  Awesome experience! We live in Boston so we asked Vivek flowers to ship, all the flowers and garlands stayed fresh till the date of marriage .

  Yuvaraj the person at wholesale of Vivek flowers was very responsive and always available to answer my questions.He helped me to customize the garlands and making sure all went well. Only request is to deliver one /two days before the marriage that they couldn’t do it as it depends on FedEx for overnight shipping. FedEx does it only from Tuesday to Friday delivery.

  Definitely a winner vendor

  Sangeeta & VIjaya were extremely supportive & helpful in making wedding garlands exactly the way my daughter-in-law wanted.They were prompt & the quality of work was excellent.

  It was really heartwarming to know that everything that is needed for a traditional Tamil Brahmin wedding could be found on Vivek Flowers. A very dependable and trustworthy group, we were really amazed at the professionalism they showed.
  
  We had ordered a lot of garlands, flowers and even the typical South-Indian banana leaves, cut in circles so that they can be put on plates. It was truly the hit of the event and we are happy we worked with Vivek Flowers to get our event flowers finalized.

  They are trust worth people. To my wedding the person who took my order was taking care very perfectly.
  Since the flight got delayed they couldn't deliver on time.
  Then the owner came to my place and delivered all the flowers to my place.
  It was awesome and he said please finish your wedding and pay after a week.

  We enjoyed working with Vivek Flowers for our Indian flowers and other decorative needs for our wedding this past summer. A member of our extended family had worked with them for their son’s wedding a few years back and tipped us off to using them. Vivek Flowers stocks an extensive variety of Indian floral goods as well as leaves, garlands, trinkets and other goods used in Indian weddings and other cultural and religious ceremonies. They weren't the most communicative but overall were fine to work with.
  
  We mainly wanted jasmine flowers to start with since one of us had grown up with them, and we were able to use those flowers as well as others to decorate a Mehndi event. We also let people attending the wedding put the jasmine in their hair as is traditional in South India among women. The fact that Vivek Flowers both stocks every variety of jasmine, lotus and other flowers and even has the jasmine already strung together with threading was very convenient and saved us many hours during a busy wedding weekend. We would highly recommend them particularly to couples doing any kind of wedding looking for Indian flowers and other accessories.

  We ordered wedding flowers for my daughters wedding in August from Chicago Vivek flowers store. The quality of the garlands was so bad (border line nasty, flowers were missing so the thread was visible and the flowers were all brown in the edges). We requested everything to be packed and an out of town guest would go and pick it up on our behalf. Nothing was packed the person there didn't know what we ordered and they needed translation in Tamil which none of us know. We had such a hard time. If I have a second choice I would never go with vivek flowers for wedding flowers.

  I had a very bad experience with Vivek flowers recently. This was my first purchase and would be my last as well. They delivered the flowers late and when we checked with them, there was no accountability and ownership from them. They didn't even respond and charged the money with no regrets. Certain items were not delivered because of non-availability and was charged. We had to call and do a refund. Ll never get back to them again

  Horrible Service and Poor Quality

  Ordered flowers for a wedding. Since the original order, we contacted the shop multiple times to ensure our order was correct and that everything would be on time. Even the morning of pick up, we were assured that the order was ready. Upon going to pick up the flowers, the order was only approximately 25% complete, with poor work and nobody in the shop seemed to know about the order. Upon asking why this was the case and asking for an explanation, I was told "you should be happy with what you get" (even though parts of the order now had to be cancelled) by the manager Krishnan. I was told that given covid 19 we should be happy we got any flowers . As a Frontline worker, this was appauling to me to state that reducing quality of work and customer service was ever a option. The poor customer service, poor quality, poor communication are unacceptable. Please stay far away from this shop.

  Stole pictures from other professional florist and lies to be his work.

  This person from vivek flowers steals ideas and pictures of other professionals and claims to be his own work which is a lie. They cannot be trusted. They have false pictures from other florists work and cheat customers by saying it is their work. Yeah right!!! Avoid vivek flowers!!

  BEWARE.........

  BEWARE.........Worst experience. Avoid them if you want to save $$ and moreover your VALUABLE TIME - WEDDING TIME IS MORE PRECIOUS AS THAT WILL NOT COME AGAIN.
  They take orders OVER THE PHONE ONLY as confirmed.
  I ordered 2 Wedding Garlands (Jai Mala) for my daughters wedding and one extra Milni Garland.
  At the time of pick up, I was told that we had cancelled 1 Wedding garland (Jai Mala) and now they have only 1. WHAT THE HECK.
  HOW WOULD A WEDDING BE DONE WITH ONE GARLAND????????
  THE REQUIREMENT WAS CLEARLY MENTIONED OVER THE PHONE "REPEATEDLY" AS THEY DO NOT TAKE ORDERS IN THE STORE.
  THEY SAID THAT THIS IS WHAT WE HAVE WRITTEN IN THEIR REGITER. ASK THESE PEOPLE WHO WROTE IN THE REGISTER ME OR THEM?
  IF THEY TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE THEN HOW CAN WE WRITE ON THEIR REGISTER.
  
  THESE PEOPLE ARE TOTAL FRAUD, THEY JUST TALK THEMSELVES AND THINK THAT WHAT THEY ARE SAYING AND DOING IS RIGHT, AND THE CUSTOMERS ARE WRONG.
  WE HAD TO LITRALLY SHOUT AT THEM TO TELL THEM WHAT IS THE FACT, THEY WOULD NOT LISTEN.
  
  I would highly suggest to go to a local florist and save money and see what you are buying.
  Here they don't even show you as to what they are giving you "WHAT IS IN THE BOX IS YOURS - GOOD OR BAD" RIPPING OFF THE CUSTOMERS.
  No matter where you are avoid Vivek flowers (13943 Metrotech Drive, Next to Lotte Plaza Market, Chantilly, VA 20151).
  It a scam they are running a business with the name of "INDIAN" flowers AND GIVING ALL CRAP.

  The worst customer service experience

  Booked wedding flowers from them which did not show up for the wedding. Its been three months waiting for a refund. Each call ends with a rep saying they will call back to never follow up on the order.

  Worst experience..I have ordered 3 but they delivered only 2 and when I asked them they are saying we will charge only for 2 boxes.vivek flowers completely irresponsible..it’s not about money it’s about trust..definitely I won’t recommend to anyone..

  Very very poor service, no Quality, No on time respond. Very high prices when compare. Payment issues, charging double times. No trust. Please pay extra care while giving credit cards.

Flowers were dead and turned brown.
