather was perfect for an outside ceremony). Waverly Oaks —-Perfect Wedding Venue!!
We had our wedding at Waverly Oaks on 7/15/23 and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience from start to finish. Lindsey and Kathryn are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I was in contact with Lindsey for the duration of my wedding planning and she gave me so much support and great advice. She is so hardworking and talented in her role at Waverly, she made the planning experience seamless and fun. She is excellent, excellent, excellent at her job and gave me so many great ideas and lots of options for vendors.
Waverly itself is so accommodating, they set up my decor perfectly, had a ton of options and ideas for the big day and were so supportive and genuinely happy for me and my husband. They went above and beyond to make sure our rehearsal and wedding were perfect.
Months later, people still tell me how wonderful our wedding was, how beautiful the outdoor and indoor space was at waverly and how delicious the food was. The waverly venue has so many great spots for photos, they have a small lake, greenery backgrounds, and the building itself is stunning and works well with photos. This venue was esp appealing when we were looking bc it offers guests a chance to go to the fire pit, dance, hang at the balconies. People could move around and don’t have to be confined to the dance floor.
The chef and kitchen staff at waverly is/ are extremely talented! The waitstaff and bartenders and general staff all went above and beyond to make sure everything happened smoothly. Miranda looked out for me the whole night and helped with the little details and care that just made the experience wonderful.
My guests stayed at the hotel 1620 in the Plymouth waterfront and myself and the groom stayed in and got ready in the gray condo building (air b and b) just down the hill from the 1620 hotel (at the rotary at the water front) . Hanging around the Plymouth water front area during portions of the wedding weekend that weren't spent at waverly turned out to be really fun so I would recommend that. Shuttles made it easy for guests to get to and from the venue from the water front. I mention this because this experience and the waverly venue were the perfect combination for the best wedding weekend possible.
I recommend waverly to anyone looking for a wedding venue, it is perfect!!!

A dream venue
We got married in July 2023 and I cannot say enough great things about Waverly Oaks. The venue itself is stunning and has the perfect set up. We had a beautiful day so guests were able to mingle outside, hang by the fire pit, or enjoy the beautiful indoor space. The food was incredible and we are still getting compliments on it. Lindsey was an absolute pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding. She was organized and kept all planning details right on track. She was not able to be there on the day of the wedding, but her colleague Kathryn stepped in as the day-of-coordinator and she was amazing. She even helped sew my bustle onto my dress after a minor wardrobe malfunction. Everyone at Waverly went above and beyond to make the day as perfect as possible. Every detail is perfectly thought out and the service was outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to get married at Waverly Oaks!

You absolutely want to get married here!
Where to begin? From the first moment we walked into Waverly Oaks we were treated like family by Kathryn and Lindsey. They were extremely kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout the entire process of wedding planning and even until the very end of our wedding night. Myself, my family, my guests, and bridal party were treated so well! I’ve been to a lot of friends and family weddings and even our guests noticed how attentive, thoughtful, professional, and experienced the team at Waverly was. This venue is not only 11/10 gorgeous, but having a positive planning experience which was organized, relaxed, flexible, and supportive made the whole experience that much better. I highly highly recommend this venue and this team of professionals to anyone planning to get married. I’ll be sure to visit them in the future for some golf and cocktails!

The most beautiful venue
Waverly Oaks is the most breath taking venue. My husband and I toured It and within minutes we knew we were going to get married there. The grounds are absolutely stunning. We got the most incredible pictures. Lindsey and Kathryn are phenomenal, they went above and beyond to make our day seamless. They were the most organized, kind, thoughtful coordinators we could ever ask for. All of our guests haven’t stop telling us how amazing the food was and how beautiful the venue was. Our wedding was an absolute dream and we cannot thank Waverly Oaks enough for helping to make It so perfect!

The moment we walked into Waverly, we knew it was the venue for us. At that time, what we didn’t know, was just how incredible the team is. When I say I was not stressed during wedding planning, I truly mean it and that is all because of Waverly! Every step of the way, they were providing insights and advice to best prepare for our day. Lindsey, Kathryn and the entire waiter staff are incredible. It’s even more fun that for the rest of our lives, we can visit our wedding venue for a delicious lunch or dinner! Thank you for our magical day!!!

hands down the best experience.
I can’t even put into words how amazing of an experience we had with Waverly Oaks. Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, inside and out… Lindsey and Kathryn are absolute angels sent from above. Miranda, who started out as an intern at the beginning of the year, is also AMAZING!!! All three of these ladies communicated clearly with us throughout the entire wedding process, and they put me at ease when I was understandably anxious about the big day. I’m so thankful that they were a part of our big day - the PERFECT DAY!!!!

There are not enough words to describe how PERFECT Waverly Oaks Golf Club made my wedding day. From start to finish, Lindsey, Katherine and Miranda went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I and our entire family were taken care of the entire evening. Lindsey’s attention to detail was superb and is the best when it comes to executing a dream wedding. The location is stunning, event space is breath-taking, the food is OUTSTANDING and the level of service is second to none. Our guests are still speaking about her wedding as the best wedding they've ever attended. Would do it all again in a heartbeat!

From the beginning of our venue search Waverly Oaks truly brought our vision of our perfect day from a dream to reality. At first impression we were greeted by Kathryn and Lindsey who made us feel very welcome and at home. Throughout the planning process Lindsey was accommodating and responsive with every aspect. She got back to us promptly creating a very stress free environment throughout the planning process. Come wedding day, everything just fell right into place. The staff ensured our guests were taken care of. They evenly distributed hors d’oeuvres
and come dinner, the food exceeded all expectations. We have received huge responses about how good the food was. Lindsey kept the night flowing and executed all events in a timely fashion, which gave plenty of time to eat, sneak out for photos and return to the dance floor to get to enjoy our wedding fun. The venue itself has just been redone since our first visit, and came out beautiful. We are grateful to have had this experience and can’t thank Lindsey and her team enough for the memories we will carry on about our big day.

