We had the BEST day and a large part of that was due to Warren and the incredible staff who work there. The property is stunning, there is an inn and a lake on site, beautiful ceremony area, and lots of great spots for photos. Kim and her team were incredible - Kim was on top of everything, we didn't have to worry about anything the day of. Also, the food is is so good!

This venue was incredible!!! From the gorgeous outdoor greens & quintessential New England buildings, to the multitude of on-site lodging options & private beach on the Ashland reservoir. We could not have asked for more. The food, bar & servers were all fantastic & our coordinator, Ashley, was unbelievably good! Many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they’d ever been to & a huge factor in that was the venue. If you decide to book here, spring for the after party - you will NOT regret it!

This was the first venue we saw and after viewing a number of others we knew it checked so many of our boxes. Knowing there was always an option to have our ceremony under cover if the weather didn’t go as planned eased so many anxieties for me! The food was a hit and many of our guests mentioned how great their meals were. The Warren Center was great because the hotel was right on the property so no need for anyone to go far (or have to deal with additional transportation or hotel vendors). We even had a bonfire after the reception where people hung out til the wee hours of the morning. Our coordinator, Ashley was amazing from start to finish - my shoes broke right before the ceremony, she took them to the barn and fixed them up!! There are so many great spots for photos - lawns, gardens, arbors, barns, and beaches!

We got married at the Warren Conference Center on September 4th and are completely overjoyed! We worked closely with Kim over the past few weeks before our wedding day and she was amazing! The venue is beautiful and intimate and are generally willing to work with your requests. Kim and her staff took our decor directions and ideas and made the venue look amazing. We did not go hungry or without drink in hand. The inn is adorable and the cabins are so fun! We booked two cabins for both Friday and Saturday. They offer a complimentary room in a small inn on site which was quaint and cozy. If you are a former Framingham State Student you should certainly look into this venue as they are affiliated. FSU Alumni or not you will not regret choosing this venue. We highly recommend!

I can't say enough about the Warren Conference Center and Inn and ESPECIALLY Ashley who made our dream wedding come true. From dealing with Covid (and being extremely flexible), to really caring about us as people, Ashley and all the staff at the Warren Conference Center were absolutely amazing. The venue is gorgeous and we loved that all of our guests were able to stay on the property. I highly recommend booking this venue.

Couldn't have been happier with our wedding!! Ashley was great to work with and I had tons of questions throughout the process and she was very helpful and never once seemed bothered or annoyed to hear from me yet again.

My husband is from Brazil and Ashley and the kitchen staff worked with us to include some traditional Brazilian food, as well as a special passed drink at cocktail hour. All of the food was excellent and our guests raved about the cocktail hour and dinner!

We had torrential downpours earlier in the day due to a tropical storm which caused some changes in our plan but Ashley handled it like a pro which really helped me to not feel stressed. The staff worked quickly to dry off chairs and blow off the patio so everything was still ready to go for cocktail hour.

This was a great location since guests could stay over and there was no need to worry about transportation. We had brunch for our guests the next morning which was a great final touch.

Overall we are so happy we chose the Warren Conference Center and Inn as our venue!

As a Covid 19 bride-we had one vision back in October- but the world threw a curve ball, and Ashley and her team at Warren were nothing but amazing. They made every change and adaptation they could to give us the most wonderful day possible-and then changed it again and again! They were so helpful, professional, and friendly. The day of was fabulous and fun-yet safe for everyone. I can't recommend them enough after this difficult planning process-oh and by the way the venue is gorgeous!! 20/10 hold your wedding here!!

Ashley was so helpful in planning our day and made us feel so welcome. The dining staff was very accommodating of my food allergies - not something I wanted to worry about on my wedding day!! The venue was beautiful, the food was delicious, and we feel very lucky to have had Ashley to help make the day so special.

If you are thinking about this venue i would say ABSOLUTELY !!! Whatever Ashley suggests, go for it. She was a delight to work with. I am the mother of the bride and live out of town. Ashley told me that she would take care of everything and she did. Easiest planning ever. They do not add on lots of extras which is very nice. Suggestions were made for flowers, we chose Frugal Flowers who were fantastic. The grounds are spectacular. We brought in kayaks from Waypoint Adventure and that was awesome. We used almost all of the rooms which really added to the weekend and made it very special because everyone got to spend time together. The welcome dinner the night before was at Warren and it was different enough that it enhanced the wedding weekend. The food was delicious and plentiful and presented beautifully at both events. Cannot say enough about Ashley and what she can accomplish.

