My flowers were exactly how I wanted them. They even made a mock bridesmaid boquet up for me before hand so that I could see them before the wedding.

Vision Becomes Reality!

I did double duty at my daughter's very recent wedding, serving as MOB/Wedding Planner. Both parts of my job were made easier and more joyous by Sue L and her fantastic wedding team. From planning to execution, absolutely everything was flawless. I have another daughter and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for flowers when the time comes.

Amazing! I live across the country and worked with Sue through email. She was so easy to work with it was crazy. I asked her a question about the boutonniere and she immediately emailed me a picture of it within 30 minutes. They made my bouquet exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make the flowers perfect. I would definitely recommend them.

We made our own centerpieces and they discussed the best way to take care of our flowers for an extended period of time so the centerpieces would be perfect - and they would.

Sally Rodrigues is amazing! The flowers were beautiful and held up for weeks after. I highly reccommend Walter Knoll. The quality was amazing and the price was affordable.

I was referred to Walter Knoll by a friend who used them for her wedding. I spoke with Louise at the O'Fallon store and she was so friendly and understood exactly what I wanted, even before I showed her the pictures I had found.

The actual cost for the flowers I wanted was well below the budget I had anticipated and the quality was still exceptional. They had no problem with making one of the bouquets silk due to my friend's allergies and they even recommended making the accompanying groomsman's boutonniere silk as well (I would have never thought of that!)

What more can I say about WKF that hasn't already been said!!! They are absolutely THE place to get flowers for any occasion! I worked personally with Lindsey and Chuck for my wedding flowers and words cannot describe how beautiful my flowers turned out! I gave out a variety of ideas I had in mind and Chuck was able to transform my ideas into reality. Everyone at WKF was friendly and attentive. I couldn't be happier with how my flowers turned out for my wedding. I would recommend them to anyone time and time again!!

I highly recommend WKF to anyone. Not only were the flowers for our wedding beautiful, but customer service was fantastic as well. I overpaid by $150 and someone called me to let me know to expect a refund on my credit card.

The florist was so easy to work with. Our wedding was out of the country so we had to arrange to get in to the florist around our travels to make our choices for the reception that would be held in the U.S. Heather was helpful with her suggestions and was easy to work with when we had to make some slight changes. We would use them again!

Stunning flowers!

We could not have been happier with our choice of Walter Knoll Florist! The flowers were breathtaking! Everyone commented on how gorgeous they were and stopped to have their pictures taken with them. Sue Lueken at Walter Knoll took the time to listen to us and even went through all the refrigerators of flowers with us so we could pick what we loved. She understood our vision and made it happen. And the price was below what other area florists were asking! We were able to afford so much more by choosing them. You will be very happy if you choose Walter Knoll Florist for your wedding!

My flowers were so gorgeous. I didn't use them for decor b/c my wedding planner took care of all of that, but Walter Knoll did take care of all flowers for the wedding party and they looked exactly like the pictures I took them showing them what I wanted. I was very pleased.

I was very indecisive and took quite a while to decide what I really wanted to do with my centerpieces. I dropped by (without an appointment) to see what they could do for me. They were able to do a mock up and give me a sample a few says later of what it would look like. I approved the arrangement and the flowers were ready when I came to pick them up. They offered to delivery them, but I lived 2 minutes from the store so there was no need. They had them packaged for easy delivery and I was very pleased with how they turned out.

Wonderful to work with! We worked with Erica at the Tesson Ferry location and she was awesome!!! She created beautiful arrangements for our outdoor wedding which were exactly what we were looking for! She had great ideas and WKF was so easy to work with throughout the process! The price was much more affordable than any other florist we looked at too!

Walter Knoll was a great choice for flowers! There were absolutely beautiful! They were brought to the ceremony location at the appropriate time and the person who delivered them didn't leave until he made sure we loved all of them. He even helped move them to different locations at the ceremony site! We made some last minute changes and they were more than helpful and cooperative when working with us! Great florist!!

