  Highlight of our wedding!!!

  Vybe blew us away! We were considering booking Dart because of their strong recommendation from our planner however their high prices made us hesitate. We wanted a local band, found Vybe, and went to see them live in Oakland before booking them. What we loved so much about them is that they felt like real musicians, jamming and playing great music instead of a "wedding band" phoning it in as it sadly can feel like at times. We booked Vybe and immediately they became one of our most detailed, responsive, thoughtful, and professional vendors. But the day of the wedding was where they SHINED. They brought such energy, joy, and incredible music to our wedding. I cannot thank the band enough. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They are GIFTED musicians, true professionals, and an incredible deal. I can't recommend them more highly!!

  The Best Wedding Band Out There!

  We hired Vybe Society for our wedding in Northern California last year and they were nothing short of SPECTACULAR! I happen to be a musician and work in the music business so my expectations for this special day were quite high. Tasche is a consummate band leader and knows how to read a room. Together with Catherine and the rest of his team the whole process was effortless and stress-free. We had several special requests he accommodated effortlessly and boy did the band keep the party going. If you need a killer band for your wedding or corporate event, look no further than Vybe Society!

  Groovin'!

  One of the most important things we wanted on our wedding day was a kickass band. Vybe Society delivered! They brought the beats all night long. We had their strings play during our ceremony, and it was nothing short of magical. They also played our cocktail hour and set a great tone going into the evening. The band was ripping it up into the night, playing hit after hit and kept the party flowing and moving. We absolutely loved working with Vybe Society, and would recommend you book them for your next event!

  Amazing Band

  Vybe Society played my wedding, they were incredible and they were a lot of my guests highlight of the event. They were professional, flexible, worked with us on the song list, and met with us multiple times on request during the planning period. 12/10, considering getting a divorce to book them again (jk).

  Great band to get everyone moving.

  This is a really great local event band I had seen play before and knew they would do a great job. Learned our songs and kept the house rockin'.
  We had them help with ceremony music, do a 3 piece for cocktail hour, then a 9 piece band after dinner. Got everybody dancing.

  Best Wedding Band In The Bay!

  As a jazz musician and former music promoter, my expectations for our wedding band were quite high. Vybe Society exceeded these expectations and then some. Their musicianship and energy kept the dancefloor going all night, and many of our guests came to us afterwards to tell us how amazing the band was.
  
  Not only were they great performers, but they were a pleasure to work with as well. Catherine was super helpful coordinating before the event. The band took my long unorganized list of requests and arranged them into 3 beautifully crafted sets. They were very accommodating to my special requests as well. Elijah helped set up a mic and sound for a song I had prepared as a surprise for my bride, and they let me sit in with the band as well! Dale did a great job of MC’ing our toasts, and they were all fantastic guests all around.
  
  We also booked the string quartet through Vybe Society. There could not have been a better accompaniment for our ceremony. Their repertoire was a great mix of classical and covers of various genres, which brought an element of fun to the classiness of the string quartet. Their timing of songs with the ceremony really brought it to the next level!
  
  I cannot recommend Vybe Society enough! They are a shoo in for the best wedding band in The Bay!

  Outstanding Performance Ensemble for a Corporate Event

  Vybe Society were delivered an outstanding performance at our corporate reception. By the end of the evening, many of our hosted clients were on the dance floor. And I received many compliments about the quality of music performed at our event. A definite repeat hire for our next client social!

  Dream Come True

  Vybe Society was a true wedding highlight! They were so accommodating, Catherine was responsive, the band was super nice, and they truly made our wedding dance party dream come to life. We had a 6-piece band and it was PERFECT: male vocalist/keys, female vocalist, bass, drums, guitar, and sax. They were a vendor stand out for our wedding day as one of the best and we would strongly recommend them!!

  Vybe Society was a last minute addition to our wedding plans, and we’re very glad we made the change. They did a wonderful job keeping the dance-floor going with great renditions of classic and modern songs. Vybe was extremely professional and responsive (a stark contrast to the band we had initially hired) - even when working under such a short time crunch. My now-husband and I are kind of music snobs; we both love music and he has been a singer/musician his whole life. The musicians in Vybe were truly amazing and so talented! The style and mix of musical genres was exactly what we were looking for and we danced the night away with all of our guests. The band even let us steal the mic at the end of the night for us to sing a final song together for our guests. I highly recommend Vybe Society!

  The best wedding band

  Vybe Society are a totally professional band with superb musicians, great vocals and a big sound. They made our daughter's wedding a truly memorable event with an excellent selection of songs, great PA and kept the volume at just the right level. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  Great band with lots of choice and add ons!

