The floral designer for our wedding was Casey Gilbert and I truly could not have been happier to have been paired up with her! She understood me and our vision for the day COMPLETELY and truly felt like a friend throughout the whole journey. She was so organized with all of my requests and so great with recommendations in the world of flowers that I know NOTHING about!! She had awesome ideas and did not make me feel stupid for all of my questions. She was very effective about responding to my emails and communicating in general- priceless!! Her knowledge of the wedding industry is apparent. The finished product was better than I could have EVER imagined and fit PERFECTLY with our vibe! My bouquet was STUNNING!!! She killed it. She maintained a level of professionalism the entire time while being super friendly and approachable! Prices were very affordable amongst competitors and it was worth every bit we spent. I trusted Casey to do what she does best and I was NOT disappointed! :)

Vivianos is absolutely phenomenal and worth every penny spent. They are flexible, reliable and so creative. Casey was a pleasure to work with. I felt like she took my ideas and made my vision become a reality. Walking into our reception and seeing all of the arrangements together was nothing short of a dream.

I had a vision in mind of what I wanted for flowers, and Vivianos definitely met my expectations. They even did mock ups of our table arrangements for free, to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted.

We worked with Casey and she did an amazing job. She was always pleasant and smiling when working with us. When I told her that I simply wanted my flowers bright and happy, she got excited. She did not disappoint. My flowers were perfect! We had heard that Viviano's would be too expensive but on the contrary they were very competitive. So happy we gave them a call.

I booked Viviano’s for my January 2015 wedding after attending their annual bridal show in Clinton Township. My mom and I saw all of the beautiful arrangements they had at the show and knew they would be perfect. From the first meeting with our consultant Rose, she completely understood the vision I had for a winter wedding from just a few pictures and took it even further. She was so helpful in explaining every piece of our order and making suggestions that really made our arrangements more than I could have hoped for! We met with Rose three times, and in between I was able to email her and make changes to the order. I had a specific budget in mind and with her creativity I was able to stick within the budget and the total was even lower than what I had expected. All of the arrangements and flowers added so much to the reception and overall feel of the wedding - it simply would not have been the same without them. The end result was amazing and all of the arrangements worked so well it was more than I could have ever hoped for.

I have not made it to my wedding day just yet, but leading up to it Casey has been absolutely AMAZING! I have emailed her a million times because I am a nervous nelly and she has always answered back asap and never been annoyed yet! : ) Will defiantly send referrals their way from now on! I have a enormous wedding party of 28 total and I am receiving flowers for all of them, the parents, different little things around the ceremony, table cloths for the reception and 17 center pieces at a very modest price.

I had a great experience! I worked with Casey and she was so helpful and went out of her way for me! She helped me make my ideas for my special day come true. No stress at all and very reasonable. She was so kind and I would highly recommend her and Viviana's to everyone.

They were amazing. Gave me exactly what I wanted. Even after the date of not being able to change your order. They were flexible with me when the father of the groom was no longer coming to the Wedding and we no longer needed the flowers for him.

We worked with Rose at St. Claire Shores Viviano's. What a dear!! We had a very small flower budget ($300) and she did everything, absolutely everything, to keep us within budget- and it worked! We went to another place with our budget and they put together a package that was $120 over, uh, not okay, so Viviano's was super refreshing. Rose made sure that I knew what I would be getting by warning me that my bouquets would look smaller than usual, especially my bridal bouquet. But when I got it the day of, they were perfect! Especially my bouquet! My mom thought she might have beefed it up a little bit. Whether she did or she didn't, the flowers all looked awesome. I am so grateful. Thank you, Jesus, for Viviano's and Rose!

Viviano's Flower Shop did an absolutely 5 star job on our floral and centerpieces. When I walked into the reception I was completely blown away on how it looked. Everything was exactly what we wanted and we could not have been happier with the job they did.

My daughter's wedding was held recently in October in Rochester, MI. It was in the planning for almost a year. Rose, our consultant, was wonderful to work with. She helped us every step of the way. She was available to us by phone at any time. The flower and votive arrangements on the table were excellent! Everytihing sparkled in the room! Thank you for making her day so special.

I had the opportunity to work with Marena from Vivianos and she did the most amazing job ever!!!!! Anyone who is looking for a great florist for there special day, I highly recommend Vivianos!! They are the BEST!!!!

Marena was amazing. Extremely organized and efficient.
Our wedding day looked fantastic thanks to her ideas and Vivianos beautiful flowers. We had heard great things before but since working with them, we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Viviano's was just amazing. The flowers were beautiful and lasted a very long time after the wedding.
Marina in St. Clair Shores was a joy to work with and she made everything just perfect.

My first consult was with Viviano's, and I was nervous for the price, expecting them to be pricey due to their name. However, and my consult, I felt really good about the price, and confident in my selection. The next day I then had a consult with another flower shop, a local place, this shop wanted $500 more than Viviano's, and that was with compromising my flower selection. That day I called Viviano's and placed my order.

