Beautiful Mountain Setting
Warren Station was an amazing venue for our wedding! The setting right in the village of Keystone was stunning and we loved having our ceremony in the the Quaking Aspen amphitheater. The aspen trees surrounding the ceremony made for such a beautiful setting. Cocktail hour on the patio was wonderful with the fire pits, flowers and creek running in the background. The Warren Station staff was friendly and helpful throughout the night and were continually making sure everything was perfect for us. They were also incredibly accommodating when we delayed our wedding due to COVID. We are so happy we choose Warren Station and it will always hold a special place in our hearts!Warren Station Center for the Arts at Keystone Resort, CO's reply:
We are so happy we could make your perfect day a realization. We admire couples that pushed forward in the wake of COVID and made their vision a reality. We are truly thankful we could be a part of your wedding and thank you for choosing Warren Station at Keystone. Please stay in touch!
Sincerly,
The Warren Station Team -

Warren Station is the BEST!
Warren Station was the perfect venue for our wedding! We loved having our late October wedding at the base of Keystone. Our Venue Coorindator, Renee, was amazing. She was flexible with our needs, helpful in ensuring our day would go well (with little great reminders in the weeks leading up!) and super helpful in answering questions timely during the planning stages. We are SO grateful for Renee and her team. Wish we could have our wedding day over and over again at Warren Station! The stage was also HUGE and PERFECT for the band and our guests had the best time on the large dance floor. The stage lighting was beautiful and complimented the decor we brought perfectly. I can't recommend Warren Station for the Arts enough!Warren Station Center for the Arts at Keystone Resort, CO's reply:
Simone and Calvin,
Thank you so much for this positive review. I loved working with you during the wedding process and it was surreal seeing everything come into place perfectly on your wedding day! Our team was so grateful for the opportunity to share your day with you! Wishing you all the best.
Cheers,
Renee Burkart -

Amazing Venue!
Warren Station was the perfect venue for our mountain wedding without breaking the bank. The location was perfect since most of our guests stayed in River Run Village and only had to walk to and from the ceremony site at Quaking Aspen Amphitheater and then walk less than 10 feet to the reception site. Ryane was also amazing to work with! She was friendly, bubbly, quick to answer any questions and extremely flexible with our schedules and needs. I would definitely recommend the location and staff of Warren Station. They were amazing throughout the whole planning process and perfectly executed plans the day-of!Warren Station Center for the Arts at Keystone Resort, CO's reply:
Hi Bri and Ryan!
Thank you so much for taking the time to write this wonderful review! I appreciate your kind words, and you both were truly a pleasure to work with! I wish you the warmest wishes in your new adventure together. Even with the mountain weather being temperamental as always, the two of you glowed your whole day through.
Warmest wishes!

I cannot express how happy I am with the venue and the staff. Michelle was great at getting back to me and putting my mind at ease. She made everything so easy! She helped run the wedding rehearsal like a pro and was on top of a couple small issues that cropped up on wedding day. I couldn't be more pleased. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous. The scenery and flowers were absolutely gorgeous. We received so many compliments on the choice of venue. I couldn't have asked for a better venue. I highly recommend Warren Station and Quaking Aspen Amphitheater. -

Michelle and her team at Warren Station made me and my husband's wedding weekend so fabulous. They are so kind and great communicators and really made the wedding planning process quite enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Warren Station and Quaking Aspen Amphitheater to anyone looking for a venue, especially in the fall (just watch out for those showers). Although we did have to move the wedding ceremony inside, Michelle and Brady did such a nice job making the reception space a beautiful ceremony space. I will never forget our weekend in this beautiful place! -

Chelsea was AMAZING! She was always on-top of things and kept us updated on what needed to be done and when. She met with us many times to go over details, and to view the venue with different vendors. She was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. All of our vendors that worked with her found her extremely helpful as well. I would highly recommend Warren Station & Quaking Aspen to anyone looking for a ceremony site and or venue. Great location and wonderful people to work with! Thanks so much for making our day so special. :) -

We held our June 2015 wedding ceremony at Quaking Aspen Amphitheater and our reception at Warren Station. The setting was beautiful and the coordinators made the day flow so smoothly! The surrounding scenery and town provided a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony as well as all our photos. We couldn't be happier with our decision to book this venue. -