  We had a 7 piece option (2 singers, sax, keys, bass, drums, guitar) and they were amazing! Everyone at the wedding loved them! Vocals we incredible, and just had a great party 'vybe', that got everyone of all ages out on the dance floor immediately.
  
  VybeSociety is a large group of performers, so you get a huge choice of combinations regarding singers/various instruments. Our only minor critique is that we didn't get the lead singer we'd requested and they hadn't told us they'd be sending someone else. However, the replacement was very good.
  
  They sent us their (fairly extensive) song list well in advance of the big day, and we picked our preferences, and they also allowed us to pick a couple songs off the list. The songs they played lined up nicely with our selections/preferences/style, and worked well with spanning over multiple generations. They have music for pretty much all tastes!
  
  Overall they were quite good at communicating, and we never really felt we had to chase them up.
  They also accommodated last minute changes as we had to move our outdoor reception inside due to weather.
  They were very good at communicating with our venue so we didn't have to worry about the minutia of coordinating their arrival/set up.
  
  Price seemed comparable to bands of a similar size. We had them for 3 hours with three 45 min sets.

  AMAZING wedding band!

  Vybe Society was the first band we listened to when looking for a wedding band, and it was immediately obvious that they were going to be awesome - and they did not disappoint! The musicians are super talented and they play styles that a variety of people can enjoy. When we had to pivot due to COVID, they were easy to coordinate with and were able to pivot to accommodate our new plans. Everyone LOVED the music! No cheesy wedding tunes, just awesome live music. I would 1000% recommend them for your event - whether you want a full party band or chill cocktail hour music, they're awesome.

  Just wonderful

  Really easy to work with! They have a great selection of music to choose from and will learn anything not on their list. Our guests really loved the music and the ambiance it created, especially since we threw some surprise songs in the lineup. We would absolutely work with them again for a future event!

  Epic Dance Floor

  We couldn't have been happier! We incorporated a number of European traditions into our wedding and Vybe Society was very accommodating, flexible and fun to work with! Our dance floor was epic and we had more fun than we ever could have imagined. Thank you Vybe Society, would absolutely recommend!

  Vybe Society played for our reception and we got SO many comments from guests about how great the band was! They were super high energy and the vocalists were amazing. We also used their pre-made dinner playlist and that was a huge hit with our guests too. We're so happy with our decision to work with Vybe Society and we had such a great time dancing with our friends and family!

  Incredible!!! They absolutely crushed it!

  Vybe Society were absolutely incredible! We hired them for ceremony (solo guitar), cocktail hour (trio), and reception (6 piece band). We loved all of the songs they played and they even learned multiple songs including our first dance song (which wasn't easy!) and the song I wanted to walk down the aisle to. They were so professional, making sure they stayed at the right decibel level for our venue and making sure they ended at the correct time despite all of the guests PLEADING for an encore. Our venue was weary of hiring a band as they hadn't done that before, and I really hope they become their go-to group after our wedding!

  Working with Vybe Society was great! From coordinating with Catherine to having the musicians prepare a rendition of a song to the day of performance, it was all seamless. We had an acoustic guitar and vocals for our ceremony and cocktail hour and it was just lovely and the perfect backdrop to our intimate wedding! Vybe offers so many options to chose from, be it the type of musician/group and/or song list, you will certainly be matched with what you are looking for. Overall, highly recommended!

  Hands-down would recommend without reservation!

  Wow - such an incredible group of musicians with talent and attention to detail. Wedding guests could NOT believe that we were able to secure such an amazing band in such a short turnaround (we had a 2 month planning period), and Vybe was so helpful and very responsive. One of my favorite elements of our wedding!

  Amazing Vybe!!!!

  Vybe Society was a great find! The team was easy and wonderful to work with! They learned the songs quickly and played them perfectly. We did not provide a play list for them because we just wanted them to do their thing :) ! They read the audience well, and the dance floor was never empty!

  Vybe Society was amazing!! Five stars isn't enough... they were super easy to work with throughout the planning process - always responsive and organized. They were able to play a wide range of songs and even a couple of new ones. They also went above and beyond to accommodate my 84-yr old grandfather to play our first dance song by bringing and setting up a special keyboard. The whole wedding party was on the dance floor most of the night. Book Tasche and Vybe Society if you can!!

  Talented, lively band that will get you dancing

  Vybe society was AMAZING for my wedding! So talented and full of energy. They helped the event run smoothly and got the guests dancing all night with an absolutely perfect selection of songs. They also did amazing ceremony music and were super accommodating to our song requests

  Fantastic Musicians!

  Vybe Society played at my wedding, we had a violinist and pianist and they also doubled as the MC for the evening. They played some unique songs I had chosen live and and also played their own renditions of popular songs. They were absolutely fantastic, the music sounded beautiful and everything was very smooth, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for live music at their event!