We loved having our wedding at the Warren Center. From the day we decided to have it there up until the big day, Ashley was super helpful. The venue was beautiful and they did an amazing job setting up our decorations. The grounds were great - lots of places to take pictures and there’s a nice little reservoir you can go down to as well. Having the inn and the cabins on site was clutch - you don’t have to worry about transportation for your guests. The food was awesome, too! Overall, we’re so happy we had our wedding here and would definitely recommend it (especially if budget is a concern, like ours was).

We were so happy with using the Warren Center for our wedding this fall!! Ashley is unbelievable - literally everything went smoothly on our day and I am still in disbelief. During every single stage of the planning process Ashley is professional, accommodating, patient, and everything you want/need in a coordinator day of. The venue and food were great too - but I honestly believe Ashley was the reason our day was perfect. Speaking of the food - guests loved it! We selected the filet, haddock, and mushroom ravioli for entrees - with sides of garlic mash and broccolini. The filet was so good, my husband and I ordered this for our meals. For apps we combined stationary apps to the mezze table for a small fee, and did passed apps of lobster croissants, tomato bruschetta toasts, and the coconut chicken. The Warren included chocolate strawberries in our package - along with a champagne toast and wine. We purchased open bar for the night. The prices, while still a bit high by normal every day standards, are very very reasonable for the wedding industry. I could not tell you how pleased I was to not be blind-sided by any stupid fees (like cake cutting - the Warren does not charge for this but so many places do!), everything was very straight forward and there was no fine print that went unexplained before us asking. Finally, the space was great. The lawn could use a little TLC, but the arbor and chairs are very nice. The patio space looked amazing at night, and the venue was set up beautifully as well. I love the string lights on the patio and along the railing of the venue balcony space. The inn was very rustic, but was convenient and did the job. Guests were very happy we had everything in one place.
Consider the warren if you want a very nice wedding for a good price!

We were so happy to have our wedding at the Warren Center. Ashley was so easy to work with. She was responsive to all of our questions and I felt so confident in her ability to manage everything. The lodge was so beautiful, so we hardly had to add any decorations. The outdoor ceremony space was also beautiful and there were many great locations for photos. The food was delicious and many of our guests commented that they were thrilled to have their food arrive to the table still hot. The staff were very attentive to us during the wedding. We would definitely recommend the Warren Center (and Ashley!) to everyone!

Warren Conference Center was the perfect venue for our July Wedding. I would especially recommend this venue if you are looking for an outdoor feel with indoor amenities (we were able to take great outdoor photos while our guests enjoyed the AC). Our wedding had a good amount of children and the center provided plenty of space for them to run around and enjoy themselves without disrupting the rest of the guests.

Ashley is an awesome wedding coordinator. Throughout the whole process she was always responsive, patient, and very willing to accommodate any specific requests we had (something that you may not find at other venues.) As an added bonus- she handled our groomsmen's inappropriate jokes flawlessly.

The Warren Inn was amazing! Ashley made everything so simple and stress-free, she was easy-going and really cared about what we wanted in a wedding. Everyone kept coming up to us during the reception to say how nice all of the servers were and how great Ashley was. And the food was amazing, everyone commented on how good everything was and how well seasoned all the entrees were. We would highly recommend the Warren Inn and Ashley!

We worked with Ashley S. throughout the planning process. She was great, accommodating and helpful throughout. The food was awesome!! Our guests loved the mashed potato bar and lamb chops for appetizers and we had amazing filets and chicken roma for entrees! All the important pieces of the wedding went off without any problems and got many compliments about how great the service was from the wait staff. Everything seemed to flow well and there was little down time since everything was on site (ceremony, reception, after party, accommodations). We lucked out with great weather and had an after party outside with a fire. We also had many guests stay over at the Inn onsite which was really convenient.

