Beautiful Job

Waterford Event Rentals provided linens, chargers, napkins, and chairs for my daughter's wedding and we could not have been happier with the professionalism of their entire team as well as the quality of the rentals. Superb service, responsive to emails and calls, and their attention to detail is unmatched.

So pretty!!

I loved working with Waterford Event Rentals, I got plate chargers and table clothes, and it was so easy and the girls working there are so sweet. I am super glad I found them; it made all the difference with the decorating!

Super easy to work with!

Waterford was just the vendor we needed for our small DIY beach wedding! We only needed 30 chairs with setup & teardown on the beach, and they did a fantastic job providing those for us as a very reasonable price. Kayla & Sarah had excellent communication from start to finish, and even though I wasn’t present at the beach for the setup or teardown, our coordinator was very satisfied with their work! Highly recommend!

Efficient and friendly

Everyone that I came into contact with at Waterford was friendly and kind! I had them drop off and pick up the linens and it was convenient! The quality of the linens were phenomenal as well.

An easy part of the wedding process

Waterford event rentals were so easy to work with for our June wedding at Lesner Inn. Visiting their show room was very helpful and helped you get to know them. They have a nice array of colors and styles and can help you with your vision. They were very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process and just made everything a breeze.

Great experience!

I had a great experience with Waterford Event Rentals. I used them for linens and chargers for my May 2021 wedding and was so happy with how beautiful everything turned out. Our initial meeting was so helpful to explore ideas and refine my vision. They were helpful and conscious to help me stay within my budget. The day of our wedding, they showed up and put everything together just like we discussed. I would definitely recommend them!

Amazing Linens and Napkins

I love Waterford Event Rentals. I plan corporate and non profit events and they have always done a great job providing the best linens, chair covers, and napkins. They even provide service to fold and add linens to tables and help with set up. Of course, I enjoy folding the napkins, but I didn't have a corporate event this time. it was a wedding and a very special wedding for my youngest daughter. We planned her wedding during the Covid 19 Pandemic for a May 22, 2021 wedding. All details came together and we moved forward with the planning. We met with Kayla and she recommended ivory linens for a forest vibe outdoor wedding and we wanted a natural color napkin to go with the forest vibe. We fell in love with the burnt orange velvet napkins.as that was a pop that was the perfect color with the linens and florals. They even had a special offer of FREE napkins at the time we booked, so we saved money and this made my daughter happy. Thank you for taking the time to meet with us and opening the doors by appointment only. We had lots of emails back and forth. The wedding was perfect and so many compliments on the decor.

Waterford is truly the best in the business! They are so professional and responsive and just so easy to work with. I loved coming in to pick from their huge selection of linens and Alyse was so helpful in bringing my vision to life!

Best rentals in town!

The girls at Waterford are absolutely amazing! They responded to any questions that I had almost immediately and kept up with the changing needs of my rental agreement. Their quality is unmatched and their customer service is unbeatable. Everything that we rented from them was absolutely stunning and I am so glad we choose to do business with them!

Table Linens

For our wedding we used Waterford Rentals for our table linens. We wanted navy blue and white stripped table runners and light pink napkins. I saw that look on pintrest and they made it happen for us. Matched my vision and dream perfectly! Thank you so much for making our day turn out so special!

I rented seat covers for my parents anniversary party, they were perfect and very inexpensive! You pick up on Friday and drop them back off on a Monday, so you have them the full weekend! I will definitely be using them for my wedding as well!

Waterford was so easy to work with and very responsive. They answered all of my questions, gave me some great ideas, and offered photos for inspiration. We rented gold chiavalri chairs for our ceremony. Come wedding day, we had nothing to worry about thanks to their professionalism. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Rebecca and the team made my nautical dream come true! All the cocktail linens, guest table linens, runners, and napkins were clean, organized and ready to go when we picked them up. When we had to add and subtract to get the final numbers in place, they were all on board. Again, another hit with vendors!

I rented linens from Waterford for my wedding on Labor Day weekend 2017. From the beginning, their communication was professional and timely. They accommodated our schedule and allowed us to meet on a weekday evening. My mom and I enjoyed picking out the fabric, and I know we weren't the easiest to deal with. I wasn't sure about my colors yet and they managed to pick out something that I loved! The price was on budget and they were very flexible with our unique needs with it being the holiday weekend. I've already referred friends to Waterford!