Hurry up and book
Where do I even begin?! Please, PLEASE, save some time, stop your search, and take this as your sign to book at Waverly Oaks. We saw Waverly on the most gray and rainy winter day, and still knew it was the place to have our special day. Lindsey and Kathryn truly feel like family with how much they genuinely care about their couples. They make you feel immediately welcomed at the first tour, and that hospitality doesn’t stop through the entire planning process. Even during the time leading up to our wedding, they were excited to meet our family and friends that we’d bring to visit. Lindsey is attentive, personable and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. As a procrastinating but type A bride, she kept me organized and focused, answering all of my panic emails and detail related questions. On the day of our wedding, Lindsey took care of literally every detail, so much so that we were able to remain fully present and not think/worry about a single aspect Our timeline was followed to a T, personal drink requests were honored, food was delicious, ceremony and rehearsal spaces were gorgeous and service staff was wonderful. My only advice other than booking Waverly ASAP is to wear stretchy pants to the food tasting 🙂

Best venue by far!
Lindsey and staff were phenomenal by far! We had an “off season” wedding and they still pulled out all the stops. All my guest could not stop talking about how wonderful the venue was from the food to the space itself. Lindsey always got back to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. You never felt like you were bothering her. I could not recommend this place enough. When we did the walk through we just fell in love with the space and nothing else seemed to compare to it. It was at the top of our budget but well worth it. They offer so much with their standard package as well that a lot of venues don’t.

Wedding Day
My husband and I had the absolute best time at our wedding! Lindsey, Kathryn and the whole Waverly team worked so hard to make the entire process an amazing experience. Their hospitality and professionalism are top knotch. The grounds are well maintained and the venue itself is very clean. It’s all around a beautiful and romantic place. Cocktail hour and dinner were so delicious, everyone was raving about the food. The team handled all of the set up and break down and did a beautiful job with it, making things so much less stressful for us. We planned this wedding from the west coast and Lindsey and Kathryn made it so easy to do that. They were so accommodating to the fact we were thousands of miles away so if you’re an out of state or out of town couple, they will definitely give you the extra help that’s needed. We cannot thank them enough for making everything absolutely perfect!

Waverly Oaks
Say, “YES!” to this venue. My daughter got married here 10/2022 and we are so glad she did. Everything, from the first day we walked in to view the venue to the wedding day, was perfect. The venue itself is gorgeous. Stunning landscaping surrounds the outdoor wedding area which consist of every brides dream setup with a beautiful outdoor brick catwalk leading to a white pergola flanked by flawlessly manicured grass where guests sit. They have a charming and glamorous bridal suite with a private bathroom/changing area for the bride. The reception area is spacious and elegant with a flat floor so guests don’t trip on anything. The bar just outside of the guests reception is not just one of those pop-in corner counter units, but rather a full built-in bar with surrounding seating for a fabulous cocktail hour and resting/gathering area for guests during the wedding.
Beyond the venues fabulous decor is the wonderful and incredible people running the events. They are hard workers! Everyone at the venue from the top down we’re simply wonderful.
Lindsay, the wedding coordinator, is amazing and organized. She’s professional, responsive, explains things well, gives sensible tips and advice, and has a panache for working with Brides, grooms, and their families. She and Kathryn kept everything running exceptionally smooth.
Kathryn, the owner, is kind, welcoming, and so open to accommodating needs and wants. She treated everyone involved meaningfully and respectfully.
The chef (I wish I could remember his name!) is top-notch! Our guests couldn’t quit raving about the food. Many said it was some of the best food they had ever had. The food tasting was spectacular. I’ve had other children get married and this food tasting was beyond the norm! A generous selection of every course and I don’t have words for how good the food was. Those who attended talked about the tasting (feasting) for weeks after!
The wait staff and bartenders were spot on. There was never an empty glass, they were attentive and professional. They really seemed to care about the family and guests - something almost unheard of these days.
From the wedding party to all the guests in attendance everyone raved about the venue and food. I had many guests tell me it was the best wedding they’d ever attended; a high compliment considering some of the guests have attended hundreds of weddings and others had just attended several this year.
We couldn’t be more grateful for the immense work the Waverly Oaks team put into our daughter’s and new son-in-law’s special day. They helped make it a wonderful day we will always remember.
I’m short, you can’t do any better than to pick this venue for your wedding.

Wedding of our dreams!!
Lindsey and Katherine (and on wedding the intern Miranda) were absolutely amazing!! They were there with us throughout the entire process since we signed in February of 2021. They always made us feel heard with our endless questions and even offered tips and help in our wedding planning. They went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was the best we could ask for. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and throughout our process they continued to update it which shows how much they care about their couples and their space. The food was amazing, everyone kept telling us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Although it poured on our wedding day, the indoor space was just as beautiful and we still had the most amazing day! I can’t wait to go back to the grill on our anniversary and relive our day.

Amazing venue and team
Waverly Oaks, Lindsey and Kathryn were unbelievable in every aspect of wedding planning. While touring Waverly Oaks Kathryn made us feel so welcomed and at home. During the planning process Lindsey was there for us every step of the way! She is extremely organized and has every detail in order. She is very responsive and is always there for a big or small request or question. We were blown away with how amazing the team was at Waverly Oaks. And not to mention the venue is so unbelievably stunning, what is not to love?! All of our wedding guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how organized and well done everything was. I had an issue with my dress being too long and I kept stepping on it. Kathryn spent a long time helping me fix it and I can't thank them enough for making us feel at home and really enjoy the best day of our lives. Thank you so much Lindsey and Kathryn!!

A dream venue
My wedding was the most incredible, unforgettable night of my life and a big part of that was hosting it at Waverly Oaks Golf Club. Where do I start?! First of all, the venue is absolutely BREATHTAKING. The minute we toured Waverly, we were obsessed with the sprawling golf course, the charming patio, the open cocktail space and of course the grand ballroom. Second, Lindsey and Kathryn made the day absolutely seamless. They were so thoughtful, caring, organized and their attention to detail put me (who is very Type A) at ease. Having a team like them behind you for your wedding day is truly underrated. Our guests raved about the food and commented how the venue had a place for everyone. If you didn't want to be on the dance floor, you could be in the cocktail space or outside by the fire pit (instead of just sitting at your table). It really was a dream come true and I can't thank Lindsey, Kathryn and the Waverly team enough. If Waverly is on your list, I promise you won't regret it. We can't wait to go back on our anniversary and have a bite at the grille!!

Love Waverly Oaks!!! :)
We can’t say enough wonderful things about Waverly Oaks Golf Club and it’s staff! Picking your venue for your big day is a big part of it and we couldn’t be happier that we chose Waverly. From the very beginning Lindsey and Kathryn made the process so seem less and enjoyable! They truly care about their couples and pay attention to all details! They are also very responsive and take so much stress off your plate. Being a Bride isn’t an easy role, but with a good team like Waverly, it made it so much easier for me. I’d get married over and over again here if I could! They also recently freshened up the inside and it’s so stunning! I’d highly recommend looking into Waverly as your Wedding venue choice and you will not be disappointed!