I went in not knowing what in the world I wanted and they sat down with me and was so patient! We picked out flowers I have never seen before and it got me so excited about my flowers when I wasn't origially so :) I basically let them work with what I wanted and they were so professional and creative!!!

I planned all of this before my husband came in so I asked for a quick meeting to show him what I was up to. I was worried because it was such a busy time of year but the owner made time for us-EVEN THOUGH she had 3 weddings that day!!!

My flowers ended up being one of the most beautiful and exciting parts of our wedding day and I will for sure use them for any flower need from now on.

GO TO THEM!!! They are brilliant! :)

Sally from Walter Knoll was so great to work with. I didn't have much of a vision when I went to my first consultation with her, other than knowing I wanted fall colors for our October wedding. Sally came up with incredible ideas for our ceremony stage, memory table and reception. Everything was beautiful, and we didn't have to worry about any of the set-up because her team was so on top of it. Before selecting wedding vendors, I had read many horror stories about vendors being late or not producing what they promised, so I read a ton of reviews before selecting ours. We were fortunate to have many exceptional vendors at our wedding, and Sally was one of them. We're very grateful we went with the pros at Walter Knoll for our wedding!

My daughter and I worked with Sue Lueken and she was fabulous. We came in with a budget and some ideas for flowers that we wanted and didn't want. Sue took our ideas and using her expertise and inspiration she created absolutely beautiful bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and flowers for the cake. We called Walter Knoll Florist 2 mos before the wedding and met with Sue. She was so patient to listen to our needs and follow the pictures and ideas I had for my son and daughter - in- law's wedding. She kept reassuring me that everything would be great-not to worry-they would make the church and reception look fabulous. Being from OH but knowing their work I put full faith in Sue and she really delivered! When our guests and bridal party stepped off the elevator on the 42nd floor of Kemoll's overlooking the Arch, they just stood and gasp-truly! The room looked like "fairyland" with the beautiful flowers- people just kept saying how stunning the flowers were and they were right! People are still calling 3 weeks later to comment about the centerpieces and how sophisticated and beautiful they were. The flowers were amazing both at the church and reception.

Sue was a dream to work with start to finish. She and her staff are first class and have so much experience behind them. She gave us good direction and made sure every detail was covered. She came and decorated the church completely taking the pressure off me as we had lots to do on wedding day. I even called for more flowers just an hour before the order arrived and she handled it all with ease and grace all the while reassuring me that everything was going to be beautiful. They really do a beautiful job with flowers and decorating, even hand tying bows on site as needed. The quality of the flowers was so great that arrangements sent home with guests were still looking good 2 WEEKS after the wedding! I can't thank Sue from Walter Knoll enough for making the day so special-it was fairyland indeed!

Walter Knoll was not only one of the most affordable options for our wedding flowers, they provided wonderful service, returning phone calls in no time, working with us to get the price where we wanted it. And most importantly, Walter Knoll created the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. We were very happy with the final product! we received compliments from guests, the owner of the venue, and even some of the servers that night.

Gorgeous Florals and Great Service!

