Great across the board!

We booked High Street Sound and Ward 3 Media together for our wedding at St. James 1868 and honestly… BEST decision we made. It felt like having one big dream team instead of juggling a bunch of separate vendors.

Our DJ from High Street Sound totally nailed the vibe: classy during dinner, then full-on party once dancing started. He somehow mixed my throwback emo favorites with my husband’s country songs and made it work?? Everyone kept asking where we found him.

Ward 3 Media was just as amazing. They were so relaxed and easy to talk to, but still super professional. They didn’t make anything feel stiff or staged the photos and video look like us only way better :)

Personal moment I’ll never forget: during the reception, my bridesmaids surprised me with a little speech + dance. I had NO idea it was coming. I looked over and the Ward 3 team had already repositioned and caught the whole thing like they saw it coming before I did. Watching it back in the video literally made me cry all over again.

The best part about booking them as a bundle was how smoothly everything ran. They communicated with each other, coordinated timelines, and checked in with us all day so we never felt rushed or lost. The energy was fun, calm, and just so supportive.

If you’re getting married at St. James (or honestly anywhere) and want zero stress plus insanely good photos, video, and music go with them. I would book this team again in a heartbeat.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about Enclave Light & Sound + Ward 3 Media. From the very first call, everyone just felt real, fun, organized, and totally on our side.

Our DJ was amazing he read the room so well and somehow kept both my college friends AND my grandma on the dance floor all night. Not once did we feel like the music was cheesy or forced. It honestly felt like hanging out with a really talented friend who just gets what you like. The photobooth and lighting made everything look next-level without feeling over the top.

Ward 3 Media was just as incredible. The photographers/videographers were super chill. they blended in, gave direction when we needed it, and captured moments I didn’t even realize were happening. I’m obsessed with how natural everything looks in the photos and our video literally made me cry (in the best way).

My favorite little moment: during portraits, my veil flew off (OF COURSE) and instead of panicking, our photographer laughed, helped fix it, and somehow turned it into this super cute, candid series of photos that ended up being some of my favorites. Total lifesaver.

Overall, the whole team felt kind, professional, and genuinely excited for us — not just another wedding on their calendar. If you want vendors who bring great energy AND deliver insanely good results, I’d pick them again 1000x.

The best!

Do not hesitate booking with Ward 3. Brock and Julia were our 2 videographers for our wedding day, and we have nothing but amazing things to say about the two of them. We met with Brock a week or so before our wedding day and he was very thorough, kind, and professional. Julia was my hype girl the minute she stepped in the day of the wedding, just the sweetest soul and made me feel so comfortable. They both made the day seamless. We are so grateful for this team and couldn't imagine this day without them. We are so excited to see the footage, and just know it will be amazing!

I would highly recommend Ward 3 Media! We used them for our wedding, and the whole process for meeting, booking, and planning was extremely easy and helpful! Holly and Avery were our photographers and did a wonderful job keeping us on track while still making taking pictures fun! We are so appreciative of them making our day that much more special!

Ward 3 and Jaclyn are the best!

We used Ward 3 Media for our photography (engagement and wedding). We couldn’t be happier with our experience! We worked mostly with Jaclyn for photography and thought she was incredibly kind, professional, fun, and creative. She always listened to what we wanted from her and came through on the results over and over again. Jaclyn was personable and anyone who interacted with her only had kind things to say. Our second photographer/assistant was Amanda and we thought she also did a great job throughout our wedding day and always listened to what we had to say but brought her own creativity as well.

Ward 3 Media Videography

We are extremely happy with our experience with Ward 3 Media, especially having Irving as our videographer. When we initially reached out, Ward 3 was very prompt in their responses and flexible with our vision. We were planning a small, intimate wedding and had already chosen a photographer we worked with previously. When Irving arrived, he easily integrated and worked with our photographer. He added great energy, creativity, and support on our wedding day. We feel so grateful to have found Ward 3 and the film they provided captured the day perfectly!

The best photographers and DJs around!

Our photographers were amazing. They provided direction for us and our wedding party and made sure everyone looked amazing and felt comfortable. Our DJ kept the dancefloor packed and played all our favorite songs. - Even included a few favorites we had forgotten about until we heard them out on the dancefloor. We couldn't be happier. We Love Our Highlight!