The ladies at Waterford are a dream to work with! Rebecca was absolutely amazing and so easy-going! Anytime we had a question they responded the same or next day!! I cannot praise Waterford enough!!! They made the wedding planning experience so much less stressful! I cannot tell you how many times I called them to change the number of table cloths or napkins we ordered the couple weeks (even days) before the wedding. Every time I called them, they were always so pleasant and willing to accommodate any change I had to make. They knew exactly who I was (probably because I called them 17 bazillion times) and pulled up my order sheet within seconds to adjust my order. It felt like we were family! I 100% recommend them for any event! The table cloths/napkins were freshly pressed and clean when we picked them up! They were absolutely worth every penny!!!

We found Waterford from the Vow Bridal Event. The ladies are super kind and helpful making sure our vision came to life. Our wedding theme was James Bond and we requested for the napkins be folded as a bow tie. Everything was perfect on our wedding day! Thanks so much! I highly recommend!

Rebecca and the Waterford team was an amazing addition to our wedding day. We loved all of the linen provided and the gorgeous, must-have gold chiavari chairs. Prior to the wedding day, Waterford was available via email and phone to reassure this finicky bride. They were great communicators, detail-oriented, and professional. I knew all about Waterford before I was even engaged because my sister used to work for them so it was not a hard decision to get all of my linens through them for my wedding day and bridal shower! My venue offered complimentary linens already but I am SO glad that I went with Waterford and paid the extra money to do so because the linens really MADE the reception space that much more beautiful. They have such a wide variety of linens and a very knowledgable staff (special shout out to Rebecca!!) who will help you pick the right linens for each element of your wedding! In addition, I rented chargers from them which were also so beautiful and in great condition! Definitely recommend!!

It was such a breath of fresh air working with Waterford! Even at just our initial meeting, Rebecca, Alyse and Bridgette took the time to give me their own opinions and advice on what linens would look the best. They showed me the most beautiful pieces from their huge selection and worked with me to make it perfect. Everything turned out amazing and I couldn't have imagined using anyone else. Waterford was great to work with, good value, and had a large selection. Our caterer (Omar's Carriage House) did everything for us but we got to go in and pick our linens. It was a lot of fun and our chairs were gorgeous, comfortable, and an unbeatable deal.

My wedding was being held at the Woman's Club of Portsmouth where Waterford has onsite chairs. From first initial contact they were professional and prompt. I wanted to upgrade the chairs to something a little nicer and they unfortunately weren't available for my date and the number of guests I had. The week of they were able to secure more of the nicer chairs for me and we had them after all. It made a huge difference and I so appreciate them going above and beyond for that extra touch! Highly recommend Waterford for rental needs!

We met with Alyse who took her time going over many possible designs given our wedding colors and preferences. She had a lot of great ideas and different types of materials available, too. While we weren't there during the setup at our reception, everything looked beautiful. Her staff did a great job, and we appreciate everything they did!

Our organization does many events throughout the year, including numerous formal and black tie dinners. Before my arrival at the organization, we used to rent linens from out of area companies only to end up getting something we didn't expect and with a high price tag. I knew there had to be a better option, and there is: Waterford Event Rentals. They have a great selection of high quality fabrics in various designs and sizes, their prices are right on point with our budget, and we've never had an issue with delivery or pickup. The girls in the office are wonderful, especially Rebecca, who is a joy to work with. She listens, helps you pull your vision together, and lets you play with the linens to make it all come together. I'm so glad I've found Waterford and would highly recommend them to any organization or bride looking to add a little extra flare to their event!

i would suggest Waterford Event Rentals to a couple or to anyone seeking rental linen decorations for their event. The colors, styles, sizes give wonderful opportunities to have a beautifully decorated venue. I did not use Waterford Event Rentals for a wedding, but for my birthday party. I only rented tablecloths and runners.

The women at Waterford Event Rentals are incredibly helpful. I made a very last minute order for linens and chairs for Thanksgiving Dinner at my house and needed for suggestions on color coordinating; Bridgette took the time to see what they had in stock and provided me with several options. Waterford Rentals was amazing to work with! They gave my wedding the extra detailed touches that I needed! Rebecca was extremely helpful to work with and really helped me out in the decision making process. Their pricing was half the cost of what our venue was charging! We knew we wanted our wedding to have a fun, relaxed vibe, but still wanted it to be elegant. The linens we ordered from Waterford helped us achieve that goal. We met with Rebecca a few months out and told her what we were looking for. She was incredibly helpful and showed us all the options/combinations we wanted to see for tablecloths and napkins. To my surprise, my fiance was floored by the gold sequin tablecloths I'd had my eye on. There was a moment during the reception after dark where he pulled me aside and we both noticed how beautifully the string lights and candle light was reflected by the sequins. Definitely set the tone for our wedding. In a world where cookie cutter weddings are standard, Waterford will help you set your event apart.

