"Awesome. Awesome, Awesome Glenn was nothing short of professional and incredibly helpful. Always prompt with his emails and concise when helping us work out what we wanted, his music database was amazing DJ Phantom Warcloud kept everyone on the dance floor right till the end and did a fantastic job guiding the reception.

Leading up to our wedding, Glenn was really responsive and truly made me feel heard. He sent me a questionnaire to fill out all our songs and attach our playlists. We even spoke on the phone about 1-2 weeks before our wedding. My coordinator noted he was the only vendor she wasn’t able to reach about our timeline details. I’m not even sure if he used our timeline document.
The day of our wedding, many things went wrong. None of the timestamps I included for our songs were played correctly. We had to tell him multiple times to start playing music.. which is something I thought the DJ should handle. My husband and I chose our reception playlist as songs we were really excited to hear and we didn’t hear barely any of them. The only ones we were we had to request ourselves! It was stated very early on we were Christians and didn’t want explicit music. Our ceremony was gorgeous and faith centered, one of the first songs played on the dance floor was WAP.. I immediately told him to shut it off. After stating this he said someone requested it, again we had a playlist that was respected, I’m not sure why requests were even an option. There were also awkward long pauses where he was looking up songs and it was silence between songs. He would just play the entire song and then it would end, no transitions or anything. Multiple people stated the music was loud during cocktail hour and dinner. Truly I feel our music would have been better if we just put on our Spotify playlist and someone controlled it from our phones.
I expressed this to Glenn after our wedding our displeasure with his services and although he took some accountability, he found ways to blame other people for almost every situation. We are very grateful for his services for our wedding, our wedding was perfect in every way except for the execution from our DJ.