The Warren Center Conference & Inn helped us to create the MOST AMAZING wedding! My husband and I cannot say enough words on how great it was to work with Ashley and the Warren Center! From the moment that we booked our venue Ashley was there every step of the way to help us in the planning process. As crazy as wedding planning can be, Ashley made the process a breeze! On your wedding day you shouldn't have to worry about anything, and that is just what happened. We knew that Ashley and her team had everything under control, and honestly our wedding was perfect because of all her hard work! Our guests could not stop raving about the delicious food, drinks, beautiful landscape and venue space. There was plenty of dance floor space, the drinks were flowing and the staff was able to promptly take care of any small problems with an easy fix. One of the reasons we booked the Warren Center was because our bridal party and guests could stay on site. The inn rooms were very clean and comfy and the cabins were perfect for our larger groups! We will definitely be back for a weekend in the future, and hope to attend another wedding here. If you decide to book the Warren Center for your wedding, you will not be disappointed!

There are not enough wonderful things I could say about The Warren Conference Center & Inn. This was the PERFECT wedding venue for what we wanted. We were able to have our ceremony, rehearsal and hotel all in one place. We had an amazing weekend and loved having everyone close by. This place is a well-oiled machine, and our day would NOT have gone so smoothly without the help of Ashley. She was incredible to work with. Answered all of my (stupid) questions, and was so accommodating. We had SO many compliments from our guests about the venue and especially the food (which was amazing). I would pick this place again in a heartbeat.

I am so glad we went with the Warren Conference Center for our wedding this past weekend! From the start, we worked with Ashley S who was amazingly responsive and so easy to work with. She made sure we had everything we needed so that I felt incredibly prepared and had nothing to worry about on the day of the wedding! The day before the wedding (rehearsal) was wet and rainy, but we lucked out with weather on the day of the ceremony and the grounds were lush and beautiful on the day of (and freshly mowed!). The bridal party was able to get ready in the Northern Lodge, which was perfect! We had our ceremony on the back lawn, cocktail hour under the awning and reception in the Hayden Lodge. Immediately after the ceremony, we were able to hop onto a golf cart and Ashley took us down to the water so we could get some waterfront photos and have a little privacy to enjoy the first few moments of being officially married! Everything was decorated beautifully and we got so many compliments from guests about the grounds, the food and drinks! It was an incredible weekend and I couldn't be happier. Thanks to all the staff at the Warren Center (especially Ashley) for making our wedding the most perfect weekend!

Ashley and staff at the conference center were simply amazing. This venue offers great photo opportunities and had everything we could of asked for! We were able to spend the rehearsal night on site which made it so easy to get ready! The meals were excellent and the room size was perfect for all our guests! Thank you again for my perfect wedding!

Sarah did an amazing job! The pictures were outstanding and she captured every special moment. She was flexible, punctual and extremely professional. I was especially impressed that she knew the whole wedding party and families names the first time meeting them. I would absolutely recommend Sarah and crew!

The Warren Conference Center is truly a hidden gem for a wedding venue. The price/value ratio is fantastic, considering the venue is just a short drive from Boston. All of the staff we interacted with from our coordinator, Ashley, down to Illsa one of the housekeepers in the inn, were professional, friendly, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this venue for not only weddings, but any time of function! Thank you all again!

I would book this space again in a heartbeat. The staff were all so courteous, helpful, and made everything go more smoothly than I could have every imagined. The space was perfect for what we needed, and I would highly recommend this space to anyone!

We had the most perfect wedding at the Warren Center and could not recommend it enough. Nancy did a fantastic job at coordinating everything to perfection, and the rest of the entire staff were incredibly nice and professional. The Hayden Lodge is gorgeous and was large enough for our 200+ guest list, and the back lawn was a perfect setting for the ceremony. There are so many wonderful photo opportunities throughout the Warren Center campus, including a beach setting by the reservoir. It was also VERY convenient to have the guests who wanted to stay overnight book rooms at the Inn and cabins; the cabins especially were very spacious and great for larger groups, although I must advise you book these in advance as there are only 5 cabins (we unfortunately had 3 other weddings that weekend and only 2 cabins were available, we could have easily used all 5 of them!). The food was top notch, we didn't have a single complaint about any of their offerings. All in all we could not have been any happier with our decision to be wed at the Warren Center.

I had my wedding here in March and it was amazing. From the first interaction via email through the day of the wedding, everything was perfect. They were able to work with us to create a customized menu (we had breakfast for dinner, it was amazing - people are STILL talking about it, it was that good) and the coordinator, Ashley, was incredible. Ashley wasn't even the coordinator we had started talking to when we first started planning the wedding.

