Waveform transformed the garden for our wedding into an ethereal wonderland! Not only was the lighting practical, so guests could navigate the otherwise dark space, but their team created a whole new atmosphere to highlight and enhance the natural beauty of the surroundings. Guests raved about the lighting and space! Will happily add photos once I have more back from our event. All in all, the perfect addition to our event. -

Waveform provided the DJ and Lighting for our wedding and they exceeded all our expectations. Our wedding was 2 days, with a Indian ceremony and a Western ceremony, and our DJ, Ryan, excelled at providing music and being an amazing emcee at both. We had a couple specific bits we wanted (introducing our groomsmen as the '96 Chicago Bulls, having a funny blurb for introducing our bridesmaids, among others) and Ryan did a great job at everything. We also had them do our lighting for our Western ceremony, and it elevated the experience for everyone. The quality of their services and their professionalism were perfect, and we highly recommend them for anyone who needs a DJ and lighting. -

Waveform was the best! Ryan and Martin were so friendly, personable and easy to work with. They were very responsive, excellent at explaining their services and went over and above what was expected to make sure our wedding was as we wanted. Martin even did an onsite walk-through with us to suggest lighting and audio. We were very pleased by their preparation, delivery and execution! Ryan was a top-notch DJ and host. He made the event fun and exciting! We would highly recommend booking Waveform! -

DJ Ryan is awesome!
My wife and I did our wedding through Disney Fairytale Weddings. Disney booked DJ Ryan for us and we had an overall amazing experience with him. He walked us through the order of events before our wedding day and had a lot of suggestions that helped add that extra magical touch to things. On the day of the was attentive to us, our guests' energy, and was a really good resource of information for our coordinator. Thanks to him, the day went off beautifully. The only issue that came up was a little microphone feedback during our ceremony but he handled it quickly and discreetly. We really loved having him as a part of our special day and highly recommend his services. -

They were absolutely fantastic, and everyone had a great time! They had a room of mostly anti-social millennial engineers and lawyers dancing the entire time. We've been to many weddings and never seen people this outgoing. They did much more than just play music - they got everyone involved. They played games with the crowd, taught the group the thriller dance, and so much more. We recommend using the guest RSVP to poll guests on their favorite songs, then having them play the guests favorite songs. Thanks for the great time! -

We are absolutely thrilled with the DJ Ryan from Waveform Events that we had for our wedding! From start to finish, the music was flawless and set the perfect tone for every moment of the day. The Ryan expertly read the room, seamlessly transitioning between genres and keeping the energy up all night long. Whether it was our first dance, the heartwarming songs during dinner, or the high-energy tracks that had everyone on their feet, the music was always spot-on.
Our guests couldn't stop talking about how amazing the playlist was, and the dance floor was packed from start to finish! Ryan also did a fantastic job of keeping things flowing smoothly, making sure all announcements and transitions were on cue. It was clear that he was not just playing songs but truly creating an unforgettable experience.
We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ to help make our wedding celebration one to remember. His professionalism, expertise, and ability to keep the party going all night long made all the difference! Thank you for making our special day even more extraordinary!

I cannot recommend Waveform highly enough. Our DJ Ryan was phenomenal. We told him we wanted the wedding basics but also we love lesbian pop. He fully came through. The lighting was everything I could have dreamed of. I have literally never been to a wedding with a DJ as good as Ryan. Other DJs I looked at that I thought would be similar quality were asking for $1k-$2k more than Waveform. Additionally, many other DJs I met with charged a ton for different add-ons. The dance floor was packed the whole night everyone from my 5 year old ring bearer to my 70 something mother-in-law was having a great time. He also did a great job of emceeing. Ryan is professional, kind, and theatrical in a good way. He knows when to step into the light and when to step out. He also incorporated our favorite songs that were not dance-y into other parts of the evening. I cannot recommend them enough! -

My husband and I found Waveform Events through our planner and hired DJ Amanda to provide DJ services for our wedding in downtown LA in September. The music was one of the elements of the day we both cared the most about. We are the type to make a very specific playlist for every occasion, so while we had a very specific vision and requests for the different parts of our wedding day, we also wanted to hand it off to a professional who could read the crowd and keep the energy going. And wow did Waveform and DJ Amanda deliver! Our dance floor was lit from start to finish and we got so many compliments on the music. Both my husband and I had anxiety dreams leading up to the wedding about no one dancing, and that never would have happened under DJ Amanda’s watch! She followed all of our many instructions to a T while reading the vibe and keeping the party going all night long, from guest arrivals to the final dance set of the night. Would highly recommend to anyone! -