The Perfect Wedding Venue and Team!
Choosing Waverly was the best decision we made during wedding planning! Lindsey and Kathryn are amazing!! They made us feel so welcome and celebrated during our first visit. Lindsey kept us on track throughout the planning process and was extremely prompt in answering our many questions. She went above and beyond, coordinating Kosher meals for two of our guests so they could feel comfortable and we didn’t have to worry about the logistics. The day of the wedding, Lindsey and her staff were so kind and kept the day running smoothly. We received so many compliments on the delicious food! The venue is beautiful, especially with all of the recent updates. We also loved having the package bakery and florist, which made it easy to coordinate between our vendors and the venue. We really appreciated the care that Lindsey and Kathryn put in with our décor, meeting with us during drop off before the wedding to make sure everything was set and even handling break down after the event so we could focus on our guests. Planning an event during a pandemic was nerve-wracking, but we felt at ease knowing we were in the hands of good, kind people who are so great at what they do

If it was possible to give Waverly Oaks more than 5 stars we would. From the moment we arrived at Waverly Oaks we loved it. The ceremony spot was beautiful, the cocktail room was perfect and the ballroom was stunning. Waverly has an outdoor and indoor ceremony setup which are both beautiful leaving no room for anxiety when it comes to New England weather. Aside, from the the venue itself, Lindsey and Kathryn were the real selling points for us picking Waverly Oaks as our wedding venue. From the day we visited the venue and met with Lindsey to the day we got married, Lindsey was on top of every detail making our wedding planning as stress free as possible. Lindsey was able to answer every question we had and was more than accommodating to any requests we made during our wedding planning. Lindsey and Kathryn were great at communicating with us through the year and a half period between booking our date and getting married, keeping us to date with what we needed to get done and making sure every detail was exactly how we wanted. Come wedding day, we had ZERO stress on what some people consider the most stressful day of their lives. If you're in search of a wedding venue, you won't regret choosing Waverly Oaks. 1000% recommended.

Get married at Waverly!
We cannot say enough good things about our experience at Waverly Oaks. From the very first visit to the big day, everything was enjoyable, professional, and beautiful. Our first interaction was with Kathryn. We stopped in at Waverly to look at the venue, without an appointment, and Kathryn found us wandering. She dropped whatever she was doing and gave us her full attention along with any information we would need about getting married at Waverly. That interaction truly sealed the deal for us and she was a huge part of why we chose to get married there. Working with her and Lindsey was the best. It is clear that they love what they do and care about the couples that they are working with. Communication was great throughout the 1.5 year process and Lindsey was always readily available to answer any questions. Waverly was undergoing renovations when we booked and I casually made a comment about adding an extra tree to the ceremony space to block out more of the 18th green. When the big day arrived, they actually planted the tree!! I couldn't believe it! If it shows you anything, it's that Waverly is true to their word and will absolutely deliver the most beautiful wedding you could ever ask for. We love Waverly and can't wait to visit in the years to come.

If we could give 100 stars we would!!!! Lindsey and Katherine were absolute rockstars and so professional, fun and helpful from day one!! If i had a question i would get an answer within a couple of hours. they were able to make our dreams and visions come true more than we could have ever imagined!!! I am truly so sad our wedding is over and that our time working with them is complete!! Waverly Oaks is an absolutely stunning venue! The entire staff, the golf course itself and the ceremony sites are just amazing. Waverly Oaks is the perfect venue
My husband and I knew we wanted to have our wedding at Waverly Oaks within minutes of walking through the doors, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue. The entire venue, both inside and out, is absolutely beautiful, and impressed all of our guests. The grounds are so well-maintained and made for a truly perfect outdoor ceremony. Lindsey and Kathryn were so helpful throughout the wedding planning process and went above and beyond to make sure our day went smoothly. They answered every question as quickly as possible and did everything they could to fulfill every request and they made our vision come to life flawlessly. The entire staff, including wait staff, bartenders, and golf club staff, were so friendly and were genuinely excited to have our guests there to celebrate with us. The food was absolutely incredible as well. The easiest decision we made was choosing Waverly Oaks and they helped make our wedding perfect.

The most amazing venue and staff!
If you are looking for the perfect wedding venue, stop your search here. We were originally a July 2020 wedding and ended up with a July 2021 wedding due to the pandemic. The whole team was amazing throughout the entire process and communication was great even when they had to tag in different coordinators through the course of the few years we worked with them. They were also very transparent with restrictions and worked with us every step of the way to get the dream day we always planned.
Kathryn and Lindsey were highlights throughout the planning and the day of. When I was nervous with new coordinators, Kathryn (an owner) reached out to me personally and made me feel so comfortable. Communication was so easy, especially when Lindsey came on board - whether through email, phone calls, video chats, or in person, she made herself available and always was there to answer and support us in a timely manner. Lindsey gave us so much reassurance and answered so many questions especially given the constantly changing circumstances with the pandemic last spring. We felt very lucky to be able to work with her.
The week before the wedding, my mother and I met with Lindsey and Kathryn and were able to talk through the big day when we dropped off all our decor and little touches and that honestly was so reassuring as a bride. They took the time to listen to how we wanted things and answer any last minute questions we had about the day. It was so helpful to know that they were as invested in the day as we were and wanted to make it the best for us.
The day of the wedding, these two women, along with the rest of the staff made it so that I didn't have to worry about a thing. They handled the day flawlessly and made it the relaxing, happy day we needed after the stress of over two years of wedding planning. Our bridal party and family were so impressed with them and so were we.
The venue itself is stunning with all of the updates they have made. All of our guests loved the outside spaces and we couldn't have been happier with how all of it came together. The food was AMAZING and talked about by our guests long after. Many guests also commented on how kind and helpful every staff member was and we have to agree.
We waited so long to celebrate our day with our family and friends and could not have been more grateful to Waverly Oaks for making it the best day possible. If you are looking for a venue to do it all at the best quality AND make you feel comfortable while doing it, book now.