We had started working with Erika and then she had left, leaving us in Ashley's very capable hands. The first meeting with Ashley was one I went into feeling very nervous with as sometimes handovers can be hard and you have to backtrack into some details, but it was like Ashley had always been there. She took care of everything, allowing my husband and I to enjoy the party as guests, not hosts. I can't say enough nice things nor recommend the Warren Center enough as a wedding venue. Due to weather, we got married inside the Inn Lobby, then had our reception in the lodge. We loved that everything was in 1 place but 2 separate and distinctive spaces AND that everyone could stay. The rooms are comfortable and we loved the continental breakfast the next morning - it allowed us to have a very casual time with family after the hubub of the wedding. Thank you to the whole staff.

We are so happy we found this hidden gem! We both grew up in Massachusetts, and didn't know just how much the Warren Center had to offer! First off, the grounds were just beautiful, and provided us with so many options for formal pictures. Our Wedding Coordinator (Ashley) went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, and made sure we had everything we had asked for. We will definitely remember our wedding day, and how smooth everything went, there were no bumps (which makes for a happy couple and happy guests). The staff at the Warren Center provided us with such professionalism. The girls and I stayed in the cabin the night before, so we could get ready on site the day of, and it was just perfect! One last thing, the mashed potato bar, if your budget allows for this, go for it, our guests still talk about it!

Working with Nancy Montalto has been a great experience. She is the wedding consultant for the Warren Center and a great asset. No matter how many questions I have (or re ask) she always replies to emails within hours (unless it's after hours of course!) The food tasting was simply amazing and well worth the visit as it provides the complete ambiance of an actual wedding reception. The venue is a bit pricey but if there is a part of your budget you are going to splurge, then this is it! Also their suggested vendor list is very helpful. Each vendor they suggested had a different price point so it is worth a look.

The Warren Conference Center and Inn was just the place we were looking for when we went venue looking - it has wonderful character in the Hayden Lodge and is a unique setting for a wedding. From start to finish, all of my interactions with the staff at the Warren Center were great - they were quick to respond and always willing to work with me to get what we wanted. The food was fantastic and the service was wonderful. The Inn makes it convenient for guests to stay over (and no transportation was necessary!) I would recommend the Warren Conference Center and Inn to anyone looking to have a wedding in the metrowest area.

We had the best experience planning our wedding with the WCC! Our coordinator Lynn was always available to answer questions and help. The food was delicious, the inn was adorable and the service was outstanding.

We got married on a very rainy day in July and the amount of effort and attentiveness that went in to making sure our day was still perfect was more than expected.

We just got married at The Warren Conference Center and Inn, and we had an AMAZING wedding!!!! We had our rehearsal dinner, and our wedding ceremony and reception at The Warren Center, and we will never forget this incredible place!! Lynn in Catering Sales was WONDERFUL!!!! From our very first meeting a year before our wedding, she was very gracious and friendly, and she was INCREDIBLY HELPFUL from the start of our planning process through the final hours of our wedding reception. Lynn was extremely responsive, available, and helpful; she made our wedding day a truly perfect day. She took such good care of us and made us feel so relaxed and excited for the big day! The Warren Center grounds are exquisitely beautiful with lush greens and flowers, and the gazebo and reception hall provide beautiful photography sites. Mary Ellen, Tricia, and Judy at the Inn at the Warren Center provided wonderful care and service for our wedding guests. They were extremely accommodating and responsive, and they really went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend a success. The Inn rooms and the rooms in the Northern Lodge were beautiful and very comfortable. Our ceremony was in the Inn, and the high arched wooden beams in the Inn created a beautiful framework for our ceremony. Our reception was held in the dining room of the Hayden Lodge, and the tables and linens were just beautiful. THE FOOD IS ALSO AMAZING!! All of our guests commented on how wonderful the food was - from the appetizers to salad to dinner and dessert. The bartenders, servers, and maintenance staff were all incredibly nice and provided amazing service. Thank you to Lynn, Patricia, Mary Ellen, Tricia, Judy, and all of the amazing staff at The Warren Conference Center and Inn! You made our wedding day just perfect, and we will never ever forget you!!!! Best wishes always!

