Words cannot describe how incredible Roge and Fernando are. Not just in their art, but in who they are as people! In our first call with Roge, she made us cry when she detailed how special this day should be – every other vendor we spoke with focused on money and needs, but Roge made our wedding day feel important before she even knew us.
Then, we met Roge and Fernando for coffee to talk through the look of our Studio 54-inspired wedding, and from that moment they were IN! They pitched looks, lighting, mood, inspiration - they were there to make our vision come to LIFE!
We worked with them first for an engagement photo package on Coney Island, and I can’t suggest doing this enough! There, we were able to work with them in an intimate setting, which made us feel at ease when it came to the wedding day. And the photos - just WOW! They captured pure joy that day! Nothing was forced, everything was free-spirited, fun, and they captured who we were as a couple.
Onto the big day: with a disco wedding, our guests boogied DOWN, and Roge and Fernamdo were right there with everyone. They were up on risers, down on the floor, in the mix, whatever they needed to do to get the perfect shot they DID! The photos we have are UNREAL and they captured the energy of the night! It’s like I can hear the photographs - the exact song that was playing.

So much fun!
We had an incredible time with Fernando and his assistant Alex. They blended so well into our wedding, always made us feel comfortable, and were loved by all of our guests. My wife and I can not recommend Warm Up Labs more highly. Fernando and Roge are both exceptionally talented, as well as exceptional humans to boot. We fell in love with their beautiful style that combines fine artistry with photojournalism the moment we found their portfolio. It was the perfect combination of qualities that my wife and I both hoped to find with our photographers. Some months after initially contracting them, they offered to come out to our neighborhood and meet for drinks and lunch. We had a great time getting to know them over a few hours, and the fact that we were able to have that time went such a long way in making our wedding day as perfect as it was. Both Roge and Fernando played integral parts in setting my wife and I at ease from the moment the day began, with the fact that we already knew them playing a huge role in that. My wife gets tense and awkward in front of cameras and she almost entirely forgot about being photographed the whole day because of the connection we already had built with Fernando and Roge. They were flexible, attentive, and present at every step along the way. It even began with a flurry of back and forth emails in the week leading up to the wedding as our timeline became finalized and we worked to find the perfect spot in Prospect Park for our private and intimate first look. On the day, they continued to be all those things - from the getting ready photos with each of us in the morning, to the first look, to wrangling our family members through group photos all the way through to the end of the reception (which they were not expected to see though but went out of their way to do so anyway). The photos they took are breathtaking and encapsulate our day so perfectly, exactly as we knew they would - they're everything we could have hoped for and more, and we couldn't be more thankful to have them as treasured memories for the rest of our lives. If you're looking for the perfect wedding photographers, look no further. Fernando and Roge will help make your day and your memories more beautiful than you can imagine and my wife would go so far as to say that hiring anyone else would be a mistake. -

We worked with WarmUpLab Studio for our wedding at MyMoon in May. From the start, we clicked with them and they made the whole experience which can be at times stressful a total breeze. We appreciated their genuineness and authentic. You could also tell you were working with a couple in love which was an added bonus! Not to mention...our photos were incredible! We were so happy with all of our shots. You can't go wrong with WarmUpLab. -

City Hall wedding!
Roge and Fernando were unbelievable during the lead up and execution of documenting our intimate city hall wedding. I was unsure we would get our desired wedding date until about 3 weeks prior and they were incredibly flexible the whole time. Fernando put us at ease and took the most beautiful NYC inspired shots with our families. Ever since, I often catch myself looking at all the beautiful photos reminiscing of that day! We would highly recommend Roge and Fernando to capture your wedding day! -

I can’t stop gushing over our photos. Roge and Fernando are so talented. We wanted an editorial style that felt very Brooklyn with a lot of candids. Not forced, overly posed moments but capturing the day as it naturally happened (i.e. interacting at cocktail hour with guests vs more photos) This is what they do best. They didn’t miss a moment. Plus, they’re so fun and sweet and just fit in perfectly with our guests and the vibe we were going for (one big party). I can’t imagine anyone else photographing our day. -

