We got married here September 28th and I cannot say enough great things about this venue! From the first time we established contact up until wedding day, Kim and MaKenna were fantastic. Makenna quickly answered all questions we had leading up to our wedding and came up with solutions to any hiccups we had that day. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and has so many different fun and unique photo opportunities. The bride & groom suites made getting ready on site so much fun and stress free. If you’re looking for a wedding venue, I absolutely recommend this one! -

Best wedding venue
My husband and I got married at Waconda Woods last year. The venue is absolutely stunning. We loved the bridal and groom getting ready suites. We had a larger wedding party and there was plenty of room for all of them! The outdoor ceremony location was gorgeous. We LOVED having our dance party outside under the lights!! Kim and Makenna were amazing to work with and helped us throughout our planning process. Makenna was SO helpful the days leading up to the wedding and day of. She was willing to do whatever was needed. 10/10 would recommend!! Our wedding could not have been more perfect. :) -

The team at WaConDa Woods & Gardens made our wedding planning process a breeze and the day itself was completely stress-free on our end — everything a bride could hope for! They gave us great vendor recommendations and were always super prompt to respond to any questions we had. Perhaps what sets WW&G apart most is they (currently) only take one wedding per weekend, which provided us so much flexibility to set up a day in advance and finish tearing down the next morning, unlike other venues with stricter time limits. Saying our vows under the trees surrounded by loved ones is a memory I'll never forget. WW&G will go the extra mile for you and I can't thank them enough for helping bring our wedding vision to life! -

WaConDa Woods is absolutely beautiful. It is like a hidden gem, quiet and peaceful.
If you are looking for an outdoor wedding, this is the place! My daughter and son-in-law just got married here. Wow! I will cherish this gem and memories forever. 🤍
There is a charming school house and barn that are perfect for the bride, groom and party to get ready. Makes for the most memorable pictures. This venue, has the ideal set up for a ceremony and reception. The staff are top notch. 🙌🏻 👏🏻
I highly recommend WaConDa Woods and Gardens! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ -

Kim, MaKenna, and their team did everything to make our day perfect! They were very prompt with communication and helped us along every step of the way!
The venue itself was perfect for my husband and I. We were looking for a venue that we could have both our ceremony and reception. It offered beautiful backdrops for all of our pictures. The school house (bridal suite) and the stables (grooms suite) were the cutest places to get ready in. There were so many unique things about this space (fire pit, swings, ability to bring horses on site and so much more), I couldn’t recommend them enough! -

Vendor Review
I photographed a wedding at the WaConDa Woods & Gardens and I was blown away with every aspect of the venue and how the day unfolded! The getting ready suite had plenty of room for the girls to get ready, lots of natural light for photos, and even the personal touch of chalk art on the wall. As a photographer, I greatly appreciated the variety of options for photo backdrops around their grounds. The barn where the reception was held was elegant and simple- the perfect backdrop to be decorated to suit your wedding vision! The staff was friendly and helpful all through the day as well. Highly recommend, and I hope to shoot there again soon! -

Like my review title says, this place was absolute perfection for what we were looking for! Outdoor ceremony, indoor reception area, rustic feel, getting ready areas on site, decor options if desired, tables and chairs provided, available for our fall wedding date (November 6), outside of Omaha, available to utilize for rehearsal dinner, allowed our dogs to join, and so much more! We were a bit nervous when we booked as they were still adding the bathrooms and had not had many weddings yet, but I’m so glad we took the leap! Kim and MaKenna were an absolute dream to work with. From day one they ensured that we felt confident in choosing them for our big day. There were a couple of things that were miscommunicated two months before the wedding, but Kim made it her mission to ensure that things were properly taken care of to avoid any further issues! I cannot put into words how highly I recommend this venue - and especially paying the extra money to have them as your day of coordinators. I hate asking for help but they helped us so much with prep, space layout, flow of the day, vendor communication, last minute changes, and being able to RELAX and enjoy our day! I could go on and on about this place. This isn’t a “business”, it’s definitely a family that values putting others first.

WaConDa Woods & Gardens is an absolutely beautiful indoor/outdoor venue. Kim and Zach have put so much thought and effort into renovating this amazing venue from their very whimsical, photogenic outdoor grounds down to the last little cute details in the bridal suite. I worked with Kim as a live music vendor for their styled shoot/open house. She was awesome to work with. She was so kind, accommodating, and very responsive. Couples who are looking for a venue with an indoor/outdoor option as well as some unique character and history, I would highly recommend WaConDa Woods & Gardens! -

If you are looking for for a beautiful, rustic outdoor space for your wedding, WaConDa Woods and Gardens is the perfect place! Kim and Zach really went the extra mile to make my daughter and son-in-law’s day perfect. With the rules for social distancing changing constantly and questionable weather, it was such a relief to have every possible outcome prepared for. The grounds have so many places for beautiful and unique pictures. -

I am the mother of the bride and I would definitely recommend this venue. The quiet, secluded, tucked in the woods atmosphere was so nice. They went above and beyond what other venues would I believe. Having the venue for the week gave us flexibility and reduced the stress. And the things they provided, such as decorations (and help decorating and cleaning up) to the suites for the wedding party and to the actual serving of our dinner were remarkable. Thank you WaConDa for all you did for our special day!
