My husband and I would love to put more stars if we could! Not only is Wannamoisett a very reasonable price for a wedding venue, it is beautiful. The front lawn that the ceremony is on is beautifully landscaped. The cocktail hour space on the patio was amazing for the guests and the reception space is open with stunning black chandeliers. We had Kimberly helping us throughout the planning process, and she was very easy to work with and responsive. Dorinda, Megan, and Olivia helping us the day of, and the wedding day was so smooth!! All of the guests had a fun time and raved about the food. No complaints about anything. My husband and i highly recommend Wannamoisett!

Wannamoisett Country Club far exceeded our expectations. From every aspect of the planning process, to the execution of our day, it was flawless. We had to move our wedding twice due to Covid, and the team at Wannamoisett was not only flexible, but reassuring that our day would be as close to what we envisioned from the get go as possible. They went above and beyond and got creative to make sure our day went off with out a hitch. Their recommendations, help, suggestions, ideas, assistance, and input were more than amazing. Kim and her team took the time to really understand our vision and keep us up to date with the ever changing rules/regulations. Dorinda was a dream the day of, and attended to our every need while helping to make sure everything was perfect. These women kept our day so organized, beautiful, and perfect. You can tell the truly love what they do. If anything went wrong that day, I had no idea, as they clearly handled it. You can't beat the beauty, value, and atmosphere of Wannamosiett. They have done a lot of work on this venue and it is truly beautiful inside and out. We had the best time and wish we could relive our wedding over and over again. We can't thank Wannamoisett enough for providing us the space to plan the wedding of our dreams. We had a blast, thank you so much for everything! We love you guys! xoxo

My husband and I had to reschedule and plan our wedding within 2 months! Due to Covid 19 our original destination wedding had to be cancelled and Wannamoiset Country Club was so helpful and kind! we worked with Francesca Cirillo and to tell you the truth the woman deserves all the praise in the world! She was responsible, responsive, attentive and so detailed oriented. The food at this venue is amazing, the grounds are clean and the staff are so kind and down to earth. Francesca and the venue made our dream wedding come true even with the Covid19 restrictions in place the day was perfect and I truly appreciate everything they did for us. Don't hesitate to book your wedding here you will not be disappointed.

The venue itself is gorgeous and the setup they provided for our wedding was beautiful. The food and drink were delicious. The staff was excellent. On top of all that, the price was very reasonable.

My daughter's wedding was held June 25, 2017 at W.C.C. Julie ,Kim, Marissa and staff were all excellent to work with. My daughter and her fiancée lived out of state so a lot of details had to be worked out via e-mail rather than in person. The ballroom surpassed our expectations with how our decorations were incorporated into the décor! Everyone commented it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever attended. Fortunately the weather cooperated and we were able to hold the ceremony outside and they could do their wedding photos outside. We just saw a sneak preview form the photographer and the pictures were awesome! The staff was very attentive to the wedding party and our guests throughout the day. The food was delicious and people raved about the buffet and the specialty cocktails. Jackie & Ryan's day was truly magical from start to finish. All of the special requests they wanted were handled expertly. I would highly recommend W.C.C. for your special day. And we are looking forward to our next event at W. C. C.

I absolutely loved Wannamoisett Country Club! The venue was absolutely beautiful! It was the only venue I looked at and booked it right away. The staff was very helpful during the planning process as well. The day of the wedding was absolutely amazing. All my guests raved about the food and how beautiful everything was. I am very happy with Wannamoisett Country Club and would recommend them to anyone!

We had our vow renewal on 1/22/2016. I can't even begin to express how wonderful the entire process was. From our first meeting with Julie to go over all the logistics of what rooms we could use, how things could be set up, menu options, bar options....you name they could basically do anything...we knew this was the place for us. We decided to do the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all there. The way they kept everything organized and on time was great. I don't think I've ever been to a wedding where things moved so smoothly, nothing was left out, and we were on time with everything. The rooms were amazingly decorated. I went over the details of how I wanted certain things to look and left the rest to Kimberly to decide. I was not disappointed!! I had so many people say that main room look like it came out of a wedding magazine. The food was delicious, the bartenders were friendly and consistent with drinks, and I can't say enough about the servers. Food was served on time, hot, and with a smiles. Our dedicated server (and all around wedding sidekick), Izzy, was so friendly and at our side for anything we needed. I can't say enough about how perfect our special day was.