Roge & Fernando are not only insanely talented, but they are professional, organized and overall incredibly KIND humans. It was clear from the beginning they understood the gravity of our day and were able to beautifully capture the entire vibe. You can really feel the emotions and re-live the day through our photos. On the day of the wedding, they were organized & kept everything running smoothly. They were somehow everywhere all at once, but seamlessly blended in. We got so many compliments about how great our photographers were by our guests before anyone saw a single photo. In addition to their AMAZING work-they returned a 50-shot preview before noon the next day and turned around our entire wedding album of over 1800, edited photos in ~3 weeks. Every single shot is a work of art. I would recommend them 10X over. Best choice of our wedding BY FAR. -

Roge and Fernando listened to everything we were looking for. They balanced taking amazing portraits with our families and getting us back to the party! They knew which moments we wanted to capture and were sure to prioritize those. From other people's photos, if we look carefully we can spot them in the background, maneuvering around us to get great shots. Often we had no idea they were even there! The photos we received from them the day after our wedding were such a treat. We couldn't imagine working with anyone else! -

Roge and Fernando are amazing people, brilliant artists, and incredible professional and personable. Warm Up Lab Weddings was listed as the top preferred vendor for our venue, MyMoon, in Williamsburg. From their website, my (now) husband and I knew we wanted their aesthetic and style for our photos. Right away, Roge followed up with our outreach, we had a delightful conversation, and immediately felt comfortable; we were relieved to hear they knew our venue immediately and knew how to photograph in the space. We took advantage of the additional engagement photo session package as well. This actually served us as a, pun intended, warm up session to familiarize ourselves with Fernando. He is approachable, warm, and intelligent, and had a way to help both of us get comfortable and relax. On our wedding day, their team was on time, relaxed, humorous, and creative. They were also open to our ideas and suggestions. They also worked seamlessly with our wedding coordinator. A bonus, they also worked really well with our nutty family members. When we received our Preview the following day, we (well I) cried. They were exactly what we wanted. Exactly. So pleased! Highly recommend, and WILL recommend them to our connections in the future. -

Roge and Fernando are both true artists who chase after the craft and not the trends. They made us feel so comfortable during our engagement shoot and wedding day. They were able to capture all of our and guests emotions - when I look at the photos I know exactly what what happening/song was playing. We had rain in our forecast and Roge had a plan for every scenario and really focused on making the day special for us. They even proactively scouted out all the places around our venue for photo ops. And the speed that we received our photos! Photography was super important to us and warmup labs delivered. -

Can't recommend enough!!
Roge and Fernando were so wonderful to work with, from our initial consultation to working with photographer Fernando on our wedding day, their approach was both professional and personal. Our priority was to hire a photographer that could artistically capture the candid moments from our wedding celebration as well as direct some portraits of us and our family. Fernando was exceptional – he provided just the right amount of direction to make us feel comfortable and confident during our couple and family portraits, then during the ceremony and reception, he operated without being intrusive and somehow perfectly captured the overall vibe of the day; the happiness, my wife and I, our closest loved ones, and our venue. It was so thrilling to relive our wedding day after receiving our photo gallery, these are treasured memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. Finally, our preview came the day after our wedding, and the rest of the gallery followed very shortly after, we couldn’t believe it! We’re so grateful to Warm Up Labs, couldn’t recommend enough! -

The most incredible photographers you'll ever work with!!!
If you're scrolling through reviews, trying to figure out THE BEST photographers for your wedding (or really any special event) you can STOP because you simply cannot do better than Roge and Fernando! My husband and I are worked with them for our wedding in Brooklyn, New York this summer and just wow... they were absolutely incredible. Aside from being insanely supportive, flexible, and accommodating even after we had to push our wedding because of covid, they took the time and care to meet with us multiple times ahead of our wedding day to scout out details around our venue. On the day of our wedding, they were even more gracious and incredible than we could have ever imagined. They kept my husband and I the focus of their world on our wedding day and even kept US relaxed when the weather started to turn a bit. The day was so hectic, but no matter what we could turn to them to steady us. They were truly our rocks throughout our wedding process and delivered impeccable and unforgettable photos and memories of our perfect day. We simply cannot recommend Roge and Fernando enough and can't imagine any photographer(s) outperforming them, in photography or day-of vendor demeanor. We are so grateful for their friendship and help throughout our entire process and we're still OBSESSED with our wedding photos, many many months later. Hard stop, no better photographers out there. -