The Warren Center was exactly what we were looking for and definitely exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a venue with personality that had accommodations onsite that wasn't a ballroom hotel. The Hayden Lodge was gorgeous with iron candelabras and a four sided fireplace which was perfect for our winter wedding. The inn was great for guests. We took over the common area for after the wedding and in the morning. We had the entire place to ourselves for the weekend.
The food was also amazing! It was not the typical bland wedding food. The filet was amazing and we have received so many compliments. The staff was also great and very accommodating. Nancy was amazing in answering all of my questions and easy to work with. Our wedding went very smoothly despite being in the middle of a blizzard!

Warren Conference Center was an amazing find. It was perfect for my camping themed wedding. Kim and Erika were amazing coordinators, and helped our big day go off without any major hiccups. Whenever we needed anything, they were there for us. They were very accommodating to our needs. The food was great, the atmosphere was great and the staff was great. And all for a very reasonable price!

I recently had my wedding at the Warren in August of this year. It is a perfect location for a wedding with ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and lodging sites on the grounds and provides several beautiful backdrops for photos. There are also many activities that your guests can enjoy during their stay, such as hiking trails and swimming in the Ashland reservoir. It’s so convenient to have everything in the same vicinity. There are also some really good restaurants close by in Ashland, Sherborn, or Natick, should you or your guests want to get food elsewhere.

Ashley was our wedding coordinator, and she was amazing! So friendly, organized, and dealt with everything with a smile. She helps make the wedding planning process easier by responding to emails promptly and completely, and she makes the wedding day less nerve-wracking by cracking some jokes and being on top of everything so you don’t have to worry about a thing. The day went perfectly thanks to her!

My husband I got married at the Warren Conference Center a few weeks ago, and we are so happy with how everything turned out. Our guests loved the food and the signature cocktail. We served the tenderloin/chicken and the mushroom ravioli. We also included the dim sum station during cocktail hour. It was so convenient to have the Inn right on the property for after the reception I think one of the highlights of choosing the Warren Conference Center was having Ashley as our coordinator. She was a pleasure to work with and made everything so easy. I wasn't stressed the day of my wedding because I knew Ashley had everything taken care of for us.

Much more flexible than they first appeared; we did a Sunday brunch with fewer people than their listed minimum. Ashley, their coordinator was absolutely fantastic. Super helpful and accommodating to our slightly "off-beat" wedding plans. Space was lovely, food was delicious. Top notch!

We worked with Ashley Shimamura to plan our wedding and she was fantastic! The rehearsal dinner staff treated us like royalty as did the wedding staff (some of which were the same). Ashley was easy to connect with and even answered my emails while she was not on the clock. The venue is beautiful and WWC has everything you need right on site! It was a spectacular day!

We had our wedding at the Warren Conference Center and Inn and it was so amazing! The food, venue, and staff were all so great. So many guests were complimenting the food. I would highly recommend!

The Warren Center was great. First of all, Lynn Sinclair was our contact there and she has amazing organizational skills. I can't count how many emails with lists of nitpicky questions I sent her, and she alway got back to me within a day.

The location was beautiful and it was so convenient to have the ceremony, reception, and hotel rooms all in the same area. It made the wedding a whole-day event where people got used to the surroundings and could go for a nice hike or hang out in the hotel lobby before or after the event.

Only complaints about the location/buildings are that it's hard to get to for people without a car, and the room where the cocktail hour would have been if the weather had been bad, which is the same room where the afterparty was, was kind of drab and corporate-looking -- lots of round tables with big office chairs. However, once the room was full of people, I think the guests appreciated that the chairs were big and comfortable and the room appearance really didn't matter at all.

The food was awesome -- GREAT filet mignon for dinner, and we didn't buy a breakfast/brunch for our guests, but there's automatically a free pretty good continental breakfast so it wasn't necessary anyway. We got to mingle with our guests the next morning and make sure they were fed for free. In general, there are always snacks in the hotel lobby, which is nice. We loved that there was an option to have an afterparty. Our guests stayed until 1 am eating mozzarella sticks and mini hot dogs in flaky pastry and enjoyed that a lot more than I expected.

All in all, a really good venue and I still can't believe how smoothly my wedding day went -- all thanks to Lynn and the other Warren Center staff!