We had not yet picked a florist for my daughter’s wedding but were in the midst of deciding on the design for her reception. We are from Kansas City but the wedding was in St Louis so I had no experience with florists in STL.
After viewing the venue reception space, I really wanted to use some live trees to offset some areas. We searched online for rental trees and I came across Walter Knoll Florists. I called and spoke with David Knoll who oversees the landscaping side of WKF. He invited my daughter and I in and helped us choose which rental trees would best provide the look we wanted. They have many more choices in person than they even list online. David made this so easy and enjoyable, it was the most fun thing my daughter and I had done for the wedding up to that point.
Once we decided on the trees, David suggested that we go to the floral storefront and meet with one of their designers to see if WKF could provide all of our florals. We made the drive and I am so happy that we did!
We met with Cheyenne Narup who did become our wedding floral designer. She is extraordinarily talented. We brought some inspiration photos and she made suggestions for replacements for some flower types that were ridiculously expensive – so much so that they could not recommend using them. The replacements she chose were so much better than what we had originally pictured. Cheyenne knows what she is doing and it shows in everything she does and in the way she communicates. Cheyenne heard from me all through the wedding planning process and responded in the most timely manner and answered all of my questions with kindness.
Because of Cheyenne, we booked WKF for all of our florals almost immediately. We were all set and then the bride changed her mind about what she wanted the florals on the alter columns to look like and Cheyenne had to start over on those in the proposal. Cheyenne took this all in stride and gave us the designs we were looking for (and I had to tell my daughter to stay off of Pinterest).
On the wedding day, WKF showed up with the trees as scheduled and placed them for us. The came back after the reception (11 pm) and picked them up as we could not keep any décor in the venue overnight). Cheyenne came in with an assistant and together they set up all of the florals. There were a lot and they absolutely nailed it. The florals enhanced the space everywhere they were placed. We received so many complements on the florals. They were so beautiful; I still tear up when I see the pictures.
Please consider Walter Knoll Florists for your wedding or next event. They will put everything they have into making the florals for your event what you want, perfectly.

Heather at Walter Knoll was great and made my vision came alive for my fall wedding. She did a great job with all my flowers especially my bridal bouquet.she made sure to have the colors and flowers that I wanted. She stayed within our budget and when we noticed something was alittle expensive she would think of other ways to stay in the budget. She did a great job.

Walter Knoll is THE place to get your wedding flowers in St. Louis. We worked with Miriam and she was professional and had a great eye for flower arrangements. My bouquet turned out better than I even imagined and it was all thanks to Walter Knoll! They even deliver your flowers with vases, so you can keep them looking fresh throughout the day. We ended up putting our bouquets on the head table as decoration and it looked amazing!

I had no idea what I wanted. I'm just not that great with flowers. Walter Knoll Florist made me some of the most gorgeous bouquets I've seen (and I looked at a LOT of bouquet photos) with my vague descriptions of what I wanted. They worked in my budget and didn't skimp on the gorgeousness! The customer service was top notch as well! I had gone to another florist who made me feel stupid and didn't listen to anything I said. Walter Knoll listened to every word and made me feel very comfortable.

Chuck and his staff were so helpful from start to finish. When we first came in to get a quote, Chuck made a small sample bouquet for my bride to be, so she could actually see it with real flowers rather than just a picture. She liked the personal touch he gave us and we placed the order . We then had some changes do to make and they handled everything professionally. Flowers arrived on time and were absolutely BEAUTIFUL!
We would recommend WKF to anyone getting married!

We came into Walter Knoll Florist to speak w/Heather about doing our daughters wedding flowers. We immediately LOVED Heather! She went over everything, from the different flowers that were in the color pallet we were looking for to the cost. She made it seem simple and stress free! We loved her ideas and her enthusiasm for doing weddings! We went to other florists, but after meeting with Heather, we knew we wanted her to be the one to be in charge of our daughters wedding flowers. We were a little nervous about cost because our daughters wedding party had 18 people, but she showed us how to cut cost and pick flowers that were just as beautiful. We asked Heather to come to the wedding and pin on all the boutonnieres and corsages. She did, thank goodness! She arrived early, and even though, I, the mom, was a little nervous and running around, she was calm and so cool....with her sweet smile! She brought in all the flowers and explained to the girls how to carry them down the isle, and she pinned on all the guys and was done with our party pretty quickly and even offered to stay to help!! We just loved her! The best part of using Walter Knoll and Heather was watching my daughters reaction to her wedding bouquet. She LOVED it and it was EXACTLY what she wanted!!! It was even more beautiful than expected!! We have 2 other daughters left and when their special day's come, we will use Walter Knoll and Heather again!! We LOVED the services we received at Walter Knoll Florist. They were extremely helpful and kind every time we went in for help. They were very responsive to our wants and needs and were even willing to show us how to do our own table decorations. We were happy with the shop side as well as the whole-sale side of the store. We wished our 'coral' roses were little less pink, but some things are just beyond your control when you are dealing with nature. Our bouquets were perfect and delivered right on time on the big day. We were so happy with every aspect of our flowers!