Where do I start? Julie was patient and understanding as we started to plan from long-distance. My hubby and I were still doing long-distance and neither of us were close to Wannamoisett while planning. Julie was accommodating of our weird circumstances and totally made my mom, with a gluten allergy, feel totally comfortable. She never had to wonder what she could and couldn't eat. Julie was incredibly responsive through emails and phone calls. I think I called her three times to clarify things while I was ordering my invitations. I think I stressed every day for a year leading up to my big day, but when the day finally came: everything happened as it should. Kim had come up with cute ways to display all of my personal touches and answered all questions, and settled all worries. While getting ready at Wannamoisett, my girls were attended to and I felt like we were royalty. Izzy was a ROCKSTAR. My hand was never empty. She fixed little problems, she organized, she ran the show to tell us when to walk out. I didn't need a wedding planner - I had the BEST staff there was. I don't think I stopped smiling or left the dance floor all night. I had HOT food and managed to actually eat most of my meal. There really isn't enough good words I can say about Wannamoisett. Highly highly highly recommend. If I ever live in the area, my husband and I will definitely be members!

What an amazing day we had at WCC!! The venue itself is beautiful, grounds are perfect and let's talk about their service - WOW, Their customer service is absolutely amazing and food was delicious. Highly recommend WCC! Affordable prices too!

Where do we even start? Wannamoisett was the absolute best place we ever could have chosen for our wedding. Literally every single thing about our wedding day was absolutely perfect. The venue space was stunning. The set up was amazing. The food was outstanding - hot, served on time, restaurant-quality delicious. We had signature drinks that they perfected. We had a package with them and each and every vendor they set us up with was fantastic. Every single request we had was accommodated. My sister/MOH even asked for a piece of cake to take home to her kids who had to leave early, and when there wasn't any left, Izzy gave her a substitute dessert.

The staff at Wannamoisett went above and beyond. Every single person working did an amazing job -- from Julie who help us with arrangements from day one, to Kimberly and Izzy who took care of us on the day of, to Rob who served us drinks and snacks during cocktail hour, and every single waiter, busser, bartender who made sure our guests were pleased.

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. More than a handful of guests said it was the best wedding they had ever attended. I have to contribute some, if not most, of that to having chosen Wannamoisett for our ceremony & reception venue. I actually wish we could rate them 6/5 in every category.

Wannamoisett was the perfect place for our wedding reception. From start to finish, working with the staff was nothing short of amazing. Julie is the event manager - she is easy to get in contact with and very accommodating. Kimberley was my event coordinator along with Izzy. Both of them were unbelievably professional. The hall itself is beautiful - classy but comfortable. The food was delicious. Our wedding captain, Rob, was there to help my husband and I with everything from drinks and apps during pictures to driving us around the course in a cart for alternate photo locations. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place and their staff. They really know how to do it right (and for a reasonable price).

I have absolutely love wannamoisett ever since reading the reviews online. Seeing it only made it even better. It is a beautiful venue with amazing prices. I couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else.
Everyone there was amazing. Julie was always great with answering questions. Kimberly did a perfect job setting up the hall for the wedding and ceremony. She was also there all day helping the bridal party and all of the vendors with anything they needed. Izzy was so helpful once the event really started. She was always there to get us anything we needed. Everyone was always so nice and friendly. WE had the perfect day!

My Husband and I just had our wedding at Wannamoisett a few weeks ago. I can not say enough amazing things about it. Every part of our wedding was absolutely perfect and it is mostly because of the great staff. Julie was great at helping us get all the details in order, and was always available by either email or phone to answer questions. Kim and Isabel made our actual wedding day easy and were extremely proficient at keeping the night on schedule. They were a huge help and would be hard to beat. The country club it self is beautiful and has great areas for pictures. We got comments from all of our guests saying it was one of the nicest places they have ever been to a wedding at. The food is great and was served hot to every guest. Overall Wannamoisett is the perfect place for a wedding you wont be disappointed.