Our Perfect Wedding Day
If you are looking for the perfect wedding venue, look no further than Waverly Oaks Golf Club! From the moment we stepped into the space we knew it was perfect for our winter wedding-- the flow of the venue is seamless, from our ceremony in the Oak Room to cocktail hour in The Grille and dinner and dancing in The Ballroom, everything was perfect. Our guests raved about the beautiful space, the food, the service, and the atmosphere, it is truly unparalleled! The staff at the club are incredible and truly went above and beyond from the moment we booked our wedding date, everyone from Chef Anthony, to the waitstaff, the coat check attendant, and the bar tenders, they made sure everything was perfect. The true stars of the show were Lindsey and Kathryn. Leading up to our wedding day Lindsey was communicative, responsive, reassuring, and handled all of the details and last minute changes seamlessly. The service leading up to our wedding day was more than enough for a five star review, but our wedding day was when Lindsey and Kathryn truly shined. They were with us from the minute we arrived until the last guest exited at the end of the night. Any time I needed something they were there with a smile, a pair of hands to fix my veil, a glass of champagne, or a quick thumbs up. It is incredibly apparent that this dynamic duo loves what they do and have a passion for creating perfect wedding celebrations. There are no words to describe how amazing Waverly Oaks is! Lindsey and Kathryn are the absolute BEST. From our initial site visit my husband and I knew Waverly was where we wanted to get married! Everyone made us feel SO special and the entire team truly cares about hosting the wedding of your dreams! The planning process was seamless and stress-free, and Lindsey is so responsive and helpful. The venue is absolutely breathtaking and really has "wow-factor" with huge windows and a beautiful view of the course. We were married in November, and it's hard to find a venue that offers such a beautiful room for an indoor onsite ceremony (with a fireplace & beautiful windows). The cocktail hour space is fantastic, and guests can enjoy an outdoor fireplace. Our family and friends continue to rave about what a special night it was, and how all the food/drinks were amazing! We truly can't recommend Waverly enough - they helped us host the most perfect wedding and we are so grateful!

A Wedding Dream Come True!
There are no words that can even describe how amazing and wonderful Waverly Oaks Golf Club was as our venue. We absolutely LOVED working with Lindsey and Kathryn every second. From the initial tour, food tasting and sneak peeks, to the rehearsal dinner and wedding day itself. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and a more professional team to work with.
We went with Waverly Oaks simply because of their responsiveness and their personal care towards making our wedding day that much more special to us. I messaged Lindsey through The Knot website, and within 24 hours or less, she messaged me back with an available appointment time. And the communication was impeccable from there on. The space was perfect, high ceilings in the ballroom and a VERY spacious cocktail hour area, so our guests could move around and not feel squished together. The biggest thing for us, especially as New Englanders, is the fact that they had both an indoor AND outdoor ceremony set up just in case the weather decided not to cooperate; Thankfully for us it did! There was even a firepit outside for those who were daring enough to go out in the cold and sit beside a warm fire.
We 100% recommend Waverly Oaks Golf Club for anyone getting married in the future, or even for an event space as well. You won't regret it!!!

PERFECTION... A once in a lifetime experience!
From the moment we drove up the private driveway, we were already in awe of Waverly Oaks as it stood stately upon the cascading hills of plush greenery. When entering the building we first noticed how lit up the room becomes as the natural light pours in from the floor to ceiling windows. The separate dining room/ballroom is surrounded by a wrap around indoor porch which provides a beautiful background while you eat, dance and reunite with loved ones. This magnificent scenery also provides endless photographic opportunities! From the golf carts, putting green, massive white columns that line the backside of the building, trellis, and so much more- your photographs will be absolutely stunning! Most importantly, the staff, and especially Kathryn and Lindsey, are there for you no matter how many emails you may send. They are truly two of the most professional, positive and selfless individuals we have encountered. We were completely blown away by how smooth the entire venue went- from cocktails being served promptly without any of my guests waiting in some long line, and food all brought out at once so everyone could eat together- the entire night was orchestrated with precision. And as an FYI- the food was outstanding, and our guests were extremely impressed with the portions and variety! This is the needle in the haystack of wedding venues. You will not regret at least going for a tour because I guarantee you will fall in love once you’re there. Lindsey and Kathryn will have you and your significant other feeling that your wedding is their only focus. My husband and I were both touched by their dedication and love of their jobs. It is their passion which truly made all the difference, as they had our ultimate trust and we could enjoy every minute of our night!

A venue that feels like home.
Waverly Oaks is an amazing venue with amazing staff. We had our wedding here last weekend after postponing it a whole year due to the pandemic. They were accommodating with all of our changes, and kept us up to date on all of the policies and restrictions related to the pandemic. Lindsey, the event director, is the sweetest person and was exceptional at making sure everything ran smoothly. Kathryn was amazing also, especially with helping us with all the little details and decor. The property is absolutely stunning and picturesque. The ceremony and reception spaces are updated and beautiful, with a great flow from the ceremony space, down to the cocktail hour/bar area, to the the reception room. Being at Waverly Oaks felt like home and my husband and I will always cherish the memories we made here on our wedding day.

Reception Venue
We fell in love with Waverly Oaks back in 2019 because it was so welcoming and the grounds were beautiful. That was before they repainted the outside, added a new patio area and installed new flooring inside - to say we were even more excited is an understatement! Lindsay was everything you could want and more in a venue coordinator and made the entire process so easy & seamless. Our guests loved the venue and raved about the food. We cannot recommend Waverly Oaks enough and can’t wait to go back. Book it while you can!

Beautiful Teamwork!
Wow! What a spectacular event! And there's so much I want to say!
We started the search for a venue during the early stages of the COVID Pandemic. It was daunting to be visiting places that had to put safety protocols in place, while trying to get used to wearing a mask. The Bride had certain ideas of what was most important, including a bridal suite with a private bathroom, a beautiful ceremony location, and elegant ballroom in a price range we could handle.
We visited many of the top venues on Cape Cod. There were aspects of each of these places that were nice but other details that didn't meet the requirements. There were some venues that had out-dated decor or musty smelling rooms.
Next, we spread our search "over the bridge". There were places that had some flashy features and some that tried to appeal to every style. There were possibilities but nothing perfect.
On the ride home from a long day searching, I suggested one last place I had seen online, Waverly Oaks Golf Club. We called from the car and asked to swing by.

All boxes checked! It was such a great feeling to find a place that we could envision the dream wedding! And there were two people that made us feel so welcome, Lindsey and Kathryn.
Throughout the planning process Lindsey offered so much guidance. I especially loved the forms that helped us organize the bridal party, the seating and meals.
When we showed up for the rehearsal and saw the chairs all set up in front of the gazebo... and the hydrangeas had turned to their fall colors exactly matching the wedding color palette...the sun was reaching golden hour... it hit me... This is for real... I got choked up. Then Lindse gave me a smile and took us through the rehearsal with so much excitement and joy. It was contagious!
Wedding day was such an exciting experience. Both Lindsey and Kathryn were there at our beck and call. Whatever our needs, they were quick to respond. I must say that both these fabulous women have such a sense of serenity and peace.
The ceremony went perfectly and all of our guest commented how there was such a feeling of love and joy. The renovations that had been done to create a ceremony garden were spectacular. The picturesque walk-way lead out to a beautifully columned pergola that easily accommodated the wedding party. I appreciate that the golfers were held back during the ceremony. (nice touch!)
We recessed to the Oakroom, the indoor ceremony option, where Lindsey and Kathryn greeted us with our cocktail of choice and some appetizers.
I cannot thank them enough for the set-up and break-down. I could not fathom how I was going to get up to Plymouth and set up all the décor and be available to my daughter for the wonderful “getting ready” pictures. Then, to see the clean up at the end of the evening was such a huge relief as we were concerned with getting our guests back to the motel in the shuttle. True teamwork!
It was such a wonderful experience to have someone else say “I’ve got this” and actually follow through. Knowing I could depend on their team took away so much anxiety and I was able to enjoy the momentous occasion.