Knoll Florist was great! My grandmother worked for them for a long time, so of course I went to them for my flowers! I got two bridal boquets, 7 bridesmaids bouquets and about 10 bouteneirs (sp?). They delivered our large order right on time and they were simply gorgeous!! Good price, good product, listened to what I wanted and even though the specific flowers I wanted weren't available, I got exactly the look I was going for!

My original florist was Don Defoe's Flowers, Don is a family friend and he has always done a wonderful job. He did my sister, cousin and mine. He was bought out by Walter Knoll florist at the beginning of 2012. I was really upset to hear that Don had to shut his doors, however, Don did still do my wedding. Walter Knoll can be a little pricey, but if you work with Don Defoe, he will make sure that everything is done the way you want. He is very creative and can take your ideas and turn them into reality. I found out he had a heart attack 3 days before the wedding and still came to service our wedding. I will never forgot how above and beyond he has gone for us.

I can't say enough about Miriam and her staff at the Hampton location. They are true pros, and it shows in their final products! Flowers were very important to me, but I only had a vague idea of what I wanted. Miriam worked with us for over an hour and she was able to take my inspiration pictures and vague ideas and absolutely nailed it. And all within our budget. I would definitely recommend Walter Knoll to any future bride and groom.

She was so friendly and accommodating, creating exactly the bouquet my daughter wanted for her wedding. I worked with Sue for my recent wedding and she was wonderful. I had been to 2 other florists prior to WKF and she took my ideas and made up a sample bouquet so I could actually see the flowers and how they would look with my dresses. And when I went back later to finalize things she had made me 2 more! The day of the wedding the flowers were even more beautiful than I remembered. We went in not knowing exactly what we wanted -- just some centerpieces for our wedding reception tables, boutonnieres for the guys and bouquets for the girls. Our wedding flowers were stunning! Lindsey was so kind and knowledgeable in our flower consultation and made our vision come to life. She took her time listening and put together a bouquet at the consultation for us to take home. Sue made all communication seamless and made me feel so at ease. The entire WKF team took care of the delivery and set-up of flowers for our wedding day without us having a worry in the world. They went above and beyond and didn't skip a bit on the little details. I was planning a wedding for my brother from out of town and had a small window to meet with local vendors in St. Louis. Walter Knoll Florist was able to meet with me on short notice and accommodate my time frame. I had the pleasure of working with Tina at the LaSalle location who had the innate ability to translate the bride's creative vision into exactly what she wanted and more. This is not your average floral designer. The bridal bouquet, table arrangements and ornamental garlands were so rich with texture and absolutely STUNNING. We received SO many compliments and inquiries from our guests and vendors. They had never seen anything of such quality. I feel like no matter what, flowers are expensive for a wedding. The flowers that Walter Knoll put together for us were amazing! I had no preference for the type of flower but I told Sue that I wanted it to look like wildflowers but in a rainbow of colors. She put together amazing bouquets, centerpieces, and boutonnieres with just that description! She had me pick out a few types of flowers that I liked and then just ran with it. Kris was such a delight to work with. She was so sweet and helpful and truly wanted me to be happy bride on the big day. She worked my colors and vision into a reality and was happy to make changes as needed. The flowers were even more gorgeous than I had pictured in my head and the centerpieces were unique and flawless. Kris worked with the venue to make sure that she could pick up the reception vases and fill them at their Lasalle location.

I worked with Sue Lueken at Walter Knoll Florist for my wedding flowers, and I could not have been happier with the results. She was the first florist I interviewed, and I hired her in a heartbeat. She made me feel completely at ease when we first chatted through ideas, and she was great at suggesting ideas to help me create my vision within my price range. At my consultation, she provided a sample bouquet with flowers we discussed, which was both a great tool to work out my vision and a nice keepsake.

