Daughter's wedding
Held my daughter's wedding here on Friday. Corey was great. He was available for any questions you have. Jaime was fantastic. She was very attentive and friendly. The entire staff is great. Food was very good. I would recommend them for any event you have. -

Best place to have a wedding in the Hudson Valley!
We looked at many venues before we came across Wallkill Golf Club. We wanted a small wedding with only our closest friends and family. A lot of places have a minimum number of guests that you have to have. Before we even booked this venue, Corey was absolutely amazing at communicating with us. He walked us through the whole process and answered any questions we had diligently. As for the day of the wedding, the whole day went as planned and everything was beautiful. Our Maître D was Jamie and she did an absolute amazing job! She made sure that we were fed while we had alone time during our cocktail hour. She decorated our reception hall beautifully and made sure that everything went the way they it was supposed to go. Everyone from the beginning all the way to the day of the wedding were professional and very accommodating. Guests who were at the wedding are still gushing over how great the Wallkill Golf Club was from how beautiful it looked to how great the food was. We truly can't recommend Wallkill Golf Club enough to engaged couples. They made the whole wedding planning process so easy!

Loved our experience
My husband and I got married 10/1/22 and had our reception at the Wallkill Golf Club, and if I could I would give it more than 5 stars!! We LOVED our experience. Corey was an amazing coordinator to work with and our maitre de, Jaime, really helped me bring my vision to life. We have received nothing but compliments about the venue from our 175 person guest list. Here are our highlights of using the venue:
1. Only one wedding is held per day and we were able to use the space the entire day even though our ceremony was at a church in town. We had a large gap between our ceremony and the beginning of cocktail hour but my bridal party and I arrived at the venue at approximately 1 pm and hung out on the property and in the bridal suite with as much food and drinks as we wanted. Our reception ended at 10pm but we moved the party to the bar and grill room for another 2 hours. We spent about 12 hours at the venue in total and were completely taken care of the entire time!
2. THE FOOD IS AMAZING! We opted for 2 service stations at cocktail hour and served a salad, pasta, and 5 entree selections for dinner. I can not emphasize enough how delicious everything was. The Chateaubriand was cooked to perfection as was the salmon and chicken. Our guests have not stopped talking about the passed hor devours and the mushroom ravioli pasta.
3. Drink selection was whatever we desired. Some venues are locked into contracts with certain distributors and suppliers. At Wallkill, we simply told Corey the beer and liquor we wanted and expected our guests to drink about a week before the event and he made it happen at no additional cost.
4. Wonderful flexibility and customer service. The people working at the club were so easy going and willing to make my vision come true. As a bride with a million questions, I had my emails answered within 24 hours. I never felt stressed about any decision after having run all the scenarios I could think of past Corey and the staff. Corey was also incredibly helpful with his suggestions of and dealings with other vendors. We ended up hiring a food truck that he suggested for the afterparty after we told him we were considering doing this. He also provided a free round of shuttles for our guests to cocktail hour and at the end of the reception.

The best day EVER!
I had booked what was previously known as The Fountains for my May 2020 wedding. Through the change of ownership, all the craziness of Covid, every postponement and date change, we finally settled on August 13, 2022 at the now Wallkill Golf Club. Corey walked us through everything, including helping us customize their wedding package to best honor our original contract. The new upgrades to the building were a sweet addition to making our day even better than we imagined! A newly paved parking lot, fresh bright look to the building both inside and out. The golf course grounds were already gorgeous and such an amazing backdrop for our wedding. From tastings to final appointments, Corey was nothing but great to work with. They helped set up and break down all of our DIY decorations and provided us with a beautiful little bridal party suite and golf carts on the big day! The food was fantastic and we loved that they were able to accommodate our own signature drink! Our day was beyond perfect from start to finish and we’re so thankful! 🤍 Mr. & Mrs. Lopez-

Bride & groom
Picking Wallkill golf course was one of the easiest decisions, we got married September 2021 .. Corey was so helpful from the start of our planning to the end of it. The staff was amazing , we did a sit down dinner and so many guests as well as my husband and I and our immediate family had nothing but great things to say about the venue, the staff, and overall the whole day! Nothing went wrong on our perfect day because we decided to go with Wallkill so professional , accommodating caring, kind and will make all your dreams a reality. I would have another event here! Thank you to everyone at Wallkill golf club who made our day special! We appreciate you guys!