We worked with Lesley and she and her team were wonderful from the beginning of the planning process until the end. Lesley answered every single one of our crazy questions within hours of us emailing her, she met with us several times about the logistics of the day of the wedding and offered us a ton of complimentary things that we were expecting to pay for ourselves like piping and draping, day of coordinating, audio and video equipment, tons of extra access to the venue--our wedding was on Sunday and they let us access the venue beginning Friday evening! We can't even begin to express how accommodating Lesley and the staff at Warren Station were. Quaking Aspen Amphitheatre was extremely picturesque--we did our processional over the gorgeous bridge, had the best ceremony on the gorgeous stone stage with the ski slope in the background, had a wonderful cocktail hour out on their patio and had a wonderful reception in the hall. We had the perfect day and the absolute perfect venue. Even going to look at the place the first time took our breath away! All of our guests said this venue was one of the most beautiful places they had ever been to in their lives (my grandpa's only complaint was the altitude...) You MUST go look at this venue. It is absolutely gorgeous and the staff are so accommodating and honest! It's really truly (in our opinion) the best venue in all of Summit County, possibly in all of Colorado. Definitely the best kept secret in all of Keystone. There was so much around Warren Station, such great customer service with Warren Station, such clear and concise contracts with the venue, such a remote and resort feel to all of Warren Station and Keystone.
The entire experience with Warren Station and their staff was incredible! -

I can't say enough about how much we loved getting married at Warren Station. Michelle was our event coordinator an was so helpful and a pleasure to work with. The outdoor ceremony site is gorgeous, the way the reception area is set up is awesome for cocktail hour and dinner and provides plenty of space for a large wedding to fit. The bar staff was amazing and I don't think there was ever a line at the bar. This is an amazing, affordable mountain wedding location! -

I am so glad we chose Warren Station for our wedding! Keystone is a very special place to my husband and I, so we were thrilled when we found Warren Station. Not only was it super affordable, they were very flexible with us! We had a hailstorm the day of our wedding, and instead of rushing us to choose indoors or outdoors, they let me figure it out and jumped into action to dry everything up (outside was the winner). I would recommend Warren Station to anyone! Chelsea, Michelle and the rest of the team are the best! -

You cannot find a better value at Keystone for an event than Warren Station. We were able to have the ease of the Keystone resort lodging, shops, restaurants and skiing while being able to stay on our budget for the venue and the flexibility of choosing our catering vendor. Carrie was extremely easy to work with and she went the extra mile to help coordinate with the resort on timings for the day (it was closing weekend) so everything went off perfectly. -

Beautiful venue
We got married at keystone this fall on the shoulder season. The venue was beautiful and leaves were very pretty. Some vendor selections were limited but the food we went with-Gilchrist-was amazing and the number 1 vendor they recommended. We used our own resources to find vendors for DJ, flowers, photography and they all did a great job-we just had to find them ourselves.
One minor setback was that the liquor selection changed after we had already confirmed our date so the prices went up for our bar. We know this is something we can’t really control in general, it just would have been nice to have better communication leading up to that/with that change. -

I enjoyed everything about the event staff and venue/accommodations -would rate all 5 star. However, I felt we were very limited on catering vendors and activities/accommodations given the time of year and instead of being informed of this ahead of time, we learned this along the way. I would have appreciated a more blunt conversation prior to booking so that we could have reconsidered the event date. Overall though very impressed with the staff and venue. All of our guests complimented the same and I would absolutely recommend to friends/family. -

Gave Our Date Away
Booked our wedding here 14 months in advance. Were told at the time that a deposit was not required, but we would have first right of refusal - if another couple wanted that date, we would have to pay the deposit immediately. Over the following months, we had email check-ins with them, where we were assured that our booking was secure.
We called 10 months in advance to pay the deposit, to find that they had given away our date without even attempting to notify us. The only response we received was, "we're so sorry". Unfortunately, we had gone in on about $10k of vendors for that specific date.
We've learned our lesson moving forward to just pay the deposit immediately - but when staff promises something, you'd expect them to keep it.
One star for going back on their promise - and for giving me an absolutely devastated fiance. Not cool. -