My wife and I were on a strict budget for our wedding and were shopping around trying to find a decent deal that didn't seem like a scam or poor quality service when we ended up on the phone with Martin and Daric. We told them some of our story and the dream for our wedding, to which Martin responded with "Let me see how I can make that happen." From start to finish Waveform took excellent care of us and they met us where we were at budget wise. Waveform Events did an amazing job at our wedding this spring! From start to finish they were professional, kind, and beyond helpful in planning our event. Kris was our contact there and he was very responsive with suggestions on lighting, draping, and dance floor rental options. We asked for a specific lighting shade to be done in our reception and were so happily surprised with the results on the day of the event! Their team was flexible on the day-of and very reliable. Better than what I Imagined!
Martin and Ryan are such a great duo. We threw a wedding expo at our garden and they were our lighting vendor. Not only was it absolutely beautiful, but they took what I imagined in my head and made it better! They walked around with me during a site visit and we collaborated on ideas, which is truly what confirmed how ready I was for the expo to come to life; lighting is a major aspect of any private event and once that site visit happened I knew it was going to be magical. Kris and his team at Waveform Events are absolute MAGICIANS when it comes to lighting and decor!! They designed the wedding party of our dreams! When we first set out to plan a very non-traditional Halloween Horror themed wedding party, we were nervous we wouldn't be able to find a team that could execute our vision. Thankfully, we found Waveform Events and they absolutely blew our expectations OUT OF THE WATER!! The venue looked INCREDIBLE, both inside and out -- the attention to detail and level of quality was truly mind-blowing. And on top of all that, Kris and his team were an absolute DELIGHT to work with every step of the way! Wonderful collaborators, excellent communicators, organized professionals and creative geniuses! Waveform Events was absolutely wonderful to work with. We originally booked them for our backyard wedding reception in Redlands, CA for May 2020; after having to postpone twice in 2020 due to the pandemic, Waveform Events generously gave us until October 2022 to use their services. Our original DJ, Martin, was able to come out to our home in Oceanside, CA, this past weekend for our backyard event. He was incredibly professional and kind--and showed up two hours ahead of the party to set up his equipment to make sure everything went smoothly. Our guests loved the music and how responsive Martin is to requests. He played everything on our personal requests lists and gracefully avoided playing anything on our do-not-play list as well.
Throughout the past two years, Martin has always been very responsive to all emails and requests and was truly a delight to work with. We would highly recommend Martin and Waveform Events and are already trying to think of future events we could plan just as an excuse to hire them again! -

I cannot say enough good things about Waveform events. From our initial meeting, Martin really took care of us. We coordinated to have Ryan to be our DJ for a wedding. The online system they have to help you pick songs were so professional, and we met ahead of time in order to really nail down the music for the event. Ryan really helped us with a few choices when we were stuck and knew exactly what we were looking for. During the day of, Ryan kept the crowd going and the flow of music was so natural. I'm still receiving compliments on all of the music at the wedding. Thank you Ryan for making our wedding so special and fun.
Side note- Ryan was a professional. Well dressed, great attitude and ready to make our wedding an A+. -

My husband and I had our wedding in the middle of the pandemic by doing a drive-in movie styled event. We exchanged vows on stage while everyone stayed in their cars listening to the audio through their car radios. Afterwards we watched a movie on the screens just like a drive-in theater. I could not have pulled this off without the professionals from Waveform Events who perfectly synced up microphones, car radios, movie screens and the actual movie- all while staying safe during pandemic protocols. Thank you so much for making our day perfect! -

Me and my husband hired Martin and his team as our DJ and lighting for our backyard wedding on October 17th 2020. During these crazy and unexpected times I had to postpone my wedding date 6 months later due to COVID. He was a pleasure to work with and was absolutely understanding. He was always very easy to get in contact with at all times. His online website was self explanatory and so easy to use, which made it enjoyable to fill in song requests for our wedding day. Me and my husband enjoyed doing that together during planning. On the day of the wedding Martin and his team arrived at perfect time, they were dressed very professionally, practiced safety measures for COVID, wore masks and physically distanced. My guests all felt very comfortable!!
During the wedding speeches there were microphone covers that were continuously switched out after each speech. Martin and his team were upbeat, played the best music and had me (the bride) on the dance floor the ENTIRE NIGHT. At one point there was even a dance of between a groomsman and team member which made the dance floor even more exciting!!
I could not be happier with the service I recieved!! My guests are still talking about my wedding being the funnest and most organized event they have ever been too. I HIGHLY recommend Martin Felipe and his team! THANK YOU for making my wedding day everything I dreamed of and more!!! -

I was in need of an amazing DJ for my backyard wedding and was having a hard time because it was during the pandemic. So I reached out on Facebook and was referred to Waveform by several other women so I reached out. Martin was so amazing to talk with. He took down everything I was in need of and was able to connect us with Josh because Martin had a previously scheduled wedding to DJ the same day.
Josh came to our home and brought us a nice bottle of wine. We were amazed at The level of his customer service! He was so professional too! We enjoyed chatting with him while he got to know us and learned what we wanted for our wedding. He even helped us come up with some song ideas.
The day of the wedding arrived and we were surprised with not only Josh but Martin too! We were so happy to have both of them there for our special day! They did a phenomenal job at keeping the music going and the guests dancing!
I would recommend Waveform to anyone that’s looking for a professional and awesome DJ for their next event! We will definitely keep them in mind for ours! -