My experience with Wannamoisett County Club was fabulous! I was completely put at ease after the first meeting. I was dissapointed the day of because it ended up raining but i'm glad now that it did! The room set up for the ceremony was just beautiful. And after for the reception the room was more beautiful than any wedding i've been to. The venue is just georgous and the food was delicious...of course the price is right too!

Not many grooms write reviews but I have to comment on how spectacular this venue is. From the first time making contact with Wannamoisett they made us feel welcome. I looked at a lot of venues, and this venue out there. Their staff is very attentive to everything. In many cases especially at weddings you plan something will always go wrong; nothing went wrong.

I don't want to sound like a salesman but if you are looking for a venue that will make your wedding feel important and special this is the venue for you. Wannamoisett only books one wedding per day. They are very accomodating to your every need. The food is top quality, it is not typical banquet style food. The banquet staff is very personable and ensure that your guests are treated fairly. Kimberly and Isabel do a great job at coordinating everything with your other vendors.

In conclusion, this venue is very reasonably priced for a beautiful country club with excellent food and staff. My vendors even commented on how they felt very welcome.

Wannamoisett Country Club is a great place to get married! First off, the venue is beautiful, with sparkling chandeliers, beautiful chairs, a wood bar and room with a working fireplace. The food was AMAZING!!! Way better than any wedding food I have ever had. It was very affordable, and they were easy to work with, especially Kimberly, the Co-ordinator, and Isabel, the Banquet Captain. Isabel in particular was amazing, and always made sure my family and wedding party had what they needed at all times. I highly recommend Wannamoisett, and I looked at A LOT of venues!!!

Like another former bride has said on here, I don't think there's enough room to write how wonderful Wannamoisett is. Once we decided to have a winter wedding, we fell in love with Wannamoisett immediately with the fireplace in the main function room (the Wilson room). It's also recently renovated and has beautiful neutral tones. Many of the other ballrooms in country clubs or hotels had noisey wallpaper or curtains, but Wannamoisett is the perfect neutral tone. Julie has an expert in helping us plan, and Nicole our event manager was amazing. She set everything up exactly how I had envisioned it. Our banquet captain, Isabel, was great to have for the bridal party throughout the evening, and I loved her! The prices at Wannamoisett are also extremely reasonable which was another reason why we chose them. My guests are still raving about the delicious food, and both my photographer and DJ (Conte Sound Productions) say it's their favorite place to work a wedding. I highly recommend it as a perfect venue!

Words are not enough to describe how thankful my husband and I are to the entire staff of Wannamoisett Country Club. Our wedding reception was incredible, the food was great and HOT, the staff was always attentive and everything was better than we ever imagined it to be. Julie was always quick to answer my emails about any requests and concerns I had. The staff was attentive to us and my entire bridal party including all three children during the entire event. They are the best value in town as of price and you can't beat the views! Best kept secret in Rhode Island! You won't go wrong I promise!

I don't think there's enough room here to write all the good things I have to say about this place. They were amazingly helpful in both the planning and execution of our wedding. I barely had to think about anything in terms of preparation and planning the day before and of the wedding. I dropped my stuff off, explained where and what to do with it and it happened. Day of, they had an attendent just to help us with whatever we needed. They are so reasonably priced, I was almost worried we were missing something in the contract, but it turns out they are just amazingly talented at what they do and anyone would be lucky to have their wedding here. There facility is beautiful, they only have one wedding a day and they really care about helping you to have the best day possible.

If you are looking for a beautiful venue with excellent food and an unbeatable staff, look no further than Wannamoisett Country Club! The first time I visited this venue, I thought it was wonderful, but words cannot express how amazing it was on the night of our wedding. Everything was absolutely perfect, and we are so grateful to the wonderful staff. Everyone was so professional and accommodating, and we truly enjoyed every minute of our time there.

Absolutely fantastic!

Julie, Nicole and Kimberly were so wonderful to deal with. We dealt with Julie all the way up to the wedding, and she was always so quick to respond to us and our questions. We dealt with Kimberly and Nicole the day of our wedding and they were so great. The staff at Wannamoisett is also great. I have nothing but glowing comments for them. Anytime something was happening, Nicole or Kimberly were coming right up to me to ask if it was okay, if I needed something Nicole or Kimberly were taking care of it right away.