The highlight film for our wedding is absolutely breathtaking. It perfectly captures the essence of the day. Wonderful wedding videography!

Working with Ward 3 Media was such a joy! We used them for our wedding videography, and it was one of the best decisions we could have made for our special day. The day-of videographers went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in front of the camera, and they worked seamlessly with our other vendors to get the perfect shots. Our final highlight video blew us away with how perfectly the team had captured the day. We can’t stop watching it! We would 10/10 recommend them!!

Captured the little moments

The photographer and videographer we worked with were absolutely incredible. One moment that stands out is during the first look. I was so nervous, and the photographer immediately noticed and cracked a joke that had me laughing and feeling so much more at ease. They directed us so effortlessly, capturing genuine smiles and the sweetest candid moments. Later, the videographer caught a tearful hug between my dad and me that I didn’t even realize had happened in the whirlwind of the day. Even Better Than We Imagined

Our photographer and videographer went above and beyond in ways I never expected. Their attention to detail was amazing even pointing out my tie was slightly crooked during family photos and taking time to make sure everyone looked their best.. Our videographer was incredible. They somehow captured a quiet moment of my wife and me sneaking a laugh during dinner, and it’s now one of my favorite clips of the entire day.

Ward 3 Media and Enclave Light and Sound worked together seamlessly to make our wedding day unforgettable!

Enclave Light and Sound kept the party going all night long. Our DJ had an incredible sense of what the crowd wanted, mixing in our favorites with songs that got everyone—young and old—out on the dance floor. The energy was unmatched, and the transitions were flawless. We didn’t want the night to end!

Ward 3 Media truly went the extra mile. As we were taking photos, the photographer noticed the lighting at sunset was particularly stunning and quickly adjusted the schedule to sneak us out for a few golden hour shots. Those turned out to be some of our favorite images from the whole day! Their attention to detail and creative eye brought our memories to life in a way we’ll treasure forever.

Very easy to work with

We bundled 3 services with wedding planning, videography, and our DJ through these companies. Not only did we save money which we were able to spend on our honeymoon, but we also received high quality service from all 3! Our wedding planner was fantastic will pulling together details and communicating with the videographer and djs. I felt like we had our own private team for the whole day. From pre-ceremony all the way through the end of our dance, everything was covered and everything went so well. Thank you to Ward 3 Media and Highstreet Sound for an unforgettable day!

Our Guests Still Talk About Our DJs

My husband and I booked Ward3 for our wedding video & our DJ. Our wedding videographer, Irv was amazing. He asked what our vibe was for our video and the minute I said dreamy, he really understand and made it come to life. Our highlight video is everything we asked for. We also only had to wait 2 weeks from our wedding to get all of our videos back which was amazing, but likely could also be because we were early in the wedding season. Cannot recommend their videographer services enough. We used Enclave Light & Sound for our DJ and they were the talk of the whole wedding. We were very specific with our lead DJ, Loren, about what we wanted our dance floor to feel like and BOY did they deliver. We had a full dance floor all night and even up to now, we still have guests telling us how fun our wedding was. Plus, the uplighting made the space feel very dreamy. Finally, the photo booth through enclave was such a hit and it was so fun to get our link to the photo booth and look at all of our guests having the time of their lives in it. Overall would recommend using Ward3 for videographer and DJ

Amazing Photographers!

We hired Ward 3 Media for our wedding last month and they were wonderful to work with! Ben was super responsive and helped handle everything up until the day of. We booked Enrique as our lead photographer and him and George were both great to work with as well. Enrique was easy to communicate with and made it feel comfortable being in front of the camera as someone who isn't usually very photogenic. He always made us slow down and enjoy all the moments versus just going through the motions and the day slipping by. We are also from out of town and didn't have ideas on places to shoot, but they were able to provide some recommendations that looked great. We received our final photos back and they look so beautiful!! I'm so happy that we chose this vendor and Enrique as our photographer! Thank you so much!!