Wow. From start to finish, Roge and Fernando surpassed every expectation we had for our wedding photographers. We worked with them for our engagement photos, our wedding ceremony in 2020, and finally our wedding reception in August of 2021. Each day we worked with Roge and Fernando, it was like having sunshine beaming over us. They made us feel warm and comfortable, and caught deeply intimate moments that we will hold dear to us forever. They are true artists, but have an ability to perform their art in such a personal and touching way. They never forget that they are capturing people, not objects, and our photos came out even more beautiful than we ever imagined they would be.
I would hire WarmUp Labs over and over again, and without hesitation recommend Fernando and Roge to anyone. My husband and I feel truly fortunate that we were able to book them for not just one, but two of our most special days. -

When it came time to choose a photographer, I knew I did not want anyone that was too much in your face, and someone who truly captured genuine small moments and expressions throughout. I remembered seeing a duo hubby and wife photographer at my friend's wedding who was so friendly towards the guests and ended up capturing some amazing photos of my now fiance and I on the dance floor. My friend had nothing but wonderful things to say. When I called Roge, I instantly knew we wanted to work with her for our wedding. She was kind, calming and made us feel excited about our wedding instantly. To top it off, Roge and Fernando traveled to Scituate, Mass for our engagement shoot - a place very special to us for a very great price. We even had to reschedule once due to a sprained foot I had, and they were so easy to work with. Although super nervous about doing an engagement shoot and not knowing what to even expect, Roge calmed us down a few days before over the phone. When we met the couple in person, they were filled with warmth and just good vibes overall. Fernando took our photos while Roge directed and also entertained my future father in law who was around to help watch our dog during the shoot. Fernando and Roge allowed us to let all nerves go away and have such a fun day - during a very insane year. Fernando has a way of making you feel super special yet totally relaxed during a shoot. He pretty much said thank you anytime we followed his direction, which I thought was insanely sweet as we should we thanking them. Also, given the current state of the world, they wore masks and took proper cautions for a very socially distant activity and we truly had the best day with them. I thought maybe we'd be tired of taking photos after an hour, and I instead wanted it to last all day - they were very flexible and allowed us to go to all 4 of our favorite places in town - including the beach! When we got our photos back - I cried. Fernando captured such beautiful angles and intimate moments I forgot even happened during our 3-hour day together. We were truly sad to see them hit the road and can not wait for them to capture our wedding day. They are an incredibly talented duo who give you photos you will always want to look back on. -

Roge and Fernando provided excellent wedding photos for us. The day after the wedding we received about 75 highlight photos and a few weeks after that we had our whole lot. All the photos were excellent. We love their style and professionalism. They took great candid shots we didn't even know they were there. For the first-look and scheduled photos they kept us on pace and made sure all our family members were involved. One thing we really appreciated is that although we had not scheduled on going around to all the tables, when it happened Fernando noticed and was there with no problem, making sure we would have those memories of seeing everyone. Roge and Fernando love textures and as we were walking, they would be on the lookout for textures to take pictures in front of. When we saw the result it was well worth it. They have a great eye for textures, contrast, color, and composition. Every shot is a work of art. Thank you Roge and Fernando! -