Our Wedding at Waverly Oaks was a FAIRYTALE!
Having a wedding at WO was easily the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. From the very first interaction with Kathy and Lindsey, we felt extremely taken care of and celebrated. From there we knew we had to book Waverly and we're so happy we did! Wedding planning can be very stressful and it can feel like you're always one step behind or forgetting something, but we never felt this way with WO. They were always two steps ahead and made everything feel so seamless. We couldn't have imagined putting our wedding in the hands of anyone else. Their response time, consideration toward every minute detail, and genuine care for us and our families was extremely exceptional. On top of all this... food and look of the venue were very tasteful and classy. Thank you Kathy, Lindsey, Chef Anthony, and the WO team for all you've done. We adore you!!

Thank You, Waverly Oaks Golf Club For Making Our Happily Ever After A Dream Come True
Back in 2019, my now husband and I set out on our venue search on the Cape, as I wanted to get married on the Cape and my husband wanted to get married on a golf course, where we are from Western, MA. We looked at 5 venues on the Cape and on our way out were planning 2 venues in Plymouth, Waverly Oaks being our last stop. Up until this point no venue we looked at “wow’d” us. When we pulled up to Waverly Oaks and walked in, we knew right then and there this was the venue for us, and are we ever grateful we in that moment knew it was. Lindsey and Katherine were there every step of the way, so prompt in email questions and so on the point with detail, which is what I cared about most. Both Lindsey and Katherine made the wedding planning process and leading up to and the day of, so seamless and “easy”. I think that is what I loved most about Waverly is having people who truly cared about you helping you through the entire process, as I have heard countless stories of that not typically being the case at other venues. They made everything I had dreamed of become a reality and I trusted them with every piece of my day, and they ensured nothing was left unforgotten. We got married on 08.28.21 and to this day people can’t stop raving about how beautiful, spacious, friendly and amazing the food and venue was. I can’t rave about how perfect everything fell into place, how special Lindsey ans Katherine made us feel and how grateful I am that we had chosen Waverly Oaks Golf Club for our wedding day. With all of this said, I wish I could give Waverly more than 5 stars and that is even with one issue we did have. Being an honest bride for other brides to ensure they are aware up front if they also have an advisory golfing fiancé, we did have many problems with the actual golf course portion. My husband is a huge golfer and they weren’t accommodating to us having a group of golfers golf the morning of our wedding, to the point the starter at hole 1, on the day of the wedding said to my husband, “maybe you should just cancel the wedding” along with multiple other comments made in the Pro Shop to my Father In Law. With that one negative experience and issue we had with the pro shop, and that aside, I couldn’t rave enough about the overall experience I had with Waverly Oaks, more importantly with Katherine and Lindsey. I wish we could do it all over again!

Such a special venue!
First of all, I got the pleasure of sharing a wedding date with the fabulous Lindsey Cardillo (senior wedding coordinator at Waverly Oaks). Absolute best day of my life thus far. Your wedding day can be scary and stressful. Katherine and Lindsay made sure I was heard, helped, and happy throughout the whole day whether it was fixing the back of my dress, unlocking private bathrooms, or holding a drink for me during photos. Before walking down the isle Katherine talked me through my nerves and was just cheering me on throughout the whole day. It was absolutely perfect, so many compliments about how that was the most fun they have had in a long time. Beautiful venue, amazing staff, and just a really special place. Could not say thank you for enough to the whole entire staff . I would give 100 stars if I could!

Having our wedding at Waverly Oaks is a decision that we would make over and over again if we could. From the minute we walked on site, we knew Waverly was for us. First of all, the staff is incredible. They made us feel so welcome and well taken care of and you can really tell that they care about Waverly Oaks and what goes on there. Secondly, the grounds are beautiful. We were continually impressed with the updates that were done and all of the details put in place, both indoors and outdoors. The best!! Easiest wedding decision we made!!
Waverly Oaks can not be beat from the time you start planning your wedding until long after it is over. If you’ve been to Waverly Oaks then you know the grounds are breathtakingly beautiful while inside is fresh and modern with a romantic feel. But if the look and feel of Waverly does not immediately impress you then their staff certainly will. From the moment we walked in Lindsey and Katherine could not have been more excited for us and made us feel that our wedding was going to be the event of the year. The staff at Waverly Oaks can be described as your own personal wedding hype-crew. They could not have been happier for us whether we chose their venue or not. This kindness and hospitality sealed the deal and made choosing Waverly Oaks an easy decision. From there, Lindsey made the planning process painless and easy. Very organized and detailed-oriented, Lindsey was always ahead of schedule, had all of our important information documented, was easy to get ahold of, and was always prompt to respond. Every walkthrough, meeting, and stage of planning was fun and enjoyable. By the time the wedding day arrived, we knew we were in great hands and were going to be well taken care of. The entire staff was beyond pleasant to work with and our wedding day was as close to perfect as possible! The old idea that something is bound to go wrong on your wedding day may be true but it won’t happen at Waverly Oaks. They helped turn months and months of planning into a reality and were genuinely so happy for us! We absolutely recommend them without hesitation and will definitely hold future events there so that we can continue to see all of the wonderful staff! Waverly is the best, book now!
We would recommend to ANYONE to get married here. The staff is great, especially Lindsey and Kathryn, our day would not be possible without all of the care and attention they put into every detail of our day. My now husband and I truly cannot say enough kind words about our experience with Waverly Oaks. Katherine and Lindsey were amazing from start to finish. Our coordinator, Lindsey, was extremely knowledgeable and really did a great job at keeping us organized and on task. She was responsive and always very reassuring, no matter my request or question! Even with the stress of the pandemic and not knowing what the world would be like the day of our wedding, Lindsey and Katherine accommodated our every need and were super flexible along the way. Needless to say, the day of our wedding went off without a hitch and it could not have been more beautiful, thanks to these two! For anyone looking for a wedding venue, you’d be crazy not to consider Waverly Oaks. Highly highly recommend and will definitely be going back to golf and dine!

