Dan was our DJ for our wedding on 9/13/25. He met with us a week before, and wrote down every detail of what we wanted for our big day. He even worked with me to surprise my husband with audio wedding vows. He kept the crowd entertained, and helped us find the best flow to keep the party alive. Our guests all loved him, and had nothing but good things to say about him. If we ever need DJ services again, we will be booking Vital Entertainment again. Thank you Dan!

We hired Vital Entertainment to DJ our wedding and were very pleased! The day ran smoothly and was a blast. I was very impressed with the kindness and flexibility in their services and was amazed at how the dance floor was jumping all night long! Our DJ was very easy to work with and was willing to try new ideas for us. The transitions throughout the day were very smooth and we had no stress all day. I got to speak with both Dan and our DJ, Todd, when I booked and a few times before the day of. Todd was amazing in his knowledge of songs, fun games & how the evening should flow! He sat down for a meeting with us and took my scrambled plan of what we wanted and turned it into an actual itinerary. He even pulled out a few polka songs for my family’s traditional wedding march! My dad absolutely loved that. I would highly recommend this company to anyone hosting a wedding or a fun event, they took care of absolutely everything and have the cutest light up “LOVE” letters as an added decoration piece!

Hiring Dan as our DJ was the easiest decision of our wedding planning process! Completely stress-free and was a great hype man as well! I am a photographer and videographer and have worked alongside Dan and vital entertainment and got to see the not only their professionalism but also their personalism come in to play. Todd was the perfect dj for our wedding! He listened to our requests beforehand and really knew how to keep our guests on the dance floor. He was fun, friendly, and knew his way around the venue (Praire Hill Vineyard), so everything went perfectly! Dan keeps the party going! He is professional and really cares about making sure the night is fun. We had a meeting with him before our wedding and he really took the time to get to know us and what we wanted for our wedding. We were ahead of schedule and Dan was quick to fill in the gap in time so people didn’t have to sit around. We asked for an extra hour at the end of the night and Dan was so accommodating. Dan Bugner with Vital Entertainment was recommended to us from several people. Dan was very entertaining throughout our reception and provided us with the music for our ceremony as well. His set-up was so cool and really set the mood for a fun party! He knew when and how to shake things up to get people up and dancing. His main goal was to keep all of our guests entertained and engaged. He is very quick on his feet with jokes and had great recommendations for music, games, and timing of our day. He helped us to get a solid schedule down for day off and let us know we didn’t have to worry about anything. We used Todd with Vital Entertainment for our wedding & he did not disappoint!
It was hard to pick a DJ to use because it’s difficult to gauge what there work is like just from looking online. But they were recommended to me by my photographer that I hold to really high regard. She was not wrong about them, they are good!
We met with Todd a couple weeks before the wedding to discuss music & he was even able to help us pick some songs where we were stuck. He was very punctual with time & that made us very happy. Our guests even commented that he was really good.

One of the best decisions we made!
Dan was fantastic from the beginning. He was thoughtful with his song choices and knew how to get people participating. Plus, on top of DJing, he was a great emcee and was cracking jokes during the right moments to keep everyone entertained. We had many say our wedding was one of the most fun and we give a lot of that credit to Dan and Vital Entertainment. We’ve also seen Dan’s right hand man at friends’ weddings and he kills it too! Can’t go wrong. Definitely one of our easiest vendor decisions.

Dan with Vital Entertainment was amazing to work with! He has a great personality and he interacted with our guests perfectly. We got a lot of compliments that night from our guests about how fun he was. We were coming in from out of town and he was flexible with meeting with us a couple days before our wedding, which was very kind of him! As the bride I was stressing over songs and he removed that stress from me and picked them for me and they were perfect. He reads the crowd and he knows this business well. We highly recommend Vital Entertainment. Thanks Dan for making my day incredible!!!

Helpful, reasonable priced
Had orginally planned for them to do my wedding, but the groom canceled 2 days before. Todd was great and worked with me on moving things around. Ended up having just a party instead since everything was bought already. He did the best to change an awkward situation to us having a good time. The kids loved it.

Amazing dj!
Dan was amazing to work with! He was great at communicating and answering any questions we had!! Dan and Todd were awesome to work with. Dan answered all of my questions leaving me with one less thing to stress about leading up to our wedding day. Todd was our DJ and did an awesome job. Vital Entertainment blew us away for our wedding reception! Even during COVID they were willing to work with us when we needed to reschedule! They helped not only by providing the entertainment but also helped organize the nights events. Everything ran so smoothly thanks to him! Everyone enjoyed his selection of music as well as his vibe to keep the party moving! We will definitely recommend this company to any of our friends and family when it comes to needing a dj!