Beautiful venue
Our venue was stunning from the outside to the inside. The golf course provided amazing photos from my husband and I and for a bridal party photos. Our guess loved all the food from our cocktail hour to her venetian table. Cassie was a godsend and made everything perfect for us. We had the best night of her life and our guests still talk about it today about how much fun and how beautiful everything was. -

The Fountains was a beautiful venue as well as staffed with professional, organized individuals who cared about our needs. I would recommend this Hudson Valley treasure to anyone. -

The fountains were incredible. They did everything to make our wedding perfect. All of the staff were amazing and they even drove us home. We couldn't have asked for a better night!!! -

My wedding at the Golf Club was just as I imagined. Jessica, in charge of the hall, was with us from the first day we went to check the venue to the time we left after the wedding. I have only had great feedback from guests on the food! I had a chocolate wedding cake (instead of the traditional white frosting) that is probably in their cake book now. They really accomidated all of my wishes. The outside is also beautiful! -

The most disappointing wedding venue ever!
I met with The Fountains staff, Bob (owner) and Casey (manager) in October 2017 and felt very comfortable with them, so we booked my daughter's wedding ensuring Casey and Aaron (Maitre d') would be working the wedding. I called a couple of times to make another deposit during the 1Q 2018 so I thought all was well. It was not until August that I found out that Casey was on maternity leave and Aaron was no longer available. I was reassured that Evelyn would be replacing Casey and that all was good. The first week of October, I called Evelyn to schedule a meeting regarding food choices, linen, cake, signature drink etc. This is when she informed me that I already had made my final choices. This is when I became very uncomfortable that the wedding is less than a month away and they thought all was done. I made an appointment for that weekend to meet with Bob and Cassie (Maitre d') to review details. We met and they ensured us that they were fully engaged.
Nine days prior to the wedding, Bob informed me that the tip for the Maitre d’ was not included and there was an additional charge of 1 – 5%. This was the same night that I was making a final payment on my credit card for $12,000. Bob was not happy and requested that I pay cash. I DID NOT!
Unfortunately, we had 21 no show people, which I had to pay for anyway as per Bob and Cassie because they said that they already had the food for these people. I was not happy, but I understood that the food was ordered and delivered based on my count. Therefore, since I had to pay for the 21 people, I requested 21 dinners to go (11 Prime Rib and 10 Seafood). I was informed that they had no prime rib and that I had a couple of seafood and 19 chicken. In addition, they had no potatoes left, so they gave me dry pasta. Therefore, I left with tiny pieces of chicken (no sauce) with pasta (no sauce) and broccoli. It was a disgrace that there was no quality or quantity to this food. What were they going to do if those 21 people did attend and they wanted the prime rib and seafood? Were they going to serve this to the guests? It was obvious that they thought that I was so ignorant that I actually believed they ran out of food!
Then came dessert time and I had originally requested the Viennese Table, which included the following as per my booking the event:
Assortment of Gourmet Cookies, Fresh Pies, Luscious Cakes & Torts, Display of Fresh Fruit, Miniature Italian & French Pastry, Fruit Tarts, Brownies, Blondie's, Petite Fours, White & Dark Chocolate Fondue, Chocolate Dipped Strawberries, Sorbet, Ice Cream, & Fresh Cream Includes Irish Coffee, Spanish Coffee, Espresso, Cappuccino, & After-Dinner Cordials.
Nine days prior to the wedding, I was informed that they do not have an espresso/cappuccino machine. I paused, but still was willing to add this to my order with the understanding that everything else would be there. Yesterday when the table was set up, I checked and there was no fresh fruit, brownies, blondies, white and dark chocolate fondue (for dipping), chocolate dipped strawberries, sorbet station or ice cream station. I spoke to Cassie immediately and she said that she would bring it out. She brought out a tray of chocolate covered strawberries instead. While I was there, the woman working behind the table was packing up her choices in multiple to go containers. Since when does the help take their food prior to offering to the bride/groom and family. I was told that the left over dessert would remain there for our guests and family to pack and take home. THAT NEVER HAPPENED! My contract for the Viennese Table is invalid!
In addition, pictures were taken outside, but without fountains or lights. I asked Cassie and she said that they were not working. This was another big factor with booking my only daughter's wedding at THE FOUNTAINS! She told us that they were not working, yet Bob informed me that the Town of Wallkill had removed them! Is this a lack of communication between staff or another lie? Why were we not notified that there were no FOUNTAINS?
I was so excited to have this day come and go without having to check everything, which I feel is the responsibility of the owner/Maitre d'. Unfortunately, it did not go as planned.
I have gone to the Venue twice (the week of November 5th and November 12th) since the wedding to come to a fair agreement with Bob, Mike and Casey and they were going to call me back. I called and left three voicemails during the week of November 26th and I have yet to hear back from them. Since the wedding, I have had guests contact me and informed me that their dinners were cold and the tables with children were not offered a meal. In addition, a table of restaurant people informed me that their server came over and said, "Have you decided what you would like to eat?" Their response was "What are the choices?” She responded, "Fish, Meat and Chicken." No description or what fish? What meat? What chicken? Is this a trained or caring staff? Where was Bob or Cassie? Is this not their responsibility to ensure that all goes well?
Due to my having to overlook the entire wedding, I did not enjoy myself at my only daughter's wedding! Although I realize that things are missed (Viennese Table) or go wrong (non-working lights/fountains), but I have a very difficult time being lied to.
This Fountains did a horrific job prior, during and post-wedding handling of any issues/concerns.