From start to finish Waverly Oaks was everything I could ever dream of as a venue! Me and my fiancé booked Waverly before the pandemic hit. With all the uncertainty during this time Lindsey joined the Waverly team and became our wedding coordinator. We felt so supported and structured with her she made the process absolutely stress-free! The improvements made to the venue made the day even better. Guest cannot stop raving about the food and atmosphere that this venue provided for our big day. Amazing venue!
We visited several wedding venues, but it wasn’t until we toured Waverly Oaks that we felt we had found the perfect place to hold our wedding reception. Lindsey and Kathryn were so kind and helpful during our initial visit, which also helped solidify our decision to have our reception there.
Throughout the wedding planning phase Lindsey was easy to communicate with, patient, and always reachable. She really helped make our day a big success. The food was amazing; our guests raved over the hors d’oeuvres (the braised short rib crostini was a huge hit) and the bar is perfectly set in the adjoining room with everything our guests needed. The grounds were beautiful and made for the perfect backdrop, especially as the sun set, which our guests took advantage of for photo taking. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue and wedding planning experience. Thank you Waverly for helping make our big day happen!

Amazing venue and overall experience!
Our entire wedding experience at Waverly Oaks was flawless! From the day we toured the venue to the end of reception, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Lindsey, Katherine, and the entire team at Waverly. Lindsey was responsive, organized, and detail oriented which allowed me to fully enjoy the day without a single worry if anything would go wrong. I always felt like everything was under control. Both Lindsey and Katherine made us feel like family and were genuinely invested in providing the best experience for us.
The day of our wedding was perfect - so many of our guests commented on the delicious food, friendly staff, and the beautiful venue! All of the upgrades that this team did over the last year are spot on. The new outdoor patio/fire pit was a big hit and the new outdoor ceremony space was a beautiful backdrop. We didn't end up needing it, but I love how there is also an indoor ceremony space that is separate from the cocktail hour room and the reception room and it is always set up in case of a last minute rain storm.
If you are even slightly considering Waverly Oaks as your venue, I urge you to go see it in person; I promise that you won't be disappointed. My husband and I looked at Waverly as a last minute decision and ended up booking it the same day. Compared to other venues that we looked at, the prices at Waverly are EXTREMELY reasonable, especially for what you end up getting. This place is a hidden gem and I can't recommend it enough!

Amazing and Effortless
Waverly Oaks is the perfect place to have your wedding reception! It was the first venue I looked at and nothing else could compare! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and provides so many different opportunities for pictures! I loved that we could have a separate space for cocktail hour and that guests could enjoy the beautiful patio! From booking, to rescheduling, to planning, to the day of Lindsey was incredible to work with! She was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable! Lindsey and Katherine made sure that the day of the wedding went off seamlessly. All of my guests were very impressed with the venue and could not stop raving about the food! Amazing Team!!
I highly recommend Waverly Oaks to anyone who is recently engaged and looking for wedding venues. Lindsey was so helpful even after we had to postpone our wedding twice! She helped keep me calm and contacted vendors on my behalf. She took care of everything and our day went off without a hitch! All of my guests keep telling me what an incredible day it was. The venue looked beautiful, the food was delicious and the drinks were so tasty! All of the staff was so friendly and helpful. I wish we could go back and have the wedding all over again! Plymouth's Perfect Wedding Venue
The only word that comes to mind when describing Waverly Oaks is PERFECTION. From the delicious food, amazing staff to the absolutely beautiful venue. Everything about this place is stunning.
My husband and I have been engaged since 2018 and picked Waverly Oaks for our venue that same year. We were originally supposed to be married in 2020. Unfortunately, I quickly turned into a “covid bride” However, working with Lindsey and Kathryn through this time was easy and stress-free. The communication was always available, and we were never pressured to do anything we didn’t want to. They literally just wanted to us to have our perfect wedding. I truly cannot thank them enough for all of their time and help through this entire process.
After that long year of waiting, June 5th, 2021 will forever be the best day of my life. As a bride, I was comfortable and relaxed. Lindsey and Kathryn were always checking on us to see if we needed anything. All of the staff members were professional and super sweet.
In addition to the amazing staff, The wedding package is unbeatable. Zach and I knew we wanted to get married in Plymouth, MA and we were looking at some of the venues around the area. After viewing Waverly Oaks, we knew that this was the place. The package included vendors for photographers, music and florals. I easily get overwhelmed when I have too many options. When Waverly Oaks presented their package to us, we were so excited and so relieved that we didn’t have to spend too much time doing research and picking vendors. Everything was done for us.
So again, thank you Waverly Oaks for making our dream wedding a reality!!

Amazing experience
To say I’m pleased and happy with Waverly Oaks is an understatement. Due to Covid 19 ruining our wedding plans, our previous venue went out of business. I never thought I’d say this, but I’m so happy it did. My wedding was worth the wait because of Waverly. Not only was the day perfect, but everything leading up to the day was stress-free and overall perfect. They were so attentive to everything, and constantly went out of their way to go above and beyond. Lindsey was an amazing coordinator and helped everything run so smoothly. The food was DELICIOUS, the updates they made looked amazing and everyone said it was the best wedding they’ve been to. I’m SO happy we went with Waverly for our 2021 wedding and I would recommend this venue to everyone!

Gorgeous venue, Amazing staff!
There aren't enough words to explain how grateful I am for the staff at Waverly Oaks. Waverly Oaks is not only a beautiful venue but the staff was truly amazing. After postponing 2 times due to Covid, Lindsey and Kathryn were so supportive and made sure we were able to lockdown a couple of future dates. Lindsey was there every step of the way, answered every question and always responded to emails in a timely manner. The weeks leading up to the wedding Lindsey made sure every box was checked and every small detail was covered. Kathryn was just as amazing, it is not often that an owner is hands on and answers any and all questions. Lindsey and Kathryn both went above and beyond to make sure we had the most perfect day, they truly made our vision come to life! All of our guests raved about the food and how gorgeous the venue was. I recommend booking with Waverly if you are looking for a stunning venue and an amazing staff, you will NOT be disappointed.

The perfect venue for any wedding
When my husband and I first drove up to Waverly Oaks, we had a gut feeling this would be the place, and we were 100% right. After originally postponing more than 3 times due to Covid, Lindsey and Kathryn were with us for every step of the way to ensure that we had the perfect wedding day! They went above and beyond with everything, right down to the smallest details. The day of was flawless! Taylor, the lead server, never let my wine glass go empty (my hero!) and was super attentive to the bridal party and our guests. Our guests RAVED about the food, as well as how gorgeous the ballroom and ceremony rooms were. Not one person had a negative thing to say and everyone agreed that the staff as a whole were professional, attentive, and just overall amazing. Waverly is such a beautiful venue with awesome staff and we could not thank them enough for making our day truly memorable. Thank you all so much!!!

