We had the best time at Watervue! Kiera Was so professional and kind! We had to change the time for our rehearsal 2 times and she was so patient with us! She helped with all of our needs! She calmed our wedding jitters and she had a smile on her face every time we saw her! I highly recommend her services! We love her! -

My husband and I were not planning on having a wedding knowing how expensive elegant weddings typically are. We found WaterVue at Brooks St. online and saw they had an amazing weekday price. The next week we took a trip out to the venue and fell in love. When you're standing in the venue it almost takes your breathe away. We knew this was the perfect place for our wedding and at the perfect cost! Tiffany was incredible in helping us along the way, and especially on the day of our wedding. I knew our wedding would be great and special, but the wedding that it turned out to be absolutely stunned me and I could not have pictured a better or more beautiful day. Thank you!! -

I am SOOOOO GLAD we chose the Watervue at Brooks St for our big day!! We thought about beach wedding, but realized that Watervue offered us protection from rain and humidity (which it downpoured for awhile the day of the wedding) but also provided a huge outdoor space/wrap around deck for us to enjoy the goorrrrrgeous views of the Santa Rosa sound and the weather (once it cleared up). Phew are we glad we picked this venue, to get the best of both worlds!! The decorations package was very reasonably priced and made it sooo stress free and easy knowing we didn’t have to transport anything to/from the venue except for any little added specific decorations (which was minimal because they have most everything you could need, except for a few certain signs I wanted and live flowers obviously). We rented from them the tablecloths, decorations package and the STUNNING criss cross backdrop (which we honestly then saved money by not doing an arch or other flowers, which I preferred-classic, elegant, simple but still gorgeous=>my style). The decorations package included the white drapery in the ceilings, the twinkle lights, various signage and decor items, vases for floating candles, frames for pictures along the hallway (very special and unique touch), and so much more. We had the ceremony, the cocktail hour, and reception all at the watervue, for about 75 people, and it was PERFECT!! We didn’t have to travel to different locations, but it still felt like 3 separate experiences. The cocktail hour was on the amazing wrap around deck. The chairs for the ceremony were moved afterwards to the tables on the other side of the huge center bar, and then there was a very big space for the dance floor right by the DJ booth. The sweetheart table in the corner is perfectly placed under a chandelier and as our backdrop was then the huge wall of windows looking out onto the water. Huge space along the bar for the buffet to be placed, right by the kitchen. Cute little couch sitting area, especially nice for grandmas/older people or those just wanting a comfy spot to lounge while still feeling close/involved in the dance floor excitement. The multiple French doors all opened at the end of the night.. the cross breeze was heavenly!!! especially after we were hot from dancing all night. Tiffany was very responsive, professional, and flexible/available to give us a tour when we came into town last minute. Ample free parking. GREAT little bridal suite for me to hide in before the ceremony (my husband and I did not want to do a first look/see eachother beforehand), awesome spot in the back (away from the bridal suite) for the groomsmen to kick it & chill with tvs & a bar. The Watervue was PERFECT for us & our day, and we 1000% recommend this venue!!!! -

This venue was absolutely stunning!
Tiffany is the best!! She has such a great energy! She made everything easy!! The venue is absolutely beautiful!! It has amazing water views, and simply beautiful. The venue is such a great size whether the party is large or small. Everything felt intimate but not stuffy. Tiffany have solutions to problems we didn’t even think of, she was always on hand to assist with everything. She made sure everything ran smoothly and all vendors were on the same page!! I absolutely loved how beautiful everything turned out!! -

We had our wedding ceremony on the beach and would have loved the whole wedding out there, but decided we needed an indoor venue for the reception being it was August in Florida. We were so glad we did because we found Watervue at Brooks Street. We fell in love with the venue from the layout, to the inside architecture, and the wrap around patio overlooking the bay. It ended up being the perfect spot for us and our wedding. The staff was great who helped us schedule and coordinate everything for the venue space. They were very responsive and knowledgeable. Tiffany was amazing with getting everything set up for us. After having our reception there, we wouldn't have had it any other way any month of the year. We highly recommend the Watervue! -

Tiffany and Kelly was so great to work with! They let us pick out decorations and they set them up which made things so much easier. They were also very flexible and easy to get in touch with. We choose a package that included catering. We did a pasta bar and every body loved it! The decorations were so cute as well. -

WaterVue is the PERFECT venue! It’s so beautiful and is in a great location on the water. It’s big enough for a large group (we had 160 at our reception) but still feels intimate and manageable. The staff is amazing and helpful! Tiffany, Wayne, and Faith go above and beyond. -