We searched for a central Massachusetts venue that fit "us". We didn't want a stuffy hotel ballroom with no personality or a fancy country club dining hall that we'd feel intimidated by. We didn't think much of the Warren Center when we first visited it but then as we saw 10+ other venues that didn't work, we came back to it and realized it was perfect all along. It is priceless to know that your friends and family can stay on-site and not worry about yet-another-vendor with transportation. We picked it for its charm and uniqueness and we were not let down. Food was never at the top of our priority list and we never expected to be blown away, so we were completely surprised when people raved about the wedding dinner to us. The vegetarian raviolis got rave reviews and our guests kept talking about the filet. To us, that was an unexpected bonus. Since I'm not a foodie, what mattered to me, was that we felt like the Hayden Lodge was absolutely perfect for us. The lofted ceiling, the covered deck, the stone patio, the fireplace, everything was so fitting. As the day got closer and our vision became clear, it was even more fitting for us because we had A LOT of handcrafted details for decor and they would've been completely lost in a hotel/country club ballroom, but they SHINED at the Warren Center and allowed people to notice them. One thing we were looking forward to was a fire pit on the patio but unfortunately it rained at night. We got nothing but fantastic service from Christine Lopez and it was such a pleasure to work with her and ask her any questions we had. It's such a great place, nestled along the state park, it could be picked up and dropped in the White Mountains but it is easy to get to from Rt9. I can't imagine our wedding having happened anywhere else.

Spectacular location, spectacular food, spectacular service.

It was beautiful for my December wedding. The four-sided fireplace was gorgeous, and they set up a firepit out on the patio too, and had two other fireplaces burning as well (upstairs and in the inn). The room is gorgeous, and the bonus of the downstairs conference room was perfect - I had a child care group come in so kids would have a place to go play and unwind and could come and go safely all they wanted - it was perfect.

The food was spectacular, but I was ready for that after the tasting dinner they hosted. I nearly had to be rolled out the door, there was so much good food. We found it cost the same to offer a duet plate (two entrees on one plate) as to have two options and deal with "check beef or fish" on the rsvp cards. This was easier and everyone loved it.

The bar service was above and beyond. We wanted to incorporate a particular bourbon in our bar drinks, and they made a point to have extra on hand. Bartenders were seriously awesome.

They had us bring in our decorations and set everything up for us. Right down to the mini-science experiment of making the "instant snow" for our centerpieces. Once we'd dropped it all off, I never had to think about it again.

I know there is more, but I think I could go on all night. I recommend this place with all my heart.

We had such a great experience with the Warren Conference Center from start to finish. From Day One, Ashley S. was so helpful and walked us through every part of the process. The Wedding reception went so well and we loved the way Ashley prepared the room for all of our guests. The food was delicious and our guests thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend the Filet! We had a crowd of 175 and felt that it was a perfect size for us. It was great to have our guests stay on site and the cabins were perfect for the groups that came to our wedding. Would definitely recommend the Warren!

Ashley and the staff exceeded our expectations that we had for our daughters wedding.

We got married here at the beginning of October. We thought our wedding would be nice, but the the Warren Center exceeded all of our expectations. When searching for the perfect venue, this was 4th on my list to see. After visiting the other 3 that I was so sure of, I was bummed out because they were not what I expected. We almost decided to skip the Warren Conference Center because I didn't expect it to be anything special. From the minute we walked in, I knew it was the place! The venue is really beautiful even in the rain. 4 months later and people are still talking about how awesome of a place it was! The accommodations are great, you literally walk across the lawn after the reception is over and you're in the hotel. They offer a continental breakfast that really goes above and beyond. The cabins are fantastic for after parties! Our wedding planner Ashley was very responsive and great to work with! I had a total vision and therefore had a lot of extra requests and decoration and Ashley and her staff did everything how I asked probably even better. It was literally exactly what I envisioned when I thought of our wedding and it was absolutely perfect.

The warren center was fabulous. It is a hidden jewel! We were on the hunt for a classy, yet laid back, venue near boston, at a fair price, to hold 200 guests, with a hotel on site. There is simply no other option that could have met our needs so perfectly. There's a beautiful lodge (think hardwoods, iron candelabras, floor to ceiling windows, etc.) and a hotel on-site with reasonable rates for guests. The staff were terrific, the food was excellent, and the price was literally thousands of dollars lower than a typical hotel ballroom in the area. We could not be happier with the warren center.