We ordered sequin linens, white sequin runners, and blush napkins for my reception and these items made my reception tables and space stand out in a way that it wouldn't have if we had not gone with Waterford. The champagne sequin linens for my cake and sweetheart tables were stunning! Rebecca was flexible in setting up our meeting time and she was so helpful in suggesting things that worked with my colors and vision. We picked up our linens, but I know their delivery service is also fantastic from working with them in the past!

I am SO impressed by Waterford Event Rentals! The staff was just so amazingly sweet and very helpful with picking the perfect items for my wedding reception. The table linens were absolutely stunning and exactly what I had envisioned. (We had a lot of guest compliments and some even took photos!)

Waterford has a great selection of specialty linens for very reasonable prices! Everyone in the office is extremely kind and professional and answered any questions I had immediately. If you are considering adding a little extra flare to your wedding but are worried about cost, I would encourage you to talk with the ladies at Waterford. With even the smallest budget, they can help you complete the look you're going for.

Waterford Even Rentals supplied the table linens, chair covers/bows, napkins, chargers, etc for our wedding reception. We worked mostly with Rebecca and we had a fantastic experience! She always responded to emails really quickly (within a day usually!) and were so accommodating (I added one last table linen the day before the wedding!). They arrived promptly to set everything up the day before the wedding, and it looked beautiful. Very affordable too!

Waterford has a great selection of linens and Rebecca was awesome to work with. She is very responsive and made sure the linens were at our venue and set up the night before the wedding so that our florist could arrive early the next day to arrange the centerpieces. I loved the ivory rosette table runner we used for our head table. We also rented the gold chiavari chairs, which looked amazing. Awesome quality and service!

I loved working with Waterford. When I had my consultation with Rebecca (who is the best!) I mention that I really wanted to have gold chiavari chairs for my wedding. At the time Waterford didn't have gold chiavari chairs as part of their inventory. But the ladies of Waterford made my dream a reality and I had goldchiavari chairs for my wedding

I had such a great experience picking out my linens with Rebecca. Its like playing dress up except you're dressing up tables LOL. I had a hard time deciding on colors and textures and Rebecca was a great help during the process. Even when I wanted to change some things after booking, my changes were easily accommodated.

We learned about Waterford through our wedding planner, Crystal. It was a cold February morning, with snow on the ground, when Crystal took my mom and I to Waterford, but it was so warm and cozy inside! I was immediately taken by the selection they had. Alyse and Rebecca do such a wonderful job of making sure all there clients expectations are not just met, but exceeded! There aren't enough words to express my sincere satisfaction with Waterford Event Rentals! I used their linen services for my wedding and they completely transformed my venue! I would recommend going into their shop and not just shopping online. You will be amazed at how much they can offer and the girls will put everything together for you right then and there so you can see what it looks like. They have so many wonderful ideas and were so helpful! We had our reception at Vista Point at Naval Station Norfolk and the chairs that come with the room are rather hideous. Our quick solution was to contact Waterford Event Rentals for chair covers, sashes, and a few table overlays. They were so easy to work and their linens came at a great cost! They accommodated weekend meetings (since we don't live in the Hampton Roads area) and were very understanding of and prepared for necessary requirements needed for our vendors to get onto the Naval Base. Throughout the whole wedding planning process, any time I had a question, they responded quickly. On our wedding day, according to our coordinator, they were on time, ready to set up, and also broke down when needed. Thank you so much to the Waterford Event Rentals Team! Our reception room wouldn't have been as beautiful as it was without you guys!

Waterford was so wonderful! They worked with me up until 2 weeks out when our numbers were changing and I was changing my mind on which linens I liked, and they delivered with a smile the whole time! It was beautiful and I know everyone loved the linens!! Thank you all!

Working with Waterford Rentals was an absolutely wonderful experience. Rebecca took a real interest in assuring that I had everything that I wanted for my wedding linens. She stayed in constant contact in the days just before my wedding and took the initiative to reach out to my venue to make sure all t's were crossed and i's dotted. She made my fiancé and I feel at ease about the decisions we made. I certainly would recommend Waterford Event Rentals without hesitation!

Waterford Event Rentals was wonderful!! From selecting linens to answering questions throughout the process (and even a few minor changes right before the event), Alyse and her team could not have been more helpful, reliable and professional throughout the process. And I was so pleased with the overall look at the event - it was exactly what I wanted! I would, without a doubt, recommend them to anyone looking for linens (or other rentals!). I am so happy that I had the opportunity to work with them. They are fantastic!!

Waterford Event Rentals were wonderful to deal with, always quick to respond to my inquiries. And when we had last minute additions to our contract, they took care of everything without a problem.