What can we say about this beautiful location but wow!!! Amazing location; amazing views; amazing staff. We had both our wedding and reception at Watervue. We were able to keep the events separate then later turn the the ceremony location into a dancefloor. The floor set up is ideal for having both events in one place and feel like you're getting your money's worth. We ended up using Tiffany Merrell as our wedding coordinator and she was our Day of Coordinator. How happy were we?!!! Ecstatic. She dealt with a lot of stuff including some pretty heavy stuff and got on with our day without missing a beat. We can't say more wonderful stuff about this place or this coordinator. It was worth spending an extra $1000 to have her be the sounding board. All we had to do is make ultimate decisions and turn up. It almost makes us miss this place and our build up. You would be crazy to pick somewhere else. Solid 5 stars!!! -

We had our wedding reception at WaterVue and it was an absolutely spectacular venue. All of our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the venue looked. We used the decoration package offered with the rental and when we arrived everything was already setup and looked great. Tiffany was an absolute godsend as well. She was easy to work with and very accommodating with all our requests. We rented WaterVue with her and hired her as our day of coordinator. Everyone should do that! She ensured everything ran perfect the entire night. She coordinated with all of our vendors (many who she already knew very well) and took all the stress of the evening off of us. She worked so hard to make sure every detail of our reception was perfect. Every time I needed something she was there to make sure it happened, and she ensured all of the activities from dinner to the cake cutting to the first dance went off without a hitch. I cannot say enough good things about Tiffany or the WaterVue and highly recommend that anyone who uses the WaterVue for their event hire Tiffany as their day of coordinator. -

So pretty!
WaterVue was a beautiful venue. We absolutely loved being right of the water. Our guests loved the location and the wrap around porch. The only complaint we had was that the floor and grooms retreat was pretty dirty when we arrived to the venue, nothing too extreme! The groomsmen enjoyed using the grooms retreat though. The bridal room is a little small but useable. We had our ceremony and reception inside, with a total guest count of 120. The floor plan was a little tight for 120 but it worked and the guests still enjoyed it. We also used the backdrop which was beautiful! We are sure it is going to make the ceremony photos look awesome. The staff were easy to work with and pretty helpful when needed. We would definitely recommend WaterVue to anyone who asked. -

Meghan Sent on 03/04/2018We are so happy we chose WaterVue for our wedding reception!! The building is beautiful, with an AMAZING view all around from the two wrap around porches. It's so pretty inside, too! It has such a warm, inviting atmosphere. There are already a bunch of string lights, chandeliers, and cute signs everywhere, so you don't have to decorate too much. All of the staff we worked with were amazing. Mary was so responsive and accommodating over email, which was so appreciated since we were planning the wedding from afar. Tiffany and Wayne were so informative and helpful when we were touring the property, setting up before the wedding, and during the reception to make sure everything ran smoothly. We also appreciated being able to hire all of our own vendors, so we could have people we truly loved and helped to save costs! We can't recommend or thank WaterVue enough for the wedding of our dreams!! -

Everything I was looking for, private parking, on the water with out being too beach like, rustic and warm, lots of natural light.

My (new!) husband and I had our wedding here with only about 2 months to plan between a baby on the way and 2 deployments (go Army). We were able to secure a date with Tiffany in that time and have the wedding we always wanted! Ali was our day of coordinator and was absolutely EXCELLENT. So easy to work with and she made sure EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect for us. We could not have found a better spot with the time we had to plan that allowed us to have a beautiful wedding with everything in one spot. I highly recommend this venue!! -

Very dirty
My son and his wife got married there on September 2. When the venue was rented we were told that the kitchen was only for prepping no cooking. Well wedding day comes and first of all the refrigerator was not cold to store food. As we are prepping food and drinks, there are COCKROACHES and ants all over the food and counters! I am disgusted that they charge the amount that they charge and you are left with bugs! This is not acceptable! Do better Watervue! I do understand palmetto bugs from being on the water but the little cockroaches are from being dirty and unsanitary. When the guy showed up to lock up I addressed this with him and he apologized and told us they know there’s a horrible roach problem, that’s why the kitchen can’t be used to cook in, but the owner will not do anything to fix it. Do your research before you agree to rent this property. We had to throw away hundreds of dollars of food because I refuse to serve food that has bugs in it. And Watervue response is I’m sorry we’re on the water. -

This venue is NOT military friendly. We had to cancel our wedding due to COVID and military restrictions that would not let my husband off base for our wedding. The venue would not reimburse me even half. This was due to COVID and the MILITARY....absolutely nothing we could do about the pandemic and the Eglin AFB base not letting marines leave base at all. We were sent to our PDS and couldn’t use that facility, which was offered instead of a refund, at all since we were transferred. They were not helpful and had zero compassion to our situation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