Just one note to potential brides - when we booked, i was told that we would have exclusive use of the Warren Center hotel (50-ish rooms) and space for our wedding. just be aware that you will NOT have exclusive access to anything in particular, including the hotel- there were several other events going on on-site that weekend which i discovered is the norm. This created two small logistical problems for me I did not anticipate:

1. I was not able to set up the reception room myself because there was a luncheon event on site the day of my wedding that ran until I was headed to the church (my cocktail hour started at 530). This was fine, except I had been looking forward to setting it up and had to instead rely on the staff to figure out where decorations went. Of course, they did a wonderful job - so it was not really a problem.

2. There were several hotel rooms given out to a separate group attending an event that night. We had planned for all the rooms to be available and had to send several out of town guests to other area hotels, which was disappointing.

However - those are small issues for a terrific space at a great deal, and did not even come close to souring me on the warren center! Just something to be mindful of.

Also - on value - if i could give 10 stars out of 5 I would. you will not find a fairer price for excellent catering and a beautiful venue. Even our bar tab shocked us with how low it was!

The WCC is the perfect venue for rustic/upscale New England. It is quiet off the beaten path but just so that you feel you have enough around with Framingham and Boston next door. We had several guests stay at the WCC and they loved their stay. The day of the wedding I felt that those guests who booked rooms were a bit confused as was I about where they were staying with rooms but again the front desk was more than helpful to work with us. Food was exceptional and the head of events was such a wonderful professional to work with. I would recommend this venue to couples who want their friends and loved ones to stay on site and who are looking for food and other services to be provided by venue to save costs and efficiencies. Overall this venue was amazing and we couldn't be happier!

Our favorite place to hike and explore with our dog is Ashland Reservoir. When we found out there was a wedding venue there, we had to check it out, and as fate would have it, we were offered a date to hold while we thought it over, which was the date of our five year anniversary (10/11/2019). Too good to be true! And this venue delivered!! We had an incredibly pleasant experience working with their staff throughout the entire process and all events, (and the inn staff as well), specifically our coordinator Ashley, who was so attentive that she spent significant time hand sewing my broken bustle so that I could dance with my father without tripping all over my train. This venue is gorgeous and we unfortunately had pouring rain which put a slight damper on our fall themed day. However, the venue has a great indoor space for portrait photos, and our pictures are still beautiful. The ceremony was under a beautifully lit awning on the patio. The food for our wedding was GREAT, we had a ton of compliments on the venue overall from our guests. Please feel free to ask us questions about our experience!

We chose the Warren after only one visit. The area is like a little get-away; plenty of spots to take pictures. We had the ceremony outside at the trellis. The room where they do the reception is perfect if your going for the rustic vibe like we were. Ashley S., the wedding coordinator, was always around to answer questions up to the Wedding day and on the big day she was with me everything step.
My guests had nothing but good things to say. You expect at least one thing to go wrong on your wedding day, but for me the day went absolutely perfectly! Wouldn't change a thing.

The Warren Center was a beautiful setting for our June wedding. The staff, including Lynn and Patrick were very helpful in thinking through all the details of our ceremony and reception. On they day of the event, they took care of all the details so that my husband and I could just focus on enjoying ourselves. They do their own catering and many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The lawn outside the Hayden Lodge provided a very pretty backdrop to the ceremony as well.

Another great feature was the Inn - which meant that our out of town guests could stay on site and didn't have to worry about transportation to the ceremony or reception. I wouldn't definitely recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in the area.

We loved our wedding at the Warren Center in Ashland. Erika was our wedding coordinator and she was amazing throughout the whole process. She took my neurotic phone calls and emails and always responded quickly with the answers I was looking for. She also helped me and my husband to pick the package that would best fit our needs for the lowest price.
While this venue is relatively expensive for what it includes, the service was great, the appetizers were continuously refilled during cocktail hour, and most importantly of all the food was excellent.
The only thing I wished I had known before we booked was how expensive the hotel rooms were. We picked this venue specifically because of its on-site hotel and 5 cabins thinking it would be so much easier for our relatives coming from cross-country. But the prices of the hotel rooms were around $40-$60 more per night than two others that were 4 miles away. We ended up setting up a room block with those cheaper hotels to save our guests some money.
Also, the bridal suite that is included in the package is great in theory but the bed was extremely uncomfortable and they started doing landscape and construction work the next morning at 7 am waking us both up.
Other than that, everything went great and all of the staff was pleasant and efficient. We were both extremely happy with our overall wedding experience there.