Made our wedding day PERFECT
We met Dan to discuss our wedding at the fire station and we were nothing but satisfied with our decision with going with him. Choosing a DJ is actually really stressful. Anymore, these DJ companies here in Wichita don't even send the DJ that you have even spoken with. With Vital entertainment, we were able to meet with Dan knowing HE was the one that was going to be there for the entertainment at our wedding.
The venue we chose was a VERY tough venue to set up for as it was split up between two levels. Dan did the absolute best job to run up and down between levels to make the best of the situation.
When arriving on the party bus, he came on to tell us what all was going on inside what what the timeline looked at. This was so HELPFUL. It was things like this that a DJ doesn't necessarily have to do, but Dan went out of his way to do it.
Things like the shoe game were so much fun with him having premade questions. He went out and did the worm which the crowd loved. And he also had everyone dancing right away. I know had a friend go up and request some country two stepping songs, and I believe his response was "people are out here dancing already." He played the right music to keep people entertained and keep people out on the dance floor and I loved that.
I would recommend Vital Entertainment to anyone looking to have a great time at their wedding reception. Thank you so much Vital Entertainment for making our night amazing!

Vital Entertainment arrived the day of the wedding and had everything set up including extras we through at them at the last minute. Did not rush us through the reception, gave us time to walk around and meet all of our guests. And of course the music was awesome! 10/10 would recommend.

Halloween Wedding!!

My husband and I had been to several of our friends weddings with Dan as their DJ. We really enjoyed him at others wedding so we decided to give him a call for ours. Unfortunately Dan was out of town for our date but said his coworker Todd was available. We got in contact with Todd and he was very easy to work with! We emailed back in forth in the beginning and we have had a few phone meetings to make sure we had everything ready to go for the big day! We had a great experience with Todd and had just as much fun with him at our weddings as we had with Dan at friends weddings. They are both very professional and work hard to make your day special! They have both traveled out to the middle of no where to do our weddings! We will definitely recommend them to any of our friends that are planning any future weddings because we know they will ensure the party is a blast for everyone!

Amazing Time with Vital Entertainment!
Dan was such a huge help for the success of our wedding, especially during COVID. He helped us keep things running smoothly and on time, was flexible even during the reception when I kept changing things up constantly, and ensured everyone got up to dance at least once. He read the room and adjusted the song choices accordingly so that songs were appropriate to who was dancing and to keep them out on the floor having a good time! The lighting on the booth was also a nice touch so that the floor really lit up when it got dark!

What a blast it was
I highly recommend Dan and Vital Entertainment if you are looking for a DJ that does it all. I have been to weddings in the past that the “must do” events: “cake cutting, food lines, mother/son, father/daughter dances” get strung out and it feels like you will never get to the party part of the reception, not with Dan. He kept everything moving in a timely fashion without rushing these must do events. He led us straight into the open dance part of the reception and I had an absolute blast. I had nothing but positive comments from our wedding guests. He played a wide array of music that we requested upon meeting before the big day. If I had to do it over again, Dan would be our guy 100%. Please book him, you won’t regret it.

Excellent dj
We hired Dan as a dj for our sons wedding. He was friendly and professional, kept the flow of the wedding going from the ceremony outside to the dancing inside later. Couldn't have asked for a better dj.

Great Experience
Dan was great to work with! He was obviously focused on making sure that the wedding was “our” wedding and listened to what we wanted. His equipment looks very professional. During the event he remained focused on making sure that we got what we wanted for our money.

Focused around everything we wanted!
Dan was wonderful! He did what we wanted and shared input on things we needed help with. He played music that fit our crowd and my guests complimented that aspect. Dan has a great sense of humor and made it very fun for the crowd. It was our wedding, and he made sure to focus around everything we wanted. He did this for us and I felt that he cared about us. I highly recommend him to everyone! We played the shoe game and the guests loved it! Several people of a variety of ages said how fun that was to watch. Dan made that very enjoyable! We loved everything about the reception that Dan of Vital Entertainment was part of!

Excellent and a professional
Very professional! Had everyone dancing, great song suggestions, kept the night progressing, worked extremely well with all the other vendors, kept us up to date with all that was going on. He greatly helped with the direction of the wedding and without him, the wedding could have been a disaster. He helped us have a far better wedding then we deserve. We highly suggest this D.J. and couldn't put a high enough rating for him. Thank you so much and wish you further success!!!

Dan was absolutely incredible. He was very flexible and made sure to incorporate everything we wanted. He really gets to know the couple so the playlists match them and he is hands on with all of it. He did an amazing job and I highly recommend him!

Best dj ever
He was super friendly working with dan. He answered all my questions quickly and even gave me tips to make the day of go smoothly. My guest loved him as much as we did. He made sure everyone kept dancing and even helped teach the line dances to the older crowd.

10/10! He really should add day of coordinator to his resume cause he really did a great job!! He was funny when needed, stern when things needed to start moving, and my guests adored his style and sense of humor. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and affordable!
I had an outdoor summer wedding (yeah, HOT!) and Vital Entertainment kept my dance floor full all night!
My first and only wedding, obviously I don’t know what to really expect for entertainment and Danny had already had an itinerary lined out for our face to face meeting with many thoughts and ideas that fit everyone’s personality! Not to mention we definitely enjoyed having the DJ come out on the dance floor and dance with the crowd!
