The end product of our engagement/proposal video was beautiful. Everyone I showed it to loved it. Fahar worked quick and did such an amazing job editing. It was fun working with him as well. I recommend him to any of my friends looking for a videographer as well!Visual Thoughts Productions's reply:

My wedding photoshoot and videography were done by vtproduction on November 23rd, 24th and 25th. It’s been more than 3 months and we still don’t have our pictures and videos. Those 3 days were very special to my husband and I because our wedding happened within a month and it was very chaotic.
We trusted vtproduction with capturing our special moments but they’ve broken our trust. They’ve left us completely helpless and disappointed.
When we met Fahar, he seemed like a decent person. My mother in law trusted him and fully paid him with cash without asking for any contract because we’re from the same community. I can’t believe they’re actually doing this to us.
They promised us 3-6 weeks. It’s been more than 12 weeks now.
Please help me get a definitive answer, am I ever going to receive my precious pictures and videos? -