It is hard to even express how incredible it was to work with Roge and Fernando, and our wedding pictures are beyond our wildest dreams. We are not comfortable in front of the camera, and were dreading the photo part of the wedding, and anxious about capturing images where we look our best. Roge and Fernando made us feel so calm, from the progression of the day, to getting our candid moments like first look, and making sure to get all the posed groups we needed to. We really appreciated meeting ahead of time to discuss the game plan, and it made us lead into our wedding day not anxious at all about making sure everything would be captured or when. They organized the time before hand so that we have so many great shots of getting ready, just us, our wedding party, and family, in addition to the ones at the actual event. It was an incredibly special treat to receive around 70 edited photos the morning after our wedding. Even just in that selection our whole day was captured and the joy and magic of it all. Roge and Fernando captured so many amazing candid shots that are so us, so natural, and so full of happiness and love. Going through the entire collection makes us relive each special moment. The images captured how comfortable we were with them. They were so professional and truly artists, the images show us and our wedding day in a gorgeous and artful way. We could not recommend Warm Up Labs more! -

The most beautiful way to remember our wedding
One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring Roge & Fernando as our photographers. These two have helped us remember our wedding day forever in the most beautiful way. Their talent and skill is evident in every photo and Fernando's use of light is just one of the many, many reasons we were drawn to them. Their attention to detail is impeccable and they were so, so thorough in their documentation of our wedding. We asked for a lot of shots of the party and guests (rather than mostly just us) and they managed to capture the sweetest moments that might've passed us by in the commotion of the day. Of course I cried when they delivered our massive album because it was everything we ever hoped for in our wedding photos. We didn't have a videographer and after seeing these shots we definitely don't regret it. Their style and skill managed to capture the emotion and energy of the day in every photo. We have already recommended Roge & Fernando to several couples, and will continue to recommend them any chance we get. We truly adore you two and know every other couple you work with will, too!!! -

Photographers that capture those special moments
Photography was one of the most important decisions to us in wedding planning. Understanding that photos are lasting memories of a day that goes by in a flash, we wanted to be sure we picked the right photographers. Roge and Fernando were everything we could ask for in a photography duo. They are incredibly collaborative and put great emphasis on getting to know the couple-to-be. On the day-of, they were prompt, and a calming force during a whirlwind of a day. For a bride that does not enjoy her pictures taken, they made me feel comfortable, which was evident in the beautiful final product. Not only did we receive a sneak peak the following day, we had a full album just 6-8 weeks later. We could not be more pleased with our choice and highly recommend to anyone looking for photographers that capture those special and authentic moments. -

Stunning photos of our big day!!
Roge and Fernando were quick to respond and super easy to work with for our wedding from the very beginning. They worked with our budget, they were friendly and they took so many great photos of the big day, we’re still getting compliments! They were so fast in edits that we were able to get a sneak peak the very next day following our wedding, which was awesome for us to be able to share so quickly, and we got the full album in less than two weeks!! Highly recommend for beautiful photos and great service. -

Best vendor at our wedding!
Roge and Fernando are unlike any other photographers I have ever met! They captured our wedding in the most natural yet classic way. They made us feel like old friends the entire planning process which helped keep us calm even despite some disasters that occurred with our venue. They are extremely professional and they take the time to make sure your photos end up being perfectly about you and your loved one. Our guest are even talking about the photos we shared and how much they loved Roge and Fernando! They are happy to oblige and take an necessary portrait style photos (need to have a few with mom and dad!) yet the magic really happens when they are capturing the moments in between the staged photos. I would have paid 10X more for these photos. Some of my favorites are the ones at the church as they captured so many incredibly intimate moments between my husband and I. We love you guys! -

Roge and Fernando photographed our May 2019 wedding and were extremely buttoned up from our initial conversations to receiving the final photos. We chose them for their documentary-style images and they didn't disappoint. They did such a wonderful job keeping us organized leading up to the wedding and delivered the photos much more quickly than we anticipated - we had them all by the time we returned from our honeymoon a few weeks later! Asking WarmUp Lab to shoot our wedding was the best thing we could have ever done. Not only were they incredible at communicating with us before the event, but they took better pictures than I could have ever imagined. We got over 1500 pictures back from them in our digital album and they even got our sneak peek photos back to us THE NEXT DAY!