Alright, let me just say, Enclave and Ward 3 Media absolutely rocked our wedding! Enclave's DJ was so on point, from the walk down the aisle to the last dance. A true celebration

We bundled for photo, video, and DJ services and these guys were phenomenal! They made sure our wedding was not just a ceremony but a celebration. Every detail was double-checked with us, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The music was absolutely spot-on, creating the perfect vibe for each part of our special day. Our dance floor was never empty - they had a knack for playing tunes that got everyone, from our little niece to my grandad, up and dancing! Our guests are still talking about how great the music and the super fun photobooth were. The photo & video team captured every laugh, tear, and crazy dance move. Their professionalism and creativity were evident in every shot. They were like ninjas – present at every moment yet never intrusive. We were blown away by the quality of the photos and videos. Each one tells a beautiful story of our day.
The coordination between the DJ and the photo/video team was seamless. It felt like they were all working in perfect harmony, making our day a dream come true. Amazing team! Highly recommend

We can’t say enough praise around Ward 3 Media and their team. We used them for both DJ and Photography and the teams we were set up with were amazing. Ben was also incredible with the coordinating and responding to my random questions since the first time we reached out to post wedding. From our engagement shoot 1.5 years ago Holly was amazing, to our day of. The whole photo team was amazing, we received so many compliments throughout the night, the team was able to stay on schedule and coordinate so many people. They made us feel so ready for our day and they made it so fun, even through the hail during the day. Our DJ team was also amazing! They handled all announcements smoothly and kept to the schedule. They also kept the dance party going all night long! They followed our requests to the vibe we wanted for the night and played our must plays and really made the evening so fun that my feet were sore from dancing the night away. We can’t recommend Ward 3 enough when it comes to being a part of your wedding day, you will not regret it.

The best team for photo and video!

We were on the fence about video but thought we would always regret it if we didn't go for it. After working with Ward 3 Media for photo and video we have ZERO regrets. Best photographer ever!

We are beyond impressed with Ward 3 Media! We worked with lead photographer, Kelley and assistant photographer, Pearl and couldn’t be happier! They directed our wedding day photo shoot in a professional, fun, and loving way. Their artistic talents created some of the most beautiful moments. As people who haven’t used photographers very often, we are so thankful that one of our first experiences was a perfect one. Ben from Ward 3 was collaborative and helpful in getting us the perfect photo package for the needs and wants we discussed in our initial meeting. Kelley was super communicative and helpful in our “before the wedding day” meeting. She gave helpful tips and fantastic advice. Kelley and Pearl were the best team and so good at commanding the room when we couldn’t get control of our rambunctious family and bridal party. They got all of the shots we wanted and more. Captured Every Special Moment!

I cannot say enough great things about Ward 3 Media! Ben was so great and organized and made everything EASY and SMOOTH along the way. We live in Chicago but got married in Racine. We were worried about blindly booking vendors but after the 1st call with Ben, we were confident in allowing Ward 3 to take over. We booked videography, DJ, and photobooth with Ward 3. (Reviews for DJ and photobooth are at Enclave Lighting & Sound) The videography team was amazing! They were calm, cool, and collected the day of which helped keep everyone the same. They were extremely flexible and did a great job of capturing moments without holding up the wedding party too long. They work extremely well with our photographer which helped things move quickly. Kelly & Clinton really took everything into consideration from our pre-wedding Zoom and it made for a great day. Every time I saw a special moment happen I saw Kelly or Clinton nearby with a camera so I am confident we will love our footage! 100% recommend using Ward 3 Media!

Great Video!

One of my favorite memories from my wedding day was my father/daughter dance. I had a specific song in mind to surprise my dad and their DJ pulled it off very well. He also helped the entire dance mood stay positive by having fun himself! It’s always great when you see your DJ enjoying the work they do. We also booked the video package and WOW did they deliver. The whole process was super easy and I felt like the DJ and video team really knew and worked well together which made our day super easy, and super fun.

We LOVE our video

Ward 3 was one of the most affordable videographers in the area but their videos honestly look like they cost 10x more than they do! Super nice team and great communication. We are so glad we were able to bundle our video package with our DJ and ended up saving enough to also afford a coordinator which was a luxury we definitely never thought we could have. Wouldn’t risk wedding photos with this company

Don’t risk your wedding photos with this company. Multiple issues with my photos (not to mention they just are not good in general) and I havnt heard back from Ben. I asked for his assistance in getting my photos in high-resolution and he won’t even email me back. Really disappointed. Again- they have many, great reviews but they aren’t worth the risk for the most important day of your life. I would highly recommend hiring a local that owns their own business and their wedding will be important to them. Not just $$$.