Waverly Oaks is gorgeous and the staff is one in a million. Katherine and Lindsey are 2 of the best in the business, going above and beyond to make sure their couples are SO well taken care of, their vision is brought to life, and their wedding day is flawless. From planning and communication, to set up the day of, Lindsey is actively involved in every decision the couple needs to make, offering creative ideas along the way. The food at Waverly Oaks is truly delicious, which al of our wedding guests raved about! We had nothing but positive feedback from our guests, saying how beautiful our wedding looked and how delicious their meal was. Waverly Oaks is truly a hidden gem of a south shore wedding venue and any couple who books with them is getting top notch wedding planners, day off staff, and professionals across the board to make sure their wedding day is perfect.

Waverly Oaks was the absolute best choice we could have made to have the most important event in our lives take place. Our guests had so much fun, spacious enough for everyone and not to mention absolutely BEAUTIFUL along with the food- which was out of this world! Michelle was the most attentive person I could have asked for. She answered all my questions so quickly and was absolutely perfect to work with- made the stressful days of wedding planning very relaxing for me knowing I had her to answer all my questions. We Best Experience at Waverly Oaks Golf Course!
The people at Waverly Oaks made our wedding day perfect! They were so accommodating and helpful with whatever we needed. Michelle was always responsive whenever we had a question or had to make an adjustment. The space is absolutely beautiful inside and outside and we have perfect pictures from our day! I would high recommend having a wedding at Waverly Oaks Golf Course you couldn’t beat the amazing experience we had working with them for a year making every detail of our wedding come together perfectly!

Great experience
We got married at Waverly on June 14th. We had only our reception here and it was beautiful. The venue is up to date and very attractive. We knew the second we walked in that this was going to be the place for our big day. Michelle was great from beginning to end. She was very accommodating and the process was extremely seamless. The food came out hot and delicious. One minor detail was the cake not being out long enough for guests so I would suggest you just ask them to leave it out until the end.DJX studios was our DJ (we had Charles) and we couldn't have been more happy with him and his team. They cut a few songs for us and they were perfect. Our guests continue to talk about how good our DJ was. Kristin Young was our photographer and she was UNREAL-I cant wait to see more pictures. We used Flair for flowers they were great as well-very accommodating with some last minute additions. I used Video New England for our videographer-I have seen many of his videos before and they are breathtaking.

Perfect venue!!!!
My husband and I got married at Waverly Oaks on 9/1/18 and could not have asked for a more perfect day. We also hosted our Rehearsal dinner at Waverly Oaks and everything was great. Michelle and Nicole helped to support us through the entire planning process from start to finish. Everything about the venue and atmosphere were fantastic - from the greenery, design of the building, layout, flowers, food options. The views from the ceremony space were breathtaking and the interior is tastefully designed and decorated. The interior reception area is spacious and allowed us and our guests to mingle freely. There were multiple options and areas available - whether it be in the bar area, the actual reception area, the veranda or the outside ceremony space. The variety of space options is one of major features about Waverly Oaks that we loved. Some venues feel cramped or have an awkward flow and Waverly Oaks did not! There is a nice, elegant modern feel with a touch of Cape Cod entwined into Waverly Oaks.
The food was phenomenal from our horderves, salad, entree to the late night snacks and ice cream treats. Food was a very important and critical aspect for our wedding day and the Chef completely met and surpassed our expectations. We still have friends raving about how fantastic the food was. The food service was impeccable from start to finish. The servers were efficient and professional. Our Bartenders, Kathy, Jessica and Sunny and were extremely conscientious to all of our guests drink needs and worked efficiently and quickly. I have never seen a more cohesive bartending team for a wedding. We absolutely loved everything!!!!! Michelle and Nicole worked hard to make our wedding incredible. Overall, the team and vendors at Waverly Oaks provided phenomenal service. They are friendly, flexible, professional and supportive with customer service as their main focus. We highly recommend Waverly Oaks for weddings, parties, dinners and any event you can host and can't wait to go back to visit.

I can't stop smiling about my wedding this past weekend! Michelle, Nicole, Heather, and everyone else there made my wedding day a dream come true! I work in the wedding industry, and the professionalism, the attention to detail, and just the friendliness of the entire staff made planning my wedding so easy! Michelle was always available to assist in all of my questions and even offered some great suggestions! The venue is seriously a hidden gem in Plymouth. The grounds are absolutely stunning, the food is delicious, and the packages they offer, cannot be compared to any other venue. You work with top-class photographers and DJ's that know the venue and love the venue which trust me, makes your day go off without any issues that you and your partner can just relax and enjoy every little moment. Michelle and Nicole are fantastic. My daughter and her husband picked Waverly and I'm so glad they did. I run a club in CT and we do events frequently so my expectations were high. They were so easy to work with, very accommodating. I asked if we could decorate the day before the wedding for certain items and they let us arrive early (no other event was being held). For all the items we asked them to handle, they did it beautifully. They are very calming and kind and pay attention to details. We selected vendors from their preferred list except for the DJ and everyone was great, especially Kristin Young Photography and Freezeframe Video. I would absolutely recommend Waverly and their team!

I couldn't have asked for a better ceremony and reception than the one I received at Waverly Oaks Golf Club. The staff, including Michelle and Nicole, are absolutely amazing! They both were very helpful during the planning process and the day of our wedding - they are true professionals. The space is gorgeous, the grounds are immaculate and breathtaking and the food was some of the best wedding food I have ever had. One of our guests commented that the vegetarian option was the best wedding meal they've ever eaten. The appetizers were great, our meals were phenomenal and the included cake from Montillios was perfect too! Waverly Oaks Golf Club provides an amazing value and is comparable to weddings in Boston or on the cape. If you're looking for a venue that allows creativity while also limiting the stress of wedding planning, I would without doubt recommend Waverly Oaks Golf Club. We are so fortunate that we found this venue because we had an absolutely perfect wedding!

My daughters wedding at Waverly was a dream come true. It was everything my daughter and son-in-law had wanted. We were treated like royalty. Throughout the wedding planning, we were promptly responded to. Their guidance in helping with decisions was always spot on. The night of the wedding was magical; from the Bridal Suite being stocked with goodies, the delicious appetizers, scrumptious dinner and during the evening there was always someone there with what was needed next before we had even thought about it. The DJ and Photographer executed the night perfectly. This was definitely "A Night To Remember".

