We chose this venue through photos at the recommendation of our wedding planner since we live our of state. To say that I was floored at the energy and beauty of the place when we arrived on our wedding day is an understatement. We used the Barn and Railroad Building for our small steampunk wedding and it was PERFECT. The grounds are MAGICAL for both the smaller venue that I used and the Castle. The on-site staff was phenomenal day of and Colleen was a dream for both me and my planner for pre-wedding things. Everything was just perfect. ♥️ -

We chose to be the first couple to get married in the snow, outside in the new courtyard of the castle. I can’t say enough about this venue, or the amount of compliments I received on the wedding here. This was a destination wedding. Everyone kept asking, “why Utah?” I picked this venue having never been to Utah. I visited the venue once after paying the deposit and was immediately pleased with myself over the choice. Once people arrived I heard “oh this is why. Now I see.” The pictures don’t do it justice. And for those brave enough to whether the cold…. The snow covered maintains in the background of the courtyard were priceless. We rented heaters and peppered them throughout the guests seats. No one complained of cold. In fact I had guests tell me they turned down the heaters because they were sweating. Lol! So it literally was the most perfect setting for an outdoor winter wedding. The other parts of the year it is obviously beautiful. But for the winter brides who refuse to be hot and sweat on their big day, a groom who doesn’t want to sweat in a tux but wants outdoor beauty…. This venue can’t be beat. It had the exquisite outdoor views with the perfect indoor reception beauty. Also made the perfect vacation spot to spend anniversaries. I planned every second of that day… but it was this venue that made it all come together. -

Jennifer Sent on 06/14/2011Wadley Farms did such a wonderful job of making my wedding perfect! Their venue is absolutely beautiful and was exactly the type of feel and environment I wanted my wedding set in. We did a couple different walk-throughs of the venue so my family could see the place, and then we set an appointment with their coordinator a couple weeks before the wedding day so we could discuss where we wanted tables set up, what linens to use, music selection, etc. They were very helpful at giving suggestions on table arrangements and making sure they knew all the details of the wedding. It gave me such a peace of mind that everything would go smoothly. And it did!...even when it ended up raining the entire week of my wedding, forcing us to change everything to be moved inside. They were responsive and flexible and even even let us use their second building for our ceremony. And as it turned out, there was no rain afterall on our wedding day and it turned out to be beautiful with blue skies! I recommend Wadley Farms to everyone because the venue is just gorgeous and the people are friendly, helpful and professional. We had so many compliments on our wedding day about how beautiful the buildings and gardens were. We knew we had chosen the perfect place! -

Pulling into this property is like stepping into a real life fairytale! Not only are the venues and the grounds absolutely stunning, but the staff is helpful, responsive, friendly and really know how to work some magic to bring your wedding vision to life. Wadley Farms exceeded our expectations. It is the kind of place that you never want to leave. I would REALLY love to come back again one day! -

April Sent on 11/09/2007We spent about $1000 to get their largest holding called "the barn". I had some reservations about picking the place because I'm a city girl and did not want a reception in a barn, but I was on a strict budget and we needed a place that would let us do our own food (most reception places will not).
When it came to the big day however, I didn't even notice it was in a barn, the entire place was BEAUTIFUL the reception was fantastic, the staff did a great job of combining mine and my mother's opposing views. The outdoor garden area was gorgeous and the inside had fantastic facilities for dancing and eating.
The one thing I regret was that the Groom's Dressing Room was upstairs and mine was outside, I would have liked to make a grand entrance down the staircase- I guess we should've switched dressing rooms though so that was my fault.
The staff was really nice too, we had left some gifts there accidentally for a significant amount of money and they called us and kept it for us to pick up as soon as they were found. -

I was a guest for a wedding here. This place is beautiful, but that is where it ends. The food was really bad, we had some pasta with chicken alfredo and some sausage in a sweet red sauce. The “dessert bar” had supermarket cupcakes. The cutlery was plastic. They did not even serve water at the table it was in a jug with a ladle and you had to go get it yourself. I don’t know if it is a Utah thing and people have no tastebuds and love to cheap out on weddings, but it is probably one of the most boring weddings with the worst food I have had. -

If I could give no stars, I absolutely would. If you want to waste your time and money, this is your venue! I booked a trip to come see this venue from Phoenix, and coordinated with Susie, the forgetful "wedding planner". Unfortunately, Susie "forgot to write down our appointment in her calendar." After we showed up to the venue, we were greeted by a confused young lady who laughed when we asked for Susie and said, "I am not surprised she missed your appointment, she's so scatter brained and super busy with Church camp. Maybe reach out next week?" and laughed. Susie overlooked our appointment, disregarded the fact that we were coming in town to see this venue, then asked if we had any follow up questions. How much worse could ones customer service be? Not a phone call to even apologize. If you want to feel worthless, forgotten, and unimportant, contact Susie at Wadley Farms. Do not waste your time or money, this venue is an absolute disgrace and very disappointing.