Look no further for wedding photographers!! Roge and Fernando photographed our wedding at FEAST at Round Hill on 6/16/19 in Washingtonville, NY. They are SO talented and incredibly easy and fun to work with! I remember meeting with them initially and they described their guarantee to provide a "sneak peek" of photos the day after your wedding and I can't begin to explain how awesome it was to actually see quality images the very next day and already begin reliving how much fun our wedding was. I also really appreciated how once all of the formal photos and ceremony were over they stuck by us and made sure that if we were talking to a guest and wanted a posed picture they were right there to capture it. At the same time, they were also taking candid, in-the-moment images. They both have an eye for capturing special moments and exploring unique angles and set-ups for both formal and informal photos. On top of all of that, they were extremely responsive and organized and reached out to us leading up to the event to ensure they answered any lingering questions or requests that we may have. The Best Wedding Decision
From the moment we reached out to Fernando and Roge from Warm Up Labs we knew they would be our vendors. We felt their passion for their work and true love for their clients immediately, first through email and later in person during our full pre-wedding walk through.
I had only one request from our photographers, and that was to capture beautiful moments but let us “do our own thing”. Little did I know, that was their mantra! They staged photos with family when needed, even followed a full list of over 15 family portraits, but when it came to my husband and I it was like they felt when to give us space and when to join in on our little moments.
Roge in particular was my saving grace, I’m a type A planner and what I thought was just a short wedding walk through turned into a full schedule in her head which she then worked with me to perfect. They didn’t rush us the day of but somehow made sure we captured everything we wanted.
And I know I haven’t even gotten to the main reason why you’re probably reading this review... their work. And that’s because all I have to say is WOW. They are both professionals in their field, they master the non wedding wedding photography feel. Our photos did not just capture our most intimate moments, but they also honored the light, texture and beauty around us.
We walked away from our big day gaining two dear friends!
If there is one thing I can recommend everyone for their wedding day, it’s to have these two genuine and loving souls by your side!

Roge and Fernando were one of our first hires when it came to wedding planning. We knew right away their style was what we were looking for. They're not the cookie-cutter style photographers - they have an artistic eye and a moody, romantic style that stands out. They were incredibly responsive through emails and just super lovable people! They got beautiful shots throughout the entire night and delivered the photos SO quickly.

I have so many amazing things to say about this husband wife duo its hard to know where to start.
From the moment I spoke to Roge on the phone I knew I wanted to work with her. She was professional, down to earth, warm and someone I immediately felt comfortable with. Before even booking them Roge gave talked me through critical photography decisions and helped me understand how to best organize the day.
On the day of they arrived early, planned their shots and most importantly helped keep everyone on time, (removing all the time keeping off my plate- THANK YOU!) This alone is a reason to book them.
It is also extremely rare for multiple people to come up after the wedding and compliment the photographers, before they have ever seen a photo. I had family members and friends notice how hard Roge and Fernando where working, and how they were everywhere.
Less then 24 hours after they left the wedding, they sent me a sneak peak of BEAUTIFUL pictures they had taken. This is such a wonderful gift to keep the wedding buzz going.
I would recommend them 100 times over! -

Absolutely incredible photographers
This husband and wife duo is the real deal! I have been in 15+ wedding in my life I've seen just about everything. They absolutley exceeded every expectation. The pictures are just on another level. Their ability to efficiently pose large groups is the best I've ever seen. I seen other photographers waste so much time trying to do this but they nailed it in no time at all. The intimate photos getting ready before the ceremony look like they belong in a fashion magazine. They litterally got better and better as the night went on. Our reception was action packed, my wife and I danced a good 75% of the time and every time I looked up from the fun they were there capturing all the genuine happy moments with friends and family. The candid photos are so good , looking through the mountain of photos they gave us feels like living my wedding night over every time. Not to mention they gave us like 100 pictures the day after that we shared immediately on social media. Then gave all the rest to us 1 month after the wedding. I can not reccomend them enough... for what they gave me I honestly feel like they should have charged me double. -

Best Wedding Photographers Out There!