My husband and I fell in love when we visited Waverly Oaks and it was only our second venue visit! It’s so beautiful and elegant and one of our favorite parts is how set back the clubhouse is and that while driving up by the course to it, it eventually opens up to reveal the venue on the hill, which is really cool and unique.
We worked with Nicole and Michelle throughout the whole planning process, which was two years long for us. They made wedding planning fun because of how reliable and experienced they both are. Nicole was our day-to-day contact for all my ridiculous questions and constant emails and she was always very flexible, responsive and helpful. Michelle was there to help for rehearsal prep and the day of the wedding, as well as Nicole. Michelle was a star! She is so knowledgeable and friendly and experienced. Both of them stayed there during our entire wedding to make sure the day went off without a hitch.
They let us bring all of our décor and wedding items two days before the wedding. When we dropped it off, they spent time going over every single item with us and how we wanted it displayed, etc. Michelle even made a few suggestions I hadn’t even thought of. She instantly makes you feel relaxed and you know you’re in good hands from her expertise and can just let them do their thing.
They have a list of preferred vendors that we used for flowers, photography and lighting and all of the people we worked with were fantastic.
The food is beyond outstanding and is definitely one of the best features. We chose sirloin and stuffed chicken and the stuffed chicken won everyone over!
We still have people complimenting how beautiful Waverly Oaks was to this day. I will also say they treat the bride and groom like royalty and literally every single person working there is so friendly and great to work with. If you’re looking for a venue, add this one to your list. You won’t be disappointed. Plus, Plymouth is an under-rated hidden gem.

We just think about all that Nicole, Michelle and the staff of Waverly Oaks did for us on our wedding day and it brings tears to our eyes. The professionalism, compassion, care, and love exuding from Nicole and company was simply overwhelming. From our decision to hire Waverly Oaks to the very end, we felt heard, respected and everything was done to ensure our vision was manifested. This type A Virgo actually let go and was present for the day in their hands. The space is amazingly beautiful. The food is absolutely delicious. Our guests are still talking about their meals and our passed hors d'oeuvres! Even the vegans and vegetarians :) We couldn't have asked for a better venue or better people. My husband Jeremy and I got married at Waverly Oaks on June 3rd 2017! Our wedding planner Nicole was AMAZING! She was very prompt in responding to questions or concerns that we had via email or telephone. The day of, I did not have any worries that something would go wrong; I knew we were in great hands!
We did the package wedding (substituting the florist and bringing in our own videographer) and we could not have asked for better vendors to have worked with that Waverly has on their staff. Kristin took amazing photos and captured moments that we'll have forever!! And Gary did a great job keeping friends and family out of their seats and onto the dance floor!! And Shoot me Photobooth was a crowd favorite!
Our guests raved about the venue and the food and said they have never enjoyed meals or been to a venue as beautiful as ours!
We owe our amazing day to Nicole and the entire staff at Waverly Oaks for being so accommodating, professional and giving us the most spectacular Wedding we could have ever asked for!

Waverly Oaks offered the best packages we found after visiting / connecting with over a dozen other venues... the food, DJ, photographer, flowers, and cake were all included in the package price. We had a wonderful time working with Carolyn and her team. Organizing and managing our reception and vendors was very smooth and low stress. The vendors with whom they work were great. Everyone was responsive and helpful, and the venue was lovely. We were even able to set up a kid's play room and a nap room (we hired a couple of babysitters), so kids were able to attend and be entertained. Fantastic experience.

We just got married at Waverly Oaks and it was wonderful from day one. Carolyn was so easy to work with and super responsive. She was totally flexible with whatever changes we wants or things we forgot from planning to the day of. The grounds, reception hall, and bar area were so nice and didn't feel too "country clubby." The package deal made planning so easy and the day of was much less stressful having Carolyn to coordinate everyone and knowing they have all worked together. It was also nice having guests stay in Plymouth - they seemed to have lots of fun checking out the historic places, local events, food, etc. I would definitely recommend Waverly Oaks to anyone.

Throughout this whole process all the way back to February of 2015, Carolyn was so helpful, kind, and communicative.
We knew that we chose the right wedding venue the day we arrived at Waverly Oaks. Even in the snow, it was breathtaking!
The food, decorations, staff...everything was absolutely terrific. Carolyn and Nicole set up all of my decorations exactly as I had envisioned everything. They didn't miss a single detail!

When we met with him, he gave us his full attention and did everything that we needed him to do. He edited our first dance song and my father/daughter dance song perfectly!! I have been to a lot of weddings and usually judge the wedding by the DJ, and I can honestly say he was one of the very best DJs I have heard so far!
Kristin Young is also a wonderful photographer and person. I could tell how much she cares about her job, and she treated us like we were her only wedding despite the hundreds she has photographed in the past. Her energy was contagious and her artistic vision is simply amazing. Our family and bridal party commented on how amazing she is!! She even took the time to photograph my newly married cousin and his wife, as well as my expecting Maid of Honor! Kristin is absolutely one of a kind.
We definitely recommend Waverly Oaks to our future newlywed friends!! (I already heard two friends who want to have a wedding "exactly like us!")

from day one Carolyn has made everything easy and carefree. Not only did we get a breath taking reception venue, but we also got our vendors all for the price of a venue. Kristin Young (one of the package photographers) is an amazing photographer as well as a wonderful person who truly cares about her clients. Each vendor was easy to work with, and contact as well as Carolyn. We cannot wait for our wedding in Aug 2017!...Waverly was the place to beat out of all 14 venues we looked at!

We got married at Waverly Oaks on 9/6/15. From beginning to end, our experience with this venue was outstanding. The wedding coordinator Carolyn James is extremely organized and so helpful with planning. We chose the package wedding which included the DJ, Photographer, Cake and Centerpieces. Each of these vendors were fantastic to work with. The package also makes budgeting for things easier because you knew the costs up front. The day of the wedding was amazing. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed with anything. The staff was great at keeping us informed of what was going on without being intrusive. All of our guests had a great time. I am still getting complements on the venue itself and the food.

We had our rehearsal dinner as well as our wedding ceremony/reception at Waverly Oaks in April and could not have been happier with the experience. Carolyn James and her staff are extremely professional, responsive, flexible and friendly. The venue is impeccable and we had such an incredible wedding experience through Waverly Oaks. We would highly recommend this venue.

We had such an amazing wedding at waverly oaks on 11/15/14. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Beautiful venue! We loved it the minute we walked in. I knew I needed to have my reception there! Carolyn James the wedding coordinator for waverly is also one of the main reasons that we chose waverly. She makes you feel taken care of and that you don't have to worry about anything. She is so responsive with emails and never makes you feel like you are bothering her with questions. Definitely recommending this venue to others!
