Lexi Mackensie of Vivi Photography exceeded our highest hopes as an artist and a wedding photographer. The profession of Wedding Photographer is an exceedingly difficult one, wedding photographs are the only lasting tangible element of the day. The married couple will turn to their photos again and again, marvel at this time in their lives, this celebration, and reflect on their loved ones presence.
Lexi’s warmth flowed through our day from start to finish without intrusion. It was only when we poured over her gorgeous photographs did we realize she was literally everywhere!
Even more importantly Lexi’s photos were the manifestation of how we all felt that day. We were transported to that joyous evening. weddings are over in a flash, memories blur, and time marches on, and so a superb and sensitive representation is a priceless gift. Thank you Lexi, what you do is so elegant and immeasurably important. We are overwhelmingly happy!!

We hired Viva Photography off "The Knot" and were so very happy with Lexi from the beginning! Complete professionalism! The day of our wedding we had the pleasure of meeting her and the first thing I felt was how she was very experienced. Lexi brings an aura of peace with her, which helped this frantic bride, we were all running one hour behind. She took control of how she wanted us positioned in the pics and had already chosen the most romantic place at our venue to take the photos. She did not skip a beat on consistently taking the photos I had discussed with her that I wanted, and she used her years of experience to maximize all the special moments. We received our link to our pictures on her website and were stunned at how beautiful and memorable they all are! If you want the best photographer and videographer for your wedding, Viva photography should be a clear choice. -

We were looking for our photographer for a long time, I talked to many other people and just by looking at Vivi's website and the way she communicated with me I knew she was the one. We were on a tight budget so she was willing to work with us making little adjusments to provide us with the services we needed, nothing more, nothing less.
When the big day arrived, she was so kind and warm all the time, she guided us to take the best of us in each picture. We were just happy to have chosen her.
Now, after receiving the pictures and the flash drive, we could not be happier with the results and we will cherish and appreciate our wedding photos forever! -

I have worked with Lexi on two corporate retreats - one at the Four Seasons and one at Bishops Lodge in Santa Fe. She was flexible, professional, communicated well, and took beautiful photos, including traditional event coverage and also headshots for our executives. She is lovely to work with and I highly recommend her for this type of work! -

Most Awesome Photographer
Lexi was just great she was in contact with me as we got closer to the wedding day. She was very interactive with our guests and with us she was amazing! You really do get what you pay for and more! It rained at our wedding and she did amazing with taking pictures in the rain . If you are looking for a photographer I would definitely choose Lexi !!😁 -

Lexi is amazing in every way!! Her pictures are absolutely gorgeous and she was so much fun to work with! She has an amazing eye for poses, backgrounds, and lighting, both candid and set.
Here’s the surprise story: My now fiancée wanted to arrange for a surprise proposal at the Loretto Chapel in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The director of the Chapel highly recommended Lexi, and she did not disappoint! She was so flexible and arranged her schedule to make the once in a lifetime proposal happen! She went along with the guise of being just a publicity photographer for the Chapel, being so discreet that I had no idea the proposal was coming. She absolutely knew the right angle, lighting, and timing to capture the magic moment perfectly! She was so enthusiastic and joyful to work with. While we were still on cloud nine after the big “Yes!” she kept the energy going by suggesting beautiful poses and places for photos both inside and outside the chapel to our heart’s content. We didn’t want the moment to end and Lexi made sure to capture every smile, fond look, and embrace.
Her gorgeous color and greyscale photos speak for themselves; we can still feel the love and surprise of the proposal every time we look at them. She took the perfect shot to put onto canvas, and helped us order as well, keeping up the professionalism and enthusiasm even after the fact. Lexi and her work is worth every penny! She will not disappoint! -

I highly recommend Lexi as a wedding photographer. The pictures she took reflected the vision my husband and I had for our wedding day, and we could not be happier. She put this camera shy bride at ease and produced a versatile range of photographs. We chose a package that included a wedding album, and the album is a beautifully curated set of memories that perfectly captures our wedding day.

Riverside Ranch Wedding
After searching for months for a photographer for our wedding we were happy to find viviphotography. We emailed and talked on the phone a few times to talk more clearly about what we would like, Lexi was beyond kind and helpful to recommend a package that was the right fit for us. On the day of our wedding she was kind and cheery to be there taking photos of our special day. Lexi was wonderful to work with from the start. Planning a wedding out-of-state is a little tricky, but I was confident we had a great photographer. Every vendor I spoke with gave her glowing reviews when I told them who I'd chosen. And she did not disappoint. She mixed in seamlessly to get great shots, was super accommodating when we decided we wanted her to stay a bit longer -- and the photos turned out terrific! So many candids and creative shots, in addition to the traditional staged pics. Highly recommend! -

Perfect Wedding Photographer
Lexie was the absolute perfect wedding photographer! The photos came out even better than expected. She did a great job of capturing all the details of the day, and got a lot of beautiful candid photos we truly treasure. Calm, collected and positive vibes
Planning your own wedding is a fun experience, aka crazy!!! I chose Vivi Photography because Lexi was very calm and down to earth. I needed that energy around me. She was a joy to have at the wedding because she just didn't stand around and snap pictures. She was involved with the party. Even brought me a beer when I needed it the most.