We got 3 services from Waveform. Our DJ/MC, Lighting and Phot booth. After plenty of research we selected Dj Anthony. We had over 260 people at our wedding and he did a phenomenal job. He played all the songs we wanted (English and Spanish), and even did a funny song that one of my husbands friends recorded a while back. HE TRULLY made it flawless. Very happy with him and Waveform. -

We are so thankful for Waveforms help creating the perfect music and lighting atmosphere for our wedding. We used them for both the outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. Martin went above and beyond to accommodate us. Music is VERY important to us and we had our own playlist of songs we wanted at our wedding. Some of our songs are unique and hard to find. Our genres varied big time, (oldies, french pop and rock, industrial, indie, alternative, funk, halloween-themed, film soundtracks, etc.) Martin very thoughtfully and respectfully worked with us to find and balance our requests and in the end were so grateful for his advice and hard work. We, and our guests loved Erik, our day of dj. He was fun, read the crowd flawlessly, took requests and made announcements for us. Martin was there at the beginning as well to ensure our satisfaction. We had decided last minute to add uplighting, which they effortlessly accommodated and it came out beautiful.
We researched and spoke with at least a dozen different event djs companies. Waveform really stood out and was undeniably the best choice. Their prices were great, the djs skilled and professional and they have great in house add on options. We are so happy with and highly recommend Waveform -

Waveform and DJ Allen were awesome!!!
We chose Waveform for our wedding DJ based on a referral from our wedding coordinator (Laura Seguin). The process included an in-person meeting with Martin (the VP at Waveform) to go over our timeline, expectations, and learn about their process. The process was pretty straightforward and they have an easy to use online system for inputting your song requests, timeline, favorite genres, etc. For the actual wedding event, we had DJ Allen as well as Amanda as MC. We weren't totally sure what to expect having not met our actual DJ beforehand, however DJ Allen was awesome!!! He kept our dance floor full all night, including some fun tracks where he came out onto the floor to show everyone the moves. Amanda was great as an MC as well! They were both super professional, fun, good natured, and helped make our wedding as incredible as possible. We cannot recommend Waveform enough! -

Our life savors!!!!
Cypress class of 2019 preschool graduation!!!! It was a beautiful day!!! Thank you so much to Martín and Kris from @waveform_events for helping us with the sound system!!! Because of you guys all the graduates families were able to hear their names🖤🖤🖤 we had 500+ family members that came for their little ones. The nightmare where the dj cancels the night before happen and we couldn't find anyone and most DJs were booked for that day. we loved our DJs from our wedding and decided to call them in the may e they did smaller events as well. No hesitation, they said yes! We were in a pinch and they saved the day! if anyone needs any help with music or lighting.. from graduations to weddings ( they were the ones to get everyone on the floor for our wedding) !!! They are your guys!!! Again thank you guys for saving the day!!!! -

First let me say this is not my first experience using Waveform events... It is my fourth!!! We will not use anyone else, ever. We have enjoyed Martin's help with our sons wedding.... A forever amazing lasting memory! We contacted them for our sons college graduation, a birthday and most recently my 60th Birthday Extravaganza!!! If you are considering Waveform events, do not stop do not contact anyone else, sign them right away and enjoy the day and look forward to the memories you are creating! -

We had a non traditional wedding and a lot of strange requests and they went above and beyond to help us make our special day extra special! Martin was amazing during the planning phase and our DJ Allen had every single one of our 120 guests on their feet dancing the whole time! The Bride’s grandfather even got on the dance floor for the first time in DECADES! Fantastic experience. 10/10 would recommend. -

Ryan showed up early to start setting up our rather extensive wedding. We needed speakers on the ground level of our venue (The Houdini Estate) and his DJ set up for the reception on a higher level and a long hike up a rocky path. The wedding went off without a hitch and Ryan then used our burlesque intro (we do burlesque and he took parts of the intro we used) to get the crowd excited for the grand entrance! He then had the brilliant idea of having a group photo with all of our guests on the dance floor which then kicked off a dance party that lasted until the end of our reception. I have never seen a dance floor as consistently packed as our wedding and the music Ryan played was hit after hit with our guests. His professionalism and enthusiasm for being there set the mood for the entire day! When the last song started, the floor was still packed and he played our vows over the intro of the music which brought us newlyweds to tears and it was the most beautiful thing. I will remember that part of our wedding vividly. He is an incredible guy and is a must have for every wedding. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

This went extremely well as most of the wedding guests danced for hours and complimented on what a great idea to DJ the event. The next night the wedding went even better and dancing was nonstop fun. His setup and professionalism is first class.