Sue was very responsive whenever I had questions or needed to change my order. Without fail, I always heard from Sue within 24 hours, which was a great benefit. When I had concerns about pricing and gave her a number my family was comfortable with, she easily made adjustments to the order to make it fit my budget--but without sacrificing the overall look.

I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend Walter Knoll to others for their wedding flowers. It was a great experience overall!

I had no idea what I wanted and the florists here were exceptionally helpful letting me figure out the types and shades of colors (bright vs. monochromatic vs. a thousand other options), the pricing range I wanted to stay in, what was appropriate for the season and how to make my bridal bouquet stand out from the bridesmaids, I was so busy with everything that I didn't even make all the final decisions before telling my florist to decide what she thought was best based on my preferences. I also asked at the very last minute for a cake topper to match however they thought was best.

When the flowers showed up (on time) I was blown away with how perfect they were! Every bloom was immaculate and the bouquets together were absolutely gorgeous. I'm so glad I let the florist make some of the decisions because there was no way I could have designed such beautiful flowers by myself. As a bonus, I note that this florist's prices are the most reasonable I've been able to find, and you can buy flowers wholesale, which my mom did separately to add additional flowers to the centerpieces at the reception.

I called Walter Knoll less than a week before the wedding and asked them to make my bridal bouquet. I figured they wouldn't be able to do it just days before my wedding...they did! I gave them just a few things that I did not like (ie: the typical look that most bouquets have and Roses) I also told them I wanted it to look rustic. When I came to pick it up...I WAS BLOWN AWAY! I could not have imagined anything more beautiful. They had tiny pumpkins, fennel head ferns, calla lillies and more. My photographer mentioned to me that she had never seen a bouquet that was more stunning.

The flowers for my wedding were absolutely gorgeous and I am so happy we chose Walter Knoll Florist! When I first met with Sue at WKF, I had an idea in mind of what I wanted and brought a few pictures along to show the style of our wedding. Sue was a pleasure to work with and is an amazing florist. We received so many compliments on the day of our wedding!

I chose WKF because I attended a bridal show where they had some beautiful arrangements displayed - it was the end of the day and they gave me a bouquet to take home. I was so impressed from talking to them that I decided they would do my wedding.

I worked with Sally at WKF's "Flower Row" location on La Salle. She is very enthusiastic about what she does - trust me, that enthusiasm shows in the arrangements. During my first visit, I had no idea what I wanted except the colors and that I wanted a "fluffy" texture. She took me into their warehouse and showed me all the different kinds of flowers in the colors I chose. It was great to have that visual.

During my second consult, they put together a "mock" bouquet for me and allowed me to take it home to enjoy for days. I just knew our flowers would be gorgeous.

They allowed us to bring in the bouquet jewels and lace I wanted to wrap the handles in - this was a huge cost saver. The day before the wedding, my mother picked up some bunches which she used to make small arrangements for the aisle - this also saved labor costs.

WKF worked within my budget and I was very pleased with the results. The flowers were "fluffy" colorful, and very much alive. Delivery on wedding day was early (which I appreciated)! Would highly recommend.

They were very friendly and did a fantastic job of helping us pick out our flowers. I didn't feel overwhelmed with making another decision because of there expertise.

Walter Knoll is the best place for flowers arrangements for your special day. They are so knowledgable and really helped guide me through the process while letting me use my own creativity. Sally is one of their wedding coordinators and is amazing!

We worked with Sue at Walter Knoll, and I would HIGHLY recommend her. At our first meeting, she took me around their shop to pick out which specific roses I liked for our flowers. I was able to find just the shade of red and white that I wanted. She even made little mock-ups of both my bouquet and the bridesmaids'! The pricing was about on par with what I was quoted elsewhere. The flowers were beautiful and lasted a long time. My bouquet was still looking pretty good a week after our wedding! If you choose them, you'll be getting a great product!