I had my rehersal dinner, wedding ceremony, & reception at the Warren Conerence Center & Inn. We had a gorgeous day for an outdoor wedding! Our rehersal dinner was a BBQ & they did a wonderful job. Lynn our wedding coordinator did a fantastic job answering our questions and helping my parents out with any suggestions they had. The food at the BBQ was great. Our wedding ceremony went very smoothly and the sunny weather only added to how super the day went. I had the florist put rose petals down the isle instead of a runner since the grass wasnt like a gold coarse, hehe. The gazebo,small pond, and white house where fantastic for wedding photos. We got so many wonderful shots that only the Warren center could provide!! The rehersal dinner was very very good. The chefs made a gourmet meal and we loved it!! The guests also raved non stop about how much they loved every part of our wedding! I loved that all the staff was friendly & talkative with me & all the guests. They made our day fun! We got to stay in a honeymoon suit which was nice and cozy and had a balcany where i got to look out as i got ready on the big day!! One thing i loved the most was how gorgeous the reception room is. There are fireplaces, chandeleers, and my centerpieces which where twigs with buds to look like trees looked so beautiful as itt got darker outside!! I had an unforgettable wedding & i highly recomend the Warren Conference Center to the bride-to-be! I keep hearing comments from all 130 guests of how much fun they had and realy loved how intamite the whole process was. Thanks for making my day unbelievable!! I felt like a princess the whole time :-)

We booked the Warren Center for our reception - the evening went smoothly and everything went off without a hitch! Many guests commented that they really enjoyed the food. We had a wonderful time and having the hotel on the property really sealed the deal for us!

We recently held our ceremony and reception at the Warren. The property is amazing and very convenient; exactly what my husband and I were hoping for. The only stressful part of the experience was a disorganized check in/out process for guests staying on the property. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful site. The day of the wedding went very smoothly. Lynn was wonderful and very helpful. We wish we could have done our rehearsal on location the Friday before the wedding but there was another wedding booked there that night.

We had our ceremony in Newton and reception here - about a 35 minute drive for guests. The grounds were beautiful (great backdrops for pics) and the food good. Service was excellent. We had one glitch with the set-up for the after party, but I blame this on the staff change (main coordinator changed halfway through planning). But they did their best to quickly set up what they forgot. Many guests commented 'How did you find this place? It's great!" A good and reasonably-priced option if you don't want to have your reception in (much pricier) Boston. Some guests stayed the night and we had a lovely breakfast out on the deck the next day before heading out to a more formal brunch at my parent's house.

This place is beautiful and can seem affordable in the beginning, but they get you with a lot of fees and other things not included. Overall, my biggest complaint was the service on the day of my wedding. When we arrived from the church ceremony, we were early and were greeted rudely and told that they would not start anything early, but even put up my chalk board signs of where guests should go. The grounds are big and it was a big mess of confusion. Besides we were hours early, maybe 30min, who doesn't have things set up by then? It was like pulling teeth to have them accommodate the 100 people arriving. The service at cocktail hour was terrible, they say "passed signature cocktails" well they were never passed. People had to wait in a huge line for the "passed cocktail". Just another scheme to make money and lie. Certain things I wanted to happen never happened and then when the wedding was over, we went to the inn for our "complimentary" stay and were told yhe golf carts were put away (we were contracted to be driven to it) so we walked, in the dark, in my wedding dress, with a map trying to find it for 15 minutes. No one cared if we were taken care of. Just poor organization and service.

The Warren Center is a beautiful place to get married. The food was so delicious and we got a lot of compliments on it being the best wedding food people had ever had. I was not impressed at all about the level of service during the planning of my wedding. Our coordinator Lynn did her best in selling the place to us but did not follow through on promises made before we booked. I would suggest putting all special requests in writing. Lynn always got back to me with my questions but I felt like they were doing the minimum in the wedding planning process. When spending over $150/ per person on food and beverage I would think they would put more effort in. I would highly recommend not waiting until the week of the wedding to go over last minute details. They only really wanted to meet with you the week of the wedding to go over numbers and final details but when asked about things promised we were told "there isn't enough time for that, you should have asked sooner." We ended up with a great wedding day but this was the only vendor I was disappointted in. The woman who was at our wedding coordinating did do a good job so I wished we had dealt more with her or other coordinators.