Pretty Spot, Poor Service
Venue is beautiful, the staff on the other hand though were pretty mediocre. I booked the venue for my wedding. From the moment we started going through final details and our final walk-thru, it seemed that we were a complete inconvenience. Ryane was my coordinator and was so rude and unprofessional. I would email a question, and never get an answer. I also emailed final counts for bar and got accused of not giving a correct count, and was told we WILL take a head count. I was a very low maintenance bride and didn't require much assistance. So I can't imagine someone that needs a little more help with questions and direction planning a wedding. Ryane told me she would help run the ceremony and then said she was too busy at my rehearsal. She was an embarrassment with the way she treated myself and my family on the weekend of such an important day. I was then charged more than $500 extra for my bar. I called to dispute this with Ryane's boss, Danielle. I was actually 4 adults short from the final count I gave her. Danielle told me that Ryane is great and pretty much stated in so many words I needed to keep my issues to myself and she really didn't care. They did fix the bar charges, and mailed me a check to reimburse me. The venue was hot, they assured me they just easily wheeled in fans to cool it off, but come wedding day the fan was broken. All in all, there are many beautiful venues in Colorado, I would steer clear of this one as that is all they have going for them.Warren Station Center for the Arts at Keystone Resort, CO's reply:

Most Stressful Part of our Wedding was the Venue, Unprofessional, nightmare to work with.
Wow. Where to begin with this venue? I think the first thing I'd like to address is the venue being "AFFORDABLE." If you break it down, the general ceremony and reception area costs roughly $5700 for a weekend in peak season. On top of it, if you want alcohol served at your wedding you have to in some manner come to a contract/term agreement with them for bar service. If you do the minimum service option like we did as a hosted bar (beer & wine) that will run you around $4500. Grand total= $10,200. Keep in mind, this literally doesn't include anything else (table cloths, catering, DJ, cutesy decorations, cake, photographer, florist, and so forth) and those expenses do add up. All in all I'd estimate we spent roughly $25,000 for an "affordable" wedding venue option. So I'd completely disagree with that statement, and if you do book with this venue, you'll understand why. In terms of the pre-selection of the venue process, one of the things you will be told is that they "work with a ton of vendors in the area" (hotels, caterers, florists, photographers, DJs, and so forth) but yet when you call them most of the responses that you hear are "Who? Where are you getting married? What's the name of the venue?" Translation--they don't really have established connections with many vendors in the area. I actually had to make a ton of phone calls to connect with Summit Cove Lodging, and other local hotels to get my own rates and setup my own wedding discounts for guests. Be warned. The next item I want to focus on is professionalism and customer service to be expected after booking/signing with this venue (and the bar contract of course). Make sure and read all of the fine print, and the day you go to tour, be sure to ask for the most up-to-date wedding information packet. One reason why, we were originally told we could have a "partially hosted" bar at our wedding (essentially agreeing to pay a set amount, and once surpassed, your bar would become a cash bar). When discussing the contract, we were then told that service isn't offered for weddings (and then Renee basically broke down for us that essentially after cocktail hour our bar would become a cash bar). Make sure if you do decide to go with this venue you read all of the fine print, get the most up-to-date information, and ask a lot of questions for clarification. Furthermore, on our scheduled walkthrough 2 weeks prior to our wedding (9/4), Renee double-booked Oktoberfest participation and completely no-showed on us (we also have e-mail information and phone calls supporting this). We waited for well over an hour before deciding to leave. This is just totally unacceptable behavior, and after a strongly worded e-mail they decided to offer us an additional hour of setup time at no extra charge due to the 'No Show.' You're not going with this venue for customer service, you're going with this venue for the ceremony/reception area. My wife and I fell in love with this place, the staff don't really care about your day. To elaborate, they will try to nickel and dime you for every expense related to your wedding day, after you've signed the contract, you're no longer clients you're just simply a paycheck filled with logistics and a nuisance to their day-to-day operations. The venue/reception area is beautiful, and like us you'll have a beautiful day if you ignore the people running and maintaining Warren Station, read the fine print, do your research, decide if it's worth it, that's our advice.Warren Station Center for the Arts at Keystone Resort, CO's reply:
Leonard, we are very sorry to hear that you and Maureen had a bad experience. After reading your complaints, it’s reasonable that you are upset. It was our understanding that we met your expectations during your wedding ceremony & reception based on the multiple pleasant exchanges you and Maureen had with our staff. We wish you would have discussed your concerns with us during the planning process. We would have been happy to address any vendor or service issues immediately. This is the first we are hearing of it. Our venue & service have received top marks over the years and unfortunately, this review is out of the ordinary. We wish you and Maureen a lifetime of happiness to match the smiles we saw at your wedding. -