Scott Hepper with Walter Knoll is known as the Master Designer and he lives up to that title! He is a true artist and the creation he did for my bouquet was a masterpiece! It was the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen in my life. We had so much fun meeting with Scott and designing the perfect flowers. One of the most important aspects was to use a stargazer lily which was the flower my father used to give me when I was a child. My father passed away 20 years ago so this was a beautiful way for me to feel he was there with me. The traditional mix with exotic flowers that Scott did for not only my bouquet but the rest of the wedding party made all of our jaws dropped! Walter Knoll has the amazing reputation they have because of their stellar quality and service!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!!!! I worked with Paula at the O'Fallon Mo location and this woman I truely a gift from God! She had wonderful ideas, she listened to exactly what I wanted and she made everything happen! Paula was able to make everything happen, even with my fathers budget!!! I was speechless on the wedding day when I first seen my flowers. I am greatful for finding Walter Knolls and they are lucky to have Paula as part of their team!!!!

I worked with Judy at their Tesson Ferry location. Each time Judy wrote everything down, asked pertinent questions, and the outcome was stunning and oh-so perfect. From speaking with our floral design planners I had a clear understanding what I wanted but Judy was able to take my notes and drawings and bring it to life. We are very happy with the service, flowers, and final bill. What a very positive experience. Highly recommended. Two Thumbs up!!!!!

I cannot say enough about the team at Walter Knoll on LaSalle Street, especially Sally Rodriguez. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. We had planned on doing our flowers ourselves, and decided against it at the last minute. I went in to meet with Sally at WK for a consultation about 2 months before my wedding (a little freaked out that I hadn’t booked a florist yet). She completely put my mind at ease. I had a general idea of what I wanted for my flowers, and she made it come to life. Her creativity, experience and talent for what she does is unmatched. Of all the vendors that I used on my wedding day, WK was by far and away the easiest to work with. They stuck to my budget, let me bring in a few of my own items to cut down on costs, made money-saving suggestions, and everything turned out absolutely beautifully. It was like they could read my mind. All of my guests were complementing the gorgeous floral arrangements. Walter Knoll is without a doubt the very best in the business. Not only are their arrangements gorgeous, their customer service is outstanding. Sally and the WK team went above and beyond for us. You truly cannot go wrong with choosing them. We will definitely be using their services in the future for other events, and I will recommend them to every bride. Thank you all again!

Walter Knoll, in O' Fallon, was great. The flowers were beautiful and the guidance that Louise, our florist, gave was great. She helped me decide on bouquet styles, centerpieces, the colors of the flowers and so many other details. Everything was delivered/setup on time making for a stress free day.

we used Walter Knoll at the Lasalle location, we ordered the flowers and rented table space and a designer to help us create all of our flowers. It was the most fun you could have it was such a stress breaker, we were allowed 4 people and we paid extra for 4 hours and 2 hours with a designer and they kept the flowers in the cooler for us and delivered them to our hotel on the wedding day. Everyone there was great and they helped us even after our two hours. The flowers turned out beautiful and so way below budget we had calla lillies and blood red roses with gerber daisies they made it so easy for us. I would highly recommend them not only for their do it yourself service but also for just purchasing their normal flowers. Seeing how it is done in the background gives me such a respect for what they do.

Walter Knoll Florist was a one of my favorite vendors. I was extremely involved with the entire process from getting to see the flowers in their freezers, to visiting their greenhouse, to picking out our centerpiece containers from a huge selection. Margaret was extremely helpful, broke down our prices arrangement by arrangement, made suggestions and we ended up with a beautifully decorated ceremony and reception all within our target budget. They arrived on time to each of our locations on the day, and a staff member was their to pin boutonnières and make sure all the arrangements were placed correctly. There was on mistake when they accidentally forgot our head table arrangement but were on the phone in seconds and a new (more elaborate arrangement by the way) was assembled and arrived at our reception site before the ceremony even started. I love Walter Knoll.