My husband (yay) & I were looking for photographers that captured authentic moments, interesting shots and most importantly would not produce your run of the mill stiff, unnatural posed shots. Roge & Fernando exceeded our expectations!!! We met with them a year prior to our wedding to go over our vision. They even met with us 3 months prior at our venue to scout the location.
Roge is organized, friendly and full of great ideas. Fernando has the eye of a photography god. That truly left us wondering how in the world did he get that shot and WOW I look amazing !!
They are great to work with, communicated every step of the way and truly felt like complete allies in making our special day SPECIAL! We would hire them again and again!

It’s not too easy to say such good things about people who you just know for such a short period of time. But Fernando & Roge deserves every bit of compliments they receive. They left an impact on our lives with so many beautiful captures that we will cherish them for the rest of our lives. It’s been a month since the wedding and the compliments are still non-stop.
On a time where people are so comfortable in front of cameras, we were quite the opposite. I needed a lot of help simply being camera shy, self-conscious, and just plain awkward. We felt total in ease in Fernando’s presence; he was easygoing, very relaxed, and super friendly with every approaches that you easily feel comfortable and confident. Roge on the other hand was always an email away keeping up with communications, wedding details, and simply accommodating to every request. We feel so blessed to find them available to all our wedding events; henna/holud night, religious wedding, city hall/reception dinner.
Technically, they’re very talented professionals, very prompt, positive, and always accommodating. They are such lovely people that they can easily adapt to couples energy and environment.
While saying goodbye at our reception, it felt like I was losing a friend. I told Fernando that I will reach out to them again hoping to find an opportunity to work together. But till then, we wish the best of luck to the next couple and so forth.

Brad Sent on 07/02/2018I can't recommend Warm Up Lab enough! They made our special day that much more special. The photos we got were just breathtaking to be honest. The communication was constant and they had a very clear idea of what we wanted and they delivered. If you are shopping around I highly suggest you meet with Roge and her husband and let them show you some of their work, you won't regret it! And I might also add the rate they charged was very reasonable and much less than other places we looked at with much much higher quality. -

The photos are just absolutely exquisite and they seem to really understand the romantic artistic vibe we were going for as opposed to cookie cutter wedding photography. Fernando started snapping away as soon as they arrived. Roge did a lot of crowd organizing and on site scouting as well as take second-angle photos, and had great photo ideas. They worked excellently with our videographer as well! Fernando definitely knew our best angles, too. The preview pics blew us away, it almost made me cry again!
Our guests loved them as well! They knew how to get the crowd hyped and paying attention which is hard to do with 140 people! I am so glad they were able to work with our budget, otherwise I would have never gotten such beautiful images!

We hired them to photograph our wedding, which was in NYC in October (2017) and we were thrilled with the results. They provided us with a preview within a week of the wedding; and we received the full album over over 1,200 images, three weeks after the wedding. The turnaround time was fantastic! I work with photography all day long, and I can tell you that the quality of their work is top notch. I highly recommend!

We recently hired them for our May wedding in Brooklyn. They first caught our eye due to the artistic and candid style of their work but we knew we were going to hire them within the first half hour of meeting them as we immediately felt comfortable and we knew we would be well taken care of.
Fernando and Roge have a great rapport and balance each other well. Fernando is the photographer and the artistic eye while Roge handles the scheduling, daily communication, and makes sure that all of the important people, moments, etc... are captured on the day of.
Not only were we so incredibly happy with the way our photos turned out and the little moments that (we were shocked) had been captured but we continue to hear rave reviews from all of our guests about how professional and hardworking our photographers were all night.
A lot of photographers will cap the amount of photos they will take or charge you for a specific number but Fernando kept shooting all day and night and we now have an amazing album of over 1500 photos to look back on from the day. All of these were cleaned and sent to us within a few weeks of the wedding. We were so impressed! What's not to love??
As I said- we have nothing but positive things to say about Fernando and Roge and highly recommend them. Hopefully, we'll have an opportunity to hire them again in the future. -

We had a great experience working with Roge and Fernando for our wedding at the Prospect Park Picnic House. They were warm, genuine, and put us at ease throughout the wedding (we are two people who are not used to having our photo taken). They got some amazing photos of us and our guests which really captured the energy of the day. Definitely recommend working with them!