My husband had such an odd request during the reception, which was for a reflective vest. He asked Kimberly for this, and she couldn't find a reflective vest but was able to give him this sparkly green garland. I'm sure it was an odd request for her and she managed to find something there for him that had a reflective quality.

Such a great staff to deal with and they helped in pulling off my wedding. I couldn't ask for a better venue. So wonderful!

Wannamoisett Country Club is beautiful! The staff is very friendly. You cannot beat the price. The food was great. Julie was great with answering my emails. Nicole was amazing the night of the wedding. She made sure everything ran smoothly and anytime I needed something, she was right there. Donnie is awesome. He was very fun and was right there anytime we needed something!

I had my daughter's Bridal Shower here and i could not be happier!. The staff was very accommodating, on the day of the event, the staff were extremely helpful, sweet, the service was great. the food was delicious. we had the breakfast buffet and asked to also add pasta with vodka sauce and it was one of the best i have ever had. I will gladly hold another event at Wannamoisett Country Club. I received many compliments!

They were great to work with, very friendly and VERY accommodating and flexible. Food was great and venue was beautiful. Good value for the money. I was very happy with the way everything turned out. Anything I needed, they did.

Wannamoisett was a wonderful venue for the price. The food was outstanding. The vendor coordination was nice as well. Having the package made wedding planning go smoothly. There was a mishap towards the end with the bill that did not have us too happy but other than that everything went very smoothly. A hidden gem if you as me!

Our wedding was 8/7/2021. There were pros and cons in our experience. The venue is beautiful, reasonably priced and they allowed our dog in the ceremony! We had to push our wedding back in 2020 and the venue was very accommodating. We worked with Kim and Dorinda and had some interaction with Julie, all were polite and helpful! On the day we did have some issues of concern- I was walking down the aisle with both my mother and father which the venue was aware of although the placement of the chairs were so close that once we turned down the aisle there wasn’t enough room for us so I lost my mother as she had to travel behind us. We had been told several times that we would be able to use the golf carts for our pictures so that we wouldn’t have to walk to some of the spots and it appears most of the golf carts were given to their members thankfully my fiancé demanded one for us so that we could get at least a couple of the pictures we had wanted. Also we had been told in the beginning that there were no other events that day and that there would be plenty of parking for guests when we had gotten to the venue to there were very few spots left both parking lots were packed and the place was full of members! We had to move out of their way while taking our pictures we were dodging members golfing and carts the entire time! Also when we had gotten there to use the bridal suite and the grooms room apparently there were still people sitting in the grooms room eating so the guys could not start getting ready right away even though we are allowed the rooms two hours in advance and they were well aware that we would be there! The decorations were set up as we wanted and they did do a beautiful job with that! Also The food was very good! The wait staff was definitely one of our huge pain points a lot of guests and vendors received the wrong meals some of them got stuck with children’s meals which was not what was given to the venue in final details. There was also a lot of confusion during our toasts with the lighting, staff didn’t seem to know how to dim the lights so lights flickered then stayed brightly lit the majority of the night! There were several times throughout the night where we couldn’t find any staff on the floor the bar line had grown pretty large unfortunately my fiancé spent most of the night running back-and-forth looking for people which he should not have done as he found a lot of the staff sitting and eating in the cocktail room! We were advised we could have our guests sit outside the cocktail room near the fire pit a staff member came and approached our guests and told them they had to move because that was a members only area! also we had several guests attempt to buy shots at the bar and were told by the bartender she is not allowed to serve shots! There really wasn’t anyone to manage our timeline which i had provided to them we lost track of time and didn’t remember the cake cutting until after most of the guests had already left around 10:15 PM . There was no staff on the floor to take the cake so we had to look for someone to come take the cake to cut for the guests. The wait staff began clearing tables prior to guests finishing their drinks/food several guests had purchased drinks and when they returned to their tables after visiting the Photobooth, etc their drinks were gone. There were several other issues but all in all we had a wonderful time regardless!