Vivianos worked with my budget and offered me a lot of ideas and suggestions. At our initial meetings, my consultant pulled out various fresh flowers from their warehouse to put together bouquet samples for me. She set up my centerpieces as well. They have a lot of non floral centerpiece ideas. My guests loved my vase centerpieces. The bouquets were beautiful and everything was delivered correctly and on time.

I am so happy that I decided to go with Vivianos for my wedding flowers. Marena was fabulous in assisting me with the designs for my bouquet and my bridesmaids’ bouquets. I showed her a picture of something I liked and she was able to create a bouquet that looked very similar. They were absolutely beautiful! I couldn’t have been happier!

I had looked everywhere to find the best florist for the cheapest price! Viviano's was very willing to stay within our budget and the flowers were GORGEOUS!!! Marena, our florist/event coordinator was so positive and perky! She had great ideas for centerpieces and I knew I could trust her to make the room look stunning! I don't know much about flowers, but she listened to me and was able to get a feel for the type of wedding I was trying to create. She coordinated the colors with my bridesmaids dresses beautifully and my bouquet was so big my arm hurt at the end of the night from carrying it! :)

I loved my flowers so much! Casey did a fantastic job putting together everything that I had envisioned. I really enjoyed working with her and she always made time for me when I had questions. My favorite part is that Vivianos did the delivery and pickup of the reception flowers!

My flowers were absolutely beautiful. I do not have a lot of knowledge about flowers, so I described my vision to Rose and let her guide me through the decisions for the centerpieces and bouquets. Rose was great to work with! I felt that the whole process was fairly easy and smooth, especially being an out of town bride. I did not have to worry about the flowers at all. The bouquets and corsages were delivered on time and everything was taken out of the venue in a timely manner. The flowers were a little pricey, but I do believe we got our money's worth. Definitely recommended!

We had a great experience with Viviano's. Although pricey, our centerpieces were beautiful. Everyone commented and complimented on how beautiful they were: simple and elegant. They did a beautiful job with setting up, and also with our bouquets and boutineers. The flowers were perfect. Their service was impeccable. We worked with Casey and she was so helpful and gave us ideas too. Great working with her. Also, at the end of the wedding, we were able to give the vases to our guests to keep! I would definitely recommend Viviano's for wedding flowers.

Casey at Viviano's was very helpful and knowledgable when helping me plan my bridal bouquet. She used my pictures from pinterest to help me create a vision for the bouquet. The end result was beautiful as well as the corsages and boutineers that they created for us. Throughout the process she was very organized and double checked before the wedding to make sure everything was exactly as we had discussed. I do think they are more overpriced than some other florists, but their products are quality and the service is outstanding.

Grace was wonderful to work with! She gave all sorts of ideas and was very helpful and sweet. I came in several times because I couldn't make up my mind and she was very nice about it! The arrangements and bouquets were beautiful. Only problem that we encountered was the unity candle arrangement. There was no place to put the candles and there was an awkward moment during the ceremony. Other than that I would recommend this place to any of my friends getting married.

Very happy with the quality of our centerpieces and bouquets. It was somewhat difficult to work with them in understanding what we wanted, but the end result was fantastic.

I worked with Rose at Vivianos to plan my wedding flowers, linens, and chairs. Rose was fantastic in that she is super friendly, kind, and responsive. On my wedding day, I felt my flowers came out great. Pretty much exactly what I had expected. The chairs I rented were very nice as well. However, I had major issues with the linens.
To summarize - my head table had linens that didn't match the rest of the tables; the linens I ordered for my tables were wrong and not what I had ordered; the linens were very wrinkled and sloppy looking (especially on my pretty dessert table); and last but not least, the linens draped on the gazebo where my ceremony was held were awful :( The people who were sent to set everything up seemed like summer help who had no idea what they were doing. I was very disappointed. In the end, I did receive a full refund for all my linens, but still, I only get one wedding and expected it to be perfect. Keep in mind, I reviewed my linen order with Rose in detail about 50 times...not sure what went wrong...

I have been a customer of VIVIANO'S for over 30 years, and it's so hard for me to say that i hope no one has problems like i did for my ONLY daughter. At first it was ok, minding you i had never really had problems, here and there maybe. But omg my daughter's wedding flowers, candles, chair covers, gold plates, table covers and napkins. They shorted us 90 napkins, and shorted the flower arrangement candles. We had to use SAN MARINO'S napkins. On the flowers, we had paid in full to have small medium and large arrangements , and they thought i would NOT notice, but i did, they shorted us 3 of the large ones, out corsages were VERY poorly made, my daughter the bride's Bouguet was dead on the bottom and my mother in law, my mom and mine the corsages all fell apart before we even got to church. I WOULD NEVER USE VIVIANO FLOWERS AGAIN EVER, because the trust is broken. I also went to court to get part of my money back , because FRANK VIVIANO refused to credit me, and i won in Court. Please EVERYONE rethink where you get your wedding, shower etc....DO NOT GO TO VIVIANO
